In life, in all situations and in every human being, this inner battle goes on. You must choose to follow your heart and not listen to your head. This is a battle with your ego, which can be helpful and destructive. But the ego has an identity and it doesn’t like to let that identity go. Your ego is unwilling to let go of the past and change. It is a perfectly normal process to go through. You are shifting massively. Dig deep, stay hydrated, and keep going. You are transforming and your ego is scared. It’s OK. Follow your heart, it’s your life compass and will always take you in the direction of your dreams.

Yes, some people find it harder to see imagery in meditation, and it’s not because you can’t and do not have access to this imagery. It’s not because you are not good at seeing. It’s because you are not tuning into the subtlety of the vision. It is very subtle to start with for most people, but the subtlety becomes more prominent once you tap into it and access it.

The worst thing you can do is try and force the vision or imagery; you have to allow the imagery to come to you.
