I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
So, are you ready to rise? Are you ready to band together. Are you ready to stand in your power and stand in your truth and realize that you are the one that you’ve been waiting for, that no government is going to save you, no politician, no archetypal figure, no group, no one is going to save you. It’s down to you to stand in your power, step up, and be your own saviour, beautiful soul. You know there’s too many sheep on this planet. Don’t you? Far too many sheep.
I went round to see my mum last night and she opened the front door and she said I’m still self-isolating, you’re going to have to go around the back. So, I was on my push bike, I went round on my push bike, I went right in the back. I said how you are doing, how you feeling? She said I’m really bored; I can’t wait for this to be over. I said, well don’t worry they’ll be around with your vaccines soon and she said I hope so and she was deadly serious and we got into a bit of a debate and a discussion about this stuff which didn’t really go anywhere as you can probably well imagine but it really kind of smacked me right in the face and even I even though I know there are still many people on this planet asleep.
When you see someone that is that asleep it really gives you a big punch in the face and it makes you realize that there’s still so much work to do and there are some people that you just can’t help unless people wake up themselves and decide and realise with real eyes. See with your real eyes and not the eyes of the vision they’ve been telling you through the television, the information they’ve been streaming to you that they want you to believe, and they want you to hear, and they want you to be indoctrinated by. I’m talking about seeing beyond the veil of illusion, seeing into the truth and the manipulation.
Are you a sheep, are you off to the slaughterhouse, are you off to number 19 with the angel of the abyss. For those of you that aren’t aware, in numerology means 3 and in Greek number 3 is the angel of the abyss, the angel of the bottomless pit, the angel of the dark hole, then let’s look over it ok. We’ve separated the sea we know that means angel of the bottomless pit, angel of the abyss, angel of darkness, and then you put over it in Latin. It means sheep and then you’ve got 19 in Hebrew which means the slaughterhouse. You’ve got the angel of the bottomless pit taking the sheep to the slaughterhouse and so many people believe the narrative, they believe the lies, they believe the manipulation, they believe in what the system has taught them. They’ve been conditioned to be good little citizens, good little slaves.
Are you going to put up with this, are you, beautiful soul? Or are you like me and millions of others that have said enough is enough. We are going to rise, and we are going to band together like Robin Hood and his band of merry men and merry women. We’re going to band together as a tribe of awesome souls here on this planet, that a divine and sovereign we came to this planet from the stars. We came to this planet energized full of juice ready and then we were manipulated before we even had a chance to breathe, and that’s the truth, before we even had a chance to breathe. Before you even had a chance to breathe, they started the manipulation process but that’s a whole other story and we don’t need to go into that right now.
What you’ve got to ask yourself is this am I going to roll over and let them steamroll through my space, stick a needle in my arm, so you can be part of agenda 21, agenda 30, whatever you want to call it and have your freedoms stripped from you or are you ready to join your sisters and brothers, all of these beautiful souls, over the planet that are black white, yellow. There might be some green and blue ones. Who knows, maybe some yellow ones and some red ones but they’re a beautiful soul. All over this planet Indians Jews Muslims Christians Americans Russians Spanish Portuguese English Irish Scottish Welsh. There are beautiful souls from all over this planet that have been stuck on pieces of land and divided and split for many different reasons.
If you look at this planet it’s the only planet that someone’s got a pen and drawn all over it and divided it into portions, okay. Nowhere else is it like that. There are countries on different planets, everything is one, everything is beautiful, everything is harmonious, but what we’re living on right here is a controlled planet and the only people or the only person or the only human that can unlock your door and get you out of your own individual prison is yourself. You hold the key in your heart.
When you come into your heart and you realize you are a divine sovereign being, that you came from source, from the stars as a magical powerful being you can open your heart, you can come onto the frequency of unconditional love, and you can take control of your life. You can take control of your soul; you can take control of your body. Your body is your land, and your land is owned by the state. That’s right your land is owned by the state. You are property but you can relinquish that claim to your land if you so wish and my question is are you ready to do that? Do you really and truly want to do that because most of us have been conditioned into slavery and slavery is comfortable, servants like to be comfortable.
To step up and speak your truth to go against the system to say f*** you to the government most people are scared to do that but I’m telling you now unless you decide that you’re prepared to do that and rise with your fellow sisters and brothers this lockdown might become permanent and it might even kill you. That’s the truth. Do you want to become a cyborg ,do you want to become artificial intelligence, or do you want to reclaim your divine sovereignty and realize that you are the technology. Your soul is the technology. We are soul technology and the great thing about the soul technology that we are that resides inside of these physical vessels is it never breaks. It just expands and grows and gets better and better.
We don’t need all this artificial stuff to try make us complete. We are already complete we are already whole but there’s no good me telling you this beautiful soul. You got to go deep into your cosmic huh and you must realize this. You must realize this, with beautiful real eyes. Stop watching the television, stop believing and start knowing. Go beyond the belief systems that keep you indoctrinated and come into your heart and realize that knowing trumps and supersedes believing every single time.

Hey beautiful soul, listen, I’ve got a quick message and I wanted just to kind of get this out there because this is cool. This was in the Sunday times this morning. Someone sent me a link to it. Britain’s most senior police officer has apologized after it emerged that everyone prosecuted under the coronavirus act had been unlawfully charged. This is massive, okay. Think about this sentence: under the coronavirus act had been unlawfully charged.
Now acts are for slaves, acts are for citizens, acts for corporations, for the birth certificate. You know we’ve talked about this. When you’re born you become property of the United Kingdom corporation, the corporation of the United States of America, wherever it is that you’re from, and acts only apply to corporations. You, your name, mister whoever you are, me Mr Jerry Sargeant is a corporation okay. They can only apply acts to corporations.
Now this copper is saying they were unlawfully charged. What he’s saying is that under common law for as long as you don’t kill someone, harm someone, encroach on their property, steal from them, cause them duress, you’ve not committed a crime. He’s come out and said that what they’ve been doing is completely criminal. It’s completely unlawful. They’re not allowed to do what they’ve been doing, and this is Britain’s most senior police officer who has apologized. The cases of 44 individuals have all been withdrawn or set aside because they were wrong. The crown prosecution services revealed a further 12 people who were charged under coronavirus legislation for slaves. The health protection coronavirus regulations have also had cases abandoned due to errors that usually involve Welsh regulations being applied in England or vice versa, the CPS said, and the CPS is the crown prosecution service.
So, what they’re saying it is okay that for as long as we don’t break the law, we’ve not committed a crime and breaking the law means you can’t kill, you can’t harm, you can’t steal, etc, you can’t cause duress. Now this is beautiful because it shows that the police are turning the state officials that have been trained by the government. They’ve been trained by the powers that be and are starting to turn on their own people. They’re starting to turn on their own bosses. They’re starting to say this is enough is enough, they’re starting to realize that we are divine sovereigns and that they can’t enforce these statutory rules and regulations on us. They can’t pull us over; they can’t say that we’re committing a crime because we’re out in the streets because of this virus.
It’s completely wrong and now they’re coming out and this is in the Sunday times. So, this is beautiful. Remember you are the power and when you stay in your heart, and you be in love and when you decide to act knowing that you’re a sovereign being and that you’re not doing anything wrong by traveling the lands that are owned by universal intelligence and not by the Queen of England or whoever else it is. They’re our lands, they’re the children of Mother Earth’s lands and Mother Earth herself. It’s for all of us to share so when you drive your car, and you walk around you know this two-meter rule. It’s all bull**** and they can’t fine you for this stuff.
So, just know this, and for all those people that are out there like sheep thinking that people should be arrested for breaking the two-meter rule, let’s send them a bit of love, let’s send some love to those sheep. We love you sheep, okay, and we do respect you. But it’s very important that you realize that you’re following a protocol okay. Please know this. No disrespect to you because I was brainwashed at one point. I woke up okay like many others and if you’re still a little bit brainwashed it’s important for me to put you in that category of being a sheep so hopefully it will make you investigate your own consciousness and think hmm why do people keep calling me a sheep let me investigate this a little bit deeper. It’s no disrespect.
I love you as my sister or brother but please wake the f*** up and smell the coffee because we got to change. This copper he’s changed. Visualising Your Timeline

Its’ colours breathe and sparkle as if they are alive. Your timeline is ever-flowing like a thread or rope of liquid light. This thread is linked to your physical and astral bodies. It is also connected to the timeline threads of other people, world events, and your environment.
You are a projection of your timeline. Your body is a physical hologram in a holographic universe that mirrors original physical existence. Your energetic template or blueprint describes how you evolve in life. The information is stored in the Akashic records. Your Akashic record is updated many times by what you think, say, and do. This includes when you sleep and when you die. You can also edit or heal your timeline through meditation and journeying.
Your life’s timeline is weaved into your soul’s timeline. Your soul’s timeline is the timeline of all of your lifetimes in this and other realities plus all of your spiritual incarnations. These will link up to your higher self, and then to your soul’s timeline. Then your soul’s timeline is weaved into your group’s timeline and this continues until all souls are one. This appears as a limitless jewel of light with perfect oneness and creation in the centre with vast geometric threads emanating and branching.
You see the threads of your living energy running through a limitless fractal network of the living threads of each and every person, thing, and atom. This interconnected network is like a thread of electricity between two brain synapses. There are countless other connections that connect up everything in all existence real and imagined. This is the Pattern of the Light or the Jewel of Creation.
Science of Timeline Healing
Timeline healing uses the quantum idea of nonlocality. The universe is nonlocal at the most fundamental level. This means there is no such thing as place or distance. There is no separation between you and the universe.
You have an infinite number of selves. There is a new self for every moment in all of creation. There is an infinite number of moments. All these selves exist in the eternal now like still frames in a movie. This pattern repeats for everyone and everything. Included are all possibilities and not just the ones that you live in physical reality.
Timeline healing involves journeying through time to heal traumatised aspects of your soul. These are the parts of you that have experienced suffering, trauma, or limited programming. Timeline healing facilitates inner child healing and clearing of your thoughts, words, and actions over time across all timelines, past, present, and future.
After death, your soul’s timeline is stored as light language. It can be seen as notches or imprints in the luminous threads of light that weave through your timeline. You can clear these imprints like wiping a computer drive. This gives you a blank canvas to work from, without the past intruding on your present moment.
Now set your intention to live consciously and with integrity in this life. The more you clear each time you journey or unlock deeper levels of your being, the more love, vitality, and synchronicity you will experience. Your ancestral and cosmic memories will return as you clear and integrate more aspects of yourself. Also, you feel more alive, whole, and complete.
Healing Your Timeline
Your past selves, in this and other lifetimes, will have experienced trauma and committed negative actions. These leave imprints or karma that may affect your life now. Also, astral and etheric imprints, past life vows and contracts, and causal body blockages tend to carry over into future lifetimes. These will carry over into your adult life if you experience childhood trauma in this life.
In timeline healing, your soul is guided into a deep meditation. Then it is taken back in time to visit your traumatized selves. This process uses an induction process similar to hypnotherapy, along with guided imagery and affirmative statements. It is your astral light body and your highest self that go pack in time. In your past, you may have seen these aspects as angels or shimmering golden beings of light.
Various healing techniques are included during the visitation with your past self. The aspects of yourself that go back in time never change the physical details of your past self’s experience. This would be a violation of the free will of the other souls that are involved in the past self’s creations. Instead, you change the experience of what happened and remove the emotional scars, imprints, and causal body blockages that resulted.
Once your healing is complete, the higher aspects of you will return to the present time. Your soul now has a new timeline that includes the healing that was received by your past self. This is a new timeline from now, the one, you return to the present time. The past is the same but now you have the power to follow a new more positive future.
Freeing Up Energy
You can also journey back in time to an enjoyable and empowering experience. Then you can bring your happy, powerful, and successful self forward in time to the present. This is so that the energy can be accessed in the present.
This is not just recalling a pleasant memory. Your light body and higher self actually go back in time and retrieve some of the wonderful energy of the past experience. They then bring this forward in time and mix the energy into your physical body.
This method is great for manifesting a better career or more loving relationships. Send out happy and loving energy into the world and the law of attraction will return it to you. This will be channelled through the people you meet and also the actions you take in life.
The most powerful and creative energies are emanated from your heart and solar plexus. Your mind is the interface that is used to carry out the desires of the soul. If the soul is tarnished by ego then these desires will be too.
Future Timeline Linking
There is an infinite number of possible future timelines spreading out from the present moment. This is like branches of a very large fractal tree. As soon as the soul decides on the desired outcome, the possible timelines are narrowed down to a specific optimum path.
There is still an infinite number of possible paths to a certain future. This is like the paths you can take to get to the top of a mountain. The intersection point at that future is created. This means that your soul can interact with a discrete and very real future self.
Once your future self is established, a dialogue is opened between your present and future selves. Your future self then gives your present self some advice on how to reach them. Your future self will share with you how they achieved that goal in life and the steps to do it.
There is an ongoing relationship between your present and future selves. This keeps your present self on course. Your future self becomes like a spirit guide or teacher.
Infinity will help you to heal your timeline and become superhuman. As a member, you get all of the tools to transform your life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You might pay with your tax and all that sort of stuff, but you can go and get one of these for free baby, a free world-class direct, a ticket to the slaughterhouse if you want it. Or you can say no. I am not going down that road. I’m going into my heart and then I’m moving up into my thalamus, into my higher heart, and I’m going to keep raising my levels of vibration. I’m going to move up. I’m going to activate my third eye, open my crown, connect to those cosmic frequencies that are flowing in from other stars including Alcyon and Lyra. There are many portals and gateways open now. They have been for a little while.”
I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? It’s good to be alive on this planet watching all this craziness unfold. They’ve changed the rules in England. There, the pubs are closing at 10 o’clock. this virus is starting to be able to tell the time. I’ve got this kind of vision of the virus just kicking back chilling out at home having a cup of tea with his misses looking at the clock and saying you know what love it’s ten o’clock. I’ve got to go out and kill some people.
Why are the pubs closing at ten – what’s wrong with eleven or twelve. What difference does it make if you’re going to let people into the pub up to 10. It’s crazy man. Anyway, it gets more and more bizarre, this crazy old pandemic that we’re going through now whatever you want to call it. But what I do know is this okay. We as a human species have got to stand and be counted right now. We got to stand, and we’ve got to say no. We’ve got to say no to all these draconian rules and regulations. We’ve all known for so long that this second wave is coming, this second wave baby. Even Alana, my unicorn, she’s been telling me about this second wave for yonks, but she doesn’t care because she’s in the fifth dimension. That’s where you’re headed too. That’s where we’re all headed. It’s where we all are.
If we choose to be there in that higher density 5D baby, 40 to 100 hertz, raise the vibration. You can do that right now and you get to choose that higher heart, that motorway straight through to source where you’re rigged up, where you’re linked, where you’re plugged in to that magnificent connection. That connection is just open 24/7 to all of us but so many people are lost in the chaos and the mayhem buying into the fear. What I want to do right now is take off my cosmic hat and say I respect those that are in power, those that are controlling, and let me tell you why – because they’re giving us a beautiful opportunity.
Humanity for so long has been lost. We’ve been corrupted. We’ve been manipulated but we’re so lost. Right now, these creators of this crazy low vibrational game are giving us the opportunity to move into colossal amounts of love. They’re also giving us the opportunity to move into massive deeper fear, but this is the nature of duality. These beings, people, whatever you want to call them, are creators of duality but they’re also gift bearers of unity, yes creators of duality and gift bearers of unity. You get to choose where you want to play. Do you want to be in duality, or do you want to unify with your sisters and brothers? Because right now humanity’s being pushed and squashed and squeezed and there’s one of two things that are going to happen.
We’re going to move into massive amounts of fear on a deeper level or we’re going to say I’m not putting up with this anymore. Our hearts are going to pop open. We’re going to come together; we’re going to rise like lions and lionesses and we’re going to move into huge, colossal love. We’re going to move into unity, divinity, oneness. We’re going to open our hearts and live with compassion, joy, and bliss, and the world’s going to become a different place. But we’re right on that precipice. I’ve mentioned this before.
You’ve got two pathways to choose, and everything is shown to us. You’ve just got a look at cv19, the certificate of vaccination passport. At the same time cv19 in Chinese acupuncture means the higher heart, the thalamus. So, it’s the gateway, the cv19 that is the opportunity to move into a higher heart space and raise our vibration and move into those universal harmonics where we truly identify with nothing apart from oneness, where duality fades away, or we can move on the other path towards. Fear, death, vaccination, you get to choose. We all know that Covid 19 covered 19c, is 3 in numerology. In Greek ‘c’ means the angel of the abyss, ‘ovid’ means sheep, and nineteen means the slaughterhouse. The angel of the abyss is taking the sheep to the slaughterhouse.

Syrian portals, there’s new rainbow bridges being built linking that 3 to 5D highway. We just got to move into those quantum spaces mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. Rig ourselves up. We’re electromagnetic beings. We’ve just got to plug into the magnetics of the earth, plug into the magnetics of the sun, plug into the electromagnetics of both, the electromagnetics of the stars, the frequency, the code, the information is everywhere. But the only human being that can choose is you. So, you can wait around praying, hoping that everything’s going to be okay, or you can stand up and be counted, be a man, be a woman, be a human, and not a person or a slave. Say “I’m not doing this. I’m not putting up with this. This isn’t for me.”
I’m going to keep my business open; I’m going to keep functioning; I’m going to keep meeting my friends and my family because if you don’t stand up now the net will get tighter and tighter and tighter and eventually, you’re going to get strangled, and the noose will be so tight you won’t be able to move. You’ll be stuck and I’m sure that’s not a place you really want to be. Right now, beautiful soul, know that you’re the power. I’m the power, we are all individual unique divine sparks of cosmic energy here in these human vessels and we are so powerful as individuals. We are powerful when we come together as a collective. We are un-fuck-with-able, we are unstoppable.
What do you reckon Alana? She’s smiling. She loves it. The horn, that diamond tip on her horn, is glowing so brightly. She knows this is truth, she knows that this is the way, the way of the heart, the way of the warrior, the way of the brave, the way of the lion and the lioness, not the way of the meek and the worried and the fearful. It’s the meek, the worried, and the fearful that live outside of their hearts. It’s the brave that step into their hearts because this is a journey for fearless brave individuals. This thing it isn’t an easy ride, but once you go past the initial chaos and turbulence that this life compass will take you through, because it always knows the best way, the fastest route for you to get from where you are right now to your dreams to be living in dreamlands, to be living in bliss, to be living in success., in divine harmony with your sisters and brothers. But it often takes you on a perilous journey to help you learn along the way.
Right now, we’re inside a game, a holographic reality, and this game is giving us the opportunity to step into unity and love but we must take it. So, go out and take it. Go out and seize it and hug your sisters and brothers. you got to do it, beautiful soul. Every single one of us has got to step up now anyway, beautiful soul. I think you understand my message or maybe you understand my message in here because understanding it in your head is just going to keep you in the same old mess. But when you ‘inner stand’ it and you feel it, oh yeah, then you’re making some ground, then you’re making some headway. You’re off down the hundred-meter track and you’re going to race through the finish line, and that higher heart thalamus gateway to the divine is going to crush the angel of the abyss, trying to lure his sheep to the slaughterhouse.
Go out into this world and hug your sisters and brothers. Hug them so tightly, beautiful soul, and remember never being the first to let go. Never, ever be the first to let go of a hug. That’s the golden rule of hugging. Promise yourself, commit to yourself. Once you engage you aren’t letting go. You’re going to hug them and squeeze them and love them until they melt into your own heart, and they feel that truth. Go out and love fiercely. Go out and love ferociously. Hey there, beautiful soul. If you want to reduce anxiety and bring yourself into a calm and peaceful state of equilibrium, then close your eyes and go through this very short process with me.
Close your eyes and breathe into your body breathing through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths and settle down into this space. Breathe deeper and longer and slower. This powerful sky-blue healing frequency moves towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your heads under your feet, around your chest, around your back swirling gently in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger and gently caressing your body.
You start to breathe this sky-blue frequency into your body. You breathe it in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your scalp down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks. It flows through your chest, your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ, passing through your hips, your groin, swirling gently through your thighs and your hamstrings down through your knees, your calves, past your shins into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It flows through your shoulders down your arms through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this powerful light, this healing frequency, until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing deeper and longer and slower. As this sky-blue light flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being. Your cells they start to smile. Your kidneys smile, your liver smiles, your heart, and lungs smile. You feel your heart expanding, you feel the love in your heart.
As you continue to breathe into your magical body your heart opens, blossoms, and blooms, the light in your heart, that bright white crystal light, starts to fill up your chest. The frequency of your heart moves down through your solar plexus, your sacral your root chakra. It expands out past the boundaries of your physical body and flows up through your throat up through your shoulders, up through your pineal gland, up through your crown. There’s this beautiful white light from your own heart. It emanates 360 degrees in all directions, and you feel lighter and lighter. Energy starts to slide off your shoulders. It slides off your back into this beautiful crystal white light and disappears, blends, transforms, back into light, love, positive energy.
As you breathe deeper and longer and slower just feeling this space becoming lighter and lighter, your mind clears and empties as that beautiful bright white light fills it up. It’s ever so bright, there’s no room for anything apart from the light inside of you. As your heart expands and expands, I want you to repeat after me: “I am calm, I am whole, I am free. I am love, I am calm, I am whole, I am free, I am love”.
Feel these words reprogramming your DNA, communicating with yourselves reminding you that you are calm, you are whole, and you are free. As you continue to breathe deeper and longer and slower into the home of your soul, your physical body, it becomes lighter and lighter. Any worry, any stress, has fallen from your energetic field and transformed into harmonious energy, into love, into light, into information that will be recycled and used through the cosmic fabric to elevate the souls of everyone around you and to inspire you as a magical being.
Repeat after me again: “I am calm, I am whole, I am free. I am love, I am calm, I am whole, I am free, I am love”, and feel your heart expanding and expanding into the empty space. As you just vibrate in this calm space, this state of joy, bliss, harmony, oneness, unity, freedom. Be in this space. Allow yourself to surrender into the light, into the love, into your own mesmerizing energy. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and as you breathe into your body, I want you to become aware of it again tingling your cells, the vibration in your bones, the frequency in every muscle.
We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, we’ll open our eyes, come back into this space, and just take your time. There’s no hurry – five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready, open your eyes, come back into this space, and just be. Feel your body, feel your energy, feel your heart. Be aware of the love, the tranquillity, the peace. You are amazing, beautiful soul, and I love you unconditionally.
I recommend you come back and do this every day for another eight days, nine days in total, and then after that point just revisit it whenever you feel the need, whenever you feel the requirements, or you can use it as a daily tool to bring yourself into perfect equilibrium, a calm and balanced state before you engage in your daily activities. Being present is where the magic happens. You are the magic.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul. What is going on this planet it is nuts, it is crazy. What can you do right now to help yourself, the planet, and your sisters and brothers?
Well first you can’t really help anyone else. They got to make their own decisions, they got to take responsibility for who they are as sovereign beings on planet earth or maybe not so sovereign because they haven’t realized it yet. They’re still lost in the matrix working those nines of fives or maybe jobless buying into the madness the bs that’s pumped out in every which way possible. We can’t help those people directly anyway but what we can do is inspire them. We can inspire them and how do we inspire them. We inspire them by acting ourselves and stop acquiescing.
When you are silence, you are consenting to everything that is unfolding. You are consenting to everything that is unfolding and if you try and claim ignorance: “oh I wasn’t aware of it, I didn’t know, that doesn’t matter” because everything is out there in full view. It’s just you don’t know how to decode it. It’s in the movies, it’s in the books, it’s everywhere. We are told that we’re being enslaved but we just think it’s some kind of made-up reality on a movie screen or in a book or wherever we see this stuff. That couldn’t possibly be real but they’re telling you they’re sharing with you, they’re informing you, of what is happening to you.
So, what you’ve got to do is you’ve got to open this great big heart. You’ve got to shine love and light. You’ve got to be loving light, and you’ve got to stand up in your own truth, in your own power, and say no I am not buying into that, this isn’t for me, I’m a powerful unnameable, indescribable, supersonic, superhuman, and these things that you’re trying to pass these new rules and so-called laws that aren’t laws and nothing to do with me. I’m not buying into that stuff. I’m creating my own reality.
When you open your heart and you start to love life, life starts to love you back. People talk about creating your own reality. You are your own reality. You are your own reality. it’s not about creating your own reality. You are your own reality because everything in your external environment mirrors back to you. How you’re feeling on the inside – I walk around and I see these people in their masks and i just smile at them, send them some love, some heart frequency, from mine to this. In the back of my head and in my heart and in my consciousness, I’m saying: “I love you, beautiful soul” and some of these people give me dirty looks, disgusting looks. They look at me like I’m from another planet because I’m not wearing a mask but that’s okay because that’s their reality.
Remember the external world reflects their inner world. So, for them this disease could potentially come and wipe them out in a heartbeat. That’s why they’re acquiescing, that’s why they’re wearing the mask, that’s why they’re conforming. You, beautiful soul, are different. You are a curious determined high vibrational being that knows exactly what they want to do and where they want to be and that is living a high vibrational lifestyle on a planet where everybody cares and shares, where the world’s resources are shared equally between all men women and children. This is what I feel in my heart 24/7 and this is why the world is good to me. Life isn’t hard yet there are many people out there now that are having hard lives.
This so-called pandemic has crushed many people but there are many people that have risen and thrived through it and again that’s a choice, but some people don’t know how to climb out from the gutter again. It’s not easy but everybody has the skills and the tools to be able to overcome any situation, but you’ve got to go into your heart to realize your power. You’ve got to go into your heart to realize the truth because you aren’t going to find truth externally. There’s going to be no truth. You’re only going to find the truth in here in the heart. There’s nothing I can share with you that is truthful for you. There’s nothing I can do to help you know and believe. You’ve got to go internal; you’ve got to go inside to your cosmic heart.
Maybe some of my truths are your truths too and we can connect on that level, but you should never believe anything that I say. You should never believe anything that anyone shares with you. What you got to do is to realize and know yourself, know thyself – the temple Adelphi, the temple of Apollo – know thyself, beautiful soul. Go in and clean your own home, the home of your soul, and this reality, this physical vessel. Clean it and cleanse it. Empty your mind of those poisonous thoughts and fill it full of love and then, beautiful soul, you can go on this magic carpet. Right now, on planet earth it’s time that everybody realizes, wakes up and realize the truth, realize the real lies, with your real eye, and wake up. When we came out into this world, we were berthed just like a ship in the docks.
Those words that sound very similar, it’s all part of the hocus pocus and the tricky trickery and the word magic that confuses humans. The doctor, the doctor, d-o-c-k – the doc is metal and in this case gold. If we look at the aura of a human being the first two letters ‘a’ and ‘u’ is gold. This is how the black magicians look at, all this stuff. You are a product you are a commodity, and your energy is what is sold. You come through the birth canal, out into this world, and the doctor docks you. It’s crazy and they mine your energy, the au, the gold. You are the gold, a living, walking, talking, gold specimen that is traded on the New York stock exchange rather (Ra) sun gods. They’re handing over to their deity in a negative capacity the frequency and the energy.
Your birth certificate, a bill of lead, a certificate of birth. You are property of the United Kingdom corporation or the corporation of the United States of America. It’s important that you realize this stuff so you can say no to it and start to reclaim your divine sovereign rights as a free universal being that came to planet earth to have fun to expand, to live in joy and bliss and be in communities with lots of other like-hearted souls. You get to choose this but only you can choose this. No one can choose it for you – fresh vegetables, fresh fruits sungazing, qigong, light language, meditation, breathwork. Get out into nature and hug those beautiful trees. These are the tools that are going to fill your whole essence full of love and magic and you can reclaim yourself, bring all your energy back home into this now space instead of it spilling off in all different directions.
You must own your own lands. Your body is the land. You’ve got to take control of it once again. The reason they think they can come and stick these needles in your arms is because they think they own your lands and they’ve tricked you into being their property. They tricked you when you were hours old, so you didn’t have a say in the matter, but your parents bought into it and their parents bought into it. But now you know the truth so what are you going to do, beautiful soul? Are you going to carry on ignorance, are you going to carry on subservience, are you going to carry on acquiescing, conforming, being a good little girl or a good little boy, a good little slave, or are you going to say “No! I am a superhuman. I’m raising my vibration, expanding my consciousness, and creating and blazing my own path through this chaotic world into a new world of joy and bliss, harmony and peace, balance, and equilibrium where I’m going to connect with my soul family and make this world a much more harmonious place.”
So, you get to choose wisely, go in your heart. You are the power, you are the source, you are the one, the centre of your own universe and everything else outside of you is an extension of you an extension of you. You’re the power, beautiful soul. Start looking in the right place, go internal. I love you so much. I’m giving you a great big hug right now, beautiful soul. I’m hugging you so tightly and you know what you should do right now. You should go out and hug your sisters and brothers and you should hug them so tightly and remember the golden rule of hugging is never the first to let go. That is the golden rule. You got to love fiercely and ferociously through these crazy times. It’s the only way we’re going to burst and burn through the mayhem, but we can do it.
We’re getting stronger. There’s a mass awakening happening on planet earth right now. You just got to look around you. If you see between the chaos, you can see the vibration rising. It’s beautiful and we got the 3D timeline and the 5D timeline and whilst you’ve got to stand up and you’ve got to say no to all this stuff because we’re still here right now in these physical bodies in this environment, you’ve got to hold the light, you’ve got to stay focused on the end of the tunnel. As you walk down that dark tunnel you see the light and you know that’s where you’re headed, and you know that’s where your truth is and that is where humanity is unfolding into right now – 5D consciousness baby.
Whilst you walk down that dark tunnel you got to give it zero attention, zero attention by focusing on a new reality and not by engaging in the old one. You’re just going to hold it in place, you’ve got to say yes to the new. Observe the old and love it as you travel and this whole world’s going to fall into place, but you got to say no it’s such a rock and a hard place it’s such a fine line. You’re a master alchemist though just like me. I know that I can feel that so it’s going to be cool anyway.

Hey there beautiful soul. This will be the most powerful healing, DNA, and third eye activation that you’ve ever experienced. So, I welcome you into this space. Close your eyes, take some nice long deep breaths, open your heart, and be in this space with me.This guided meditation will activate you on a physical and a multi-dimensional level. Close your eyes and breathe deeper and longer and slower and know that you are extraordinary and that you deserve this time and this space to kick back relax, to expand to heal, to transform, to raise your vibration. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and feel your body, be in this space, the only space that truly matters, this present moment. As you breathe into your powerful body, you’ll become aware of a diamond light that starts to move in through the walls down through the ceiling up through the floor. This powerful diamond frequency flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it, over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger, swirling around your physical body like a diamond tornado.
You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe it into your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head your face your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest, and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks. It flows through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ moving through your bones, your bloodstream. It flows through your hips, your groin. It swirls through your thighs and hamstrings, through your knees, through your calves, past your shins into your ankles. It flows through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. This powerful diamond light flows through your shoulders down your arms, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full, in your mind say, ‘thank you’ and keep breathing. As this frequency flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being, your cells they dance and smile communicating with each other like one big happy cosmic family. You feel your heart expanding and expanding, blooming like a thousand petals diamond lotus flower. Your heart expands and expands and expands.
As you vibrate in this space you become aware of an inverted gold and platinum pyramid, a high vibrational 5D frequency spinning up above your crown chakra, 90 centimetres in a clockwise direction. This inverted pyramid spins faster and faster and as it spins it starts to draw light codes out from the cosmic fabric. Ruby emerald and electric blue light codes start to flow out from the ether into the space. They’re drawn into this pyramid which spins faster and faster up above your crown. The pyramid collects these codes and the frequency inside the pyramid elevates. You can feel the energy up above you.
We’re going to count from six back to zero. When we get to zero the apex of this pyramid is going to open. That light is going to flow down through your crown and pierce your pineal gland – six five four three two one zero. The apex of that pyramid opens and that electromagnetic light containing high vibrational information flows down through your crown, into your pineal gland. Boom it explodes. You start to download data, information, light codes, to activate your pineal gland. These frequencies flow around your pineal gland, into your pituitary gland. They flow into your left and right hemisphere, your left and right brain. They start to glow, they start to vibrate, and then light starts to shuttle backwards and forwards from the right brain to the left brain, from the left brain to the right brain, opening your corpus callosum, the bridge between the two. You vibrate faster and faster in this space and your heart continues to expand out past the boundaries of your physical body into the empty space.
The frequency of your heart expands and expands 360 degrees in all directions. The love spilling out from your own soul is extraordinary. As you vibrate faster and faster and faster your heart expands and expands. The apex of the pyramid opens a little bit wider, and that light flows fast and ferocious into your third eye, your pineal gland. It expands and vibrates glowing brighter and brighter. You feel it pulsating and then you become aware of Mother Earth. Right down deep in her centre there’s a diamond crystal skull just below her Merkabah. This diamond crystal skull starts to vibrate, and frequency starts to flow from it, from its pineal gland up through its crown, up through the rocks and the minerals.
This powerful diamond lights from this ancient crystal skull flows up through the rocks and the minerals up through the surface of the planet, up through your root, sacral, solar plexus, up into your heart your higher heart and then boom that frequency explodes in your heart. Your higher heart starts to expand, and you become aware of a sacred blue rose vibrating in your heart space. In the centre of that sacred blue rose is a diamond Merkabah, the top tetrahedron spinning clockwise, the bottom one anti-clockwise. Your vibration goes through the roof. You start to upload light codes from this crystal skull. They flow up through your physical body and into your higher heart space. Your higher heart starts to communicate with your pineal gland. Your pineal gland starts to communicate with your root chakra and energy shuttles up and down your central column.
You become aware of your spinal column glowing and vibrating, those 33 vertebrae start to download codes from the crystal skull switching it on to a new vibrational harmonic. As your heart continually expands your pineal gland vibrates faster, the pyramid up above you start to spin faster and faster drawing in more emerald, ruby, and electric blue codes. These codes pour into this pyramid flowing, racing down through the electromagnetic stream and into your pineal gland, flowing into your left and right brain, flowing into your pituitary gland. Your whole body vibrates like crazy.
You then become aware of something swimming around in your space. You feel, you see two electric pink and turquoise dolphins swimming around in your space. The vibration of these beings is incredible, Sirian light workers in their dolphin form swimming around in your space, the love you feel is incredible. One dolphin swim behind you, the other one swims around in front of you. Both move into a vertical position with their bellies, their hearts, facing your physical body. The one behind you opens its hands and a magical multi-coloured frequency flow out from the back of its heart through the empty space. It moves towards the back of your heart chakra, one meter half a meter and boom it penetrates the back of your heart. You start to download these dolphin codes. These dolphins are here to trigger your DNA on a super conscious level to unlock that knowledge and wisdom that you’re carrying on a subatomic level deep in your cells. Feel this.
The dolphin behind you opens its heart wide, the love that pours into your body is phenomenal. The dolphin in front of you then opens its hands. A powerful multi-coloured stream spirals through the empty space. Within that spiralling stream you see platinum diamonds and chromium DNA spirals flow through this electromagnetic stream towards your heart. They get within a meter, 75 centimetres, 50, 25. Boom, this dolphin connects with your heart. The frequencies of both of the dolphins merges into your heart space. The Merkabah in the dolphin’s heart starts to spin even faster. As you download these dolphin frequencies, the love, you feel from these magical beings there are no words. Just be in this space and vibrate be in this space and feel surrender, let go.
The energy moves up and down your body through your arms your legs your hands your feet your fingers your toes your thumbs. This energy pours through your physical body. Every single cell, all 75 to 100 trillion of them, vibrate like crazy. As these multi-coloured DNA spirals drill into your cells communicating with those double helixes unlocking more of that knowledge like sacred keys, they start to activate you from the inside out. Just be in this space and allow these frequencies to work their magic lights, information, intelligence straight from source. You are plugged in. You are connected. You are not separate. You are your environment, and your environment is you. The dolphins love you.
As you download these codes, your heart expands and expands flowing through the bodies of the dolphins. You start to send healing frequencies towards them as they heal you. Healing is always a two-way process. As you vibrate in this space feeling, expanding, healing, you become aware of a gigantic diamond orca whale that starts to swim slowly around the outside of you. It’s huge, 27 meters long. It swims around your physical body. You feel it you see it you know it’s there the energy is crazy powerful, a strong motherly presence. This gigantic orca swims around behind the dolphin in front of you and moves into a vertical position. It’s barely facing you and this orca opens her heart, and a powerful crystal white frequency flows out from her heart through the empty space flowing towards you. It moves straight through the dolphin.
The dolphin vibrates faster and that changes the frequency flowing into your heart as the energy from this powerful orca whale flows towards your physical body. It’s headed straight towards your heart chakra half a meter, 25 centimetres. It flows inside of you. Your whole vibration changes. This energy moves up through your body, down through your body, and then the orca opens her heart wider. She starts to fire multi-coloured light codes into your consciousness. They hit you fast and furious boom, boom, they explode in your consciousness. You feel yourself expanding and expanding. This download is incredible.
The crystal skull down in the planet, it amplifies its own frequency and the stream of data flowing up through the rocks and the minerals gets stronger racing up through your body into your higher heart centre. That sacred blue rose vibrates like crazy. It glows even brighter. The Merkabah spins even faster, the light flowing down from the pyramid above and gets stronger. As you download, as you upgrade, as you heal and transform, just be in this space. The dolphins love you; the orca whale loves you. You are loved beyond measure by your sisters and brothers beyond the veil. Just be in this space, beautiful soul, surrender, let go. Allow these frequencies to work their magic.
Your pineal gland glows brighter, it expands. The frequency in the field of your pineal gland starts to flow out through the boundaries of your mind, your brain, your body into the empty space. It starts to decode information, light streams flowing through the ether. Your awareness heightens as your consciousness expands. As you tap into the universal fabric to greater depths you become one with the entire universe. As you vibrate in this space, the pyramid above you starts to descend and it moves down towards your crown chakra. Your crown chakra opens like a thousand petals platinum lotus flower and that inverted pyramid descends through. It fits neatly around your pineal gland and stops, and then your crown closes.
The dolphin in front of you and the dolphin behind you, they vibrate faster and faster and their bodies blend into geometrical codes, into source energy, into pure love. Those geometries spiral forwards towards you, they start to flow in through the front of your heart in through the back of your heart. The dolphins flow into your physical body. They download themselves into you that love, that energy. Those healing codes they become you, you become them. You wonder to yourself did they ever really exist.
As you vibrate in this space faster and faster your heart expanding and expanding the orca whale she moves from a vertical to a horizontal position and stares into your face into your eyes reading your soul. She moves closer towards you and then opens her third eye. A crystal white stream of light with gold and light codes flows out from her third eye through the empty space in through your forehead. Boom it penetrates your pineal gland. You start to download stream after stream of data. Boom. The inside of your body lights up. Your pineal gland explodes. The orca retracts the laser beam of electromagnetic light from her third eye and starts to retract through the empty space. She stares at you and then smiles. She winks and then explodes into geometrical gold.
As you vibrate in this sea of bliss, as you vibrate in ecstasy, you start to become aware of your breath, the in-breath and the out-breath and the space in between. You realize it’s the space in between the inn and the acreage that keeps you alive like the space between the notes creates the music. You start to become aware of your body. You feel the vibration in your bones, the tingling your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Take your time, there’s no hurry, five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Take your time, there’s no hurry. Feel your body, feel your energy, feel your space. There’s no hurry, there’s no need to go and do anything. Just be here, in these frequencies for a while.
i recommend you come back and do this meditation for another five days in a row. I challenge you every day is going to be a different experience and your vibration is going to go through the roof, your heart is going to expand to even greater depths and your frequency will be at one with all things, no separation, pure magic. You are an extension of the universe or maybe the universe is an extension of you. Either way it doesn’t matter. You’re a multi-dimensional being having this human experience and you are loved. I love you as my sister or brother. I love you as one of my star family.
Come back and engage in this meditation for another five days. Challenge yourself and don’t miss a day. If you miss a day you’ve got to start again, six days in total, and you watch what happens. You feel what happens. It’s very important that you stay hydrated through this process, at least three to four litres of water a day. Make sure you get some mother nature time, shoes, and socks, hugging those trees, eat clean, eat mother nature, fruits, vegetables, a predominantly plant-based diet, or maybe a hundred percent plant-based diets but listen to your body. If your body feels like it needs some organic eggs, or some organic fish then give it to it don’t be rigid in your approach.
Listen to your body, get out and stare at the sun. If you live in a warm climate, first hour of the day, last hour of the day. Build it up slowly. Start with five seconds. Sun gazing, eat those photons. They’re great for your pineal gland. This meditation will turbocharge you, activating your DNA and your pineal gland. At the same time, you are going to heal. So, over these next days and weeks be very patient with yourself. if you feel emotional honour those emotions. If you feel angry shout and scream if you feel sad, cry. If you feel happy, dance on the table, beautiful soul. Express your emotions, let them go, and then return straight back to your heart. it’s all love.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
What a beautiful existence, what a beautiful green and blue ball we live on. Everybody wants to unlock the magic and the mystery from within that little pinecone lodged in the centre of our brain and back a little bit. That pineal gland gives us access to so much knowledge. A lot of people think the pineal gland is just for seeing but it isn’t just for seeing. When your pineal gland is functioning properly you know more, you feel more. It amplifies everything. As well as getting deeper insights and glimpses into the world of energy, light, information, frequency beyond the veil, when your pineal gland is functioning properly you get to see through the bs. You get to see through the lies, the corruption, the manipulation.
You also get to see through your own bs, your own lies, corruption, and manipulation because we always try and corrupt ourselves on some level or a part of us tries to corrupt another part of us like that left brain, like that ego. There are components of our human makeup that really do disrupt us if we allow them to but once this little pinecone is functioning properly boy you can’t kid yourself anymore because you’re exposed to a whole new level of frequency, a whole new level of light, a whole new world of information.
So, I want to share with you today seven foods or supplements that you can use to decalcify this magical little pinecone full of calcite crystals in your brain. It’s amazing. The first one is oregano oil and neem extract. These two magical little potions are phenomenal. They purify your system your body’s bodily system as well as decalcify your pineal gland they’re amazing for immune system support. Oregano oil is also amazing for cleaning your teeth. If you get a couple of drops of oregano oil, put them on your toothbrush with your toothpaste and make sure the toothpaste is healthy and you don’t even really need the toothpaste. The oregano oil boy it’s minty, it’s fresh. It does wonders for your teeth. It does so much for your body, but it decalcifies your pineal gland. The neem extract has been used in the Indian culture for centuries. Neem and oregano oil are a must in your ‘decalcify your pineal gland’ arsenal.
Okay, the second thing that I want to share with you is raw cacao, ceremonial grade cacao. I have 42 and a half grams of cacao every day. I buy it in kilo blocks, two kilo blocks, sometimes five kilo blocks, and chop a piece off, blend it up with my protein shake or blend it up and stick it into some hot water to make a hot cup of raw cacao with a little bit of honey, a little bit of coconut oil, Himalayan salt, a few other ingredients. Drink it down. It not only decalcifies your pineal gland, but it also activates your pineal gland. It also opens your hands, it’s great for meditation, it’s great for journey work, breath work. Raw cacao is a must, beautiful soul. It has natural antibiotics that fight against new calcium shells that are created by nano bacteria so by drinking or eating or consuming raw cacao however you want to strip away the crap and allow you to function at a higher capacity by activating this thing as well as decalcifying it.
The next thing I want to share with you is chlorophyll rich superfoods like chlorella, spirulina, blue and green algae. These things are amazing, amazing. They have crazy decalcification and detoxification properties within these ingredients so go and eat the greens. Go and drink those powders in water, in your shakes, however you want to take them. Sprinkle them on your salads. These things are amazing.
The next thing I want to share with you is apple cider vinegar. It’s amazing, I mean apple cider vinegar you can put some in hot water and just drink it down. You can just drink it straight; you can sprinkle it on salads. It’s amazing. Apple cider vinegar has malic acid properties within it and it’s the organic compound that gives sour fruits the sourness. Apple cider vinegar it supports your digestion, it detoxes your body as well as decalcify your pineal gland. It’s an amazing little supplement so go and buy some and start drinking it daily. You can put it in your hot water in the morning and in the evening. I normally have two cups a day like five meals in a cup of hot water twice a day, amazing.
The next supplement I want to share with you is iodine. Okay a lot of us have been exposed in our time to sodium fluoride which you get in a lot of the mainstream water supplies. Okay, fluoride in its natural state burns through concrete. Imagine what it does to your pineal gland when you take iodine supplements which naturally occur in seaweed, for example, or you can buy the supplements. They decalcify the pineal gland.
An amazing supplement is blue skate oil with activator x which has k1 and k2 inside of it. The amazing thing about activator x and organic blue skate is that the activator x takes the calcification from around the pineal gland and other parts of the body where it’s not needed or where it’s blocked you up and it redistributes it to the parts of your body that need the calcium. How incredible is that beautiful soul. Blue skate oil with activator x. Google it, go and buy some today. It’s amazing and I normally have between four and six capsules every single day. I’ll have like three with a shake in the morning or at sort of 12 when I start eating because I fast in in the mornings. Then I’ll have like one or two more maybe three more at some other time during the day. There are some days I’ll only have three. Some days I have six. It just depends. They help you with your dreams, your dreams start to go amazing once you start to take this supplement.
Another thing that you combine it with is red pine needle oil. You put the drops under your tongue two or three drops a day or you put the drops in water. Those two combined together are phenomenal, red pine needle oil and blue skate oil with activator x. These are absolutely mind-blowing supplements, if you want to decalcify your pineal gland.
The last one I want to share with you is Boron or Borux, both massively amazing supplements. They’re found in beetroot, they’re found in dried plums, so you can get a natural hit of them from those supplements, but you can also go and buy the boron, or the borax supplements yourself and consume them. Now these phenomenal power supplements will completely change you as a human being, not only is your immune system, and your gut brain is also going to function better, your pineal gland becomes decalcified and activated.
You’re going to start to see the truth and when you see the truth and you know the truth and you experience the truth beyond the illusion because nothing can trick you anymore because this thing can’t be tricked when your pineal gland is activated, and your right brain is switched on your female hemisphere. You get to experience a whole different reality 24/7. you see the energy in the trees, you see the energy in the leaves, you see the energy in the flowers, in people. You see the energy traveling through the empty space. It makes it much easier to see the geometrical fabric of the world and the universe that we live and play this game of life in.
Why would you not want to open it? I know some people that don’t want to open their pineal glands and they think that it’s scary and dangerous and all this sort of stuff and they might communicate with entities or whatever it is and some of them might be malevolent. Yeah those things are possible but you are an intelligent human being and like anything in life when you try something new and you keep trying and you keep practicing you start to use discernment, you start to work out what is right and what is not so right, what serves you and what doesn’t serve you, what is best for you and what isn’t. So go and try these supplements and I guarantee you things will shift, big, expanded heart switched on third eye. You will start to become a multi-dimensional being that knows they’re a multi-dimensional being because until you have these multi-dimensional experiences it’s hard to fathom that you’re a multi-dimensional being.
Many years ago, I didn’t believe in all this stuff. I used to think it was but once you’re exposed to it and you start dancing in this new reality you draw a line you cross it there’s no going back. Maybe you don’t want to walk naked but I’m telling you, walking naked in the forest is a great experience with your shades on of course because you got to look cool.

“Dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, serotonin, tryptamine. You can tap all these chemicals that are naturally available inside of your body just by taking care of yourself. All you’ve got to do is take care of yourself and you can start to tap this.”
I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? How are you feeling? Feel it in here baby, in your heart, in your body. I’m not asking you how you are. I don’t want one of those mundane automatic responses. I want you to go into yourself and feel yourself and see where you’re at right now. Your feelings are a great gauge. Now you know we’re on a crazy planet right now. Everything’s getting chaotic even more so.
You’ve just got to look around this planet. It’s wild, we’re living in a movie baby. It’s a real-life movie and it’s going to get crazier. It’s going to get crazier these next couple of months. There’s some massive energy upgrades happening in October and we’re actually preparing a quantum bridge at the moment through a team that we’ve got working in the background ready for a huge global meditation that’s going to take place on the 24th of this month which is to install a quantum rainbow bridge from 3D to 5D to help more people step across into that higher frequency band easier so we can get into this higher dimensional space and actually live from a higher hertz frequency now.
The darker side they’re throwing all their toys at the pram now, they’re throwing everything at us, laser weaponry causing fires. The world’s gone nuts, baby. There are so many crazy things happening. I mean even people that I know like one of my clients sent me a message a couple of days ago and said Jerry please send me your address. I’d like to send you a mask like this real kind of like crazy strong like high protection mask not those kinds of nappy things that people are wearing but this real kind of like it was like a bulletproof mask man that they’re wearing in Asia, and I started to type the message back. Are you bonkers, are you crazy. You think I’d wear a mask and I was like nah just don’t even respond. Just send us some love baby like these are people that are on their spiritual journey.
There’s some mad stuff happening on this planet now, you know, there’s some mad stuff. I mean there’s all the children stuff and you know the covered stuff and it’s just bonkers, bonkers, and they’ve changed the laws and all that in England again over this last week and they’re changing them again next week. So, this is why you’ve got to use your own physical body to its maximum potential, dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, serotonin they’re more tryptamine. You can tap all these chemicals that are naturally available inside of your body just by taking care of yourself. All you’ve got to do is take care of yourself and you can start to tap this stuff. Dopamine, it’s the rewards chemical. When we achieve something, we spike our dopamine levels in our brain, and we feel great.
One thing that I always say to people is why don’t you set yourself five small outcomes every day, five small little things. It could be eating a piece of fruit, reading some of your favourite book. It could be going for a walk, it could be helping an old lady across the world, whatever you want. Five little things that you can achieve and accomplish in the day and if you achieve them or when you achieve them and then you go to bed at night-time, you feel like you’ve accomplished, and the dopamine levels spike and you get more confidence and you feel good about yourself. Then you wake up the next morning you do the same thing again and over the course of the week you perform 35 little tasks, 35 little goals, 35 little outcomes. Over a month that’s 140, over the space of a year as 1 680 steps in the direction of your dreams. Releasing all those chemicals you’re going to feel amazing, but you can start that chemical trigger today by going and doing five small things or three small things. Just set three small goals. Make it easy for yourself and then build and build this chemical inside your body waiting to be tapped so tap it.
Oxytocin, the love hormone, the trust hormone. When you hug another human being, oxytocin levels are spiked in your body, and you feel good baby. When you give someone a compliment when, you are kind to someone, oxytocin levels are rising. When you play with your dog and hug your dog or play with your cat or hug your horse whatever it is your oxytocin levels they’re going up. Your heart’s open those chemicals are being released. So go out and start hugging people especially those with masks on. They really need a hug and whatever response you get just love them, but offer them a hug, okay. If they won’t give you a hug stand six feet away and give them a big virtual hug and say I love you sister, I love you brother.
Serotonin, the mood stabilizer. When you meditate, when you swim, when you go out and you connect with the trees, when you go out and get sunlight, you start to release serotonin. When you exercise you release serotonin. All these things are available to you, and they don’t cost you anything. So why beautiful soul would you not do them, why would you not complete a few small little tasks every day and spike the dopamine levels. Get that love hormone, the trust hormone, the oxytocin flowing by a simple hug or playing with a furry little friend or being kind to someone. Go and meditate, get out into nature, get some sunlight exercise, go for a jog, a nice brisk walk. Get those serotonin levels spiked up in your body.
Then you’ve got endorphins, the painkiller, but it can make you feel good baby. Laughter, essential oils, dark chocolate, exercise again. These things ramp up your endorphins and spike that chemical in your body. When you start doing all four of them every single day you activate the most powerful pharmaceutical company in the whole universe, your physical body, and you’re the CEO of this pharmaceutical company. So why don’t you start getting high on your own supply. Seriously beautiful soul these drugs are available to you and remember there’s always a bit of life you know. I’ve got my lines of life in front of me right here racking them up. Life is so powerful; life is in the empty space. Even Alana likes to sniff a little bit of life don’t you Alana? She loves a little bit of life so you should be snorting a little bit of life too, breathing it into your body.
DMT naturally found in your spinal fluid, naturally found in your lungs through deep breathing whether it’s fire breathing, holotropic breathing. There are so many different types of breath work. When you breathe deeply you release that DMT inside your brain, inside your body, and you can have hallucinogenic experiences. You can tap your lymphatic system; you can tap your DNA. You switch on your central nervous system and again spike more chemicals in your body the chemicals in your body that are available. You are amazing. You don’t need cocaine, you don’t need ecstasy, you don’t need alcohol, you don’t need marijuana. You got it all inside of you. It’s all there but you must tap it. I can’t make you tap it; I can’t make you go and do these things but sitting a few outcomes, hugging a couple of people every day, playing with your animals, a bit of exercise, it’s not too much to ask.
Essential oils, someone put me on to young living recently. Those essential oils I’ve never been one for smelly things, but I bought loads of them, a whole selection. I drink them they send your vibration up okay and you can put them on your hands, you can breathe them in. Essential oils are so beautiful. Anyway, you know what you’ve got to do. We’re living in a crazy world, and you have all this stuff accessible right now. You don’t have to wait to tap these chemicals. They’re available right now, beautiful soul. It’s down to you to make the decision whether you’re going to tap them and use them and utilize them and make yourself feel amazing or not. Even if you’re stuck in your home, if you’re bowing down to the rules and the regulations of quarantine and all those mad behaviours, these chemicals are inside of you. No one can take this stuff away from you.

Hey there, beautiful soul. If you want to reduce anxiety and bring yourself into a calm and peaceful state of equilibrium, then close your eyes and go through this very short process with me.
Close your eyes and breathe into your body breathing through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths and settle down into this space. Breathe deeper and longer and slower. This powerful sky-blue healing frequency moves towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your heads under your feet, around your chest, around your back swirling gently in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger and gently caressing your body.
You start to breathe this sky-blue frequency into your body. You breathe it in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your scalp down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks. It flows through your chest, your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ, passing through your hips, your groin, swirling gently through your thighs and your hamstrings down through your knees, your calves, past your shins into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It flows through your shoulders down your arms through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this powerful light, this healing frequency, until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing deeper and longer and slower. As this sky-blue light flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being. Your cells they start to smile. Your kidneys smile, your liver smiles, your heart, and lungs smile. You feel your heart expanding, you feel the love in your heart.
As you continue to breathe into your magical body your heart opens, blossoms, and blooms, the light in your heart, that bright white crystal light, starts to fill up your chest. The frequency of your heart moves down through your solar plexus, your sacral your root chakra. It expands out past the boundaries of your physical body and flows up through your throat up through your shoulders, up through your pineal gland, up through your crown. There’s this beautiful white light from your own heart. It emanates 360 degrees in all directions, and you feel lighter and lighter. Energy starts to slide off your shoulders. It slides off your back into this beautiful crystal white light and disappears, blends, transforms, back into light, love, positive energy.
As you breathe deeper and longer and slower just feeling this space becoming lighter and lighter, your mind clears and empties as that beautiful bright white light fills it up. It’s ever so bright, there’s no room for anything apart from the light inside of you. As your heart expands and expands, I want you to repeat after me: “I am calm, I am whole, I am free. I am love, I am calm, I am whole, I am free, I am love”.
Feel these words reprogramming your DNA, communicating with yourselves reminding you that you are calm, you are whole, and you are free. As you continue to breathe deeper and longer and slower into the home of your soul, your physical body, it becomes lighter and lighter. Any worry, any stress, has fallen from your energetic field and transformed into harmonious energy, into love, into light, into information that will be recycled and used through the cosmic fabric to elevate the souls of everyone around you and to inspire you as a magical being.
Repeat after me again: “I am calm, I am whole, I am free. I am love, I am calm, I am whole, I am free, I am love”, and feel your heart expanding and expanding into the empty space. As you just vibrate in this calm space, this state of joy, bliss, harmony, oneness, unity, freedom. Be in this space. Allow yourself to surrender into the light, into the love, into your own mesmerizing energy. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and as you breathe into your body, I want you to become aware of it again tingling your cells, the vibration in your bones, the frequency in every muscle.
We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, we’ll open our eyes, come back into this space, and just take your time. There’s no hurry – five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready, open your eyes, come back into this space, and just be. Feel your body, feel your energy, feel your heart. Be aware of the love, the tranquillity, the peace. You are amazing, beautiful soul, and I love you unconditionally.
I recommend you come back and do this every day for another eight days, nine days in total, and then after that point just revisit it whenever you feel the need, whenever you feel the requirements, or you can use it as a daily tool to bring yourself into perfect equilibrium, a calm and balanced state before you engage in your daily activities. Being present is where the magic happens. You are the magic.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? We are at a pivotal point in human history, and it is so incredible to be here and it’s time right now for you, beautiful soul, as a warrior of light, as a fierce strong galactic titan from the stars, to stand up and be your truth. The time of speaking your truth and stepping into that space, they’ve gone. It’s time to be your truth, to live your truth, because our truths change and what happens we sometimes hold on to those truths because we know them, we believe in them, we are accustomed and acclimatized to them. It might be the truth that you’re in a crappy marriage, you’ve got a dead-end job and you’re just angry and unhappy. Better the devil you know then better the devil you don’t. This is old thinking baby. The timelines are there for us. There’s a high-speed motorway into 5D or there’s the low frequency highway into the depths of despair. Which one you going to choose? I know which one I’m on.
Right now, we are in a spiritual war, but this is the thing. This spiritual war is already won. We’ve already done what we needed to do but we’re not holding the frequency of that impeccably and this is causing distortions in the field. What do I mean by this? Ok, so if you look around this world right now, I mean in London yesterday there were earthquakes in London. There’s been lots of things blowing up in America. You know why these things are blowing up, food storage places seem a bit weird right. They’ve been right for the last 30, 40, 50, 100 years and now suddenly they’re blowing up. There are earthquakes in London, the roads cracking, people’s houses are shaking. Well, there could be other reasons for this like an underground battle and bases being blown up and children being rescued but that’s a whole other story.
Maybe Mother Earth is purging because we’re purging as a human species. Maybe she’s purging too. It doesn’t really matter what matters. There’s chaos and strange things happening around us and you get a choice. You can buy into that. You can buy into 5G, you can buy into vaccines, you can buy into children being taken from schools into quarantine camps, you can buy into the food shortages, you can buy into all this stuff. Of course, you can, and millions of people are, maybe billions of people are. But I know there are millions of light workers, warriors, truth seekers, truth knowers, galactic titans from the stars here right now on planet earth that are holding the sacred light and holding the sacred space and creating the pathway from the 3D space, the bridge to the 5D space through their own essence. I’m one of them. You’re probably one of them too.
If you’re watching this video and listening to me right now there are millions of us and what we’ve got to do is to shine our light even brighter because the further we get down this tunnel towards the end game which is really the start of a beautiful new world, it’s going to get darker and darker and people are being forced to stay in their homes. They’re trying to bring out new laws in the UK where you’ve got to be tested before you fly. There are loads of crazy things that they’re saying they’re going to do and are doing. Look at Australia in Melbourne. It’s crazy but we all know the real reasons for the lockdowns. There’s the underground reason and the overground reason, there’s the children and there’s what’s going on above the surface. Some people are aware, and some people aren’t. Again, it doesn’t really matter.
What matters is you and me and all of us what we’ve got to do is to hold the creative frequency because right now in this month of September what is happening and unfolding right now are massive creative energies. When a baby is in the womb of its mother it’s lying there in that amniotic fluid all tucked up and cradled and kind of squashed and in there but it’s in the womb of the mother being fed, nurtured. Light codes are pouring into it, nutrition is pouring into it, and that baby is growing and developing and nurturing and expanding because it’s inside a creative energetic space and we as a human species right now were in the amniotic fluid. Now you can choose to feed off the amniotic fluids and you can create the most magnificent experience and hold the light and the perspective of the new world we’re stepping into.
The battle is already won, or you can focus on the madness that’s being presented to you everywhere you look. I can look here. It’s everywhere but you see, beautiful soul, I’m aware of it but I don’t buy into it, and I like to be aware of it to see the game and the cards that the other players are dealing. Otherwise, I’d be a crappy poker player because we are in a game right now and you could play it like a game of roulette, you could throw your dice red or black. You see gambling and hoping are for losers. Winners, they know so they observe their other players, and they play the hands that are guaranteed to win and the hand that is guaranteed to win in my reality is the lights freedom and sovereignty me speaking up standing in my truth and living my truth and saying no to what it is that I don’t want and yes to what I do want.
You see silence is dangerous because silence is consensus. If someone offers you something and you don’t say no to it, you’re consenting to it and all around the planet right now there are offers being made left right and centre and you get a choice. You can buy into them and accept them, or you can say listen this is what I’m focused on, this beautiful new world over here come on lads come on girls come and jump onto my timeline. This is where the truth is or you can stay in the dark, heavy low vibrational low frequency energy space of control, of manipulation, of vaccines, of 5G, of no food, locked at home and can’t travel, can’t work, got no money, life is crap. Of course, you get the choice to buy into that timeline. Me, no way baby, me, and Alana here, my beautiful unicorn, we are choosing another timeline.
You see what is happening during September which a lot of people don’t realize, and a lot of light workers don’t even realize this too. There’s a rainbow bridge that’s being assembled. My team and I are playing a part of this, and I know there’s some other quantum architects around the planet and they’re playing a part in this too. There is a rainbow bridge that’s going to be solidified come the end of September which is going to link 3D to 5D in a magnificent way and the transition for those that are asleep and those that are waking up is going to be so much easier. They’re going to be able to walk through that tunnel of darkness looking at the light, like a walk in the park, have a cup of tea, chat to their friends, do whatever it is, a bit of yoga, a bit of meditation.
The demons and the ghouls are like see you later buddy, no time for you because you’re just cool as a cucumber, you know the end game. It’s a done deal baby. It’s been written into the scriptures, and I am not changing my scriptures for no one. Start to play with these creative energies, start to enjoy being in the darkness which for me is just a place to create the new, the inspiring, the intentional. It’s all about your intentions, your thoughts and your emotions are recalibrating and restructuring your DNA on a super conscious level 24/7 365 so make sure you choose the light, make sure you see the darkness as a chance to grow. All these challenges, all these illusions, you’re like a tomato plant in the black peats in the earth, and it’s giving you nutrition. if you take the tomato plant out of the earth, out of that black peat, out of that compost bag, the plot, tomato plants going to die because the roots need to go into the earth to get the sustenance.
We are all dark and light. We’re all God’s, devil, high vibration, low vibration. It resides in all of us so we can fuel ourselves from all aspects of reality and this is where you become a master alchemist. If you want to truly transition into 5D, you’ve got to accept all aspects of reality and blend into perfect equilibrium and know that everything is there to fuel you. Everything is there to help you grow but whilst you’re focusing on it and seeing it from a different perspective, that crappy low vibrational perspective you’re messing up your own consciousness. That’s the truth. So let go of your old truths and start holding on to your new truths and as you move past those truths maybe some new truths will come into your reality, and you’ll be a high vibrational unicorn riding human a superhuman baby.
There are beings in this space all around us supporting us and nurturing us. Connect with them, connect with the planet, connect with the stars. We have so much energy to sustain us and see us through these troublesome times which are just unfolding perfectly even though it doesn’t seem like it. Okay so wherever you are on this planet go out and start loving. Go out and start hugging even those people with masks on. Go and give them a great big hug and say I love you, beautiful soul, I love you as my sister or brother. I don’t see you as different from me, black, white, rich poor. It doesn’t matter, Chinese, Japanese, Australian, from New Zealand, French Polynesian, American, English, Irish, Scottish, it doesn’t matter.
We are a human family, and we are rising together, and we came here to make this world a better place and all this darkness is pushing us together and bringing all the honeybees back to the hive so that hive can grow out geometrically and the world will become a sweet place. Avoiding negative thoughts and talking to your body in a positive way is important. This is the dialogue you have with your cells, muscles, bones, blood, etc. Every part of your body works seamlessly with every other part of your body. Your body is a miracle. It is also your vehicle for life on Earth. Your physical body is a synthesis of the elements of earth, air, fire, water, and ether.
With regular meditation and healing practice, you can even overcome physical limitations and unleash your true potential. Buddha Shakyamuni transcended reality through meditation on love and compassion coupled with the deep wisdom of the nature of reality. Also, some advanced meditators can hold their breath for many minutes underwater or increase their body temperature several degrees in cold climates.
Meditation Heals Your Mind
There are countless meditations to calm and soothe your mind. Just focussing on the sensation of the breath as it flows in and out of the tips of your nostrils will calm your mind of distracting thoughts. Or visualise each and every thought in a bubble of air rising like a balloon. Letting them go leaves you calm, still, and connected with reality.
Training your mind is like training a muscle. The more you train and stronger your muscle becomes. With regular daily meditation, you can focus single-pointedly on your breath. Or choose to focus for longer periods on a virtuous object such as love or compassion without distraction.
Your life is shaped by your cultural programming, experiences, and memories. These also chain you to what is safe and secure or lock you into negative thought trains. Become skilful in letting go of your thoughts and put the past into the past. Then from a blank canvas, you create your new reality and unleash it onto the world.
Meditation Heals Your Breath
Strengthening your breath with meditation and exercise will benefit your wellbeing, health, and fitness. When you breathe deeply, life-giving air enters your lungs you have more oxygen for your body to function and more blood flows to your brain. Being conscious of your breath as you are breathing keeps you connected and grounded.
Deep breathing techniques such as those found in pranayama and also dragon breathing will improve your lung capacity and muscle fitness. Deep and fast breathing also strengthens your connection with your environment. This also increases the flow of oxygen and subtle life force energy through your chakras, channels, and meridians.
Meditation Heals Your Heart
When you meditate and feel divine love in your heart you are infusing your body with healing frequencies. These facilitate the release of stuck patterns, emotions, anxiety, and resentment. Letting go of emotional trauma frees up energy and clears your channels. This means that your capacity for light increases.
Visualise a hurricane. All your emotional turmoil is like the weather swirling in the vortex. Let go of your thoughts and emotions and be calm in the eye of the storm of your emotions. Then you will feel more energised, grounded, and focussed on life. Connect with ‘all that is’ with your heart and practice sending love and healing to others.
Meditation Heals Your Soul
Your soul and the souls of all living beings are of the same nature as The Creator. Your divine soul is a reflection, or facet of a multi-dimensional jewel, of The Creator. When you meditate and connect with The Universe, you will discover deeper truths about reality.
There is no separation between me, you, or them. In fact, you are me and I am you. You will discover your divine mission. This will be aligned with our talents, skills, and resources during our short time on Earth.
As you heal from within your soul naturally channels purer healing rays. These rays of light and codes of light will heal, unlock, and activate more and more of your light body. Also, your light quotient, or capacity to contain and work with high frequencies of light, increases more and more.

You are healing yourself every time when you connect with your soul in meditation. Your healing guides are there to help you and everyone else heal. Be calm and centred in your heart and connected with source energy and the crystalline core of planet Earth. Then your intuition and their guidance will show you how to heal most effectively.

“You are the sun the moon and the stars. This universe and multiverse is wrapped up into a bundle of bones, muscles, skin, with a light body and a soul and a spirit but you’re not separate from everything else. You created everything else, and you created you to have the experience in this great big holographic universe.”
“When you’re tapping into the quantum field, when you’re accessing information, when you’re viewing beings or communicating with beings or observing beings you start to see and perceive these beings. Depending on your level of inner standing, depending on your level of awareness, and depending on the frequency of that pinecone inside of your head is vibrating at, that decodes the truth, that decodes that information. You have access to multiple layers of information, but you’ve got to decide that you want to tap it.”
I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul. Life is amazing baby. We’re here on this green and blue ball to remember the truth. The space around you isn’t empty, it’s rich and bountiful and full of knowledge and wisdom just like my unicorn here, Alana. She’s beautiful. Can you see her. She’s black with multicoloured stripes, she’s got a golden horn with a diamond tip. She’s always with me.
When you tap the potential in the fields you will connect with other energies and the thing is this, beautiful soul. The energies that you connect with when you tap them in their rawest form, their geometry, their mathematics. Nothing is physical, nothing has true structure in the way that we see true structure. It has a structure way beyond what we could possibly fathom and see with our logical conscious minds. When we start to operate out of this hemisphere, the right brain, the female brain, and we start to activate that pinecone in the centre of our brain, our pineal gland, our third eye, that stargate, we start to see so much. We start to feel so much, we start to know so much.
Some people say that there are 12 dimensions, 12 dimensional spaces. They say that within each of these dimensions there’s another 12 frequency bands or another 12 dimensions that would make 144 dimensions in total. I’m not sure whether I buy that. I mean it could be true. I’ve got no way of you know proving it or disproving it and it doesn’t really matter when I’ve journeyed through the field, through meditation, plant medicine, whatever. It is through my own healing practice. I’m always connected to the fields and there are multiple layers. There are layers within layers within layers. I personally feel there are infinite frequency bands or infinite densities, infinite what some people would call dimensions.
Referring to these spaces as dimensional doesn’t really cut the mustard because we’re talking about harmonics, we’re talking about vibration, we’re talking about frequency, and as you go up through the levels, you’re dropping the density, you’re dropping the weight, and things get lighter and lighter and lighter and as I’ve journeyed and I’ve expanded and I’ve seen it just goes on and on but maybe there is an end point. Who really knows. Maybe someday someone will truly figure it out but decoding the vibrational harmonics of this incredible multiverse is what’s important.
A lot of people see things in the empty space and when you see things in the empty space you decide what you’re seeing. Due to your level of understanding and your ability to see feel and know information the faster your frequency the faster those little calcite crystals that are inside that little pinecone inside of your brain, your pineal gland, the faster they’re vibrating at the more access it gives you to the field and the more truth you can see. Someone might perceive something as an angel with wings or they might see a spider being or geometrical being.
However, you perceive it is down to your own level of perception and that’s okay wherever you are. Now is perfect. We’re all on a journey baby and that journey goes at your own space at your own pace. There’s no need to hurry. You don’t want to take too much time but you want to chill on this journey and let it unfold in the most magical way so you can learn and remember what you need to learn and remember along the way. Don’t try and hurry things up. Enjoy the ride because human beings want things now and sometimes, we’re not ready to receive everything there. Sometimes we’re not ready for what the truth is so the universe gives it us in bite-sized chunks.
As you start to develop and activate your pineal gland through breathwork, through pineal gland activation exercises that we share through star magic, light language, through meditation, by using frequency and sound, light and information. You can switch your third eyesight on beyond or measure, and when you switch it on you start to tap the field and the field is breathtakingly beautiful. It’s full of wild beautiful colourful information. There are beings, there are worlds within worlds. I can pretty much guarantee you right now in this space that I’m in, there’s other beings not just Alana, but other beings in this space with me. Some people are walking through the forest or through the streets and they might see out of the corner of their eye.
There’s another density, another frequency band another dimensional space bleeding through and they catch a glimpse of it. They’re not going crazy; they’re just seeing the truth. Maybe that’s happened to you. The best thing to do is to work on yourself, high vibrational foods, breathwork, light language, yoga, getting out into nature, drinking lots of water, staying away from chemicals, smash up your TV. All that stuff that pours negative frequencies into your space. You want to get rid of it and all the stuff that pours goodness into your space and elevates your soul, expands your heart and your consciousness. You want to pour it into your space, you want to consume it, the photons from the sun.
All this stuff is going to activate your pineal gland, it’s magical. Once your pineal gland is activated you will get access to a whole tapestry of knowledge that just goes on and on, and the more you download and recalibrate and work the more, you’re going to get and you’ve just simply got to set an intention open your heart go into meditation and decide I’m going to connect with the field, observe your body and let things flow just see what happens. you and I might go into the same space, and you might see a being that looks kind of humanoid. I might see it as geometrical form, I might see it as mathematics now. Both of us are perceiving something correctly. It’s just that I’m seeing its rawest form because everything is geometrical, everything is mathematical, me included, you included.
The screen that you’re looking at right now is a geometrical equation created in the quantum field and bought into this physical existence. When I see a tree, I see energy I see vibration. I don’t see solid bark although I can if I switch into my third density sight and decide to go and give that tree a hug. But if I want to connect with that tree at a deep level, I’m going to see the truth beyond the physical illusion. The same when I work with the clients. I don’t see their body as physical. I see their biological computer, the body, and the brain, and all the information that’s feeding into it, in the quantum field. The best thing you can do is use frequency sound light information to tap your DNA through meditation, through light language, through all the tools that are available to you, qigong, breathwork, deep breathwork.
You are an amazing being and you have the potential to tap into what you want. You’ve just got to decide to do it, beautiful soul. You’ve just got to decide to do it, that’s plain and simple. Some people say that if I’m traveling out in the universe, I might get a bit scared because I might see a negative being, you know a being can only affect you if you decide that it can affect you. A program can only affect you if you decide that it can affect you. It depends on your level of compliance with the program, it depends on your level of compliance of the energy of the being that wants to infiltrate your consciousness. Nothing can affect you if you decide. So, the thing is this some people don’t know about this other world beyond the veil of illusion and they’re being affected 24/7 365. But once you start to tap this wisdom and tap this knowledge, raise your vibration, expand your consciousness, and come to a deeper level of understanding, nothing will be able to affect you.
There is no being in the universe more powerful than you. There is no human being on this planet more powerful than you. You are the sun the moon and the stars. This universe and multiverse is wrapped up into a bundle of bones, muscles, skin, with a light body and a soul and a spirit but you’re not separate from everything else. You created everything else, and you created you to have the experience in this great big holographic universe and you can create and recreate reality however you wish.
You’ve got to be willing to take that in a journey, you’ve got to be willing to explore the labyrinth and the depths of your own consciousness because this beautiful soul is where the magic lies, oh yeah. This is where the magic lies. You are the magic. Don’t tell anyone else it’s top secret but you are the magic yes you are, but you got to know this. There’s no point me telling you. You got to feel this, you’ve got to know this. Don’t believe it. Those things are dangerous. Get rid of those belief systems and go deeper to that space where you know because nothing trumps knowing but knowing trumps believing every single time.
Go out into this world. Hug your sisters and brothers so tightly and remember never ever be the first to let go of a hug. That’s the golden rule of hugging. Hey there beautiful soul. This will be the most powerful healing, DNA, and third eye activation that you’ve ever experienced. So, I welcome you into this space. Close your eyes, take some nice long deep breaths, open your heart, and be in this space with me.This guided meditation will activate you on a physical and a multi-dimensional level. Close your eyes and breathe deeper and longer and slower and know that you are extraordinary and that you deserve this time and this space to kick back relax, to expand to heal, to transform, to raise your vibration. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and feel your body, be in this space, the only space that truly matters, this present moment. As you breathe into your powerful body, you’ll become aware of a diamond light that starts to move in through the walls down through the ceiling up through the floor. This powerful diamond frequency flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it, over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger, swirling around your physical body like a diamond tornado.
You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe it into your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head your face your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest, and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks. It flows through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ moving through your bones, your bloodstream. It flows through your hips, your groin. It swirls through your thighs and hamstrings, through your knees, through your calves, past your shins into your ankles. It flows through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. This powerful diamond light flows through your shoulders down your arms, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full, in your mind say, ‘thank you’ and keep breathing. As this frequency flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being, your cells they dance and smile communicating with each other like one big happy cosmic family. You feel your heart expanding and expanding, blooming like a thousand petals diamond lotus flower. Your heart expands and expands and expands.
As you vibrate in this space you become aware of an inverted gold and platinum pyramid, a high vibrational 5D frequency spinning up above your crown chakra, 90 centimetres in a clockwise direction. This inverted pyramid spins faster and faster and as it spins it starts to draw light codes out from the cosmic fabric. Ruby emerald and electric blue light codes start to flow out from the ether into the space. They’re drawn into this pyramid which spins faster and faster up above your crown. The pyramid collects these codes and the frequency inside the pyramid elevates. You can feel the energy up above you.
We’re going to count from six back to zero. When we get to zero the apex of this pyramid is going to open. That light is going to flow down through your crown and pierce your pineal gland – six five four three two one zero. The apex of that pyramid opens and that electromagnetic light containing high vibrational information flows down through your crown, into your pineal gland. Boom it explodes. You start to download data, information, light codes, to activate your pineal gland. These frequencies flow around your pineal gland, into your pituitary gland. They flow into your left and right hemisphere, your left and right brain. They start to glow, they start to vibrate, and then light starts to shuttle backwards and forwards from the right brain to the left brain, from the left brain to the right brain, opening your corpus callosum, the bridge between the two. You vibrate faster and faster in this space and your heart continues to expand out past the boundaries of your physical body into the empty space.
The frequency of your heart expands and expands 360 degrees in all directions. The love spilling out from your own soul is extraordinary. As you vibrate faster and faster and faster your heart expands and expands. The apex of the pyramid opens a little bit wider, and that light flows fast and ferocious into your third eye, your pineal gland. It expands and vibrates glowing brighter and brighter. You feel it pulsating and then you become aware of Mother Earth. Right down deep in her centre there’s a diamond crystal skull just below her Merkabah. This diamond crystal skull starts to vibrate, and frequency starts to flow from it, from its pineal gland up through its crown, up through the rocks and the minerals.
This powerful diamond lights from this ancient crystal skull flows up through the rocks and the minerals up through the surface of the planet, up through your root, sacral, solar plexus, up into your heart your higher heart and then boom that frequency explodes in your heart. Your higher heart starts to expand, and you become aware of a sacred blue rose vibrating in your heart space. In the centre of that sacred blue rose is a diamond Merkabah, the top tetrahedron spinning clockwise, the bottom one anti-clockwise. Your vibration goes through the roof. You start to upload light codes from this crystal skull. They flow up through your physical body and into your higher heart space. Your higher heart starts to communicate with your pineal gland. Your pineal gland starts to communicate with your root chakra and energy shuttles up and down your central column.
You become aware of your spinal column glowing and vibrating, those 33 vertebrae start to download codes from the crystal skull switching it on to a new vibrational harmonic. As your heart continually expands your pineal gland vibrates faster, the pyramid up above you start to spin faster and faster drawing in more emerald, ruby, and electric blue codes. These codes pour into this pyramid flowing, racing down through the electromagnetic stream and into your pineal gland, flowing into your left and right brain, flowing into your pituitary gland. Your whole body vibrates like crazy.
You then become aware of something swimming around in your space. You feel, you see two electric pink and turquoise dolphins swimming around in your space. The vibration of these beings is incredible, Sirian light workers in their dolphin form swimming around in your space, the love you feel is incredible. One dolphin swim behind you, the other one swims around in front of you. Both move into a vertical position with their bellies, their hearts, facing your physical body. The one behind you opens its hands and a magical multi-coloured frequency flow out from the back of its heart through the empty space. It moves towards the back of your heart chakra, one meter half a meter and boom it penetrates the back of your heart. You start to download these dolphin codes. These dolphins are here to trigger your DNA on a super conscious level to unlock that knowledge and wisdom that you’re carrying on a subatomic level deep in your cells. Feel this.
The dolphin behind you opens its heart wide, the love that pours into your body is phenomenal. The dolphin in front of you then opens its hands. A powerful multi-coloured stream spirals through the empty space. Within that spiralling stream you see platinum diamonds and chromium DNA spirals flow through this electromagnetic stream towards your heart. They get within a meter, 75 centimetres, 50, 25. Boom, this dolphin connects with your heart. The frequencies of both of the dolphins merges into your heart space. The Merkabah in the dolphin’s heart starts to spin even faster. As you download these dolphin frequencies, the love, you feel from these magical beings there are no words. Just be in this space and vibrate be in this space and feel surrender, let go.
The energy moves up and down your body through your arms your legs your hands your feet your fingers your toes your thumbs. This energy pours through your physical body. Every single cell, all 75 to 100 trillion of them, vibrate like crazy. As these multi-coloured DNA spirals drill into your cells communicating with those double helixes unlocking more of that knowledge like sacred keys, they start to activate you from the inside out. Just be in this space and allow these frequencies to work their magic lights, information, intelligence straight from source. You are plugged in. You are connected. You are not separate. You are your environment, and your environment is you. The dolphins love you.
As you download these codes, your heart expands and expands flowing through the bodies of the dolphins. You start to send healing frequencies towards them as they heal you. Healing is always a two-way process. As you vibrate in this space feeling, expanding, healing, you become aware of a gigantic diamond orca whale that starts to swim slowly around the outside of you. It’s huge, 27 meters long. It swims around your physical body. You feel it you see it you know it’s there the energy is crazy powerful, a strong motherly presence. This gigantic orca swims around behind the dolphin in front of you and moves into a vertical position. It’s barely facing you and this orca opens her heart, and a powerful crystal white frequency flows out from her heart through the empty space flowing towards you. It moves straight through the dolphin.
The dolphin vibrates faster and that changes the frequency flowing into your heart as the energy from this powerful orca whale flows towards your physical body. It’s headed straight towards your heart chakra half a meter, 25 centimetres. It flows inside of you. Your whole vibration changes. This energy moves up through your body, down through your body, and then the orca opens her heart wider. She starts to fire multi-coloured light codes into your consciousness. They hit you fast and furious boom, boom, they explode in your consciousness. You feel yourself expanding and expanding. This download is incredible.
The crystal skull down in the planet, it amplifies its own frequency and the stream of data flowing up through the rocks and the minerals gets stronger racing up through your body into your higher heart centre. That sacred blue rose vibrates like crazy. It glows even brighter. The Merkabah spins even faster, the light flowing down from the pyramid above and gets stronger. As you download, as you upgrade, as you heal and transform, just be in this space. The dolphins love you; the orca whale loves you. You are loved beyond measure by your sisters and brothers beyond the veil. Just be in this space, beautiful soul, surrender, let go. Allow these frequencies to work their magic.
Your pineal gland glows brighter, it expands. The frequency in the field of your pineal gland starts to flow out through the boundaries of your mind, your brain, your body into the empty space. It starts to decode information, light streams flowing through the ether. Your awareness heightens as your consciousness expands. As you tap into the universal fabric to greater depths you become one with the entire universe. As you vibrate in this space, the pyramid above you starts to descend and it moves down towards your crown chakra. Your crown chakra opens like a thousand petals platinum lotus flower and that inverted pyramid descends through. It fits neatly around your pineal gland and stops, and then your crown closes.
The dolphin in front of you and the dolphin behind you, they vibrate faster and faster and their bodies blend into geometrical codes, into source energy, into pure love. Those geometries spiral forwards towards you, they start to flow in through the front of your heart in through the back of your heart. The dolphins flow into your physical body. They download themselves into you that love, that energy. Those healing codes they become you, you become them. You wonder to yourself did they ever really exist.
As you vibrate in this space faster and faster your heart expanding and expanding the orca whale she moves from a vertical to a horizontal position and stares into your face into your eyes reading your soul. She moves closer towards you and then opens her third eye. A crystal white stream of light with gold and light codes flows out from her third eye through the empty space in through your forehead. Boom it penetrates your pineal gland. You start to download stream after stream of data. Boom. The inside of your body lights up. Your pineal gland explodes. The orca retracts the laser beam of electromagnetic light from her third eye and starts to retract through the empty space. She stares at you and then smiles. She winks and then explodes into geometrical gold.
As you vibrate in this sea of bliss, as you vibrate in ecstasy, you start to become aware of your breath, the in-breath and the out-breath and the space in between. You realize it’s the space in between the inn and the acreage that keeps you alive like the space between the notes creates the music. You start to become aware of your body. You feel the vibration in your bones, the tingling your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Take your time, there’s no hurry, five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Take your time, there’s no hurry. Feel your body, feel your energy, feel your space. There’s no hurry, there’s no need to go and do anything. Just be here, in these frequencies for a while.
i recommend you come back and do this meditation for another five days in a row. I challenge you every day is going to be a different experience and your vibration is going to go through the roof, your heart is going to expand to even greater depths and your frequency will be at one with all things, no separation, pure magic. You are an extension of the universe or maybe the universe is an extension of you. Either way it doesn’t matter. You’re a multi-dimensional being having this human experience and you are loved. I love you as my sister or brother. I love you as one of my star family.
Come back and engage in this meditation for another five days. Challenge yourself and don’t miss a day. If you miss a day you’ve got to start again, six days in total, and you watch what happens. You feel what happens. It’s very important that you stay hydrated through this process, at least three to four litres of water a day. Make sure you get some mother nature time, shoes, and socks, hugging those trees, eat clean, eat mother nature, fruits, vegetables, a predominantly plant-based diet, or maybe a hundred percent plant-based diets but listen to your body. If your body feels like it needs some organic eggs, or some organic fish then give it to it don’t be rigid in your approach.
Listen to your body, get out and stare at the sun. If you live in a warm climate, first hour of the day, last hour of the day. Build it up slowly. Start with five seconds. Sun gazing, eat those photons. They’re great for your pineal gland. This meditation will turbocharge you, activating your DNA and your pineal gland. At the same time, you are going to heal. So, over these next days and weeks be very patient with yourself. if you feel emotional honour those emotions. If you feel angry shout and scream if you feel sad, cry. If you feel happy, dance on the table, beautiful soul. Express your emotions, let them go, and then return straight back to your heart. it’s all love.
You are amazing. You came to planet earth to be great. All of you came here to live large to play extraordinary not small. So go out into this world, shine your light bright, and never dampen your sparkle for anyone. Stand in your power, live in your power, be your power, speak your truth, live your truth, be your truth. You’re a beacon of light and the world needs you to shine so you can wake up and activate those divine sparks of joy in your fellow human family. It’s all love baby.
