So welcome to this light language transmission. I’m Jerry and I’m Laurie and together we are going to transmit some powerful codes. Get ready to open your heart and to connect with your divine essence. Inside of you there is magic, beautiful soul. There is magic beyond measure and this activation is going to open your heart and tap your DNA so we can mine that knowledge and wisdom that’s locked inside of you.
So come into your space, come into this space with us. There is no time distance or measurement in the quantum field. So, close your eyes and breathe. Just be here now and move your awareness into your heart. While you’re breathing deeper and deeper, breathe in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths. Just feel your body, feel your heart beating. Just be one with your heart.
As you’re breathing into your body, you’ll become aware of an electric pink inverted pyramid spinning clockwise. As it spins up above your crown it starts to draw in frequencies from Lyra, from Sirius, from Alpha Centauri. These frequencies flow through the stars, through the cosmic fabric down towards Mother Earth. They flow down through Mother Earth’s atmosphere through the skies down through the roof of your space and into the base of that inverted crystal pink pyramid where the codes and the frequencies start to collect.

As you’re breathing into your body the apex of that pyramid up above your crown opens and that starlight flows down through your crown, through your pineal gland, through your higher heart, and into your hearts and boom that frequency explodes that light, races around the inside of your physical body. Feel your heart expanding and expanding and expanding as the apex of that pyramid opens wider, that starlight pours down into your heart chakra. You become aware of pyramids, octahedrons, icosahedrons, cubes, tetrahedrons racing around the inside of your heart chakra flowing up to your crown and down into your roots. On a fifth dimensional level these geometries explode in your cells.

Feel your heart expanding and expanding and expanding. As these codes filter down through your cells into those double helixes unlocking those DNA strands, deep knowledge, deep wisdom, rises from your cells to the surface up into the forefront of your consciousness. Light flows from your pineal gland into your heart chakra and from your heart chakra back up into your third eye. Light codes flow around the inside of both hemispheres of your brain as the frequency of your heart expands out past the boundaries of your physical body into the empty space. Continues to breathe these frequencies into your body, absorb them into your consciousness, allow them to work their magic as they elevate your soul.

So welcome to this energy healing secrets video. Today we’re going to be discussing why incredible facilitators don’t get distracted and this is so important because when you drop into your heart, when you open your heart, like we’ve discussed in the other energy healing secrets videos, which by the way I highly recommend you go and watch if you haven’t already. The link is underneath this video. In these other videos we’ve discussed dropping into your heart, opening your heart, and being in that state of presence, awareness. When you’re in that present state it’s very hard to be distracted but it’s like spiritual muscle. You’ve got to be disciplined and you’ve got to train.
If you pick up a golf club and a golf ball and goes and hits it first time straight down the fairway onto the green most people miss the ball the first time around. It takes practice to be still but the only way you can do that is to practice. We as human beings get so distracted. Imagine someone came to you and said for your birthday this year imagine someone came to you and said right here’s the keys to a brand-new Lamborghini. it’s outside your house. Well, here’s the keys to a brand-new Bugatti Veyron. It’s outside your house. You’re really excited you go outside. You jump at the person that gave it to you, leans into the window and says you got one day and I’m taking it back. You can drive it as fast as you want. You can play with it you can drive it anywhere but in one day I’m coming back to collect it. You stick the keys in the ignition.
Then you get a text message or a Facebook message or an Instagram notification and you look at it and you go into it you open it, and you know what it’s like when you get on Instagram or Facebook. You watch one message, you read it, you think I’ll just scroll through the other messages. Before you know it that person’s tapping on the window. Times up how. You get the whole days passed because you got distracted. Maybe it was your husband or your wife or your girlfriend or your boyfriend or your mother or father that text you. They were moaning at you for something, and you responded, and it completely distracted you and sent you on another trail and you forgot that you’re inside this incredible motor vehicle and it was yours for the day to take for a spin.
This is what we’re like as humans. We’re so easily distracted. We can be so focused on something and then something tiny comes along and boom we’re off on something else. Being disciplined and focused takes practice. Breath is the easiest way to gain focus. I recommend before every healing session, before you go in to facilitate the healing, so you can be an incredible facilitator because remember you aren’t no healer, and neither am I. We’re not healers. We are the facilitators that create an environment so the human being that we’re engaging in can self-heal eel. Let me say that one more time, beautiful soul. We are facilitators that create an environment so the human being that we’re engaging with that we’re going in to facilitate the healing of can self-heal because everyone is designed to self-heal.
There are blocks, present life blocks, parallel life blocks, future life blocks, past life blocks. All of those already rolled into the same pot because it’s only parallel in the quantum field. Even this present life is parallel when you bounce out into the quantum field. t’s no different from the future, the past, present. They’re all rolled into one simultaneous experience in the fields, and what we need to do is to shift and change the field. So, the human being can heal physically in this present reality. You will know that if you’ve watched the last energy healing secrets videos and I recommend you go right back to the start and watch them all through because there’s some golden nuggets, some golden secrets which will help you massively to heal yourself and other humans, animals, your core, beautiful soul. Don’t be distracted, it is fundamental.
I’m going to share a quick breathing technique with you that will assist you becoming present. What you’re going to do is you’re going to sit with your spine nice and upright you could be cross-legged on the floor low to safe lower sat in a chair. It doesn’t matter if your spinal column’s straight that is what matters and if you’re going to go into a healing session. I would think feel that you’re probably going to be sat on a chair and you’re not going to be in the lowest position but maybe you will be. I don’t know me personally. I sit in a chair when I hear. I’m not on the floor. I like to be nice and comfortable and don’t get me wrong. I know some people can be very comfortable in those positions on the floor but for me I like to be sad now you’re going to be there with your spine upright erect, straight chest out.
Okay nice and straight and what you’re going to do is you’re going to breathe 12 times into your belly in and out of the mouth now. Once you get to 12 on the 12th breath you’re going to breathe inbreathe out and hold it and you’re going to hold it for as long as you feel comfortable. Once you get to the point where you need to breathe in, you’re going to breathe in and hold it for as long as comfortable or if is comfortable. Once you’ve done that, you’re then going to do the same thing six times, the deep breaths into the belly in and out of the mouth, the same thing. You get to the sixth breath You breathe in; you breathe out, you hold it for as long as it’s comfortable. Once you get to that point you breathe in you hold it for as long as it’s comfortable and then you breathe out 12 times. 6 times it will bring you into a presence that your body will feel calm.
You can do it with your eyes closed. Then as soon as you’ve finished that last breath you’ve held on the in breath you then regulate your breathing. Your eyes are closed, and you go back to that famous question that we’ve been through on other energy healing secrets videos. Please show me something I don’t know to help me facilitate the healing of this incredible human being. You bring up the hologram you entangle it as I’ve described in the last videos and then you go to work, and you’ll be nice and calm and present. Remember you’re here to facilitate, you’re not here to heal. They do the healing.
Each human being is the most powerful pharmaceutical company owner in the entire universe. We have so many magical chemicals in our body. When we start to shift things in the quantum fields, we can release blocks that allow those chemicals to be released. We can heal parallel realities or facilitate the healing of parallel realities, facilitate the healing of future and past lives which are parallel realities. We can change the muscles, the bones in the quantum fields. We can remove toxicity from the quantum field, and it manifests physically just like that. It doesn’t take time beautiful soul. Anyone that tells you that healing must take time truly doesn’t understand healing because everything is instantaneous. If you hit that deep trigger where the trauma exists, and you shift it the healing manifests.
It’s that simple. If it doesn’t it means you didn’t hit the deepest root trigger and you’ve got to go back and look, again we’ve covered this in other energy healing secrets videos. Go back and watch the whole series and you will get some powerful tools. You came to this planet as a galactic titan with all these abilities. All I’m trying to do with these energy healing secrets video series is help you tap back into that potential. In your DNA you have mountains of information. You have words of information, universes of knowledge locked away, stacked away, in your DNA. When you unravel it inside each cell, it is six feet long. When you stick all that DNA together in the body it’s enough to wrap it from one side of the solar system to the other side of the solar system and back again. You have so much knowledge locked inside of you and I’m here to help you tap it so you can feel what it’s like to facilitate the healing at distance, to heal yourself very easily, to be superhuman to be a superhuman and not this measly little man or woman that is on this earth following the rules and the regulations of the system. It’s supposed to be a magical experience. t’s not supposed to be that tough, but no one ever shows us the real way. We’re taught to go to doctors and to nurses and to pharmaceutical companies when we’re ill we don’t realize we have these innate healing gifts inside of us and I’m here to share with you that you have, and I want to assist you in unlocking this magic.
So, practice this breath before you go into your healing sessions, then bring up the hologram, entangle the hologram, as I’ve shown you in previous videos and then ask the question “please show me something I don’t know2 and then you can start applying the star systems. You can start applying different ways and techniques that I’ve previously shown you and healing will be so much easier. Open that magical heart.
Wherever you are on this planet go out and love fiercely and ferociously. Hug tightly beautiful soul and remember the golden rule of hugging. Never be the first to let go. Never ever be the first to let go. Go and shine that magical light. Go and express your own divinity. Express it. Be your own magic. When you are unprotected you, are an energetic hoover that sucks in all the energy around you whether it serves you or not.

What is a Psychic Attack?
Psychic attacks happen when your aura or energy field is infiltrated by negative energy. In other words, psychic attacks occur when disruptive energy is sent in your direction and received by your light body. This happens when you leave yourself open or vulnerable to negative energies of others and your environment.
Psychic attacks often occur unintentionally when you unconsciously absorb other people’s negative energy as you go about your day. You can ‘pick up energy’ from a stranger you meet on the street without their knowing, or from your environment like you would catch a cold or flu.
Sometimes, harmful energies are intentionally directed to you by another person or being. On these occasions you may feel strong emotions that trigger you. For example, sudden anger or jealousy may be related to certain memories from your past that have an energetic link or chord to a person, event, environment, creature, or memory. Other forms of psychic attack may be intentional such as influences of ‘black magic’, sorcery, or enchantments, and infection from shadow parasites that drain your energy, impede energy healing, or feed on your addictions.
Symptoms of a Psychic Attack
You may be experiencing a psychic attack if you feel more ‘under the weather’ than usual, are experiencing a streak of bad luck, or having unusual or strange things happening around you. You may even see a ghost or a presence, experience multiple negative events in quick sequence, or encounter unexpected issues with your technology. Emotionally you may also feel overwhelmed, and physical symptoms include strong feelings of nausea, dizziness, and aches and pains. Other symptoms of psychic attacks and the effects of black magic include nightmares, fatigue, exhaustion, headaches, paranoia and mood swings.
It is important to learn how to identify an actual spiritual attack and know the difference between random events and a psychic attack. Some bad events are simple coincidences or the result of a path or challenge that you have chosen. You can watch the frequency of bad events including the time between them and how often they occur. A run of totally unexpected little incidents and negative feelings one after another without any obvious cause is likely a psychic attack.
A psychic attack can harm you at several levels of your being and affect the quality of your life. It may last for minutes to months depending on the duration and intensity of the attack. You may feel physical illness, aches and pains, emotional anxiety and depression, or mental fugue, hallucinations and suggestive thoughts. You may also feel like you are hypnotized or ‘under a trance’ or enchantment that you cannot quite pin down. Also, watch out for unhealthy addictions, attachments and overwhelming thoughts that take your power away and deplete your energy.
Energy Healers Need Psychic Protection
Psychic protection is all about setting and maintaining strong energetic boundaries between your personal energy and the energy of other people. You send a clear intention to setup and maintain clear boundaries and you can ask your guides to show you what is your energy and what is their energy.
The vast majority of spiritual practitioners and energy healers use their intuitive skills for good out of love and to help others and the world. Be proud and fierce when shining your light, speaking your truth, and living life in your power. Say no to the energies that do not serve you and adopt a robust and powerful daily psychic protection routine will give you your energetic armour and shield. This is also like putting on a coat and using an umbrella to protect yourself from stormy weather.
Energy healers, psychics, and spiritual channels are far more susceptible to psychic attacks than other people. This is because they work more intimately with energy and are more vulnerable to the subtle energy of their environment and energy changes around them. Psychics and energy healers often discover that it is easy for them to feel and be receptive to other people’s energy. They are also vulnerable to the psychic energy of physical and non-physical environments. They become aware of their psychic abilities and the potential of using energy in a conscious way.
Psychic Protection Techniques
Psychic attacks are real and you can minimize their effects or avoid them entirely. There are many ways you can protect yourself from a psychic attack. The most powerful tools in your possession are your own body and your intention. Look after your body and it will look after you. Always have a positive intention to facilitate healing when doing energy work. Remind yourself that you are the one that truly holds the power to protect and use your energy wisely.
A great way is to fill your entire body and aura with pure love, like the protective love a mother has for her child or the divine love of your angels and healing guides. Clear your mind of thoughts and emotions and surround yourself with pure love and positive energy. This will protect you from spiritual attacks and it also protects others from any attacks that you may transmit subconsciously.
Before healing you can prepare your sacred space and cleanse yourself and your environment before you do any energy work. Clean and clear yourself and your environment of all of the energy that does not serve you. You can use sage, crystals, incense, chanting and meditation to help you let go of all disruptive thoughts and feelings. You can also take some deep breaths to clear your thoughts and emotions. Then from the blank canvas of your mind you invite protective geometry, angels, healers, and ascended masters to surround you. Then you set your positive intention for your energy healing, psychic work, or journeying.
Crystals & Essential Oils
Crystals, gemstones, and essential oils can also help cleanse your aura and space, ensuring you’re surrounded by positive energy. Good crystals that are used for psychic protection include clear quartz, smoky quartz, pyrite, black obsidian, black jade and Smithsonite. For example, clear quartz is a dynamic crystal that responds well to strong laser-focused intention. It is helpful in both deflecting negativity and attracting positivity.
Essential oils and natural incenses contain the vibration and collective energy of the plant, tree, or flower they come from. Sage is often used to clean your aura and protect you. Sprinkle some of the oil or incense around you. Call upon its energy consciousness and a powerful elemental ally will protect you from other people’s negative energy. With your third eye, picture a glowing high-vibration elemental shield forming around you. With your physical eyes closed, meditate of the bright light of the shield until you can feel the safety, warmth, and protection of the shield.
Geometry and Rainbow Light
Protective geometry is very powerful and you can use geometry with any of the techniques described above. Many forms of geometry can be used such as pentagons, platonic solids, and spheres. Krystal geometry connects you back to source energy and to everything else too, toroidal geometry around your light body with spiral rotating flows that will boost the power and flow of energy and light through your light body, and pyramids and Merkabas which allow a more robust spiritual protection. These can be combined together as fractal nets and vibrating membranes of love and divine light. They can also be programmed for protection from psychic attacks at all scales of reality, all timelines, and all realms of existence.
The rainbow ray is a high frequency multi-spectral light that is available to all living beings who want protection. The rainbow light raises your vibration so high that you don’t attract negative people or energy in the first place. It is usually bestowed by the unicorns. Ask your unicorn guide to shower you with rainbow light emanating from its horn. You can feel this pure rainbow light entering your body through your chakras and aura. This light is conscious and you can ask it to raise your vibration or protect your energy. With a strong intention feel in your heart and know in your soul that you are protected from psychic attack and unwanted interference.

So, it’s Friday the 13th and today I have an extremely important transmission to share with you, a guided meditation where we’re going to use the frequency of 13 to bring forth the frequencies, the energies, from the trans harmonic gateways that are open now within our celestial sisters and brothers in the skies in space, in the universe. I want you to breathe into your body breathing through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Close your eyes and be in this space with you. The number 13 carries the sacred code, an extremely powerful geometrical phenomenon that could amplify and activate your fifth density Merkabah fields. This powerful transformational fluorite energy, turquoise green, red shades of crystal white, blue it flows towards your physical body swirling and swirling as it gets closer and closer and starts to move and swirl around the outside of your physical body like a fluorite tornado. You start to breathe this frequency in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and your back.
It flows through your spinal column middle back lower back into your buttocks. It flows through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ. It flows through your large and small intestine through your hips, your groin. It swirls through your thighs and hamstrings flowing through your knees clearing them and cleansing them. It flows through your calves, past your shins, into your ankles through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. This light passes through your shoulders. It flows through your arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full: from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing as the light flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being. Your cells they dance and smile communicating with each other like one big happy cosmic family. Your heart it vibrates as this fluorite light flows through communicating with your cells, your DNA, every element of your physical structure as your heart expands and vibrates, as your cells sing together.
We’re going to connect to the constellation of offer Ophiuchus, the 13th constellation in our zodiac, the hidden one, the one that links to the human nervous system. Become aware of Ophiuchus up in space. You don’t need to know where in the galaxy Ophiuchus lies because Ophiuchus is everywhere. The unleashing of the old, the birthing of the new, the shedding of the old skin the rebirth of the kundalini.
As you connect to officious i want you to see a crystal white and diamond light flowing down from space through the cosmic fabric it flows down towards planet earth that, green and blue ball that we call home. It flows down through Mother Earth’s atmosphere down through the skies down through the roof of your space down through your crown and into your mind. It flows into your pineal gland, your pituitary gland. It communicates with your brain stem and starts to flow through your central nervous system. It starts to flow through your entire nervous system, through your shoulders, chest, back, arms, hands, fingers, thumbs. The light of Ophiuchus flows into the thousand nerve ends in each hand. It races down through your body into the 400 nerve endings in each foot.
As you vibrate in this space connected to Ophiuchus. Allow these powerful frequencies to flow through your nervous system preparing the foundation. I want you to become aware of mother earth’s Merkabah in the centre of the planet. Enveloping mother earth is a diamond crystal skull. The skull is more than a mile tall a huge, gigantic diamond crystal skull mother earth’s Merkabah – blue up above her bottom tetrahedron platinum, the top one electric green. In the centre of her Merkabah is an emerald and ruby red octahedron spinning clockwise. As it spins clockwise it starts to release some frequencies and codes collected from the earth’s grids, from the stargates, from the geometrical energy hot spots all over planet earth from the ley lines and the dragon lights from the crystalline architecture.
These powerful codes contained in this octahedron are slowly released into the Merkabah, into mother earth sites, mother earth tetrahedrons spin faster and faster and then a stream of green platinum ruby red starts to flow up through the top tetrahedron, up through the rocks and the minerals up towards the surface of the planet. This light gets stronger and brighter. It flows up through the surface of the planet up through your roots your sacrum your solar plexus up into your heart and boom that light explodes in your heart space. The codes start to race around the inside of your physical body. They start to communicate with every cell and every double helix unravelling them, expanding them, unleashing that divine superhuman potential that’s locked inside the DNA templates deep within you. The light from Ophiuchus gets stronger, the light from mother earth’s heart gets stronger. The frequencies from mother earth start to communicate with the codes from Ophiuchus.
Your cells they start to vibrate faster and faster just be in this space and feel as your heart expands and expands filling up your chest moving out past the boundaries of your physical body and into the empty space. You feel yourself getting lighter you feel the love intensifying the energy ramping through your body, the energy pulsating through your body. Those cells vibrating faster and faster and as you vibrate in this space, you’ll become aware of 12 diamond spheres in a circle around the outside of your physical body in line with your heart. These 12 diamond spheres are constellations spinning ever so fast. All you can see is their own Merkabah field spinning at the speed of light creating these diamond spheres. You have all the zodiac constellations in diamond spheres up above you. You become aware of another diamond sphere two meters above your crown on a fifth dimensional level, a fifth density level, vibrating, operating within that fifth density frequency band 40 to 100 hertz.
These 12 constellations contain sacred portals, sacred stargates, sacred trans-harmonic gateways that are open. These trans-harmonic gateways, these sacred portals the frequencies that are contained within them are here in this space to work with you to activate your fifth dimensional Merkabah, your fifth dimensional Merkabah field. As you vibrate in this space the sphere of Pisces opens and a diamond electromagnetic light spirals through the empty space towards your feet it gets closer and closer. It splits into two and flows into both of your feet. The diamond sphere of Aquarius opens and that light flows towards your calves your shins. It gets closer and closer, and it splits into two and flows into these parts of your body.
The sphere of Sagittarius opens. It flows towards your thighs and your hamstrings. It splits into two and then flows into your thighs and your hamstrings. The diamond sphere of Capricorn opens and flows towards your knees. It gets closer and closer it splits into two and flows into both of your knees. Light codes start to flow from these four spheres into your feet, calves, shins knees, thighs, hamstrings. Your legs start to vibrate. The constellation of Libra then opens, the constellation of Scorpio opens. The light from these two spheres flows towards your buttocks and your genitals, your groin area. It gets closer and closer. These frequencies flow into your buttocks, into your hips, into your groin. You start to download codes from these constellations from these trans-harmonic gateways. The energy gets stronger and stronger.
The diamond sphere of Virgo then opens. That light flows towards your belly, towards your sacrum. It gets closer and closer and flows into your tummy. You start to download codes from this diamond sphere. The diamond sphere of the constellation of Leo then opens. This frequency splits into two. It flows towards your back; it flows towards your heart. You start to download the codes from Leo as it races around the inside of your consciousness, your physical body vibrating faster and faster as these constellations activate the cells within these parts of your body within the bones the muscles the tissue the blood the vital organs. The diamond sphere of Cancer then opens. It flows towards your chest, your breasts if you’re a woman. It gets closer and closer and splits into two and flows divinely into this part of your body.The next diamond sphere opens as the constellation the trans harmonic gateway within Gemini the twins open and flows towards your shoulders, elbows, forearms, hands, fingers, thumbs on both sides of your body. It splits into two and flows into this area as you vibrate from your shoulders to your fingertips faster and faster.
The constellation of Taurus then opens, the constellation of Aries opens. Light flows towards your throat, your neck, from Taurus to your head and your face from Aries. They get closer and closer. They flow into your physical body and start to download codes. You start to vibrate from head to toe, the frequency still flowing in from mother earth’s diamond core, the frequency still flowing down from Ophiuchus into your nervous system on a physical level. The diamond sphere up above you which is Ophiuchus on a fifth density level now opens. an electromagnetic diamond stream flows down towards your body towards your crown half a meter 25 centimetres. Boom it connects with your crown chakra. The frequency then races down your nervous system on a multi-dimensional level.
As you vibrate in this space faster and faster your heart expands throughout the diamond spheres, all thirteen of them, as the light from your heart moves 360 degrees in all directions. The energy rises, the frequency amplifies, your light flows through the 13 constellations, through the 13 trans-harmonic gateways. As the light flows from these silver diamond spheres into your body, the frequencies and the codes within them start to activate the merkabas within your body. You have a Merkabah in every single cell, 75 to 100 trillion merkabas, tiny little, microscopic merkabas they all start to spin inside of your body, the top tetrahedrons clockwise, the bottom one’s anticlockwise. 75 to 100 trillion diamond merkabas spin inside your body, one in every cell.
You feel your frequency rising, the vibration getting stronger, as you shake and shudder from the inside out. You feel the love in your heart developing, expanding, emanating, from deep within your soul. As these merkabas in your cells turn on, switch on, come into full fluid motion, you become aware of a fluorite Merkabah spinning around the outside of your physical body. There’s another fluorite Merkabah spinning in your heart, another one spinning around your pineal gland. You become aware of another one spinning in your higher heart. The three merkabas within your physical structure on an energetic level and the fourth one outside of your body all of them spinning at the same ratio the top tetrahedrons clockwise, the bottom ones anti-clockwise, the bottom tetrahedron is spinning twice as fast as the top light starts to flow from the Merkabah in your heart up into the Merkabah around your pineal gland. Light flows from the Merkaba around your pineal gland down into your higher heart and light flows from the Merkabah both in your higher heart up into your pineal gland and down into your heart as a tri-wave system set up inside your energetic structure.
Your fifth dimensional Merkabah starts to come online. Light starts to flow from the Merkabah up in your heart, into the Merkabah field around your physical structure. Light starts to flow from the Merkabah in your higher heart out into the Merkabah around your physical structure. The same thing happens with the Merkaba around your pineal gland. It flows into the Merkaba structure around your physical body. Light then starts to flow from the apexes of both tetrahedrons around the outside of your physical body back into the Merkaba in your heart, your higher heart, and your pineal gland. Information travels backwards and forwards from the diamond spheres to the cells in your body and from the cells in your body back to the diamond spheres.
Light flows from the Merkabah in your heart out through the fields into each diamond sphere as a two-way communication stream is set up between the trans harmonic gateways within the constellations on a fifth density level and your physical mental emotional and spiritual structures. Just be in this space and feel. Be in this space and surrender as the Merkabah fields spin faster and faster. I want you to say in your own mind “I spin at the speed of light. I vibrate at the speed of light. I am the speed of light.” Feel your vibration changing, feel your heart vibrating faster and faster, feel the Merkaba fields in every cell spinning fast, the Merkabah fields around your body in your heart, your higher heart, your pineal gland, spinning fast.
I now want you to say in your own mind, “I am consciousness vibrating at the speed of consciousness, I am the speed of consciousness” and feel the speed of those merkabas amplifying, getting faster and faster. Consciousness travels faster than the speed of light. Your own 4D Merkaba field spins at the speed of light, your fifth density merkabah field spins at the speed of consciousness. Feel the field of energy around you getting stronger and stronger. As you vibrate faster and faster, as the light flowing from the 13 diamond spheres gets stronger and brighter, another 13 streams of light flow towards you, one from each of the spheres. All 13 streams flow towards your higher heart centre, your thymus. They get closer and closer spiralling through the empty space. One meter half a meter and boom they penetrate your higher heart. The fluorite Merkaba field in your higher heart switches on exponentially spinning at crazy speeds.
You feel energy flowing from your alpha transmission center straight down through your physical body into your omega transmission centre. Light then starts to flow down towards mother earth’s hearts and into the earth’s grid. The diamond crystal skull down below planet earth, the diamond crystal skull down below mother earth then lights up. A multi-coloured chromium light starts to flow out from it. An Andromedin frequency it starts to flow up through mother earth sides up through the rocks and the minerals up through the surface of the planets up through your lower body through your heart into your higher heart, and boom that light explodes.
You start to upload the most powerful magnetic diamond codes the universe has to offer. They flow up through your physical body and into your higher heart. They flow from your higher heart out into your Merkabah field. They flow from your higher heart into every cell in your physical body, they flow from your higher heart up into your pineal gland, and the master cell in your pineal gland sends a double dose of these codes to every cell in your physical body. You see and feel these tiny little, microscopic Merkabah’s spinning in your body, trillions of them, as you vibrate on the frequency of unconditional love. As you vibrate on the frequency of source you feel this divine wisdom elevating and vibrating inside. You are a galactic titan. You are a phenomenal incredible immeasurable unquantifiable being of light, a cosmic truth, a cosmic warrior, a divine lion or divine lioness, masculine and feminine dark and light brought into perfect equilibrium so you can know your divine power.
As this fifth dimensional Merkabah field activates and creates a space where interference cannot reside, manipulation does not exist, you are a free sovereign being inside your fifth dimensional Merkabah field. You know love, you know joy, you know truth. You have a sword and a shield and just by caring you feel the strength within. You don’t need to wield your sword and wield your shield. You are your sword and your shield. You are love and love can transmute anything, anything in your space, big or small. You are the most powerful being that has ever graced these earthly planes. Know this beautiful soul.
As you vibrate in this magical space, the twelve diamond spheres around the outside of you in a circle start to move towards you. They move towards you, and they start to shrink. They get smaller and smaller and one by one they move into your heart space, one after the other, superimposing themselves over each other fitting neatly nestled into the same space until all 12 trans harmonic gateways blend into your own cosmic experience. They blend with your own heart, the constellation of Ophiuchus then starts to descend towards your crown, that diamond sphere from above gets closer as it shrinks. Your crown chakra opens like a thousand petal diamond lotus and the diamond sphere moves down and fits neatly around your pineal gland and your crown chakra closes. Light travels backwards and forwards between the twelve spheres and you hear that have become one and the sphere around your pineal.
As you vibrate in this space you become aware of three workable fields around the outside of your physical body one is the divine mother one is the divine father, and one is the divine child together they make one Merkabah which is your fifth dimension containing the trinity to try away the power as you vibrate in this space. Feel the love vibrating throughout you. You’re drawing a line in the sand you’re stepping over it there is no going back from this you are a superhuman and your life will never be the same again in a positive way. You are going to elevate, expand, and step fully into who you are. You’re going to walk your truth, speak your truth, know your truth. You and I, we’re connected as sisters and brothers, as one human family, cosmic beacons walking around this planet facilitating the healing and the ascension of mother earth by bringing these electromagnetic light codes from the stars into the magnetic grids to bring peace and balance and harmony to all things.
As you vibrate in this space, I want you to become aware of your body, the vibration in your bones, the tingling your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes come back into this space and just take your time. There’s no hurry. Feel your breath, the in-breath and the out-breath and the space in between. It’s the space in between that keeps you alive like the space between the notes creates the music. The number 13 is so powerful. You are stardust, you are light, you are energy, vibration, sound. You are love. Your heart is your weapon of choice. Use it wisely. It will move mountains, create mountains, heal galaxies, and universes.
You are an individual amongst the collective. Be the individual lights that amplifies the collective. Your thoughts your emotions your actions are everything. Think feel choose wiser. Every move you make. Come back and do this meditation for another 12 days so 13 days in total. This is a must. Your whole frequency is going to change. You will never be the same again. There really is no going back from this. Your environment is going to change because you’re changing. You will become a quantum architect a maestro with ease and grace. Love in this world, laugh in this world, smile in this world. It’s a magical place to be, a magical place beautiful soul.

I love you with my heart with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul.
So welcome to this energy healing secrets video. If this is the first energy healing secrets video that you’ve watched in the series, then once you’ve finished go to the link underneath this video and go back through the entire series and get up to speed with what I’ve been sharing. There are some truly life-changing tools and once you apply them to your life. You’ll get massive verifiable results on yourself and clients that you’re working with. So put them to good use beautiful soul because there’s no point having this toolbox and just leaving it on the side and never opening it and getting those tools out.
You got to apply, you got to practice, you got to be disciplined and dedicated to your healing mission. So, now I want to share with you today some more insight onto opening the heart. We run guided meditation groups all over the planet and one of the things that people really struggle with is opening their hearts. How am I supposed to open my heart jerry? Do you mean my physical heart, my heart chakra? How do I connect to it, how do I open it? How do I get it to blossom and bloom? To those that know how to do it this seems very simple. To those that don’t it can seem like a mission that’s just impossible. But once you get there and you crack it, and you feel it and you get that kind of opening and that feeling, and that sensation and the joy starts to pour.
There’s no going back, you cross a line in the sand. You’re never going back from it because it’s just so magical on the other side which isn’t really on the other side. The other side is inside of you. It’s what you are all along. You’ve just got an open and allow and be what you are, this magical essence, this universal substance inside of you, love, joy, bliss, divinity. Let it spill out from inside from the depths of this cosmic universe that lies in the centre of your chest.
So, in one of the other energy healing secrets videos I got you to just rub your palm gently like this. You can rub both palms gently in a clockwise direction and when you rub them gently 10, 20, seconds and you take your hand away. You’ll feel a very slight sensation in the palm of your hand. This energy is frequency. You can do the same thing with your heart. You can tap it tap your heart chakra right in the centre of your chest, not your heart, slightly over to the left but the centre of your chest in between your pecs on your chest plate. Just tap it and feel it. Close your eyes and just tap it gently and feel it and then let go and just feel that area. Bring all your awareness into that area and feel it and then tap it again and then stop and just feel that area. Bring all your awareness into that area and keep your eyes closed.
Focus on this area and what I want you to see in the centre of your chest or visualize in the centre of your chest exactly where your heart chakra is a golden flower. It could be a golden rose it could be a golden tulip, it could be a golden sunflower. It doesn’t matter. You choose the flower. I want you to visualize the flower in the centre of your chest and keep your awareness in that area where the flower is and then tap it again. Keep breathing deeply as you’re doing this with your eyes closed, with your awareness in the centre of your chest. Stop tapping and feel that area and visualize that golden flower. Keep breathing in through your nose down to the pit of your stomach back out through your mouth, long slow deep breaths. Let’s become presence cantered in this space. Tap it one more time and now see that golden flower getting stronger as you tap this area. The area that you’re tapping should be in the centre of the golden flower. Just tap it gently and keep breathing.
Keep all your awareness in the centre of your chest visualizing that golden flower. Bring your awareness into the golden flower and then stop and feel that area. You’ve been tapping those subtle energies, tune into them now as you’re breathing. I want you to see that flower whether it’s a sunflower or a rose or a tuna or another flower. See it opening. See the flower opening and opening and opening and as it opens, I want you to see lights flowing out from it forwards and then see the flower continue to open and expanding and the petals like folding back on themselves so the light can start to flow forwards and out to the sides. Then see the flower unfolding more and more until that light starts to flow around the back to the left and to the right tap your chest one more time.
Feel that area bring your present state of awareness into this area and visualize that flower opening. Feel that flower opening and then stop tapping. Feel that area. See that golden light starting to flow out through the back of your hands. See it flowing up through your chest down through your body like a golden ray of sunshine expanding. Your heart is opening and opening. As you open your heart you realize there’s an infinite supply of love wisdom energy inside of that beautiful divine feminine magnetic heart of yours. Keep breathing long slow deep breaths and I want you to see and feel this golden light flowing out into your space.
Keep your eyes closed, keep breathing and as you’re breathing with your eyes closed and this golden light is flowing out from you, with your awareness in the centre of your chest I want you to say “I am love. I am love. I am love.” and as you say those words feel your heart expanding and opening more and then continue to say in your “I am love. I am love. I am love.” and as you say those words feel the energy in your chest bursting and bubbling and flowing out from your centre and it will keep flowing because this energy is infinite. There is no start. There is no middle. There is no end. You are love, my sister, my brother, my friends. You are love. Allow your heart to blossom and bloom see it opening and opening as you continue to say “I am love. I am love. I am love. All that I share is love, all that I emanate is love. “I am love. I am love. I am love.”
As you say these words in your minds, fill your heart with light, feel your heart smiling. As you have your eyes closed look into your heart and see a great big smile in your heart space, a huge great big golden smile as your hearts the energy flows out past the boundaries of your physical body into the empty space. This energy this love it starts to fill up your room. Stay in this space and open your heart until your light fills up this room from top to bottom, front to back, left to right. Maybe you’re outside in nature. If you are let it fill up the streets or the field or the park. Don’t stop. Allow this light to flow and expand to increase to elevate to get stronger and brighter. “I am love. I am love. I am love.” Feel yourself being cocooned in a bubble of golden light.
As you’re breathing into your body, I want you to become aware of mother earth down in the centre of her heart she has a Merkabah, the top tetrahedron is electric green, the bottom one is platinum. I want you to connect to the platinum frequency in the bottom tetrahedron and I want you to see a platinum light to flow up through the rocks and the minerals up through the surface of the planets up through your root, sacral, solar plexus up into your heart. See this platinum light flow up into your heart and as it flows into the flower the golden flower of your heart. The platinum light starts to transmute into gold, and it amplifies the frequency. The energy gets stronger in your body and the field of light of love flowing out from your heart gets stronger and stronger.
As you continue to breathe into this magical body of yours feel the love it’s what you are a divine ray of cosmic lights here in this physical body having this human experience. Just be in this space. There’s that magnetic light that magnetic frequency flows from mother earth’s heart up into your heart fuelling you amplifying energizing taking you to the next level of love. “I am love. I am love. I am love. all that I emanate is love, joy, bliss, divinity. I am a child of the universe.” Your heart opening and opening and opening and that golden light surrounding you as you bathe in this magnetic frequency this divine essence inside this golden love bomb. You can use this energy for anything you want. You can use it to heal yourself you can use it to heal others. This energy is so powerful. Love is the glue that makes every healing possible.
Continue to stay in this space and breathe with your eyes closed and feel this golden light all around you getting brighter and stronger as your heart opens and opens. There are no limitations no boundaries. Love is infinite. Feel this, know this. You are love. Energy comes from the earth; your wisdom comes from the stars. It knows what to do you don’t have to tell it will naturally create and evolve and amplify beauty, wonder, and excitement but you must connect with it.
You must open your heart, this part of you, but so many of us close our own hearts. We close our hearts to protect ourselves. We close our hearts through fear. Many of us are conditioned that it’s not good to feel love. We’re conditioned to feel fear, but we get to choose love or fear in any situation. There are two ends of the same spectrum – love or fear baby. what are you going to choose it’s entirely up to you as you get to choose. We always get to choose in every situation. We get to choose how we feel we get to choose how we think. We get to choose the action that we want to take but you must realize that you have these opportunities to make the choices that you want to go in the direction that you want, not to be railroaded and manipulated by the world around us and the people that live in it and the systems that are in place.
You can override whatever you want because you are everything. Everything rolled into this human vehicle. You have so much divine potential. Hey there beautiful soul. How are you feeling? Welcome to this energy healing secrets video. Today I want to share with you a transmission, a very specific transmission, poignant for the times that we’re going through here on planet earth as individuals and as a species.
I want you to breathe into your body and just be in this space with me and I want to remind you that I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being as my sister as my brother. We are one beautiful soul. So, breathe into your body and be in this space with me.
This video is for everyone but specifically I want men to take heed. Women and natural protectors. Women naturally have that lioness motherly energy that want to protect their young, their cubs, their family. Men partially are the same, but men have carried a different energy for a long time and that energy is often the energy of the predator and what we need to do as a human species is shift that energy from predator to protector.
Continue to breathe into your body beautiful soul. Be in this space with me. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and just feel the home of your soul. Let the weight of the world fall away from your shoulders. Nothing else matters right now apart from you being here in this space with me letting go surrendering and allowing for centuries the divine masculine energy has been pointed in the wrong direction. What we need to do is to point in the right direction. We want to maintain that ferocious masculine energy in men and in women, in males and in females. It’s imperative but we need to shift into the flow, into the mould of the protector.
So, this transmission as well as being a healing transmission where you will feel shifts in your physical body on several levels. I’m going to transmit some codes to you and these codes are to awaken that protector energy inside of you. Whether you’re female or male you can see your sisters and brothers of planet earth as divine sovereign beings that need to be looked after that need to be held that need to be supported and you’d protect them just as a lion or a lioness would protect their cubs, their young. You would protect your sisters and brothers of earth in the very same way some people are stronger than others. Some people are more intelligent than others. Everyone has their own unique skill set and for those men and women that are protectors that are strong it’s time for you to ignite this divine spark within you.
So, breathe into your body beautiful song and i want you to close your eyes or you can keep your eyes open. It’s entirely up to you. I’m not here to tell you what to do but maybe when you feel this transmission it may be better for you with your eyes closed on the other hand, we’ve trained many men and women who love to meditate with their eyes open and get phenomenal results. Again, we’re all unique individuals that make up a colossal collective of unique beings and the magic is in the uniqueness.
Breathe through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths and just know that you’re amazing know that you’re extraordinary and that you’re loved by your sisters and brothers from the stars beyond the veil of illusion. I love you; the trees love you; the whales dolphins and turtles love you. Mountain ranges all over planet earth they love you and earth herself loves you like one of her children. Breathe into your magical body and feel this and as we’re breathing together in this space, I’m going to open my heart and a golden light is going to flow from my heart through the empty space to yours. Allow this golden light to flow into your heart allow it to flow up to your crown chakra down to your perineum allow this golden light to flow up and down your central channel. Nice and gently. It’s a soft connection at the same time a powerful connection.
For those of you that are new to energy healing secrets there is no time distance and measurement in the quantum field. Healing is instantaneous. Allow this golden light to flow from my heart to yours and feel the love and at the same time you’ll become aware of a crystal white light that starts to flow in through the walls of your space down through the ceiling up through the floor. This powerful crystalline white frequency flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your heads underneath your feet around your chest around your back swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger.
As this crystal white light flows around the outside of your physical body like a crystal white tornado, I want you to breathe this frequency in. Breathe it in through your nose up into your mind. Feel it, see it, know that it’s flowing into your left brain, into your right brain, flowing around the outside of your skull down through your heads your face your neck your throats through your shoulders your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks, your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ. It flows through your hips, your groin. It swirls through your thighs and your hamstrings through your knees, your calves, past your shins, into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It flows through your shoulders down your arms through your elbows your forearms your wrists into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this crystal white light until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing. I’m going to place my hands over the back of your heart. My right hand over the back of your heart and my left hand over your sacral area. I’m going to start to run some diamond frequencies in through the back of your hearts, in through your belly. These diamond codes are going to flow into your spinal column and start to communicate with those 33 vertebrae. I’m working on you. I want you to become aware of an electric pink sphere in your heart and as you become aware of this electric pink sphere a stream an electromagnetic stream of pink light starts to flow from it up through your chest up through your throat up into your third eye.
Then electric pink sphere starts to form around the outside of your pineal gland, and it starts to grow and expand. The sphere in your hearts also starts to grow and expand the two of them grow 360 degrees in all directions. The one around your pineal gland starts to fill up the inside of your mind. The one in your heart starts to fill up your chest and both expand and expand. The one in your mind expands out past the boundaries of your physical body. So is the one in your chest. The bottom of the top one and the top of the box bottom one start to merge they start to interweave with each other both growing and expanding. Allow them to grow and expand and allow these two frequencies to merge as one until they expand out past the boundaries of your physical body fully where you have these two electric pink spheres completely entangled with each other and at the same time separate. They grow to three meters in diameter each and then they stop.
Allow yourself to be encompassed in these two electric pink spheres as these diamond colds run up and down your spinal column from your roots to your cranium up and down. They communicate with your heart to your higher heart, and your pineal gland, as they flow from your cranium through those ventricles. I’m going to open my heart wider and allow that golden light to flow fast and furious. At the same time, you’ll become aware of an inverted emerald-green pyramid 90 centimetres above your crown chakra spinning in a clockwise direction. As you continue to breathe into this powerful body of yours that emerald-green pyramid spins faster and faster. I want you to become aware in your hearts of the diamonds Merkabah, two tetrahedrons this diamond Merkabah in your heart represents the protector. It represents the divine father and the divine mother. It represents the divine child. It represents any parallel realities that your soul is experiencing where you’ve been a warrior a warrior of light fighting to protect, fighting to serve in a positive fashion.
Continue to breathe into your body and feel that diamond Merkabah spinning in your heart as the pyramid up above you spin in a clockwise direction. It starts to draw in frequencies. These are activation codes. They start to flow in from the ether, from the cosmic fabric, into that inverted emerald pyramid which spins faster and faster up above your crown in a clockwise direction collecting in these activation codes. They race inside the pyramid coming from different frequency bands for the 5D 6D 7D. Also, from 3d from realities that you’ve had on earth and from realities that you’ve experienced on other planets and other stars.
Codes are flowing in from frequency bands all over the universe. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero the apex of this emerald-green pyramid is going to open that stream of cosmic energy is going to flow down through your crown through your body and in through the top apex of the Merkabah in your heart. It’s going to activate this warrior energy and light, information is going to start to flow from the cosmic fabric containing the energy frequencies, the energy patterns, the energy signatures of realities that you’ve had where you’ve been a divine protector. Just allow this to take place and just to breathe these frequencies in. Five four three two one zero. The apex of that inverted emerald pyramid opens and light flows down through your crown through your throat through your chest into the Merkabah in your heart. Boom those light frequencies explode in the centre.
The top tetrahedron spins faster so does the bottom one. They spin faster and faster as those codes download into this Merkabah. Streams of light flow from the Merkabah out through the fields 360 degrees in all directions. Thousands of streams of lights flow through the cosmic fabric reaching out to quantum spaces where you’ve had realities or are having realities in the quantum space because there is no future and past. Light information energy signatures and energy patterns are now flowing back through these cosmic streams back through the empty space and into this Merkabah. The energy starts to flow into your body that diamond Merkabah now starts to expand it starts to grow it grows taller.
It grows wider and it continues to fill up your body. It rapidly expands out past the boundaries of your physical body. The top apex going up over your crown, the bottom apex down below your roots towards your knees that Merkabah fits around your physical body, the bottom tetrahedron, the apex of it is down in your feet. The top apex up over your head, up over your crown, the top tetrahedron spinning clockwise the bottom one anti-clockwise. Allow these tetrahedrons to spin creating a powerful force and electromagnetic fields within your body and around your body igniting that divine spark within your consciousness, allowing that protector energy, that protector avatar consciousness to flow through every cell every atom every molecule.
I’m going to open my heart wider as the frequencies are continuing to flow from the emerald pyramid down into your heart space. They start to flow throughout your physical body. They flow throughout the Merkabah field. As that diamond Merkabah spins faster and faster it interlocks and interlaces with your own Merkabah field creating a powerful force, a powerful energy. Just be in this space and feel this and as you feel this, I want you to consciously bring your awareness into your heart and open it. Feel it opening, see it opening and blooming like a magical flower, and see lights energy frequency flowing out from the infinite depths of your cosmic heart into the space around you. Feel that love, allow that love to flow up through your body into your crown. Allow it to flow into your left and right brain allow it to flow down through your legs into your ankles feet and toes allow that love to spill out through the Merkabah. Allow it to fill up the room the space that you’re in. Open your heart wide as I am doing the same right now beautiful soul.
I’m going to place both of my hands over your knees and I’m going to start to run in some healing frequencies. Just allow them to flow through your body their intelligence we don’t need to tell them what to do. They know exactly what you need continue to breathe into your body and allow the codes to flow down into your heart as those streams of light continue to flow from the Merkabah field out through the cosmos collecting realities, energy signatures, connecting with you powerful versions of you in the quantum field and they are being brought back into this now space, the only space that truly matters. I’m going to start to run some Merkabas out from my hands. They’re going to flow through your knees and into your body. There’s several of them, eight in total. Allow these tiny little merkabas to flow around your body up and down your legs through your hips, racing around your stomach, your chest, your back. They’ll race up and around the inside of your mind clearing you and cleansing. It happens ever so fast. Just allow them to work and then they’ll come back into my hands.
When they’re ready allow yourself to be in this space as i open my heart wide connecting with you as my sister or brother one love, one light, one heart, one code, one consciousness, one family. There is no separation there is no division we are connected by the most powerful measurable force in the entire universe, unconditional love, cosmic energy, source, it’s what you are. You created this experience you created this world you created this reality. You are powerful beyond measure and there is no system, no government, no corporation, no group of people that can change you. Only you can change you. Make up your own rules and regulations. Play the game as you see fit. Be the protector that you came to planet earth to be. Fight for what’s right. Stand up for what’s right in a peaceful and positive fashion and as a warrior, a divine protector. If you need to go to war you need to go to war. It can happen but it should never be your first port of call.
Peace, love, unity, honour, integrity, and freedom, and maintaining balance in the field – this is your mission, but you know deep inside of you that that inner warrior lies there, and simply by carrying that warrior energy that warrior, the light of the lion the lioness the protector 99 times out of 100. You will create peace and order by simply being you and simply carrying this energy. Let it flood through you let it fuel you. You are amazing. Those merkabas flowing back into my hands out from your body out from your hologram back into my heart. This Merkabah field, this diamond Merkabah field, is going to stay spinning around the outside of you. It’s going to get stronger and stronger as you’re vibrating in this space. That emerald-pyramid inverted up above you starts to move down. It starts to flow down towards your crown your crown chakra opens like a thousand petalled multi-coloured lotus flower, and that emerald pyramid shrinks down and moves through your crown. It fits neatly around your pineal nerve where it’s going to continue to spin and collect in these codes as your crown chakra closes.
The electric pink spheres they start to shrink they get smaller and smaller moving back inside your physical body one fitting neatly around your pineal gland, one nestling back down into your heart. Those diamond codes are still racing up and down your spinal column. Just be in this space for another 60 seconds and then open our eyes. You are a galactic titan. You came from the stars to earth, and you came here to shine ever so bright you came here to be magic, to be a walking talking living breathing miracle of truth. Allow yourself to be that truth choose love over fear every single time dampen that magical galactic sparkle for no one. Create your own rules and regulations and connect with sisters and brothers that share the same dreams as you.
Another 30 seconds. Start to breathe into your body and become aware of that breath once again. I want you to come back and do this transmission and go through this process every day for 27 days. I’m going to challenge you right now because doing this for 27 days is going to send your frequency into overdrive. Things will shift in your life in ways that you have no words to describe. Be disciplined and commit to this. It’s 27 days out of your life. This is day number one. You’ve only got 26 more to go. Become aware of the in-breath and the out breath and the space in between as you realize it’s the space between the in-breath and the out-breath that keeps you alive like the space between the notes creates the music and the space between the bars catches the light.
Start to become aware of the vibration in your bones, the tingle in your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero when we get to zero open your eyes. Come back into this space and just be take your time there’s no hurry. Five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes. Come back into this space and just be. Feel your body feel your energy feel the space be here be now feel the love. I love you so much as my sister or brother. Feel your kidneys smiling right now. Feel them. Feel your liver smile. Feel your heart smiling, your lungs, your stomach, your spleen, your large and small intestine. Feel your spinal column. Each one of those vertebrae is smiling. Your pineal gland smiling.
Life is truly magical you’re like a white witch or a wizard an alchemist. Know this beautiful soul you have the ability the potential to shift reality, to manipulate reality, to change the quantum fields. In your physical space come back and do this for another 26 days. I challenge you. If you truly are dedicated to this spiritual mission and unleashing the magic and the wisdom from your DNA come back and do this for another 26 days. I want you to put your comments underneath this video. I’m really interested because I know the results of what happens when you do this for 27 days. It’s phenomenal. So go and do it. Commit to it. If you miss a day you do have to start again so don’t miss a day. You can even put it on before you go to bed. You can listen to it as you’re sleeping. Your subconscious mind will track everything that’s happening, and the process will unfold whether you’re conscious or unconscious. I always find this to do it consciously but if time is a limiting factor don’t let it stop you.
You came to earth to unlock all of you and to be superhuman and a big part of that is unleashing and unlocking this divine protector that lies deep within you. It’s now rising to the surface ready to step forwards into this world and protect your sisters and brothers like your cubs like a lion or a lioness. I love you so much beautiful soul. Welcome beautiful soul. How are you feeling? So, before we get into this video, I want to remind you that every single human being on this planet can heal. I’m no different from you. We’ve trained people all over the planet and every single human being that comes to our training walks away being able to heal.
Through this energy healing secrets series I’m going to share with you a whole heap of tools and when you start to combine these tools together, you’re going to have a whole picture of what energy healing is like and you’re going to be able to go out and heal yourself and other people quickly and efficiently with lasting results. Oh my god this is such a good time to be alive on planet earth and you know what beautiful soul you know what. There is no better time than right now to want to learn or remember how to heal. I don’t like to use that term learn because there’s nothing you can learn, and I’ve got nothing to teach you. I’m just here as a catalyst to help you remember what you already know deep inside of yourself.
Remember you’re a galactic titan that came from the stars to earth. You know this stuff already okay. You’ve just forgotten it, that’s all. So, all I’m doing is sharing with you a few simple principles to help you trigger the massive knowledge and wisdom bank that is locked in your cells locked inside of your DNA. So why is it such an amazing time to be remembering how to heal? Well, it’s very simple the world is going through so much chaos right now and more and more people need healing myself included. Anyone that tells you they don’t need a little bit of healing is lying to you or they’re full of ego. Everybody needs a little bit of healing. It’s just the truth. We wouldn’t be here on planet earth if we didn’t need a little bit of healing. We’re here to play this crazy cosmic game in these avatar bodies trying to remember and figure out to find our way back home, the thing is we’re already home, but we’ve just forgotten.
So, in this video I want to share with you something that will change the way you perceive healing when you’re going in to heal someone or facilitate the healing of someone. You have options. You can bring up their hologram. You can run codes through their hologram, you can run codes through their physical body if you’re in the same space with them, you can bring in the star constellations to heal certain body parts, organs. You can start to ask the very question that I ask at the start of every single energy healing session and that is “please show me something i don’t know to help me facilitate the healing of this incredible human being”, and then you can start to tap the information in the fields and play the game, and if you haven’t heard that question before go back and watch the very first energy healing secrets video. There’s a link underneath this video to the very first one. Go back and watch the whole series from the start because there’s some invaluable knowledge.
Now there are many ways that you can go about the healing. I want to share something with you for some people that struggle to tap the fields or are still learning and remembering how to tap the information in the field. If something doesn’t exist in the quantum field that you’re able to tap experience, see, feel. You can create something. So, I might for example ask a question and say please show me something i don’t know to help me facilitate the healing of this incredible human being and I’ve got the hologram of a lady up in front of me and I’m not getting any information. Nothing’s really coming to me sat there for five minutes 10 minutes I’ve got a blank. Nothing’s really happening but this human being that’s in front of me told me before the session, “Jerry I’ve got massive pain in my left shoulder, huge amounts of pain”.
She also told me that the pain started just after her son committed suicide several years ago, and she’s had this crazy pain since. It’s absolutely destroying her and ruining her, and I’m asking please show me something I don’t know I’m trying to find the past life, the parallel reality, something in the quantum fields, something real deep that is the original trigger of what created this issue between her soul and the soul of her son. Where is the karmic trigger now 99 times out of 100 because I’ve been doing this a long time. ‘ll be able to tap that in seconds and I’ll be tapping into the past life just like that and I’ll know what to do. I’ll bring the aspect of that soul into healing. I will collapse the timeline. I might change the timeline. There’s a number of different things that I can do once I get there.
It just depends on how I approach it and what I’m faced with but let’s say I’m getting no information. I’ve got the hologram of this lady up in front of me i know that her son committed suicide and she’s had terrible pain in her neck ever since. Now I’m using this as an example because I had a lady when i was in New York a year or so ago doing a facilitated training who had a bad left neck and shoulder pain, and she told me that her son had committed suicide. I asked and I said please show me something I don’t know, and nothing was really coming. So, I decided to create something. What I did is I saw this vision where there were two men on a battlefield and entangled one of the men with the soul of her son and I entangled the other man with the lady that I was working with in the space in New York.
I could have used their holograms that would work too. I could have brought up the hologram of this lady’s son and said this is the hologram of (3 times). Dead or alive it doesn’t make any difference. We’re working quantumly. There’s no linear time format here so I entangled both holograms with the vision in my mind of the men that I’m seeing and what I do is I see one of the men getting hurt, injured. He’s up against a rock and he’s about to get killed. The other man which is the lady that I’m working on goes to rescue this other person, this other man that she’s on the battlefield with and what she does is she chops one of the arms from one of the opposing attackers. She gets the comrades and they run, and they get out of that situation. They have another little battle, but they get out and they get away and they’re free.
Now what you’ve got is a situation that I’ve created where a man helps another man out of a situation. What I had before was a woman that feels that she couldn’t rescue her son, that couldn’t save her son, and she felt guilty because he committed suicide. You’ve got the son that committed suicide which is the man that was rescued, and you’ve got the woman that couldn’t save her son that now rescues the man in the battle which is the same soul as her son.
Well, that’s what I’ve created. Now I’ve got this whole vision where the two men are okay, and I’ve entangled with them, with the holograms of the son and the woman what I do is I see this whole vision. Then what I do is I get an imaginary USB stick and see this whole vision change and collapse into a stream of light. All the light flows like a river into this USB stick. I’d have it this way around and it would flow into the top. Once this whole USB stick was full of that whole vision and there was no vision left and it was all inside of here, I then stick this in the top of the woman’s hologram or the top of her head into a biological computer, her body and her brain. I download the frequency and the geometry and the information that was that whole vision which then went into the stream of light inside the USB stick. I download it into her hologram or a physical body then when i did this to the lady in New York her shoulder pain went straight away within three or four seconds.
How is that possible? it’s possible because we live in a world that is quantum. We get to create, recreate, dissolve reality and change reality if we set a strong intention, if our vision is something that we decide, as intense as the underlying cause and situation that overrides all other triggers in the quantum field spanning all past lives or parallel realities or future lives or parallel realities. It supersedes this. I then entangle this reality with these two humans or the one human or three humans depending on the situation or the healing that I’m facilitating, and I do what I just explained, and the healing takes place. This isn’t rocket science. This is about you being creative and understanding how the quantum field works. You can’t make healing any simpler.
Now some of you might say to me jerry but I can’t see and i can’t create this in my mind well. I tell you what you get two teddy bears. I can’t make this stuff anymore simple. You get two teddy bears and you entangle the teddy bears with the two people, like I just explained, and you see the two teddy bears in battle. One teddy bear is about to get hurt; the other teddy bear rescues it. You play this out in your mind. You can play this out in your physical space and then you dissolve it and entangle the energy and the frequency and the code of the reality with the teddy bears going into the hologram of the humans.
I could use a pair of sunglasses and some essential oils. The sunglasses are in trouble and the essential oils come to rescue the sunglasses. Okay now this this might sound a little bit crazy to some of you. I’ve been doing this stuff for several years now and it works. We’ve trained thousands of people all over the planet from every single walk of life, black, white, rich, poor, pretty much every language under the sun. Old people 93 years old. I’ve trained eight-year-olds. There’s no one that can’t do this. Okay, with star magic we make it easy. what I’m doing with these first few energy healing secrets videos is giving you some fundamental principles and we’re going to go into some more technical stuff. This is box-standard simple healing when it comes to Star Magic. This is so simple.
You can’t get it any easier than this. Please show me something I don’t know to help me facilitate the healing of this incredible human being. If nothing comes, breathe, relax, and analyse the situation. Now this lady may not have told me any information and so I may not have that to go off, but it doesn’t mean I can’t create something where she had a bad shoulder in another reality and heal the thing that created the bad shoulder in another reality. That will then flow down into this reality too. Everything’s entangled. When you set the entanglement up and set the intention up in the right way, everything can be created and uncreated. You’ve just got to use your imagination and remember imagination is reality. Imagination, the image of the nation, beautiful soul.
Oh my gosh you’re so incredible. Do you know that. If you looked in the mirror today and said you’re awesome because you should do that every morning because you are an awesomely extraordinarily mesmerizingly exceptional human just like all your sisters and brothers on this planet creating in the quantum fields when you can’t see, when you can’t feel, when you’re getting zero information. I want you to practice it. I want you to bring up the hologram of someone that you know has something going on with them and ask them the question “please show me something I don’t know.” Hopefully you won’t see anything or get any information and you can practice this. If you do you may want to ignore what you’re seeing and what you’re experiencing and play the game a different way just so you can practice this way. This technique is super awesome.

Welcome beautiful soul. How can you use the stars to heal at distance, to heal in person? How can you use the stars to heal yourself.
If you’ve watched the first few energy healing secrets videos, then you will know we’ve spoken about holograms and anything you do to another human being you’re doing to yourself. Healing is always every single time a two-way process. You’re never going to go out and facilitate the healing of anyone without tapping into your own consciousness too. It’s always the way so these energy healing secrets that I’m sharing with you are multifaceted multi-purpose.
Today I want to share with you the importance of the stars. Okay before I do that let me remind you that every single human being on the planet can heal or facilitate the healing of other people or animals or whatever it is. I’m no different from you. I was a kid from the streets who had a crazy spiritual awakening and went on a different path. Since we started star magic four years ago, we’ve trained thousands of people all over the planet – dustbin men, firemen, doctors, nurses, lawyers. We’ve trained sports men and women. We’ve trained pharmacists, trained butchers, we’ve trained massage therapists, we’ve trained a whole array of different healers, upskilling them and upgrading them. But my point is we’ve trained people from all walks of life. Rich people, poor people. we’ve trained people from China to South America and everywhere in between – Russia Bulgaria Holland England Ireland Scotland Wales France Portugal Spain Dubai India.
There isn’t one human being that has been to our training and leaves not being able to heal. So just in case you’re sat there thinking can I do this, maybe jerry’s a little bit different or maybe this human being or this healer, maybe they’re a little bit special. Absolutely not, beautiful soul. I’m a human just like you. I bleed just like you do. I’ve got arms legs hands feet eyes a tongue iron cold blood coursing through my veins. I’ve got a heart that beeps thousands of times every single day and I don’t even have to ask it just like you. We’re no different. If you look into my eyes, you’re going to see the same thing as if you look into your eyes and most other human beings on this planet. I won’t say all because not all humans are humans but that’s a whole other story. The point is you can heal.
Now let’s talk about the stars. Every single body part from the feet to the head and the human nervous system links to a star constellation in our zodiac we have 13 constellations 28 days spread across 13 months with the day out of time included just like the Mayans but one of those months was taken away and the calendar was changed we all know this stuff. The thirteenth constellation is Ophiuchus and right now on planet earth it’s an interesting time because you’ve got Scorpio uh coming into mars, the end of October coming into Scorpio with that sting in its tail coming into Mars the god of war moving through the snake bearer, shedding the old skin and bringing through the divine feminine interesting times and off for you.
This is the constellation that links to the human nervous system. Pisces links to the feet and the bones in the toes everything inside of the feet as well as the feet and the toes. You’ve got Aquarius for the ankles the calves the shins the muscles running through the area the bones running through that area. You’ve got Capricorn for the knees, Sagittarius thighs hamstrings. You’ve got libra hips buttocks. You’ve got Scorpio the genitals. You’ve got Virgo, which is the stomach area, navel area and all those organs around there. You’ve got Leo which is the whole back and the heart. You’ve got cancer which is the chest area. You’ve got Gemini which is shoulders running down to the fingers on both sides. You’ve got Taurus which is the neck and the throat. You’ve got Aries the head and face and Ophiuchus links to the human nervous system.
If you want to heal yourself or want to heal another human, you simply bring up the hologram if you’re working on yourself you, you’d say this is the hologram of and you’d say your name always train people to say it three times. Three is creation solidify it make sure you get that quantum entanglement bang on and then go to work on the hologram.
You’ve just got to connect to the constellation. You don’t need to know where it is in space because it’s everywhere. We’re working quantumly not linearly so all you’ve got to do is set that massive intention to connect to the constellation of Ophiuchus and run it then through the nervous system. You’ve got to connect to the constellation of Virgo if you want to heal the intestines or anything in this area and so on throughout the body. You might want to watch this video again and go through and take the notes, so you know where all the constellations link into. Now for example if you wanted to work on someone’s kidneys. In the background here you bring in the constellation of Leo and I’d also bring in the constellation of Virgo. Those two constellations at the same time and run them because they both kind of concentrate on that area. Now you might want to run these frequencies for a few minutes 10 seconds 5 minutes. You might want to run it until the pain subsides or eases up whatever is going on now.
Someone might have something emotional going on. For example, guilt is stored in the liver and the kidneys so you might want to run Leo and Virgo into this area to remove the guilt. It doesn’t necessarily have to be something physical but you’re working on something physical, majestic, or esoteric to get a mental emotional physical or spiritual result. Everything is intertwined and linked together. This is very simple. You can run all constellations at the same time and what I’m going to do in a subsequent video is give you a code to run all these frequencies at the same time. We’re going to start talking about codes a lot as we move through these energy healing secret videos but these first sort of 8 9 10 videos, I want to give you all the basics and then we’ll start moving into things that are a lot more interesting, a little bit more complex. At the same time, they simplify the healing sessions that you go into.
Now if you’re working on yourself remember to bring up your own hologram. It makes life a whole lot easier, and it puts you into good stead and good practice for when you do work on yourself or other people at distance. It’s important beautiful soul that you are really in your cosmic heart, that you are a galactic titan, and you came from the stars with so much knowledge and wisdom. It’s all inside of this magical vessel that we call the home of your soul, your physical body in your cells, in your DNA. You were designed to self-heal. You were designed to be powerful not some meek feeble little human that runs around this planet trying to figure it out and get by. You came here with colossal knowledge and the more you tap into your own heart and the more you work with these videos and techniques that I’m sharing with you the more power the more love, the more energy and light, and the more potential you’re going to tap. You will be colossal, gigantic extraordinary being gracing these earthly planes.
You do the work. I’m sharing these techniques with you so you can use them, so you can play with them, so you can work on yourself and other people and get phenomenal results and the more results you get the more your confidence is going to grow and then you’re going to start to trust even more. Remember in the last video that I shared when we talked about the baker baking a cake and trust if you’ve not watched that video. Go and watch it. Remember Ophiuchus bound to Pisces at the feet and all those constellations in between. They work very, very, efficiently. So go and use them. Don’t worry about the colours of the frequencies. Just connect to the stars. They’ll do the work. Energy healing secrets, beautiful soul. How can you be the very best healer that you can possibly be? It’s very simple and the answer is one of those answers that some people don’t like to hear because it involves discipline, it involves working on yourself, it involves preparation.
We’ve trained thousands of people to heal with Star Magic all over the planet from China to South America, from India to Australia, and everywhere in between. One of the fundamentals in our training is preparation. You have a nervous system which is 45 miles of electrical wiring. You have so much light traveling through your light body that you can become a walking talking healing machine. The problem is most people think they’re healers and they’re not vessels, they’re not channels.
What we are is facilitators of healing and we facilitate the process by bringing in the light, by bringing in the energy by opening our hearts, by magnetizing the healing session together, frequency code energy love. All these things are mission critical. What happens is everybody just wants to rush and get on and heal people but those that are successful are those that are prepared. So, what do you need to do to prepare? Well first you’ve got to do the inner work. When I wake up in the morning the first few hours of my day are dedicated to me, the most important human being on planet earth and in your reality, beautiful soul. No ifs, butts, or maybes. You must be the most important human being on planet earth in your reality.
You got to put yourself first. It’s not called being selfish. It’s called self-love when you wake up in the morning, exercise, meditation, breathwork, qigong, go for a walk, create. Be in a space with no mobile phone, no internet. Don’t communicate with anyone. It’s all about you for the first few hours of your day. You’ve got to get yourself elevated, tuned in, connected, your vibration high, before you go out into the world. You’ve got to adopt a 24/7 365 meditative state and you do that by observation. No labels, no judgments, you put clean food into your body, you eat those photons, fruits, vegetables, predominantly a plant-based diet. I’m not saying you’ve got to go all out vegan, no. Don’t stick that label on you. Maybe it is right for you, maybe it’s not.
I went vegan for several years. It didn’t really work for me. I have a predominantly 90 to 95 percent plant-based diet but every now and again I have some fish and some eggs, things that my body craves and needs. So, you’ve got to listen to your body but predominantly put the good stuff into your body, go out and sun gaze for the first hour and last hour of sunlight. Stare at the sun. Start with 10 seconds, 20 seconds, build up slowly every day, every week, increase it a little bit more so you can build up to 45 minutes.
In meditation go beyond your physical body, breath work to breathe deep into your cells, activate that central nervous system, activate your lymphatic system, activate your pineal gland through the breath. All these individual components we’re going to talk about in separate videos within the energy healing secrets stream and sequence of videos. But I want you to get this. I want you to know this. I want you to understand this, beautiful soul. A lot of people go out into the world, and they give from their teacup. When you give from your teacup it’s dangerous. You’ve got to be so full up with love and magic that it spills out of your teacup and into the saucer and then you give from your saucer.
You’ve got to decide if you want to be an energy healer and facilitate the healing of other people, animals, whatever it is. Maybe you want to facilitate some healing for your sisters and brothers up there. I don’t know. That’s another story but you’ve got to decide how many healings are you going to do every single day – three, eight, ten, and what hours are you going to work – three to eight or you’re just going to let those healings come in and work into everyone else’s diary.
One of the things that we drum into people’s heads in Star Magic is this you set your own hours. It could be three o’clock to eight o’clock, ten o’clock to two o’clock, and you see people drawing those hours and if people can’t see you during those hours, you put them into the next day, or the next week and they start fitting into your diary. This makes you efficient. It means you’re not all over the place with your energy. It means you’re working a set number of hours every day. You’re creating magic in a set number of hours every day and then the rest of the day is yours. The morning time is yours to focus on you, on your heart your meditation, your breath work. All the things I’ve mentioned.
You have your six hours for healing and then the rest of the day maybe you want to write, maybe you want to go to the gym, maybe you want to play with your kids, maybe you want to sleep, maybe you want to go to a restaurant. You’ve got to decide how you’re going to run your day and how you’re going to be efficient with your energy. These points are so important. If you start focusing on yourself every day you’re going to be balanced, you’re going to be in equilibrium, you’re going to be happy, you’re going to be full of joy. Your heart’s going to be open and expanded.

They’re in this video series energy healing secrets. I’m going to be sharing every single week one or more videos on energy healing and getting this information out to the planet.
So, you know how to facilitate the healing of your sisters and brothers and how to facilitate the healing of yourself. You are primary, beautiful soul. Your clients, everyone else, must come secondary. You’ve got to put yourself first. If you’re not functioning at 110% and bubbling with bliss, bubbling with joy, bubbling with magic and energy, then you’re not in any fit state to go out and help other people. So put yourself first. It’s the best piece of advice that I could give you. When you start putting yourself first, there’s other things that you do not need to start doing through your qigong, through the nervous system activation, that we use in star magic through the daily dose of starlight exercises that we use in star magic.
You start to ramp up the light in your body and it just starts to emanate, and you become a walking talking healing machine. The more you prepare, the less effort that you’ve got to put in when you go in to facilitate healing because the light is just pumping through you out from you. Remember this light is intelligence. You don’t need to tell it what to do, you’ve just got to point it in the right direction, and it goes to work, and it creates magic. You are such an incredible soul and you have so much potential, so much wisdom locked inside of your own genetics, locked inside of your cells, and your blood, in your DNA. You came from the stars to planet earth to create magic so start creating magic, beautiful soul. Do it for you.
Unleash your inner wisdom to the planet because the planet is waiting for you to shine but do the inner work first. Get up every day and spend the first few hours on you. No Facebook, no Twitter, no Instagram no Skype or YouTube. Also, no talking to other people, no picking up your phone and checking your emails. It’s all about you. All the answers are in here, beautiful soul. If you want to be the very best version of you and the very best facilitator that you can possibly be on this planet you’ve got to do the inner work, you’ve got to get up early, and you’ve got to focus.
I can’t make you do this stuff, no one can. Therefore, you’ve got to be disciplined in your approach. You see star magic is a lifestyle. It’s the lifestyle, it’s a lifestyle baby. I live it, breathe it, eat it, everything it from morning till night. You got to do the same and it should be fun not a chore because you should love what you’re doing and if you’re not loving what you’re doing you’re in the wrong position, the wrong profession, the wrong creative endeavour so healing isn’t for you.

Why is the heart so important? Whether you’re new to energy healing or you’re an old-timer, a veteran in the field, your heart is so important.
The magnetic field of your heart is 5000 times stronger than the field of the brain. Now that doesn’t mean that the brain is useless. There are two halves of your brain and you’ve got the right hemisphere and the left hemisphere. The right hemisphere is the best part. It’s the female part. The left brain is the male hemisphere, and the right brain can process infinite bits of data plus per second. It reads codes, it feels the field, it interprets the light, it feels and knows the geometrical data. It’s a very important part of energy healing when you’re facilitating the healing of other humans, your heart and your right brain are the two spaces you want to operate from. Having them linked together is of the utmost importance.
Now what we’re going to do today is I’m going to share with you my feelings on why the heart is so important and what you can do if you truly want to facilitate the healing of other people. The number one secret is to operate from here. The other number one secret is to operate from here and you want to do it at the same time. You want your heart and your right brain to be linked, infused in this field, and the key to getting these two areas infused is the magnetic field of the heart. You’ve got to open this baby.
Now a lot of people say, “Jerry how do I open my heart” and for some people it seems like such a tough thing to do we as human beings are taught that happiness is found in the external environment. We’re always looking to material objects, things, people to give us sustenance to make us happy, to fill us full of joy, to make us whole when really and truly we are whole, we are source, we are incredible. We don’t need to be anything more than we already are, but most people don’t realize this. They haven’t realized with their real lives the real lies. Okay because you are whole and this beautiful space in the middle of your body in the middle of your chest it has all the answers to all your questions, all the knowledge and all the wisdom is locked inside of you, but you’ve got to be brave enough, beautiful soul, to venture into here.
If you’ve watched the last two videos that I shared on using holograms and multiple holograms, I let you know that you need to open your heart and connect with those holograms. Love is like glue when you go into a healing session whether you’re working hands-on or a distance. Most of the work that we do is distance healing with star magic, but it works when you’re all the way around the other side of the world because time, distance, and measurement in the quantum field don’t exist. Now your field in the heart when you’re communicating and connecting with the hologram, all the physical vessel of the human being that you’re working on, you’ve got to open this. So how do you open it? How do you connect with it? If you get your left hand and you rub your thumb on it gently in a clockwise direction or your forefinger just for a few seconds and then let go, and then feel those tiny little subtle vibrations in the palm of your hands. That’s energy. These subtle energies are everywhere and one of the hardest things that people find is when they’re tuning into the field is to tap those subtle energies. Once you do tap into them, once you feel them, see them, know they’re there, they become stronger, and you start to feel them and tap them a lot easier. To start with it can be a little bit tricky.
Your heart is a little bit like the palm of your hand. It’s also nothing like it but at the same time for what I want to explain to you right now, you do this you can feel the frequency, the energy, the subtle energies. When you tap your heart close your eyes and tap your heart whilst breathing through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth real slow. Just tap the field of your heart and feel the centre of your chest. Then stop tapping and bring all your awareness and all your attention into the centre of your chest. Feel those subtle energies as you bring all your awareness and all your energy.
I want you to consciously imagine that your heart is opening, blooming like a beautiful lotus flower. See it bloom and blossom and open and keep opening and opening it consciously. Visualize it opening, feel it opening, and imagine light, a beautiful pink violet or gold light, or maybe multiple frequencies, multiple colours all imbued together opening and flowing out from your heart. Just feel it for a moment. Feel the love pouring out from your heart. Tap your heart again just a little bit for 10 seconds, tap the centre of your chest and then stop and then feel it again. Start to tune into the field of your heart these are basics but they’re very important because without your heart without the frequency of your heart any energy from healing session that you go in to facilitate is never going to be all it could be.
You can use your brain, you can use your mind, you can concentrate, you can focus, you can set your intentions but without that magnetic frequency the love, that field of the heart gluing all the components of your energy healing session together, light, intention, love, knowing, information. There are different components that make up the energy healing cake because it is like a cake. What you’ve got to do when you go into an energy healing session is trust you bring in the light frequencies you open your heart, and you infuse it with love. You set your intention you know that it’s going to work. You trust and you mix these ingredients together and then the healing just takes place. You haven’t got to do too much.
When a baker bakes a cake, he gets the flour he gets the milk, the eggs, the sugar, all the components that make up the cake and mixes them, or she mixes them, together in a pot. They get all the ingredients, and they stick them in the oven. They turn up the temperature, they turn on the timer, and then they go away and have a cup of tea. They come back 30 minutes later, 40 minutes later, and they open the oven. They’ve got a beautiful cake. They don’t sit there looking into the oven thinking “oh my gosh I hope it bakes, I hope it rises, I hope it tastes good in all areas of the cake. They just stick the ingredients in, and they trust, they know that this cake is going to come out of the oven. Everyone that eats are going to love it. It’s going to be warm; it’s going to be fluffy; it’s going to taste amazing.
When you go into a healing session and you open your hands, you bring in the light frequencies, the codes. We’re going to talk about the codes and the light frequencies in another video because today is just about the heart, and I want you to understand the truth about the heart and why the heart is so important. The five magical ingredients for star magic are love, light, intention, imagination, and knowing. Imagination is reality and you are a master alchemist, and you can create and cultivate whatever you want in the quantum field, and it will become a reality in the physical vessel of the human being you’re working on. When you trust, when you mix all these ingredients together correctly and you infuse it with the love of your heart that magnetic motherly divine frequency magic happens.
Mow I want you to close your eyes for a second. I want you to close your eyes and I want you to breathe and what I’m going to do is show you the power of love. I’m going to show you the power that this magnetic frequency of your heart can muster. Close your eyes, take some nice long deep breaths in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. As you’re breathing, I’m going to open my heart, I’m going to bring up your hologram in my space, and I’m going to entangle the hologram with you this is your hologram. This hologram is you keep breathing. I’m going to open my heart and I’m going to shine a violet gold and diamond light out from my heart through the empty space and into the hologram that is now entangled with your body with that frequency – that violet, that diamond, that electric pink I’m going to add some electric blue light and some Sirian healing codes.
I’m going to send this love and this energy into your body. Just breathe and feel. I’m going to open my heart wider and I’m to start to surround your hologram. I’m going to start to surround your physical body with this light, with this energy. It starts to swirl around you in a clockwise direction over your heads, underneath your feet around your chest, around your back. I’m opening my heart wider and wider, and the love is now pouring into your space. I want you to breathe this frequency into your body, the frequency that is now surrounding your physicalness.
I want you to breathe inside of you and in your mind. I want you to set an intention that you’re going to say. It could be for a physical issue, injury, illness, disease. It could be some block to do with abundance. You decide right now and tell the universe the universe will communicate with me; the universe will communicate with the field of my heart. Then the frequency and the codes that I’m now sending to you. You are going to start to work on the intention that you’ve just set whatever you’ve just said. Whether you’ve said it in your mind or out aloud, it doesn’t make a blind bit of difference. Set your intention, tell the universe, tell me, tell my heart what it is that you want from this right now. Continue to breathe. I’m going to open my heart wider.
I’m going to open my heart even wider and that love’s going to spill out from my heart into your hologram. It’s going to flow up to your crown chakra from your heart down to your root chakra. These light codes are going to shuttle up and down your central column and they’re going to activate your own heart. They’re going to communicate with your kidneys. The light’s going to communicate with your liver, with all your vital organs. This love, this energy, this frequency, is going to flow throughout your physical body. It’s going to spill out from your physical body into your light body, your Merkabah field and you’re just going to be in this space for a moment and feel this energy. Feel this love. I’m opening my heart wider and wider, and these frequencies are pouring into you. Just be in this space. You haven’t got to do anything apart from feel and just be an experience.
You are amazing, beautiful soul. You are truly phenomenal, and I love you. Just be in this space for another 60 seconds. Feel the power of love. Next time you go into a healing session you want to tap your heart, bring your awareness into it consciously opening your heart just like I’ve done, just like I’m doing. I know you feel this connection. Allow it to pull through working on the intention that you just set. This light is intelligent, this light, this energy, is phenomenal. Love created worlds, universes, multiverses, galaxies, billions of species on billions of planets. Never deny, never question that love can heal.
Whenever you’re ready you can open your eyes. Come back into this space with me. Love is the key, beautiful soul. Opening this magical space will create miracles in your world. It will create miracles in the lives of those you go in to heal. Love is a formidable force. Never doubt love, intention, light, knowing, imagination. These are the ingredients for every single energy healing session and remember you’re not an energy healer. You facilitate the process. All you’ve got to do is bring these ingredients into the pot like a baker bakes a cake, like a baker mixes his or her ingredients. They stick them in the oven, they go to work. You set the stage, you open your heart, and the healing takes place.
There are things that you must do. Sometimes you must download codes into your clients. You’ve got to shift things in the quantum field. You’ve got to play with the code, the geometry, the mathematics. We’ll talk about that in another video. I’m going to keep sharing these energy healing secrets with you because I know that you are designed to self-feel just like me. Every single human being on this planet is designed to self-heal. We shouldn’t be in pain. We shouldn’t be suffering. We should be free. We should be whole. We should be happy, and we should live from the vibration of joy 24/7 365. If you’re not you’ve got to do that work on yourself. Love baby. It’s the key.
Wherever you are on this planet go out and love your sisters and brothers. Love them tightly. Hug them tightly and never be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging, beautiful soul. Hug them so tightly and never be the first to let go. You got to love fiercely; you’ve got to love ferociously. You are powerful. Shine your light ever so bright and dampen your sparkle for no one.

So, I want to talk to you today and share with you some tips on energy healing and using multiple holograms. Okay, this is something that can come in very useful.
Now firstly, when you’re working with someone and you’re working with them in your space you can put your hands on their body, you put your hands on their heads, on their back, on their arms, wherever you want to put it. It’s very simple because they’re in your space. Now what happens when you’re working at distance, someone’s in Australia or New Zealand or Japan, and you’re based in the UK or you’re in China and they’re in the USA, wherever it may be. Or maybe they’re in another town or city within your country.
We discussed this in the last video and which I do suggest you go and watch that because we talked about holograms and using basic holograms. In this video I want to talk about multiple holograms but just to recap a hologram can be anything you want it to be. For example, I could use this bottle of c60 as a hologram and I could entangle this bottle of c60 with you. I could entangle this bottle of c60 with anyone on the planet. It could be an animal, it could be a tree, and I can go to work and do what I need to do on this bottle, and because I’ve entangled it with you or whoever it is that person is going to get the healing, have the experience, feel get the transformation.
I could use this telephone. I mean I could use anything. I could use this empty bottle. There are so many things that I could use. I could use a teddy bear. What I normally do when I’m facilitating the healing of another human is I will bring it up like an empty shell. I see the head, I’ll see the shoulders, the body, legs, arms, all that stuff but with zero detail. So, it’s like an empty shell of a body – here’s the legs, here’s the hips here’s the groin, here’s the shoulders. This is what you’re working on, and you go to work.
Now another beautiful thing about using the hologram if I’m in someone’s space and I’m working on their heads, and I want to go and work on their feet. I’ve got to get up and walk around the table and go and work on their feet. Now that takes time. I haven’t got time to be getting up and walking around the table. So, if I’ve got a hologram in front of me, I’m going to be working on the head. I’ll flip the hologram. Right now, I’m working on the feet. I’ll flip it vertical now I’m working on the back, and you can expand and shrink your holograms so you can be working on the whole body in this tiny little space. It makes life so much easier so why make your life difficult when you can make it easier. Holograms give you access to anywhere in the field and you can quantum entangle anything with anything.
As I said in the last video if I bring this up as my hologram or I see an empty shell like I just explained, I’m going to say this is the hologram of Bert Robinson, this is the hologram of Claire Jones, this is the hologram of Samantha Webster, whatever it is, whoever I’m wanting to entangle the hologram with, and I’ll say it three times. This is the hologram of this is the hologram of this is the hologram of and I say it with feeling and emotion and conviction and entangle whatever it is that I create. Whether it’s using a physical object or using an empty shell I entangle it with the human that I’m working on the animal that I’m working on and then I go to work.
Now you may want to use multiple holograms when we heal people with star magic or facilitate the healing of other people because I feel it’s important for anyone that heals to take themselves out of the equation and to realize that you’re not a healer, you are a facilitator, because every human being is designed and created to self-heal. Everyone is designed and created to self-heal, but some people have blocks, some people have ancestral or karmic patterns playing out, some people have addictions in the physical body or trauma. There are many different reasons why people can’t self-heal but when you go in to facilitate the healing you can shift these paths, you can change things in the quantum fields, and that has an effect in the physical right now.
The way that we work with star magic is we look at this in terms of light and information. So, if you’ve got a physical disease, illness, injury, mental issue, whatever it is, what we do is we go into the quantum field and we find out what is creating that. So, if you look at your body as a biological computer, your brain as a biological computer, downloading streams of data and information. If you’ve got some block, there’s something stuck, if you’re running this pattern, you’re running this belief system, what we need to do is to find out what created the belief system. Generally, that could be something from this physical reality, this 3D reality that you’re in now from the time that you were born up until this present moment which generally is only the tip of the iceberg because often you’ve got to go in deeper.
Your soul has had many experiences not just on this planet but others unless you are one of these new kids that are coming onto the planet. Right now, there’s some of them that have never been to earth before and they’re carrying the most beautiful frequency ever but that’s a whole other story. Most of us have had incarnations on this planet and all of us have incarnations on other planets, other stars. Now some of these experiences are positive and some of them aren’t so positive, and some of them can run information streams that you download into your biological computer from the quantum field that creates discordance disharmony and disbalance. All this sort of stuff will bring you out of equilibrium.
So, what we need to do is to go and find out what these issues are and they’re only information streams in the quantum field because everything is light love energy information. So, what we need to do is to unplug you from those information streams and then plug you into a new information stream of unity compassion love bliss divinity. This is one that empowers you that opens this great big magnetic heart of yours and turbo charges your own existence on this planet and helps you thrive 24/7 365. It can happen just like that, so fast. This stuff doesn’t have to take time.
Now we’re not going to go into how you do that today. That’s for another video but what I do want to share with you today is how to use multiple holograms. So, I could bring up a hologram of you right here right now and I can open my heart into that hologram, and I can connect with you. I’m going to do that right now I want you to close your eyes for a moment. Close your eyes and just take some nice long deep breaths. I’m going to bring up a hologram of you. Now I don’t need to know your name. All I need to know is that you’re watching this video and you are watching this video right now. How do I know that? Because you’re listening to me. There’s no time, there’s no distance, there’s no measurement in the quantum field. You’ve got to understand this.
Go into your heart and feel this. I’m going to bring up your hologram now and I’m going to entangle this hologram with you. I’m going to open my heart and I’m going to shine light from my heart into the hologram which I’m doing right now is starting to flow. Now I’m going to connect with you on this level. Just feel that energy flowing into your heart. I’m now going to download some codes, just some very basic transformational healing codes into your heart space. So just allow your heart to be open and allow these codes to flow into your body. These are golden diamond healing coats just to clear up any toxicity that you’ve got hanging around on a basic level in your system. So, allow these codes to flow into you.
What I’m going to do at the same time is bring up another hologram okay and I’m going to work on your head and just run some gentle frequencies in through your ears and in through your crown. Okay now if I was going to work on the hologram that’s in front of me because my heart’s open and I’m shining that light into the front of your heart I’ve got to turn the hologram around to make it easy for me. I’ve got to reach up high so I’m going to bring up a second hologram and entangle that with you which I’m doing right now. I’ve got this hologram lying horizontally in front of me with the head right here and the legs at the other end. I’m going to place my hands over your right ear, over your left ear, and I’m going to run in some gentle healing frequencies just so you can feel it.
So just continue to breathe and I’ll run these frequencies in for your ears. I’m going to run them into your left and right brain and just give you some clarity, give you some peace of mind. Just empty out those thoughts and just run these gentle frequencies in. At the same time my heart is still open connected with you within the other hologram. Now I’m just showing you something very basic. Right there you can set up multiple holograms for multiple purposes and when you start to heal at a profound level and there’s multiple things taking place at the same time having multiple holograms is a very good idea. It makes your job easier and we’re all about ease and grace so I’m just going to run these frequencies in through your ears just a little bit more.
I’m now going to run them down through your spinal column into your heart, higher heart, solar plexus, sacral, root. I’m also going to run them down through your body into your earth star chakra. Just feel these frequencies gently flowing out from your spinal column into your body now. My heart is still open downloading these golden diamond healing codes into your consciousness. We’ll just run it for one more minute. Remember when you work with holograms what you want to do is dissolve those holograms afterwards.
So, once you have finished you can blow the holograms up. You can just scrub them out of the empty space with your hand. You can dissolve them into the light, but you don’t leave them hanging around because if any other energies entities see those holograms, it’s like voodoo man. They can do whatever they want to them and quite often it’s not very positive. So, make sure that you don’t leave any quantum entangled holograms hanging around in the empty space. You want to collapse these things down because people will get affected.
I’m going to bring these frequencies back into my hands now, back up into my heart and take my hands off your hologram and I’m going to scrub that hologram out and just get rid of it. Shine chromium light through it. chromium is an Andromedan frequency. It has a multi-layered spectrum of light frequencies within it, and we’ll talk about that in another video too. I’m going to bring the frequency back into my heart from this whole other hologram, the first one I set up to bring these diamond codes back into my body and then I’m going to scrub this hologram out, surround it in diamond light, scrub it out of the space, gone. You and I are disentangled now. You may still feel the frequencies running for you and that’s okay. Whenever you’re ready you can open your eyes and come back into this space.
This is a very simple way for using more than one hologram multiple holograms and there are times when I set three or four holograms up in the same space. I’ve got my heart open in one of them, I’m running star codes into another, I’ve got my hands on another, I’m also playing in the quantum field with past lives and parallel realities on another hologram. Or I may use one of the holograms that I’ve already set up to do the past life work on because that’s quite kind of simple and it doesn’t really matter how the hologram is positioned. When you come to understand star magic you will realize that we have so many ways to heal people so many different incredible.
I don’t like to use the word techniques because they’re not really techniques. We call them ways because we don’t use a system. We don’t play inside the system. We play game when we go into in to heal someone or to facilitate the healing of someone and the question, we always ask is this: “please show me something I don’t know to help me facilitate the healing of this incredible human being”. Then from there we start to play, we start to work, we start to create magic, and it’s very fast and very efficient. You will have just felt those gentle frequencies in your heart and inside your head just for a minute or so.
Okay, that’s just basic level stuff just to give you an idea how to use the holograms. In your own space you can bring up your own hologram. You can bring up your own hologram and that is what I always recommend when you’re working on yourself to put yourself outside of yourself and create another aspect of you which is your hologram because it takes you out of the equation. When you’re trying to work on your own body your head can get in the way but. You treat yourself as a different human. Okay, this is the hologram of Jerry Sargeant, this is the hologram of Jerry Sargent and when I go to work, I say it three times. Anyway, beautiful soul, I hope you found this useful. Today beautiful soul I want to share with you some top tips when it comes to using holograms in energy healing and specifically when it comes to using holograms at distance.
When you’re in a space with another human you don’t necessarily need to use a hologram. You can use their physical body and work on them directly with hands-on healing. But when you’re working a distance, the person isn’t there. So, creating a great link, an awesome hologram and connecting that hologram to the person that you want to work with is of the utmost importance.
Okay now what is a hologram? A hologram is something that you decide to see or visualize in your space that is a representation of the human being that you want to work on. So, I could use this phone as a hologram. I could use this pen as a hologram. You could use a teddy bear. You could use anything you want. A light bulb or plant pots. Now what I share with people when I’m training people to heal with Star Magic is to bring up empty shell of a human so what you do is you would visualize the heads the shoulders the arms the hands the waist the hips the buttocks the legs the feet. but just an empty shell so it’s just like an outline of a human. It doesn’t have to look male, doesn’t have to look female, doesn’t need any details. Okay, this is simple kids’ stuff.
So, you visualize this empty hologram and then what you do is you entangle this hologram with whoever it is that you want to work on. So how do you do that? It’s very simple. With your intention there are many ways to set the intention to connect the hologram to the human that you want to work with. But the simplest is just to open your heart and connect with this hologram. The heart is so important, the heart that magnetic energy it’s what infuses and creates and sends the wave of light information strength direction through every single healing session. So, opening your heart is mission critical.
You consciously open your heart and see light flowing from your heart into the hologram that you’re working on and then you can say “this is the hologram of …”, then you say the person’s name. This is the hologram of x; this is the hologram of x. Say it three times, but you say it with conviction with strength like you really mean it and you really feel it and then whatever is in your space becomes that other human being. I mean I’ve demonstrated with a phone how to correct a c-shaped spine. I’ve demonstrated many different things using a phone. I’ve demonstrated many different things in our trainings using empty holograms like the one that i just explained to you. I’ve used flowers, I’ve used empty toilet rolls all sorts of different things just to prove that you can entangle anything with anything.
For simple purposes you just visualize this empty hologram and then you entangle it. This is the hologram of this is the hologram of this is the hologram of you open your heart into the hologram. Now you’ve set this perfect space. Now it doesn’t matter whether this person is a hundred meters down the road from you or they’re all the way around the other side of the world – Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China. It doesn’t matter in the quantum field. There is no time, there is no distance, there is no measurement beautiful soul. So, you can entangle anything with anything. It’s very simple and then you go to work.
Now how do you go to work? Well, there are so many ways just like there are so many ways of setting up this hologram. What I share with people is this: whenever i go into a healing session I always ask one very simple question and the question is this “please show me something i don’t know to help me facilitate the healing of this incredible human being” and then the universe taps me into the infinite sea of possibility, the infinite sea of potential. You see Star Magic isn’t the system. I’m not interested in what i know. I’m not interested in the way that I’ve done other healing sessions before and I’ve done thousands. What I’m interested in is finding out what I don’t know about the human being that I’m about to work on because when you ask that fundamental question “please show me something I don’t know” you tap into what it is that you don’t know, and you’re presented with information. You may be presented with something inside the hologram, something around the hologram and then what you do is you go to work and you. Start to play with that information. You might see a blue banana with bumblebee wings. You might see a red star.
The universe talks to you and communicates with you shapes, symbols, things that you can kind of understand and recognize. That’s a little bit easier for the left brain to handle. In real terms what the universe is doing is creating or communicating with you in quantum codes and that can be geometry, colours, frequency, but a lot of us can’t see the colours the frequency, the geometry. Or if we do, we don’t understand it, so they show us in terms of a simple pattern, a simple square, a simple shape, a simple image. Once you get that image you can say what am I supposed to do with the red star what am I supposed to do with this shape, and you might get a voice put it in the left shoulder. So, you just put it in the left shoulder of the hologram. Now you don’t really know what that red star is, but the red star is going to create the healing.
Several years ago, a lady came to Star Magic, and she was the niece or the daughter of this older lady who lived in India and this elderly lady was in hospital with a blocked-up throat and she was being fed for a drip fed for a tube and the doctors were like we can’t feed her, we may as well just stop. This is the end of her life and anyway, her daughter reached out for some healing, so I agreed to. “Please show me something i don’t know to help me facilitate the healing of this incredible human being” and the first thing i saw was a green frog just up here in my space. Now the green frog it spat some blue venom down into a jar that just appeared in the empty space and then a blue light came down from space and mixed with the venom and in my mind, I knew that I had to get this venom into the lady’s body, so I got an imaginary syringe. I sucked it out of the jar stuck it into the back of the hologram of the lady. I was working on and injected it. The next day she walked out of hospital. What is the green frog? What is the venom? What is the blue light? I don’t know but does it matter?
The universe talks to us in code, in patterns, in pictures and symbols and all we’ve got to do is trust the process. I know it sounds a little bit crazy if you’re not used to this stuff. What I’d like you to do is to test this stuff. Speak to your mum, speak to your brother, speak to your husband, speak to your wife, speak to one of your kids and say listen I want to try something. I’d like to give you a little bit of healing. I’d like you just to go and lie down on the sofa on the bed just for 10 minutes. Close your eyes and just take some nice long deep breaths and what I’m going to do is I’m going to go into the bedroom so you’re in another room so you can’t see them.
You’re going to bring up their hologram and what you’re going to do is just open your heart and entangle the hologram. This is the hologram of, and you say their name three times and then I want you just to open your heart as wide as you can and just shine light into their heart. see violet light pink light gold light flowing out from your heart into their hearts. Do nothing else and then go and see them 10 minutes later and ask them how they felt, and you will see they felt something. It works and then if you decide you can maybe go to the next level, please show me something I don’t know. Now what is important is, if you bring someone’s hologram up in the empty space, is you get rid of it after because if you leave someone’s hologram up in the empty space and it’s entangled with them there could be some other energy coming through the empty space that spots it. Now that energy might not be a very nice energy.
They might start playing around with that hologram and it’s like a voodoo doll. They could do things to it, stick needles in it, do horrible things, and make the person feel depressed, negative. It could even injure them. This is the level that we’re working at when we really know what we’re doing with energy. So, make sure you get rid of the hologram and to do that you can just scrub it out of the empty space. You can blow it up in light, you can dissolve it. Just make sure that you can’t see it anymore and it’s completely gone. You could even say dissolve the hologram or dissolve the holograms now of say their name and make sure it’s gone. Make sure you get rid of that hologram. What you don’t want is to have loads of holograms that you’ve left in the empty space because that can be detrimental. Trust me I’ve seen it.
Now this is just a basic introduction on holograms, very simple, beautiful soul. The other thing is you can use multiple holograms and ‘m going to cover multiple holograms in the next video that I share. You’re going to start to see a lot more videos from me on energy healing and basic simple techniques that you can use to facilitate the healing of yourself or other people and the reason I’m going to start sharing more of these videos is because the world needs healing right now and the world needs a sword to be able to step in at least to our basic healing capacity so we can heal ourselves, we can heal other people, so we’re not reliant on anyone, anything, any company, any industry, to heal these beautiful magical bodies of us because we were designed to self-heal, we were designed to self-regulate, we were designed to be absolutely flipping awesome, and you’re no different, beautiful soul.

You deserve this time and this space to kick back relax heal transform and expand your consciousness. So, I invite you to come into this space with me and share this Christ consciousness DNA transmissionWherever you are on this magical planet, beautiful soul, close your eyes and take some nice long deep breaths and come into this space with me. Breathe through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths. Feel your heart, feel your body, be in this space. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and know that you deserve this time and space. This is your time.
As you’re breathing into your magical body the home of your soul in this reality, you’ll become aware of an electric blue light full of diamond light codes flowing in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor. This powerful electric blue healing frequency, this transformational light, flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it, over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger like a powerful electric blue and diamond tornado.
You start to breathe this frequency. You breathe in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows down through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your butt, through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ. Through your hips, your groin, it swirls through your thighs and your hamstrings and through your knees, calves, past your shins, into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It moves through your shoulders flowing down your arms through your elbows your forearms your wrists into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.
Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing as this powerful light flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being. Your cells they dance and smile communicating with each other like one big happy cosmic family. You feel your heart vibrating and expanding with love pouring out from your soul.
You vibrate faster and faster and as you vibrate in this space you become aware that your light body is rising. Light starts to rise through your physicalness, up through your crown up through your shoulders, ascending, rising slowly but surely. You flow up through your physical body into the space rising through the electric blue light. Those diamond light codes rise higher and higher, and you feel lighter and light. As you rise into the space leaving your physicalness behind you look back down realizing you’re in two spaces at the same time, a powerful multi-dimensional being. No limitations, no boundaries. You rise higher and then you look over to your left-hand side. 21 meters away from you see a diamond, an electric gold vortex spinning in a clockwise direction. It starts to draw your consciousness towards it.
You start to move through the empty space being magnetized into that portal. You get closer and closer – 15 meters 12 9 6 3 and whoosh, you enter that portal twisting, tumbling, and turning, ebbing, and flowing like liquid light. You look down you’ve got no legs left and right. You’ve got no arms, pure consciousness traveling through the vortex faster and faster. You feel your heart expanding as you travel through this kaleidoscope with geometrical coal the frequency rising you expand and expand spinning and spiraling through this space faster and faster and faster. As you travel you look up in front of you see a light at the end of the tunnel, 600 meters away, 500, 400, 3, two, one and whoosh you pop out of the other side. You look down and you see a crystal white pathway. You look up the pathway in front of you. There’s a diamond pyramid from the base to the apex. It’s 111 meters tall, about 90 to 100 meters in front of you.
As you start to walk forwards your legs are back, your arms are back, your light body’s back. You start to make your way forwards along this crystal white pathway. With every step you take your vibration rises. As you make your way down the path you can feel the frequency of the diamond pyramid, the energy flowing through the empty space rushing through your light body. Every biophoton of light shakes and shudders. You vibrate like crazy. Your heart feels the vibration of the pyramids. It recognizes this space. You get closer and closer. You look up. Above you the sun is shining. You see two golden eagles flying above you. It is the eyes and ears of the spirit ones who always watch over you, always guide you.
As you continue to make your way through the space towards that pyramid you get within 30 meters the frequency rising you see light coats multi-coloured light codes imbued into the side of this diamond pyramid like they’re engraved carved in some kind of liquid structure some kind of liquid light. You get closer and closer. 20 meters you see a door at the bottom of the pyramid, an electric blue door. You walk towards that door. It vibrates, it gets brighter and brighter. That electric blue light gets stronger. You get within 15 meters moving towards it, 10 meters, five meters, you walk up towards the door. It has the number 369 vibrating in it. You reach out to push the door and it dissolves in front of you.
You see a diamond and crystal white light on the other side, and you start to walk forwards through a tunnel. Making your way into this pyramid the energy is strong. It feels like it’s compressing your mind, your body, and at the same time you feel like you’re expanding, an interesting feeling. You look left and right at the walls of the tunnel. You see hieroglyphs, geometrical different colours, different shapes, different symbols. The energy rising as you move forwards through the space, the light gets brighter and brighter and then the tunnel starts to widen. It starts to open as you get to the end of it a few more meters. You step out from this tunnel into the light. You look around you’re inside a hexagonal chamber.
You walk towards and into the centre of this space and you stop you look around there are Merkabah’s like chandeliers hanging in the empty space. The tetrahedrons are spinning and light codes are flowing out from these Merkabah’s rebounding off the walls of this hexagonal chamber firing streams of electromagnetic energy weaving what looks like a high vibrational spider’s web through this space. You start to rise you start to levitate. You rise off the ground up off the floor moving up through the empty space. One meter, two meters three meters four five six seven eight you stop at nine meters and then a diamond light starts to flow down from the apex above it fires down through the pyramid racing ever so fast moving down inside the hexagonal chamber down towards your crown. Three two one boom it penetrates your crown chakra. Light codes start to download through this electromagnetic stream into your consciousness they race around the inside of your body.
You look over to the left-hand side. You see an emerald-green dragon. You look over to the right-hand side. There’s a ruby red dragon behind you, there’s a blue sapphire dragon and in front of you, a crystal white dragon with golden wings appears. These four dragons spread their wings. The energy is of the cosmic heart. You see words and light codes on the inside of their wings. These codes they flow out from their wings with geometrical formations flowing through the empty space towards your light body. They flow towards your chest, your back, your arms, your legs, your hands, fingers, and thumbs. They get closer and closer, and they flow up over the top of you joining the diamond lights. They spiral down through your crown; they start to flow into your light body.
You absorb these dragon codes. They race around the inside of your body. Your heart expands and expands out past the boundaries of your light body and into the empty space. From head to toe you vibrate uncontrollably. Your vibration rising your frequency elevating you feel so much love. The dragons open their hearts and four streams of light flow towards you, a crystal white and golden stream flows towards your heart from the dragon in front, a ruby red stream flows towards your root chakra from the dragon to your right, an emerald green stream of light flows towards your crime check from the dragon to your left, and a blue sapphire stream flows towards your higher heart centre from the dragon behind you. These four lights spiral through the empty space getting closer and closer. Three meters, they penetrate your consciousness.
Light codes flow through these electromagnetic streams, they race up and down your central column activating your nervous system on a quantum level, your pineal gland, your pituitary gland. They start to glow and vibrate. Your spinal column lights up glowing ever so bright. Those 33 vertebrae switch on, information racing around your body. The diamond stream flowing down from the apex gets stronger. As you vibrate in the space, the dragons open their hearts wide. Light codes start to flow from the inside of this temple, the inside of this chamber. They stream from the walls of the pyramid they stream from the walls of this hexagonal chamber streaming through the empty space. Thousands of streams race inside your body downloading codes, ancient wisdom, to activate your DNA. Just be in this space. Surrender to this experience and feel/be in this space. You are extraordinary. Know this.
The Merkabah’s spinning in the empty space like chandeliers. They start to let off chromium diamonds gold and platinum light codes in the form of the platonic solids. They flow out from the Merkabah’s through the empty space towards you – tetrahedrons cubes icosahedrons octahedrons dodecahedrons. These five geometries, thousands of them, different colours racing through the empty space. They flow down through your crown up through your root chakra in through the palms of your hands and up through the soles of your feet. As you’re suspended in the empty space downloading these colours your own Merkabah field starts to spin. The top tetrahedron clockwise, the bottom one anti-clockwise, spinning faster and faster. You vibrate in this space upgrading your consciousness, elevating your soul, unlocking ancient wisdom.
As those double helixes expand and unravel presenting to you the 12-strands that unfolds into 144 strands of multi-dimensional information. Energy frequency wisdom rises from the depths of your consciousness up into your hearts up into your higher heart up through your throat and into your pineal gland. Your left and right hemispheres on a quantum level start to access this wisdom. You vibrate faster and faster as the dragons open their hearts wider holding space for you facilitating this process inside this diamond pyramid. You are phenomenal. as you activate these deep levels of Christ consciousness this wisdom this conscious state these off-planet frequencies helping you remember who and what you truly are, a multi-dimensional being having an experience inside a physical body for a short period of time playing a game on a planet called earth.
You knew full well what you signed up for. Enjoy the rise as you download these codes vibrating faster and faster and faster your heart expanding beyond measure filling up the hexagonal chamber spilling out through the dragons the Merkabah. You rise and expand throughout the whole diamond pyramid. This whole structure becomes a part of you, becomes a part of the structure as one code, one frequency, dynamic indestructible immeasurable unquantifiable as your heart expands and expands you feel the love being nurtured and held by these dragons in this space.
The Merkabah’s start to turn into geometrical colours. They blend into geometry and those geometries flow through the empty space into your light body and blend in with your consciousness elevating your frequency some more. The crystal white dragon with golden wings moves up towards you. It moves right up into your space and wraps its wings around you. It looks into your eyes and says I love you, beautiful soul. You came to planet earth to expand, to express your own uniqueness and your own divinity. It looks into your eyes and reminds you that the universe doesn’t give you anything that you can’t handle. Bow down to no man no woman nothing. Create your own rules and play the game as you wish it’s your reality co-creating. Be the galactic titan that you came to planet earth to be.
The dragon unravels its wings it moves back and then opens its heart even wider. Its heart turns into a gigantic golden crystal white portal. It starts to spin in a clockwise direction. You look around at the other dragons. They wink they smile they open their mouths, and they breathe high vibrational light into your space. As the portal in the dragon’s heart starts to spin it draws your consciousness too. You flow through the empty space getting closer and closer – four meters three two one and whoosh you enter twisting tumbling and turning ebbing and flowing like liquid light. You look down you’ve got no legs left and right you’ve got no eyes pure frequency consciousness once again spinning and spiraling through this space.
You feel so free you feel alive connected and at the same time disconnected. As you move and groove through this space expanding and expanding through the code, through the frequency, you feel the love as you travel faster and faster. You feel the frequency of the emerald ruby and blue sapphire dragons. As you flow through the portal of the crystal white and golden dragon starts you see a light at the end of the tunnel 900 meters, 800. 600 400 200 and whoosh you pop out the other side. You look down you see your physical body vibrating in the space down below you. Three meters, you start to descend towards your physical body, down towards your crown chakra which opens like a thousand petal lotus, crystal white and golden lotus flower. You flow down towards it, you move through it down through your crown, through your pineal gland, your head your face your neck your throat, down into your cosmic heart.
Your light starts to expand and your crown chakra closes. You expand into your shoulders, chest, and back arms hands fingers thumb legs ankles feet and toes head face left and right brain. the vibration in your body is different you feel the vibration in your bones the tingling. your cells the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, we’ll open our eyes. Come back into this space and just take the time. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes. Come back into this space and just take your time. You are amazing, beautiful soul, truly, truly. Know your strength, know your power, know that it’s all about you and you must take responsibility with everything in your reality. The buck stops with you, the buck starts with you when you have the power to overcome any challenge any obstacle. Your heart is the key.

Light and sound heal you. Many popular types of vibrational medicine use light and sound frequencies to awaken your soul and heal your body and mind. Every living thing produces an electromagnetic field with a vibrational frequency. All matter vibrates to a precise frequency. Imbalances have certain frequencies that can be rebalanced. Read on to discover how light and sound healing uses resonant vibrations to restore your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
History of Sound & Light Healing
People have used sound, colour, and light therapies to treat many chronic illnesses for centuries. Colour therapies were used over 5,000 years ago in many cultures. These cultures include the ancient Egyptians, Ayurvedics, Chinese, Native Americans, and the Tibetans.
In ancient Chinese medical systems, the wavelengths of twelve colours correspond directly to your body’s twelve bio-electrical channels or meridians. These include the seven colours of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. These colours contain energy vibrations with healing properties and each colour has the potential to affect your moods, emotions, states of mind and physical health.
Science of Sound & Light
Einstein discovered that every living thing produces an electromagnetic field. This includes the aura which surrounds your body. This energy field has a specific vibrational frequency, tone, or key. Einstein’s famous equation E=mc2 has shown that all energy and matter are interchangeable and transferable.
Everything on earth is energy and light is energy. That includes you! The entire visible spectrum of colours is only possible with light. Also, the sun emits all colours of visible light and all frequencies of electromagnetic waves except gamma rays. Sunlight contains all wavelengths, which have their own frequency and produce their own specific energy. Each ray of a specific frequency has its own beneficial effects.
The imbalances in your body have certain frequencies that are out of phase with the natural rhythms of your body. Healing with colour, sound, and light can rebalance these frequencies to restore your health and wellbeing. Vibrational energy is used as medicine in light and sound healing techniques. These methods follow the principle that all matter and energy vibrates to a specific frequency.
Healing With Light
Light has a spectrum of frequencies or colours. Sunlight enters your body through the eyes, and your skin. The sun gives you the light and heat you need to function physically. Higher-dimensional light also reaches you from the galactic core, angelic realms and source energy. These spiritual lights enter you through your chakras, meridians, light body geometry, and your Merkaba.
Light plays an important role in your body. It stimulates and supports your immune system, endocrine system, and other organs. Also, your body is tuned into colours. These are linked with your moods, emotions, and physical and spiritual health. Coloured light is used in colour therapy to clear blocked energy in your etheric body and for the transformation of consciousness.
Some light therapies use the visible colour spectrum and invisible ultraviolet and infrared light. These light therapies are effective in increasing your emotional well-being, reducing depression, addictions, anxiety, and seasonal affective disorder.
Healing with Sound
Your ears hear sounds and music at frequencies from 20Hz to 20 KHz. If the sound wave is of a frequency of 20Hz then it is vibrating or oscillating at 20 cycles each second. At 20 KHz it vibrates at 20000 cycles each second. Within that range, you hear music and most of the sounds and man and nature.
Sound and music create shifts in your physical energy, emotions, and brain waves. Soothing music may help you meditate and tribal drumming or dance music will vitalise and make you get up and move. The sounds of beautiful music can stir your soul and bring you to tears. Random, harsh, or chaotic sounds may cause anxiety and dissonance.
Sound healing techniques use acoustic resonance, music, tones, beats, and frequencies. During a sound healing session, you will experience deep resonance, harmony, healing, and higher levels of conscious awareness. Focussing on soothing sounds during meditation will bring about harmony and resonance. You feel calmness and tranquillity and you feel at peace.
Sound healing techniques include the use of chanting, singing and toning. They also use Solfreggio frequencies. Musical instruments when tuned properly aid the experience. These include tuning forks, gongs, drums, and crystal singing bowls may be used to enhance your healing experience.
Sound Healing Techniques
Most modern sound healing uses Solfreggio frequencies, binaural beats, or brainwave entrainment. There are six original solfeggio frequencies. These are 396 Hz is used for liberation of guilt and fear; 417Hz for undoing emotional patterns; 528Hz for DNA repair, love and miracles; 638Hz for harmonious relationships; 741Hz for intuition and problem solving; and 852Hz for unconditional love and divine connection.
Similar to Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats use specific frequencies of sound to create health benefits. Binaural beats can change your brain waves to place you in certain kinds of mental states. Headphones are essential for binaural beats to work. The beats are created from a difference in frequency in the sound entering your left ear from the sound entering your right ear.
Brainwave entrainment techniques synchronize your fluctuating brainwaves. This is achieved by providing a stable frequency and rhythm. This is a frequency for which the brainwave can attune to. By entraining your brainwaves, it becomes possible to slow down your normal waking consciousness (beta waves) to a more relaxed consciousness (alpha waves). Entrainment also lets you enter a meditative state (theta waves) and even sleep (delta waves). Real tangible internal healing occurs when you sleep deeply.
Sound and Light Technologies
There are many types of audio and visual stimulation that generate genuine transformation and healing. These include the use of meditation, colour therapy, brainwave entrainment technology, full-spectrum bulbs, guided hypnotherapy, binaural beats, and light and sound machines.
Cymatic notes and chords may also be used. The trippy geometric patterns are created from sand vibrating on a speaker cone, acoustic plate, or through the water. This creates geometry at key frequencies. It is also a great way of tuning your sounds to the frequencies which create sacred geometry patterns.
Some therapists will use light and sound frequencies corresponding to your acupuncture meridians or chakra system. Light and sound therapies typically use 12 colours of the visible light spectrum with the corresponding 12 sound intervals of the musical scale. These are used by a skilled practitioner to release blockages and to correct emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual imbalances.
Light and sound machines are also very effective. There are several types including headphones and screen devices with trippy fractals such as Trinfinity, fully immersive light machines with gong bath such as PandoraStar. There are also emerging EEG-based ‘brain painting’ and virtual reality technology that utilise immersive virtual reality for spiritual awakening and healing.
The Benefits of Sound & Light Healing
The benefits of healing with sound and light include enhanced creativity, increased mental clarity, and stress reduction. You will also experience an increase in your energy levels, balancing of your chakras, and the healing of trauma.
Light and sound healing techniques can also improve your state of mind, and give you more rested sleep and increased relaxation. They help you to overcome your fears, boost your focus, and your emotional and mental well-being.

You are going to shift karmic, ancestral, deep-rooted grief, anger, fear, and many other issues. You are going to be hit with the cellular healing frequencies. All you’ve got to do is kick back, smile, relax and just enjoy this process beautiful soul.

Close your eyes and breathe in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths. Breathe into your stomach, breathe into your hips, breathe into your buttocks, breathe into your groin, and settle down into this space as the weight of the world falls off your shoulders, as you know that you deserve this time in this space to kick back, to transform, to heal, to upgrade, to expand your consciousness in infinite ways.
As you breathe into your magical body, I want you to become aware of a diamond and a violet frequency imbued together swirling in through the walls down through the ceiling up through the floor. This powerful diamond and violet healing frequency flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger, swirling around the outside of your body like a diamond and violet tornado. You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your scalp down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat through your shoulders, your chest, and back. it flows through your spinal cord. Each one of those 33 vertebrae lights up, the first one violet the second one diamond, all the way down through your spinal column down into your sacrum violet diamond violet diamond they glow and vibrates.
As this frequency flows through your middle back, your lower back, into your buttocks. It moves through your heart your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ. It passes through your hips, your groin, it swirls through your thighs and your hamstrings moving through your knees your calves past your shins into your ankles. It flows through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. It flows through your shoulders down your arms, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists into your hands, fingers, and thumbs. Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing as the light flows through every cell, every atom every molecule every fibre of your entire being your cells they dance and smile like one big happy cosmic family.
You feel your heart expanding and expanding and expanding as love fills you up from the inside out. This infinite supply of unconditional love flows out from your soul as though your soul is a universe spilling out healing frequencies min infinite supply. You breathe into your magical body, deeper and longer and slower and then you become aware that up above your crown chakra spinning 90 centimetres is an inverted turquoise pyramid spinning in a clockwise direction. As it spins it starts to draw in a high vibrational six-dimensional golden light. This golden light flows from Sirius through the ether through the cosmic fabric. This golden light also flows from Alpha Centauri. These powerful golden streams flow through the geometrical fabric moving towards planet earth, that green and blue ball that you call home, that high vibrational golden light pours down through mother earth’s atmosphere down through the skies through the roof of your space and into the base of that inverted turquoise pyramid which spins faster and faster and faster drawing in the codes drawing in the information.
These are powerful healing codes whilst the pyramid spins up above you and you continue to breathe in the diamond and violet lights. I’d like you to set an intention. I’d like you to place this intention into the pyramid up above your crown you can talk to the pyramid telepathically or out loud and tell the pyramid what you’d like healed in this session. It could be some childhood trauma, maybe some physical pain, mental emotion, maybe all the above and you get to choose. So just take a moment and decide and place that intention, all those intentions into that pyramid.
Now as you’re placing in those intentions, I’m going to open my heart and connect with you in this space, a powerful diamond, an electric red frequency, with platinum light code starts to flow from my heart through the empty space towards yours. It gets closer and closer, two metres one meter, boom. The frequency from my heart penetrates yours. As I download healing codes into your consciousness the apex of the pyramid opens and a powerful stream. Turquoise and gold flows down through the empty space towards your crown, 10 centimetres, five. It flows down through your crown, through your pineal gland, through your neck, your throat, your higher heart down into your heart chakra and boom that frequency explodes. The codes from the pyramid merge with the codes from my hands and they start to work on a deep root cellular level.
These codes start to move and communicate with your DNA. They flow through your bones, your bloodstream, your muscles, your tissues, your organs, your lungs, your kidneys, your liver, your spleen, your pancreas, heart, lungs, large and small intestine, stomach, adrenal glands. From head to toe you vibrate faster and faster as that intention you set is brought about just be in this space and feel be in this space and surrender to this experience. Let go. Let the codes work their magic. This universal intelligence it knows exactly what to do. Step out of the way and let it happen.
The light from the pyramid gets stronger. The apex opens wider. More light pours down through your consciousness flowing throughout your physical body, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. You heal at a deep level. You feel your heart expanding and expanding out past the boundaries of your physical body and into the empty space. That love from your own being, your own divine essence fills you up and overflows spilling into the space right now. You are connected. As you vibrate in this space you become aware of a green and platinum light that starts to flow from mother earth’s core up through the rocks and the minerals up through the surface of the planets, through your roots, sacral, solar plexus, up into your heart, your higher heart.
That magnetic divine motherly frequency races around your higher heart centre and activates it. Light codes flow up into your throat up into your pineal gland. They flow into your left and right brain. As the frequency from the earth gets stronger and stronger you feel that magnetic pull the electromagnetics from the stars. They flow fast and furious as you heal as you expand as you release. As you become aware of your own divinity, your own magic, you are a divine conscious spark of creation and right now you are co-creating your own health, your own reality. Be in this space and allow these frequencies to work their magic. Let go, beautiful soul. Be in this space. There is no time, there is no distance, there is no measurement.
I’m going to place my right hand over the back of your neck and my left hand over your forehead and start to run some codes, another set of high vibrational healing codes into your consciousness. These are ruby and emerald codes flowing out from my right hands into the back of your neck, up through your mind into your pineal gland, your pituitary, gland, your left and right brain. They flow out through your forehead, through my left hand, down my left arm, around my back and back through my right arm and through my right-hand circling around and around each time. They flow, they get stronger and stronger. These emerald and ruby codes communicate with the violet and diamond light, with the turquoise and gold codes from above, and mother earth’s magnetic frequency, the mag of the magdalen, the mother the divine feminine.
Be in this space. Allow your heart to expand and expand as the apex of the pyramid opens a little bit wider that starlight gets stronger and stronger. Every cell in your body vibrates from head to toe uncontrollably. The love you feel is supersonic. Just be in this space beautiful soul. You are amazing, incredible, extraordinary, a galactic titan from the stars. Feel this, know this. I’m going to take my hands off your neck, off your forehead. As you vibrate in this space the pyramid up above you start to shrink and descends. It moves down towards your crown chakra which opens like a thousand petals diamond lotus flower and that pyramid moves down through it. It shrinks and fits neatly around your pineal gland and then your crown chakra closes.
As you vibrate in this space the light from mother earth continues to flow, the light from my heart continues to flow as you vibrate in this space. You now become aware of multi-coloured rainbow light codes flowing in through the walls down through the ceiling up through the floor. These multi-coloured rainbow light codes move towards your physical body and your physical body starts to absorb them. You absorb them in through your back, your chest, your stomach, through your arms, your legs, your hands, your feet, in through the back of your neck and through your crown. These rainbow light codes race around the inside of your body and then boom they explode. Boom they explode again one after the other like fireworks exploding inside of your body letting off a new charge, a new frequency, a new level of healing.
Allow these rainbow light codes to work through your body as I close my own heart bringing my light back within myself, the frequency from mother earth slows down and eventually stops as these diamond rainbow light codes continue to race around the inside of you exploding and exploding. You start to become aware of your body, the in-breath and the out breath and the space in between. You start to feel the vibration in your bones, the tingling your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We are going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, we’ll open our eyes. Come back into this space and just take your time. There’s no hurry.
Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Take your time. There’s no hurry. Feel the energy, feel the love, feel the lightness and the vibration from head to toe as the healing continues to work. You can come back and do this as often as you like. You can set a new intention each time you come back and experience the magic. You are amazing, beautiful soul. You came to planet earth to express yourself fully, to be the magical being that you are, to live your own truth and your own divinity, to make up your own rules and regulations and to bow down to no one. You are a major force. Together when we unify as a global family, as a tribe, we’re unstoppable.
Speak your truth. Live your truth. Be your truth. Express yourself fully and dampen that magical sparkle for no one. Wherever you are on the planet right now go out into this world, hug your sisters and brothers so tightly and remember the golden rule of hugging, never, ever, ever be the first to let go ever.
