I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How will you feel right now, beautiful soul? So, I invite you into this space with me to step back from life. 30 Life-Changing Minutes. This high frequency meditation is potent, extremely powerful. You’re going to heal mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, on every single level. So, kick back, relax, and let’s do this.

Okay, beautiful Soul, wherever you are on this magical planet, close your eyes and just be in this space. Breathe into your body. Breathe Into your soul. Breathe deeper and longer and slower, and just be here, now. Let your body melt and surrender into this moment. Since all the other moments that have ever been and ever will be. No time, no distance. No motion. Just vibration. Breathe in through your nose. All the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long, slow, deep breaths as your breathing ends. Your body, your powerful, magical body.

You’ll become aware of a high frequency, jade green, and high frequency diamond light flowing in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor. This power for high frequency jades and electric diamond light flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of you in a clockwise direction over your head and zenith. You’ll see around your chest, around your back, swirling, getting brighter and stronger, swirling around the outside of your physical body like a tower of high frequency jade, an electric diamond tornado. You start to bring this frequency in.

You breathe in through your nose up and see your mind. It flows into your left brain. Into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull. Down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column. Middle, back, lower back inside your body. Through your heart. Your lungs. Your rib cage. Down through every vital organ. Through your hips, your groin. It swirls through your thighs and your hamstring down through your knees. Your calves past your machines into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It moves through your shoulders, down your arms, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thighs. Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your cells, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown.

Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind, say thank you and keep breathing. This light flows through every cell, every axon, every molecule, every fibre of your entire body, your cells, they dance and smile, communicating with each other like one big happy family. Your heart expands and expands and expands filling up your chest, expanding past the boundaries of your physical body and into the empty space. As the light from your own soul illuminates your environment and the love from your own heart reminds you that you are connected, super connected to all things.

As you expand and vibrates in this space, breathing in that high frequency electrical, your light body starts to rise slowly but surely your light starts to rise through your physical-ness, up through your shoulders, up through your crown, rising slowly up into the space above, up through the energy, up through the frequency, leaving your physical body behind. You rise one meter, a meter, and a half, and then you stop vibrating in this space. Your body starts to transition from a vertical to a horizontal position. Your face, the back of your head, your shoulders. They move backwards and down your legs, your ankles move forwards and up. You slowly transition and see your life vibrating, levitating in the empty space in the horizontal position up above your crown. As you vibrate in this space, you become aware of a small electric, blue inverted pyramid spinning clockwise up above your forehead. This small electric blue period spins faster and faster, drawing in high frequency light and healing colours.

These codes stream into the pyramid and the apex opens. A beautiful light flows down through your forehead, through your brain, and into your pineal gland. Oh. There’s a small explosion of electrical energy. As these codes are downloaded into your third eye, a stream of light flows from your pineal gland straight down for your central column and into your perineum. You then become aware that to your left and your right are two beautiful butterflies, electric blue with golden bodies and multi-coloured geometry weaved through their wings. These butterflies move up into your space. They start to move their wings and sprinkle stardust into your chest, your stomach over your hips, your shoulders, and arms. Within these streams and sprinkles of stardust. There are powerful healing colours. Your light body absorbs them, and the butterflies open their multidimensional hearts. These beautiful spirals of lines flow from the butterflies’ hearts through the space and connect with your heart. These gems, the powerful energies spiral and stream into your body as the apex of the pyramid above opens slightly wider, energizing your body.

You become aware of two inverted amethyst pyramids, one spinning above each of your knees in a clockwise direction. These amethyst pyramids draw inhaling frequencies from the Andromeda Galaxy. Downloading these high frequency data streams, light codes. The pyramids spin faster and faster, getting brighter, and then the apex is open and crystal white diamonds and amethyst streams slow down into your knees. These electrical energies splinter and flow through your knees. Your calves up through your thighs and your hamstring. Uploading these healing codes into your light body as you start to vibrate faster.

Your heart is expanding and expanding and expanding. The butterflies open. Their hearts widen and then these rainbow-coloured lines the shape of a human body, but with no physical structure. It appears in the space time by your feet. This rainbow-coloured light body has diamond eyes. It stares into your soul and places the hands of its energetic field over your ankles. Your ankles go cold and this being starts to run in healing frequencies. DNA Activation Colour Codes for Remembrance. Galactic Energy Streams from this being’s light body. These rainbow-coloured codes flow into your ankles and stream up through your body. Waves of love. Waves of joy. Waves of bliss. Waves of peace. Flow from this being’s chest streaming through your body. You feel such a deep sense of calm and peace flow through your system.

Another one of these beings appears behind you and places its hands over the sides of your head, its fingers over your forehead, its thumbs over your crown. You feel your head’s tingling. This frequency streams from this being’s hands into your mind. The amethyst and electric green pyramid spin faster than the apex is open wide. As these lasers stream into your consciousness, as you float in this space healing and expanding. Surrender to this experience. The being with its hands over your head looks down into your eyes. It lowers its forehead until its full head touches yours. You feel electrical energy streaming between you to your pineal gland. The electricity between your forehead is amazing. You are. And how to be ecstasy. It’s how to bless their being communicates with you telepathically spirals of rainbow coloured cold stream from this being’s mind in sea yours and they expand through your left and right hemisphere as these pulses of rainbow coloured energy, the waves of bliss. The waves of joy. The waves of ecstasy. Waves of courage. Calmness. Unity. Gently flow through your system. Energizing, elevating, uplifting.

The two amethyst pyramids, they start to descend, and as they descend, they shrink and they move inside your knees where they continue to spin, releasing charges of lines. The electric blue pyramid shrinks and descends. Also, down towards your forehead. It passes through the mind of this rainbow-colored being down through your forehead and into your consciousness. It rotates. And so, the apex is pointing down for your neck and your throat. The two amethyst pyramids rotate and so the apex is the points down towards your ankles. The three pyramids start to communicate with each other inside your light body, amplifying the frequency, turbocharging the healing, the being with its hands on your head starts to massage your temples, gently caressing your mind. It takes its forehead off, kisses your forehead and raises its head, smiling through its time and eyes as it continues to massage your consciousness gently.

You feel love, care for it and respect. Just be in this space. As the two butterflies get closer, they wrap their wings around your chest, your stomach, your middle, and lower back transmitting, healing the being with its hands on your ankles starts to rub the soles of your feet. Massaging in recalibration calms as you float and vibrate. They’re like bodies start to dissolve into liquid plastic and they submerge and merge and weave into the fabric of your own like body where the energetic signatures dissolve into yours and the three of you become one. Your body starts to transition from a horizontal back to a vertical position. Your head and your face move up and forward. Your legs and your ankles move down and back, and through.

You come face to face with that rainbow-coloured beam with diamond eyes that was working on your feet and looking at you and smiles. It reaches forwards and gives you a great big hug. You feel your heart expanding and expand as you hug this being back the being whispers into your consciousness. You are amazing. Never doubt yourself. Trust the process, the being let go of the embrace. It starts to move back out from your space, smiling with its eyes and as it moves back from this space, it blends back into the geometrical code of the fabric. You look down towards your body, your crown is open like a thousand petalled rainbow coloured lotus flowers within amethyst, an electric blue scent. Your light starts to the sand down towards your cry you get within a meter, half a meter and your light descends from your crown through your head to your face, your neck, your throat down into your cosmic heart and your crown closes. Your light starts to expand as those two rainbow-coloured beings completely disappear, you expand for your shoulders, chest, arms, hands, fingers. Stop, legs, ankles, seats, and your neck your head, face left and right, right.

You start to become aware of your physical body, the vibration in your bones, the tingle in your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, you open your eyes, come back into this space, and just take your time. There’s no higher 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 zero. Whenever you’re ready, open your eyes. Come back into this space and just be saying it’s time There’s no higher. You are incredible. Feel this and know this Be amazing. Always.

I love you, beautiful soul. Thank you for being here. Hey, beautiful soul, thank you for being on this journey with me. It was amazing to connect with you and share this space with you and I have a challenge for you to come back and do this meditation every day for 33 days. The results are going to be astronomical. Hi, my name is Lauren Grace and I’m from Queensland in Australia. I first heard about Jerry and star magic healing two years ago on a podcast that I was listening to called ‘The Almost 30 Podcast’. I was going through the darkest period of my life. I was borderline suicidal and so depressed, so anxious, and yeah, I just felt like an absolute victim to my life. I was homeless living out of my car, so overweight, so unhealthy, so broke. I remember not having enough money to feed myself and miserable to be waking up each morning feeling so depressed and just hating my life. I was hating myself like it was so hard to just wake up in the morning and to be excited about life because I just wasn’t enjoying my experience and really felt like I didn’t have a purpose. Yeah, that was something that I really felt like I’d been struggling with for years like knowing that there had to be a reason why I was here and alive but just had no idea what that was. Yeah, that played into this depression massively and I just found it so hard to just get through the day.

When I first found star magic healing, I delved straight into the meditations and the light language transmissions and I just I was so emotional, and it hit me like right in my heart and I just felt like this overwhelming sense of home and my purpose like I just stumbled upon the answer to life. To go through that experience of transforming from such a depressed dark state into this lightness and yeah feeling into the goodness of life like I don’t even have words for that experience like gave me so much hope and so much like reason to continue on and yeah I really like opened up my vision for my future and yeah it just gave me that purpose to keep living and to keep transforming and elevating my whole reality.

Like a few months later I made the choice to move across the country and within two weeks of moving to my new home I met my new current partner who is honestly just the most beautiful human being and yeah, I that has just been like one of the most incredible things I think that I’ve experienced. Since first finding star magic and going on this journey of really elevating my life and my reality and the people that I have magnetized into my life. Since then, it just it blows my mind the tools that Jerry has given me to shift out of my darkness. Oh, my goodness, everything like the meditation library and the light language Transmissions is the perfect place to begin and to just really be utilizing all the resources that are there within Infinity. Like that is that is the best place to start, and you’ll notice so quickly the results and the things that start really shifting like within your reality and your personality your whole entire being and experience of this life.

The interactives like the lab calls are amazing as well for gaining these incredible tools and learning so much that you can Implement and to work through yourself to really elevate your reality. For me like that’s not to say that sometimes these things don’t still arise, but I find that if I feel a bit sad now like I can bring myself out of that space so much quicker and more efficiently than I ever could before. It doesn’t feel like this overwhelming hole and like pit of depression that I am trapped in and yeah, I feel like the best thing that anyone can do that is feeling that way is just to know that you are in control of your reality and your life. You’re not a victim to it and yeah surround yourself with people that feel expansive and are living a life that you want to be living. To allow yourself to have that support whilst you’re going through that experience and just know that it does get so much better, and you can transform from that state into a life that is more incredible more magical than you could ever even imagine.

Right now, my plans now for my life and my vision within the star magic team and working my way up through the academy is a massive part of that having moved through the level one and level two facilitated training was the most incredible experiences of my entire life and yeah I’m so excited to keep going keep transforming thank you so much Jerry Mike here we go I’m crying thank you so much Jerry thank you star magic and everything that you have created and shared has been the absolute catalyst to me transforming the out of my life and really like feeling me with so much purpose and my life was like way more incredible than I could have ever imagined would be just two years ago and I’m just so excited to see like what comes from here and to just keep expanding and keep moving through this journey and working within star magic I’m just so grateful for the opportunities that you’ve given me and to be on this journey and to be in connection with the star magic tribe like it really feels like home.

Our brain, our mind is like a canvas and when we empty our mind and clear our minds, we can start to paint works of art on. We can start to create our so-called future inside and on the canvas of our minds. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being.

How we are feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, the only way for a human being to become truly, truly successful, to truly find themselves, to truly unlock the magic within. It’s to take themselves into such an uncomfortable position, situation, space where everything is completely new. The ego mind fights like crazy with the conditioning of the body from past experiences from this lifetime and others start to rise to the surface and the addiction that the body has to certain chemical reactions that are induced by certain emotional experiences in the external world. The body goes through pain, the mind goes crazy. Most people in this world are running programs on some level, and for you to get to where you want to go dancing, which is nowhere. It’s all because you’re already there and that’s part of the deal.

However, for you to get to where you want to go, would seem to reach the next level, whether it’s up there or in here, you need to go through a process. That process starts with you taking a deep dive into the centre of your heart and to observe your inner workings, and to start to observe them without analysing, just to observe them and to become familiar and conscious with what is taking place. Your mind starts to think things. Your body starts to feel things, and most of these things are unconscious. Even if the body isn’t feeling anything, it will get the mind to start thinking things to trigger a chemical reaction. So, the body gets this face because we as human beings are addicted to certain traumatic events that have taken place in our reality. If we’re not experiencing them, we’re going to create them repeatedly in our minds. So, we can keep re-experiencing these chemical flows, these chemical reactions, these chemical releases.

The body is like a crack head getting its fix. A heroin addict gets on its fix, an alcoholic gets in its fix. There are people in our accident or reality, who say things and do things, and we have something inside of our brain called the reticular activating system. That goes and hunts down certain scenarios and circumstances, or re-experience them, to keep getting those chemical fixes, keep getting those chemical releases. The body is like an addict.

I remember a couple of years ago I was meditating on a on a clifftop in Madeira, and I’m just observing in stillness and my girlfriend pops into my head, and I watch my brain. I had this whole scenario where she goes to a bar and meets a guy, and they go off together. I was just watching and seeing how far the brain and the mind would go to get me. Jerry Sargeant, a human being that has experienced a lot of rejection in his past, abandonment, things like this, my greatest triggers. So, the body is looking for its fix, so it starts to get the brains to go on these little journeys internally.

The thing is the subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s not, but we can use this to our advantage. We can start to create positive scenarios in our brain. See, our brain, our mind is like a canvas and when we empty our mind and clear our mind, we can start to paint works of art. So, we can start to create our so-called future inside and on the canvas of our minds. Then we can live out that reality and feel the feelings of what it’s like, and then we start to give off magnetic and electrical charges and we start to magnetize that which we’ve been thinking about and creating internally into our external field through natural lines of transmission, through people, circumstances, and events. All we’ve got to do is reach out and see them reach out and step inside. But this process is not easy.

Before you can get to that, you’ve got to go through this whole world of adaptation where you start to observe all the unconscious behaviours and patterns and thoughts and emotions that the body and mind are creating. As you sit still and don’t engage in them, you’re going to be very, very uncomfortable, decluttering the minds, detaching the body, decoding the body energetically from all these external experiences and all these internal experiences. Therefore, most people fail on their journey to success because they cannot accept losing their mind. But losing the mind is a beautiful thing because on the other side of the chaos is order and the order of the universe is mathematical, geometrical, fluid. It’s just patterns and numbers and codes, and it makes no sense to our logical mind, our left brain, our male brain that processes seven bits of data per second.

Our right brain, that experiences love, non-conformity, understands the order in the chaos. You go to the jungle, you go to the woods, into the forest, to the plants, in the trees, everywhere, and it looks chaotic. But there is older in them. You don’t see the oak tree fighting with the silver birch. You don’t see the flowers fighting with each other, scrapping for space. They just grow and weave and flow and when we move into the space of our hands and we create space between us and what’s happening around us, that space gives us opportunity. Within that space and that opportunity, we can create magic. But you’ve got to get comfortable within that space when the mind is trying to trick you and the body is trying to control you, you’ve got to say, no, I’m in control me. The consciousness inside the body, the spirit, the salt, the essence, the frequency, not the label, not the name, not the identity, not the body, not the brain.

You’ve got to exercise willpower, discipline, commitment. You’ve got to stay calm, and you’ve got to trust the process. When you start to become conscious of your unconscious habits, when you start to become aware of your unconscious habits and you shine your light, then you get the opportunity to make different choices in the space that you create between you and what’s happening internally and externally. That space is minimal. There is a 0.25 second window between stimulus and response but that space is colossal. That mining period of 0.25 seconds, there’s a whole universe in that. Self-control is strength, right? Master your thoughts. Calmness is power. Say into your heart, peace be still.

You are amazing, beautiful soul, and the commanding master resides inside of you, in your heart. Go in there, connect with him. It’s the essence, the truth, the wisdom, the knowledge, and start expressing yourself in different ways, in unique ways, by making different choices, by exercising your willpower. Wherever you are on this magical planet, go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously.  Hug them tightly and never, ever, ever be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging. Become aware of your unconscious habits, thoughts, feelings, emotions. Start to make conscious choices and you will move into new realms of vitality and health. Formidable business opportunities will present themselves and relationships will be fluid and easy. I love you. You’re amazing.

The experience of the Star Magic Training is amazing. I just came out of a session where Jerry and a student of his realigned my spine and I feel so energetic, I feel great.

Scoliosis that I had since childhood, it’s gone. I’m blown away. I had back pains in my lower back and in the middle. One shoulder was higher than the other one. I was told that one of my legs is a little bit longer, like 1cm longer than the other one. The hips were unbalanced. Right now, it looks like I’m fine. I have no pain whatsoever. I’m energised.

Carman always has lots of problems with her back. Many times, she was blocked, and she would stay in bed for two, three weeks. She couldn’t walk because of the pain in her back. Every single day she was always complaining about her back problems. So, as that’s gone away then this is well worth it for it to go. It’s real, most amazing.

It’s real, most amazing. I still cannot believe it. I’m processing but at some point, I must accept it. It’s magic. The interesting part of it is that my back pain has also gone away which is weird.

We always talk about the middle back and the guilt. I always had this issue here in my spine, and all of a sudden, I don’t feel anything.

I had the same thing. It looks like we have been connected. Our souls have been connected for many past lives, we’re always attracted to each other somehow, so it makes sense. Everything in our past lives is coming together. Everything that’s happening in this reality with us, makes a lot of sense.

My scoliosis was related to a past life guilt coming from a past life experience and was related to my husband I was able to release, and Jerry was able to change this reality and download frequencies that wiped away the past trauma. It changed the trauma in my past life. The scoliosis part still blows my mind. It’s amazing. This experience is life changing. I’m transforming a lot. I have a different perspective on life. I feel different. I’m very energised and It’s amazing.

For me, Carman has focused on her healing for a number of years. I focused on trying to support her through all this time. So, taking the time to just stop my analytical mind doing this and just come here.  It’s been amazing, it took me a while to come around to start feeling things and understanding. He’s super-human. His energy, you can feel it. He’s genuine.

The interactives like the lab calls are amazing as well for gaining these incredible tools and learning so much that you can Implement and to work through yourself to really elevate your reality. For me like that’s not to say that sometimes these things don’t still arise, but I find that if I feel a bit sad now like I can bring myself out of that space so much quicker and more efficiently than I ever could before. It doesn’t feel like this overwhelming hole and like pit of depression that I am trapped in and yeah, I feel like the best thing that anyone can do that is feeling that way is just to know that you are in control of your reality and your life. You’re not a victim to it and yeah surround yourself with people that feel expansive and are living a life that you want to be living. To allow yourself to have that support whilst you’re going through that experience and just know that it does get so much better, and you can transform from that state into a life that is more incredible more magical than you could ever even imagine.

You start to magnetize the life that you want, and money starts to chase you. When money starts to chase you, you are going to be so full that you do not even want that money. You do not even need that money. But we live in a world now where money is useful. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? And this question, how are you feeling right now, is an important question.

Based on what we are going to talk about and discuss in today’s video, we’re going to talk about money, the relationship with money and how you get money to chase you because money will chase you. If you have got a good relationship with it and you’re only going to have a good relationship with money. If you have got a good relationship with yourself and have a good relationship with yourself, you will fully and wholeheartedly love who you are. You have to have a lot of self-respect. You must know your worth and you have to create 24/7, three, six, five. This emotional charge, this congruency with the fields, this energy that is like a vortex of consciousness that you open, and it is not that you open it. You are it and when this vortex that you are is open and the energy is just cascading and straight, not through you, but out from you, 360 in all directions.

This wave of love, this wave of energy, this wave of joy, this wave of passion, when that energy is emanating from the depths of your soul, from the fabric of your very essence, from your physical body, from every cell. Those biophotons, which contain data and information when they’re streaming out from your consciousness, you naturally communicate with the quantum field in a positive fashion and the energetic connection that goes beyond the physical form that links you into the building blocks of the universe. The very mathematical geometrical fabric that is flowing through all things starts to create this network of communication and this frequency that you’re emitting starts to magnetize people, circumstances, events, situations in your immediate field based on the same frequency as you, a frequency that marries your frequency. A frequency that dovetails your frequency. This is how amazing things start to accumulate in your life: money, health, relationships, business, whatever it is.

If you want to have more of it in your reality, you’ve got to become at one with yourself and not want for it.  When you want something and you need something, you’re going to push it further away to show up through natural lines of transmission, like I said, through people, circumstances, events. You know, you’re a human being in motion, but you’re moving through this reality, and as you move through this reality, things are going to begin to come into your awareness, things are going to come to you, into your path. All you have got to do is reach out and say thank you, thank you.

Okay, because the work is really done behind the scenes, the work is energetic. Okay. when you innerstand that the whole physical world that we play this game of life in on is a very small sliver of what makes up the fabric of everything. And what makes up the fabric of everything is like the iceberg under the water, the big bits underneath the water. That is the quantum field. That is the building blocks of life, the world of the galaxy, the solar system of the universe, the multiverse, the little tip of the iceberg above the water. That is your physical reality. If you were to change something, you are never going to change it by focusing on the tip of the iceberg above the water, you have got to dive deep into your cosmic heart, into the labyrinth of your own inner workings, and you have got to make changes. You make a change on the inside, in your own inner geometry. When that changes your own mathematics, then everything changes in your external reality, and you start to magnetize the life that you want, and money starts to chase you.

Now, when money starts to chase you, you are going to be so full that you do not even want that money. You do not even need that money, but we live in a world now where money is useful. It helps us buy things; it helps us travel. It helps us create businesses that can help more people. So, money is useful. Okay, we have not reached that stage of evolution yet where we’re exchanging energy for energy. Material goods for material goods, which is just energy, a haircut for some apples, a massage for some reflexology, a new scarf for a bag of potatoes, whatever it might be. Right. Okay. We are not there. We are moving towards that, and it will happen but right now we must play in this physical reality with what we’ve got and what we’ve got is powerful.

We have a heart, we have a mind, we have a brain. Okay? We have neurons that fire. We have an electrical system in our body. When you start to weave all these things together and you start to think in a certain way, you start to feel in a certain way, you start to fire neurons in a certain way. You know, creating new neural pathways link old all neural pathways. You start to signal new genes, create new proteins, and you start to create these epigenetic fields within your own local environment that become your new reality and you can feel that reality 24/7, 365, before it has even happened. You’re so in love with everything, this flowing into your reality, even if it’s not there yet that you feel the gratitude, the love, the joy. You emanate it 24/7, 365. You’re so in love with yourself. You are so in love with the magic in everything within the flower, within the tree, within all things.

Then life starts to give, and you have just got to open that heart and receive, and as you open that heart to receive, you can give back. It just becomes a fluid, cyclical stream of frequency that goes out and comes in, it goes out and comes in and life becomes fluid, easy, fast, efficient, joyful, expansive, loving and just totally flipping amazing man. Wherever you are on this beautiful planet, go and love your sisters and your brothers. Love them fiercely and ferociously, hug them tightly and never, ever, ever be the first to let go.

Wherever you are on this magical planet, close your eyes and breathe into your magical body, and just be here for a moment and feel. Breathe deeper and longer and slower. Feel your body. Feel your energy. Feel your heart. Your cells. This space around your body and know that you deserve this time and space to kick back. To relax. To elevate. To upgrade.

Breath in through your nose all the way down to the pits of your stomach. And back out through your mouth. Long, slow, deep breaths and as you are breathing into your body, your powerful, extraordinary, magical body, you’ll become aware of a crystal white light full of fluorescent green codes flowing in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor. This powerful high frequency crystal white and fluorescent green light flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of you in a clockwise direction over your head. Underneath, your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling, getting brighter and stronger, swirling around the outside of your physicalness. Like a powerful crystal white and fluorescent green tornado.

You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe it in through your nose, up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skill, down through your head. Your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle, back, lower back into your buttock, through your heart, to your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ, through your hips, your groin. It swirls through your thighs and your hamstring down through your knees. Your calves, past your shins into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It moves through your shoulders, down your arm, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.

Continue to breathe in this powerful light, this healing frequency until the inside of your body is completely full at the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind, say thank and keep breathing as these lights flow through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being. Your cells dance and smile, communicating with each other like one big happy family. Your heart expands and expands and expands filling up your chest, expanding out past the boundaries of your physical body and into the empty space as the light from your own soul illuminates your environment and the love from your own heart amplifies that love frequency.

It grows and expands 360 degrees in all directions and your chest, your shoulders, your back, your arms, your stomach, they feel like they’re melting, getting lighter and lighter and lighter as your neck and your throat feel like they’re dissolving. Your chin, your cheeks, the back of your head feel like they are dissolving. Weightless, nothingness. Your arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, hands feel like they are melting, becoming nothing. Your fingers, your thumbs. They dissolve into the space, your hips, your buttocks, your groin. They get lighter and lighter and dissolve. Your thighs, your hamstrings, your knees. Weightless. They dissolve into this space as your knees turn into liquid light along with your calves and your shins and your ankles and your feet. The energy flows like liquid plasma as your feet and toes melt into space. The top of your head. Weightless. Nothingness. You become pure frequency as your consciousness expands and expands and expands. You feel more and more space within you, around you, as within you and around you become one pure energy.

As your heart continues to expand, way out into the distance as time and space collapse within each other and everything solid merges with its environment and the environment merges with everything solid. You realize that love is all there is. Energy, frequency so pure, so divine.

As your consciousness expands and flows and floats in this infinite sea of possibility you realize that the building blocks of life of the universe are intangible, weightless and are contained in the very fabric of silence within and upon waves of energy, harmonics, vibration.

As you expand and expand and expand knowing that contraction is an impossible scenario when you are vibration harmony, energy frequency, consciousness, and as you vibrate, expanding and expanding, realizing and knowing the planets and stars, suns and moons, celestial bodies throughout the multiverse are inside every single cell of this aspect of reality that we call a human body and this aspect of reality we call a human body is a mirror image of the galaxy of the multiverse. Everything is connected. Our human body, just like the multiverse, is a giant mycelium network, super connected, beyond measure, beyond thoughts, beyond emotion, the intangible and the tangible zero-point, time and space collapses and as you vibrate with these in truth, vibrating in every cell of your body, you start to feel this magnetizing pull, as your expanded field of awareness vibrates throughout all time and space, and at the same time inside your physical body, you start to become aware of the vibration in your bones, the tingle in your cells, the frequency in every muscle.

“My name is Markus Bond, and I came to Facilitator Training to get healed and while I was there, they put me in the front of the class, and they healed my doubly twisted spine. It’s called kyphoscoliosis, where it’s twisted in two directions like a corkscrew.

So, you can imagine that was a world of pain. Always pain, no matter what I did, is always pain. All the muscles are all fighting against the curvature. When I would walk, I would be bending over like that and if I even looked around, it would hurt. It would just hurt all the time, even if I was lying down. You know when you’re trying to sleep there’s no position that was comfortable. No position, because it’s always twisted when you’re in a world of pain, a lot of your brain, your run time, if you like, is involved in the pain.

So, you’re not free to enjoy life and, you know, think and act and be as you could be, 100%. The doctors told me there is nothing they could do, which was a bit disappointing and like a lot of these western situations, if they can’t heal you, they just give you pills. So, I was on what they call pain management. I was a very active person before. I was working every day, going on adventures, having a lovely time, but with all the pain, it meant that I had to spend a large chunk of my life lying down, like at least half a week, maybe more, lying down. I just couldn’t function anymore.

Then I went to Star Magic Training and Jerry arranged a healing there, facilitated a healing and it just put my spine back in the correct alignment. Now I’m pain free, no painkillers, living a wonderful life. So, it was good to get that functionality back and since it’s being put back up, I’ve able to go to work as much as I want, go out gallivanting as much as I want, and I don’t have to lie down for three days to recover because my back is pain. So, it has made such a change, I’m a very happy person all the time, so I’m used to smiling like all the time. So, the idea of me being in pain and not smiling is just not me. But after the healing, as you can imagine, good. Even as they were doing it, I could feel like straightening things happening to me it’s just amazing and it’s been like that ever since. It’s just wonderful.

I’ve been able to go to work since I have so much more strength now. I couldn’t work more than two or three days. Even one day I’d be in pain. But now it’s just wonderful. Everything’s different. And the worst thing is that I couldn’t find any way to fix it. I had to get Magic to fix it basically. It’s the only way I need to do it. But I’m very happy with what the Tribe has done and what the healing has done. Changed my life 100%.

Since the healing, I haven’t had to have any painkillers and if I went to the doctor now, they would probably be very shocked. They’d probably say, how on earth did you do that? But I don’t even bother going in there in those places anymore now . I don’t need to. Trust The Magic. Don’t think that it’s all mumbo jumbo or people are making it up or anything like that. It’s not staged, it’s not rigged. I can understand people might think these things, but no, it’s just love and it’s the love of the Universe. And it can heal. It can heal anybody. So, it’s a real thing. And you can be healed. It doesn’t matter what any doctors tell you, any hospitals or anything, you can be healed. It’s just wonderful. It’s very freeing and it makes me very happy to know it’s the truth.

“Never before have I experienced so many upgrades, uploads, downloads, and recalibrations in one experience. I felt my crown being worked on. I felt my third eye being worked on. I still feel it being worked on, and, very  exciting, my actual eyesight is improving.

I take everyone into a deep meditation, and we teach them very quickly a simple breath work protocol and we get them to adopt this this breathwork protocol as we go into the healing session, and we align everybody’s frequencies. We open everyone’s hearts and from there I start to work around everybody individually and at the same time work on the whole group energy field. The changes, the shifts, are unbelievable. We have people getting up out of wheelchairs. We have people with eyesight that has being restored.  We have people with fibromyalgia, trigeminal neuralgia, brain tumours, long-term serious illnesses, and diseases, and they just simply vanish. They were there before the healing session; they go back to the doctors and get tests and scans afterwards and they’re not there anymore. Maybe it’s a complete coincidence but when you see this time and time and time again you know you can feel the waves, you can feel the vortexes of frequency flowing through the body and everybody’s vibrant.

We bring 44 or 55 Souls together and we work for four hours, five hours, sometimes six hours, and it’s an intense environment.  You know, you see people rolling around the floor. Some of them are crying, some of them are screaming, some of them are laughing, some of them are shaking. That’s because they’re having these profound emotional releases. As we download these new frequencies into the biological computer, the light moves through the body, and you see people bend and twist and shape. They might fall forwards, they might fall backwards, they get stuck in an upright position.

To walk in and see this it kind of looks a little bit strange but when you’re in it the frequency is beautiful when

everybody’s hearts are just open, and all that frequency is streaming into the space. We bring them into this environment where they feel completely safe. They melt into the environment and as they melt into the environment and their heart opens, they know that it’s safe to express. Then when the energy kicks in and it starts to dive deep into their cells, and it starts to unearth that deep rooted trauma, however that emotional release needs to come out it comes out and people feel safe enough to allow that vulnerability to rise to the surface.

One thing I always say to everybody at the start of these healing sessions is I hope that you came here prepared to die because you’re not going to be the same human being that leaves that space. Okay, the human being that enters is going to shed layers and layers and layers and the identity is going to be stripped back. The ego is going to struggle for a moment and then it’s going to surrender and when it surrenders, you connect with an energy so potent and powerful, and it will reset your system. It will reset your biological system. It will reset your spiritual system. It will reset you on a number of different levels. Your light body will be recalibrated. your Merkabah field spin into action at the velocity that it’s supposed to spin at. When that energetic field which is around every single human being kicks in, everything starts to calibrate.

The body, it contains so many beautiful chemicals and when you use certain pieces of breathwork, when you bring in certain frequencies, when you combine it with the right harmonics, music, and you bring in the right energy streams, which is what we show people how to do which is what we facilitate. It creates an unquantifiable container where magic and miracles are birthed from the empty space. It deflates logic in every sense of the word, and you just have to know that love is the most powerful magical weapon that we have accessed. It’s the most powerful measurable force in the universe and when you know how to open this heart and unleash this weapon, you better take a deep breath, buckle up, fasten your seatbelt, and get ready for the ride.

“… and the mind starts to think this is dangerous, this is not right so; it retreats and retracts back from where it was back into the safe harbour of the known because that unknown territory is dangerous.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So today we are going to talk about blocking your spiritual growth, what is blocking your spiritual growth and how you can stop it. There are two main things, two main reasons that stop most human beings’ spiritual growth on this magical planet.

The first thing is this, and this is one of the biggest things that most human souls on this journey struggle with. It is the identity shift. what happens when you go on this spiritual journey you start to wake up you start to remember you start to realize that this whole world around you is not what you were taught. it was and things start to crumble, things start to shift, people in your life, friends, and family. There starts to be this little bit of disconnect because you are starting to shift and you’re starting to change, and the ego fights you. You start to follow different pursuits; you start to move in different directions. Things that used to be important to you don’t seem important anymore and the ego’s fighting for that when your frequency raises, and your consciousness expands

Other people in your life that stay on the frequency that they were on which used to be compatible with you and are no longer compatible because you raise, and they stay the same or you move at different paces, and they start to fall away from your life and the ego is like there is no coming back. The ego gets scared. The ego does not like identity shifts. You may find that the job you are doing, the business that you’re involved in, no longer serves you. It no longer fills you full of joy and passion. Maybe you were doing it just for the money and now other things are more important to you than money and so you start to shift in all these different ways and the ego’s identity changes.

Now remember the ego’s identity is a false program anyway and all you are doing is rewriting the program you’re shifting in a positive way but we’re beings that get stuck in the head because we’ve been conditioned to be in our left male brain 24/7 365 and most of us don’t operate out of this female hemisphere which is potent and powerful and can process billions of bits of data plus per second that sees patterns and frequency and feels. Most of us are stuck in this logical structured site and so we start to feel unsafe and so what we must do to overcome this is trust the process and start to breathe consciously into your belly. Start to operate from your heart and not from your head.

When you breathe deeply, and you feel and rest your awareness and your attention here in your heart as much as you possibly can, you create distance and space between you and what is happening in your external environment. There is a 0.25 second window between stimulus and response when you’re bouncing around in your head and when you’re living in your heart. That gap is expanded and when that gap is expanded things in your external environment do not bother you. You create the distance, you create the space, and you stop being a reactive human. You start responding to life instead and this is powerful.

So, stop operating from this centred state of awareness, and then as things arise and change in your world and your identity, it starts to shift into a new identity. The ego isn’t going to bother you because you’re down here, you’re feeling your way through life or you’re in your right brain and you’re operating from that space

Number two: clinging to logic. So many people, because they are operating out of their brain and they are not in their hearts, they look at this experience and see it as painful. For example, the body might be releasing emotion which gets stored on a cellular level on a subatomic level and when you start to bring in the new frequency, when you start to open your heart, and you start to bring in more light, you might change your nutrition, you might exercise more, you might start to bombard you’re your body in a positive way with all these new things because you’re shifting your identity and so all of this light and information that’s new is coming into your body and it pushes all of the old stuff out and away and when that happens the body can feel pain. Physical pain, it can feel emotional pain, and the mind starts to think this is dangerous, this is not right, so it retreats and retracts back from where it was back into the safe harbour of the known because that unknown territory is dangerous for the mind because it does not know it is unfamiliar. So, the mind and the ego like to keep you here, right here, where you know who you are, where it is safe.

We know that the magic happens in the unknown so what you have got to do is to trust the process you’ve got to allow yourself to be in your heart with both two points that are potentially blocking your spiritual growth. Be in your heart when the friends and the family disappear, when the business disappears, when you move from one town to another, or from one city to another, or from one country to another, because you are on this journey following your heart. Trust in the process, just allow it to all happen and know that the universe has got your back and know that the emotions that are arising. It is coming out and it is leaving your system. It is a natural part of the process. Enjoy it because you are moving on to new pastures. You are climbing different mountains and the view is going to be totally different from where you are going to, so enjoy the ride, kick back and realize it’s just a process.

Breathe deeply, breathe consciously, meditate, drink lots of water, put high vibrational nutrition into your body and a lot of plant-based foods. I’m not saying that going vegan doesn’t work for everybody. listen to your body and give your body what it needs. Exercise your body and take cold showers in the morning and evening before you go to bed. These tools are free. They don’t cost you anything and they will seriously help you stay present, stay focused, stay in your heart, and keep you locked on that forward movement trusting the process.

Treat Time Kindly

Since we have evolved from the apes, we have been fascinated by time. Scientists, philosophers, artists, and human civilisations past and present, have been entranced by the nature of time. In our ever-busier modern world, most people live their lives by the motion of the hour and minute hands of clocks and watches.

It is easy to let time rule your life, but did you know that time does not actually exist? Time is a human invention that describes, or measures, cause and effect described by motion through space. You pass through an extra dimension that you call time each moment as you travel through space.

 

 

You can free yourself from the shackles of time by accepting the flow of change and by living in the moment. The idea is that you don’t get impatient or angry if you feel that you do not have enough time. Instead, cultivate love and compassion in your heart and remain in the moment.

 

Does Time Flow Faster as You Get Older?

Some people believe that time flows slower when you are younger and faster when older. Babies and young children have much to learn and integrate as they are exposed to so many different things. This continuous learning keeps their brains active and in hyperfocus when integrating new ideas, tools, and knowledge.

When you are very young a day may feel like a week, and a week feels like a month. Your brain is a sponge for information at school and when you go to university or start your first job. When you get older, it feels like the sands of time are running through your fingers more and more quickly.

Your perception of time speeds up as you get older if you follow the same patterns, the same daily grind, and the same routines that may or may not serve you. It is easy to become stuck in a rut and run the same patterns and behaviours every day without challenging yourself with new things. Thus, it feels like time flows faster because your brain is following the same patterns and programs, and less new information is absorbed by the brain.

 

Does Time Flow Slower When You Dream or Trip?

Your subjective perception of time will change when you dream or meditate. The actual physical passage of time stays the same, but you may experience weeks or months of time passing in minutes as your brain fools you into living another life when in fact time jumps in dreams. Just look at a clock or watch in a dream and see the hands flip or when you talk in a dream about an event, you then find yourself attending the event which may be hours or days later.

You may have dreams where you experience time being very fast or slow, like in a psychedelic trip. In both cases it is your brain’s activity and your perception of time that changes and not physical time itself. However, when you access other timelines or realities during energy healing and astral voyaging, the time you experience in these other realities may significantly vary from your normal waking experience.

 

How to Avoid Burnout

You may think that the more you work, the more successful you will be in life. It may feel like you will get more done by putting in extra hours into your project or job. However, you are at risk of burning out. This is a real issue when you follow the busy western lifestyle of more work, less rest, and no play.

 

 

You may feel the pressure to keep working through your breaks and into the early hours of the morning, but you need time away to unwind. Meditating, resting your brain and eyes, getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night, and taking regular walks can all help you to prevent burnout and optimize your productivity.

 

Is There Enough Time to Get it all Done?

You may wonder how some people get so much done in the time they have and still be fresh to start the next day. It may be tricky for you to keep a good work-life balance, but for optimum output you will be juggling your hours of work, rest, and play. Closing your eyes and meditating can give you a welcome break from a busy lifestyle and help you to unwind.

Ensure that time works with you and not against you. Budgeting your time, time-blocking, and short hyper-focus sessions can make it appear that you have more time. When you organise your time and treat it as a precious thing, you know where each hour and minute goes, and you feel more aligned with the moment. This is the point where you are now, which is the only time that exists.

 

Are You Wasting Time When You Nap?

Napping is not a waste of time if you use naps wisely. You can lay down for 15 minutes and doze off, waking up more refreshed and alert. Get a couple of hours of sleep and you may feel groggy and tired. Naps are a great way to unwind, refresh, and reset. Naps can be an effective way to hit the reset button and come back with more enthusiasm and fresh ideas. 

 

 

You can also meditate or use an energy exercise such as qigong to recharge and refocus. These activities have the added benefit of improving your overall energy management and elevating your mood and your consciousness.

 

Does Modern Technology Help Manage Time Better?

Technology is fantastic as a tool or aid to help you with your work and home life. However, letting time rule your life leads to dependency. Having the correct project management tool or enough reminders on your calendar does not necessarily increase your efficiency. For good time management, you only need to set good boundaries and make intentional choices about where to focus your energy.

It is so easy to waste time when fiddling with technology. You are wasting time if you spend several hours a day setting up and updating apps. The technology you use to track and manage your time is just a time management tool.  While technology can be helpful in helping you organise and prioritise your life, it is you that is making you more productive and not the technology that you use.

 

Living Your Life Optimally

To get the maximum benefit out of each day, love every moment. Look after yourself, organise your time with a calm mind, vary your activities, and never worry about running out of time. Remember that you have enough time to do the things that you are on Mother Earth to do.

When you focus on managing time it helps to also consider your natural biorhythms and energy levels. Taking on the tougher tasks of the day when your energy is at rock bottom leads to procrastination. So, if you are razor sharp in the mornings then focus on the more difficult projects or actions in each morning. Discover for yourself what works best for you at each time of the day and go with what resonates with you.

Go and shine that light and blaze that trail. Climb that mountain top and once you reach the top don’t stay stagnant. Look for the next thing, and then navigate your way through that one and keep climbing. Never settle because once you start to settle, you’re going to slide back down the mountain.  If you do slide down the mountain, pick yourself up and start climbing again straightaway.
