“What is the point of even sending this message? I phoned this person up and I said listen you know I love you. I said but why did you even bother sending me this message. This is a complete waste of time.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, I want to chat to you today about the ‘one’ that is working through the ‘all’. Quite often when we’re speaking to another human being on a higher level we’re actually speaking and communicating with ourself. We often forget this and the human being that we’re speaking to is most of the time unconscious of this very fact. Quite often at a higher level you have you testing you through another human being.

I’ll give you a prime example. About 24 hours ago, 36 hours ago. I’m on an island. There was a crazy storm, and all of the Internet blew out and I couldn’t get on the internet literally until last night, and I was doing an online sixth dimensional grid activation and it came on just before. Divine timing was meant to be now. I had some things that I needed to do online, and I was not able to do them unless I got a certain piece of information and so I phoned someone in our office, and I said listen I really need this and this, if you could just try and WhatsApp it to me, because I was getting like little WhatsApp messages were coming through but I just couldn’t plug onto any websites or anything like that. I couldn’t get into my emails.

I go to sleep. I wake up in the morning praying that I’m going to have these two pieces of information and all I got from this person that I’d asked the two pieces of information from were, “you know Jerry, your business revolves around being plugged into the internet. Don’t you think it would have been a wise decision to have asked if they had good internet before you went to this island. So, I sat there thinking what is the point of even sending this message? What is the point of even sending this message? I phoned this person up and I said, “listen you know I love you, I said, but why did you even bother sending me this message? It’s a complete waste of time.” I said the only reason that you’d send a message like this is if you wanted to get a big stick and poke it into the bees’ nest and see if the bees responded you know you sat there on an island. There’s a storm, the internet’s gone down. There’s nothing you can do about it, and someone is telling you should have checked the internet before you went.

So, I just breathed, I stayed in my heart, and I said to this this beautiful soul ,I said just what I said you would have wanted to do this if you wanted to see if the bees would have reacted and she said to me, “well you know I don’t really think like that and I don’t operate like that”, and I said, “I know. I know”, and anyway so we just had this conversation and the reason I’m sharing this is because, through this beautiful soul, my higher-self had communicated with her higher-self which is really the one ‘self’. it’s the one stream of consciousness and I got her to test me to see if I could stay in my heart and just allow her to try and press my buttons without changing my state, without my frequency dipping, without me getting annoyed or pissed off in any way shape or form that she’d sent me this really kind of condescending message that was just completely and utterly pointless.

In a way this is just a very basic example but as you move through time and space, as you encounter interactions with other people, family members, friends, and they press your buttons or try and press your buttons is a beautiful thing because you get to realize the contrast. Well, if you’d have said that to me a few years ago I probably would have reacted differently. So, now I see the one version of Jerry and now I see the other version of Jerry. They’re completely two different humans on two different frequency bands and that’s a beautiful thing to see that contrast. But as we’re moving through our daily activities we get tested by people and consciously they’re unaware that they’re testing us. Not everybody because sometimes people consciously try and press our buttons. That’s just the nature of the human game but a lot of the time it’s unconscious and people are sharing things with us, saying things to us, doing things that we may not like or that may have bothered us once upon a time and we get to choose a different response. Often that response is no response at all.

You know when you’re in your head and you’re bouncing around thinking all the time you react and when you become more conscious, and you breathe, and you walk consciously and breathe consciously and adopt that kind of external third-party perspective viewing your own reality as you move through reality yourself. So, it’s like you’re in two different spaces. You get to see all of this stuff so clearly and it’s a beautiful, beautiful thing. So next time someone does something that actually annoys you or maybe they do something, and you see your wanting to get annoyed on some level, but you’re conscious enough to not get annoyed on that level, just say thank you to this human being and also say thank you to yourself because really and ultimately there’s only one stream of consciousness and through the one we can test the all through the one the all are connected. There really is no separation.

So, every single human being that you encounter is just another version of you. They might look a little bit different. They might be taller or shorter, have a different skin colour, speak a different language, have different eye colours, have different temperaments. But ultimately, they’re just another version of you and if you really want your reality to be the best it can possibly be for you to really step up and move forwards and be the most powerful version of yourself, you’ve got to know that this is a game we’re playing and all the other players on the boards, they’re there to help you. They’re there to sharpen your steel so you mix with beautiful souls that will mirror back to you what it is that you need to work on, and you go away and deal with that stuff never blaming, never judging, always respecting everyone else and respecting yourself in any given moment. That way life becomes beautiful just like this beautiful soul who tried to test me with this internet issue. it’s a very simple example but it’s a great way of explaining what I’m talking about.

There are so many situations like this. So many in one of our group healings the other day in Bali. We had a gentleman that came into the group healing, and I was removing a shadow parasite from someone else, a lady that hadn’t slept for 22 years. Once I removed the demonic entity, the shadow parasite, her whole frequency changed. Her whole auric field, her eyes changed. Everything changed and she experienced the level of joy that she’d never experienced before. It was beautiful but when I was removing this from her, a demon in this gentleman got triggered. The demon was like I don’t want Jerry to remove me from his body, so he started playing up and the guy started becoming very rude and all of this sort of stuff. In the end it got too much, and we had to ask him to leave the group healing.

So, we sat outside, and you know the demon was talking through him and saying all sorts of crazy things you know to try and push my buttons, to try and push the buttons of other people in the space. I just went into my heart, and I opened my heart really, really wide and I shone so much light into the space, the demon just went right back down to the deepest part of this human being’s body, this gentleman’s body, and the guy walked over to me and he had completely flipped the switch and changed, and he was back to his normal self. He said Jerry I love you and he gave me a great big hug and it enabled me to see like this  disparity like this big change in consciousness because something was inside this human being and love was the answer. Love was the key. Now this entity was obviously still inside this human, and it had to be removed, but that’s a whole other story.

The point I’m making here is that reality is not always what we think is and just because we’re talking about some kind of demonic entity in another human being, that demonic entity is still part of the ‘all’. That demonic entity is still part of the one consciousness even though the consciousness of that demonic entity is on a lower frequency range. It doesn’t mean it’s separate. Everything came from the original substance, the original source, the original creator. It’s just that some frequency streams, some pieces of cod, they go off in different directions on different tangents and they get a little bit lost. Just because they’re lost it doesn’t mean that they’re separate. Quite often we find ourselves in darker, deeper spaces and then we find our way back to our heart and we move back into that state of equilibrium again. Just because we felt a little bit lost for a while it doesn’t mean that we were separate.

People say, “well, I’m disconnected from love”. You’re never disconnected from love because love is what you are. It’s what you are so you can’t be disconnected from it. You’ve just created a load of layers that are stopping you really feeling it at the moment, and you can dissolve those layers very quickly. Simply through different practices like breath work, meditation, qigong, exercise, clean eating, it’s easy to bring yourself back into a high frequency state. You’re amazing, beautiful soul. Just remember we are one and it doesn’t matter what you’re experiencing in another human being. They’re reflecting back something within you always, and they’re also giving you an opportunity to stand in your power and realize that nothing in your external environment can actually change your internal state of being unless you allow it to, and sometimes we do allow it to and they’re the learnings, they’re the wisdom teachings ,that’s the growth allowing yourself to learn and to grow and to not beat yourself up over it, to come back to your heart and say, “okay that’s just happened. What am I going to do next time?”

We get choices. Which choices are you going to make, beautiful soul? you are an extraordinary being and you came to this Earth with so many gifts, so many skills, so many talents and they’re all inside of you. Some of them, you may have realized but I guarantee there’s more. Take a deep dive into here. You have all the questions to all of your answers. You’re like Morpheus from The Matrix. You know everything. You’ve just simply forgotten little bits and pieces and now it’s time to wake up and remember that you are divinity walking in a human body and it’s magical and beautiful and special and powerful and mind-blowingly awe inspiring. So, go out enter this world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never, ever, ever be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging.

“They don’t just let anyone down here to play this game. This is like the Royal tournament okay; this is like the World Cup.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, why do we find life frustrating? Why do we find things in life frustrating? Why do we find it so hard to exercise patience sometimes? Well, it’s really simple. In the multi-dimensional playing fields, you’re a witch, you’re a wizard, you’re an alchemist you’re an architect, you’re flying around in your Merkabah field whizzing, creating magic just like that. You’re manifesting instantaneously. Everything is rapid, you’re moving at light speed, and then we as this really advanced species have to come way back millions of years in advancement to help the human species, this physical human race, go through this ascension cycle. It’s Bonkers, absolutely nuts, but this is the reality of the situation.

So, we get a little bit frustrated. Sometimes I think to myself why the heck did we do this? Why would we want to come back into this reality field, into this lower density space, when we’ve got it going on elsewhere as well, to come back into this lower density space. I mean it’s a job for someone that has trained for billions of years to be able to do this because coming back into this reality field takes a special type of soul. There are souls queuing up all over the place to try and get into this game, but you got to be at the top of your game to be allowed entry. That’s one way of looking at this. So, if you’re involved playing this game knowing that you can move at light speed in other dimensional spaces weaving and creating reality playing with the mathematics and everything’s just real fast, boom! It’s there, boom! It’s done and then you’re here and there’s a time lag. It’s like, “boy why is this happening?” We get frustrated, we get annoyed, sometimes a little angry. Sometimes we get a little pissed-off and it’s because we know deep in our hearts, deep in our souls, that this should just be happening right now.

I know sometimes when I’m just sat there and there’s an object down there on the floor and I’m picking it up in my mind and spinning it through the space and it’s not moving off the floor, I’m like “come on man”. I know that this should just be coming off the floor and just going wherever I want it to go because we have these multi-dimensional abilities locked in our DNA and that’s why we’re here to go through this whole process of remembering being stuck down in this deep dark dense space having to play this game to bring us back to where we already were beforehand. We were there. We bounced all the way back just to get back to where we want to go to. Its nuts. What’s the point of even doing it it’s just completely insane in a way but we decided to create this game. We decided to play this, roll the dice on this particular birth on Earth and go through this human evolutionary process.

The simple fact that you’re here and you’re going through this and you’re listening to me right now just shows that you’re a super superhuman because they don’t just let anyone down here to play this game this is like the Royal tournament. This is like the tournament for the elite. This is like the World Cup. They don’t just let any team; any individual being come down here onto this planet and play to sit at this poker table. You got to be at the best of the best to play amongst these elite soldiers. You have got to be the best of the best. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here. So just take a little bit of comfort in that fact that you’re awesome and every time you feel a little bit frustrated, a little bit annoyed that things are just taking a little bit longer than you anticipated, kick back, relax, take a nice long deep breath and know that patience is a superpower, a superpower of a superhuman and you are just being tested a little bit. Enjoy the process, enjoy the test. ultimately there is no end result even though we think there is we think there’s goals and there’s dreams and there’s end results but actually it’s just one fluid stream of mathematical code and the story’s already been written. So, there’s nothing for you to really achieve even though we create the illusion that there is a game for you to play and thoroughly enjoy it and realize it is a game because games are supposed to be fun, but we just take it a little bit too seriously.

So, next time you’re frustrated, next time you’re feeling a little bit impatient just know that out there in the multi-dimensional playing fields you’re a wizard, you’re a witch, you’re an architect, you’re an alchemist flying around creating beautiful realities and experiences and if you want to access this stuff right now just dive into your heart, become pure consciousness and start traveling through the multi-dimensional playing fields. Get in touch with these witch and wizard aspects, get in touch with these multi-dimensional soul aspects of you. You’ve just got to simply decide, you have got to simply choose to go and have those experiences and then being in this human body is a lot more interesting. You can switch between the physical and the multi-dimensional so you can play in both fields at the same time. Then you can experience frustration and patience and the wizardry, the alchemy, both ends of the spectrum, and then bring them into the zero point and love them both.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?

So, let’s talk about the halls of Amenti, the sacred corridors of vibration, and what they really were, and what they really are because were and are, they’re kind of the same thing, because there is no past, there is no future. In this physical world, in this third dimensional reality / fourth dimensional reality / holographic matrix, there is linear time and so things get old and decay. If you go to Egypt, you see the pyramids and they look old, they look dusty, there’s no water around them or under them anymore, there’s no jungle. When you tap into the multi-dimensional playing fields, that place is very alive and buzzing, right now.

But you’ve got to be able to navigate those dimensional fields and move your consciousness out from your body, into a different frequency band, and you can get access to the whole universe, man. Nothing’s out of limits, nothing’s beyond reach. This moving your consciousness through different frequency bands, through different dimensional fields is one of the elements to the halls of Amenti, underneath the Great Pyramid, underneath that Giza Plateau. That whole space is a huge, gigantic city. It’s the best way I can describe it. Back in 2015, when I was going to the mystery schools in Egypt, when I was remembering star magic, which I’ve shared in many of my books.

When I was going to the mystery schools in 2015, underneath the pyramids in Egypt, which I’ve wrote about in a couple of my books – Into the Light & Activate Your Superhuman Potential. I also wrote about it in Healing with Light Frequencies: The Transformative Power of Star Magic And going into these classrooms, these mystery schools, being shown ancient scrolls with codes by Thoth, who was the supposed creator, writer of these emerald tablets. I was shown how you can heal people with these codes and when I was under there, there were loads of other people in this mystery school, loads of other human beings and people that were non-human, or beings that were non-human, and after every class, I’d go exploring with my son and we’d find spaceships, we found healing pools.

All of the facilitators that we train in star magic, we’d take them to these healing pools, and then they start taking their clients there. The most incredible psychic surgery happens in those pools. If you go to starmagickhealing.org and check out the proofs section, you’ll see people that have had tumours removed in those healing pools, physical scars left on their body. That’s what I’m telling you, sharing with you. When you go into the quantum field, into these multidimensional playgrounds, it’s real. It might not physically be there right now, like this chair that I’m sat on, like that wall over there, like the phone that I’m recording into right there. Can’t reach out and grab it. But this stuff that I’m recording through right now is just pretty much space. It’s just vibrating at a certain rate, so it seems solid.

Now, just like we can go in and out of dimensional spaces, we can move in and out of bodies too. You’ve heard of walk-ins? I remember back when I was around 16, 17 years old, and I was back to go traveling with my girlfriend at the time. We bought an old camper van, and we were going to go traveling around Europe. But the universe had a different plan. The universe sent someone into the pub that we were having a drink at the night before we left, and this man knew that we were going traveling. He told us not to go. He said, “Take this yellow piece of paper,” and he gave us a telephone number and a name. There was the first name of a man and a Spanish mobile telephone number. This guy goes, “Go to Tenerife in the Canary Islands. You’ll earn at least 300 pounds a week. You’ll get free accommodation.” We’d never heard of the Canary Islands. This guy just walked out again. We ended up going and getting a map. There was no internet. Or if there was, we weren’t using it back in 1996, 97, whatever it was.

So, we got a map and we saw where Tenerife was. We ended up selling the camper van and getting two one-way tickets to Tenerife. Now, I stayed there for four years. I ended up meeting a man that introduced me to my first spiritual teacher. Loads of connections came out of that. I learned so many lessons on that part of my journey. So many tests, so many golden nuggets, and that is someone walking into our life in a different body. We never saw that man ever again. We don’t even know how he knew us. Never even seen him before. That’s happened to me a few times during my life. But spirit, frequency, consciousness, vibration can move in and out of dimensional fields and move in and out of different bodies.

If you go back to the halls of Amenti, what Thoth was sharing in the Emerald Tablets that he was able to move in and out of people’s bodies, and he could take over the consciousness of a body. Maybe there was a body with a soul inside of it, but he could come in and he could take that over or he could exit the soul and take over that body for a period of time and that soul could go off somewhere else. People went to the halls of Amenti according to these tablets to rejuvenate. The last days of their so-called life before they transitioned, they had tests that they had to go over or make it through. Now what I actually feel that this isn’t quite right, what I feel at the halls of Amenti are vibrational corridors, vibrational spaces, different frequency bands that you’ve got to traverse and travel through from the moment that you incarnate as a human being to the moment that you leave this physical realm. Or maybe you end up taking your body from this physical realm into a different vibrational space because you work out how to dematerialize and rematerialize again, and all of these gifts and all of these abilities, they’re going to be coming back to us and they are coming back to some powerful humans on this planet.

For me, what I’ve remembered is how to heal people at distance. You know, we remove physical injuries, illnesses, ailments from people’s disease and from people’s bodies and they could be all the way around the other side of the world. Because once you get into the fields, quantumly there is no distance, there is no measurement. There’s just now, there’s space and everything’s in the same space on that precise name on it. Not at the same time, but in the name of it. Because time doesn’t exist. Time is a construct. We’re in a spiritual war, as you probably well know. And it’s a battle for the right passage of our soul. It’s a frequency war and this frequency war is happening on so many different levels.

But one thing that is rife are shadow parasites. Entities, some people call them. Some people call them Djinns. I mean, there are slightly different variations of these parasites. They work in different ways. Some of them take over human consciousness whilst the soul is still in the body. Some of them take over a physical vessel in its entirety. Some of these beings, entities, they can work through someone’s mind consciousness from a very long way away. On another planet, on a spaceship, on another star. Some could be down in the ground. Because our bodies are literally biological computers. When you know how to operate the computer, you can slide in, and you can take over that computer because we’re wired and programmed just like a computer. But most people think that all of their thoughts are their own.

Now, if you go back to Egypt, and some of these high priests, they were playing around with this technology in a very serious way, and they’re still playing around with that technology now in Egypt, and it’s having an effect in all of our lives in this reality space right now because they can access us through these different dimensional fields. And this isn’t the only place on earth, or in the quantum anywhere. There are multiple other technologies on other planets, on other spaceships, that many extraterrestrials and other beings have got that enable them, there are pieces of technology that the military has here on this planet that enables them to come into our minds and help us make certain decisions. It’s why you get a lot of sleeping super soldiers. People that suddenly wake up one day, walk into a school and shoot people and can’t remember at the next. That’s because they were switched on. Okay, there were sleeper programs inside of them.

But these beings in Egypt are still going in. And they’re playing around with consciousness in a major way, not just on earth, but on other planets too through these vibrational corridors that are known as the halls of Amenti. The Egyptians had incredible rejuvenation chambers, not just under the great pyramid, not just under the Giza Plateau, but all throughout Egypt. If you go to our website, starmagichealing.org and you listen to some of the meditations in the meditation library, I’ve taken people into some of these rejuvenation chambers and the healing is next level, even though it’s quantum. There is no difference between the quantum and the physical.

Once you change and shift your level of awareness, set your different intentions, and make a certain choice and decision to access a certain vibrational field. Everything is possible. Now, people say that thought is a good guy. We’re all good guys and bad guys and good women and bad women. We’ve all got that potential inside of us, dark and light. Okay, now, when I was in the mystery schools, remembering how to use star magic, there were many incredible pieces of wisdom that I got from these codes, but there were also codes embedded within some of these frequencies, which weren’t the best and it took me a few years to work it out. It took me a few years because the way that they showed me to set Star Magic up was through the inverted matrix which siphons people’s energy.

So, we had to figure all of this out, reverse that and plug the star magic grid system back into source code, back into the primary light and sound fields, back into the God worlds, back into prime creator, back into that God spark. Now everything has good and not so good elements and what you’ve got to do as a human being is decide. You’ve got to use discernment: which is good, which is not so good, and you’ve got to take the goodness and cast the other stuff away or reconfigure, re-engineer and recode the stuff that isn’t so good because you can do that also, and that’s like the human bodies that we’re living inside of. They’re so powerful, but the mathematical codes that we’ve been running as a humanity is off. The mathematical code that nature has been running is off.

If you look at this holographic reality, okay, and you drill down into it, you look at those frequencies and tesseract cubed codes that box us in and lock us down and lock us off. That’s the holographic matrix that we’re playing in. But when you connect to the real frequency, it’s a spiral. It’s spirals of code that interchange and a fluid in motion. Nothing is stuck and solid, and before I went to the mystery schools in Egypt, back in 2009, I met a Lyran being in my friend’s garden in Egypt. I was meditating in the copper pyramid and this being took me to Alpha Centauri through a portal, and I met hundreds of Lyran beings. I’d never heard of Alpha Centauri. I’d never heard of Lyrans, and when I got there, they downloaded this frequency and code into me. It was the same frequency in cutlet, okay, that Thoth showed me on the scrolls in the mystery schools.

So, first of all, you know that this technology is extraterrestrial technology. This isn’t Egyptian technology. This is technology going back to the stars, and then you have to ask yourself, was Thoth Lyran or had Thoth had Lyran experiences because he shared with me Lyran, Sirian coding, predominantly Lyran, but elements of Syrian fractals in there. So, you know this frequency that we’re sharing through Star Magic is an alien extraterrestrial frequency. But when we train people in Star Magic, we download the coding into people. People, they’ve known this stuff for eons. This isn’t a new frequency.

All of the Reiki healers and bioenergy healers and quantum healers that have been studying energy healing for 30, 40, 50, 60 years that come to Star Magic for the next level, they disregard all of that other stuff because it isn’t the truth. There is only one truth. That truth is love. That truth is source. That truth is the one spiral code that comes out from the original template that rotates actually from source at a certain angular rotation. If you look at a lot of the geometry and a lot of the coding like Metatron’s cube, when you look at the old flower of life or the false flower of life, not the original flower of life, you see the lower frequency engineering in it that’s keeping people stuck in this tesseract technology, this cube technology. It’s dangerous.

If we’re going to truly ascend and go through this essential process, number one, we got to be connected to source because we’ve got to open our hearts and we’ve got to be love. That’s a major part of this equation. But then we’ve created this whole systematic structure which is becoming more fluid as we move through the vibrational levels, as we move up through the halls of Amenti, as we move up through those sacred vibrational corridors, as we move through the halls of Amenti, towards the god worlds, which we have to navigate through the arc of the covenant, which is a bend in space time, a stargate structure.

A lot of you know that just not last year, no, not this year, but last year, no, it’s 2024 now. So not 2023, but 2022, for my birthday, I hired the whole Giza pyramid to myself and went in in the dark. I’m going to make a whole video on this because it was an incredible experience. I’ve shed bits and pieces, but going into that pyramid, lying down in the king’s chamber in pitch black, no one else there, and being taken up through the arc of the covenant to the god worlds, I got to see this bend in space time myself. And when I came down back into my body, my body was facing 180 degrees the other way, minus 23 degrees. I was 23 degrees off 180, facing the other way. I don’t remember my body moving. Did my body move or did the pyramid move? This is a question for another video.

Now back to these halls of Amenti and these vibrational fields and high priests walking in and out of bodies, avatars. Just like the movie Avatar, Jake goes into the avatar to go and communicate with the blue beings, right? The avatars. He goes into an avatar; this technology is available. This technology’s been available for God knows how long, millions of years, maybe more. But they’re utilizing this technology and they’re creating havoc in our life. Now, we came down onto this earth plane knowing that we’d be getting involved in this kind of spiritual war and we’re so powerful. We knew we could handle it. But the thing is we get blank slated when we come down to the planet. So, we forget we’ve entered this game. Then we’ve got to go through this whole remembering waking up process. But when we do wake up and we start to remember our power, we get to realize that this game we’re playing is actually quite fun.

It’s not fun when you don’t know you’re playing the game and you keep waking up every morning and it is Groundhog Day, going round in circles like a hamster and a hamster wheel, in this constant battle to keep your head above water, to pay your bills and all the ‘crap’. We realize that this game is actually quite fun and what you can achieve in the multi-dimensional playing fields that has physical verifiable effects is massive. So, you can actually go to war, not in fear of anything bad happening because you just want to play the game. Because the game is exciting.

The Emerald tablets carry a lot of wisdom, a lot of knowledge, and again, if you go to Star Magic and go into some of the meditations in the library, go to some of the Mystery School teachings, you’re going to go through some meditations where we go in and we retrieve that knowledge, that wisdom, and we all have access to this stuff. People say you’ve got to go to the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records are everywhere. Anyone that tells you they are somewhere, and you can’t access them is full of ‘crap’. There are different levels of vibration within these records, and at certain levels of consciousness, you get access to different pieces of information, absolutely. But no one is denied access. You’ve just got to do the inner work, raise your vibration, and unlock those crystalline keys that allow you access, that allow you into this field of absolute magic and wonderance.

When you get into this war and you start playing around and you enjoy the game, you realize that these shadow parasites that are playing havoc in so many people’s lives, you can take them out, encode them, re-encode them and send them back to source or whichever dimension or field they need to go to, to continue with their own learning, because we’re all learning and growing. It doesn’t matter what kind of being we are, we’re all at some stage of our journey and we’re all remembering.

So, you have to honour and respect all of the pieces of the puzzle, all of the players in the game, because if they weren’t playing the game, you wouldn’t be able to get to play it. You’d have no one to play with. It would be boring. And that’s one of the incredible things about the universe. The universe, it gets sleepy, and it forgets, and it wakes back up again and then goes out and starts to manifest into physicalness, beings, planets, stars, whatever it is. Gets curious and it grows and expands into a whole new galaxy and another whole world and multiple galaxies and then multiple universes, et cetera, et cetera. Then the universe gets crazy and blows itself up again. This is a Hindu philosophy. They reckon the universe is asleep for 4.2 billion years, then it wakes up for 4.2 billion years, gets crazy, explodes, and goes to sleep again for 4.2 billion years, and that’s kind of what it’s like for humans too.

You think about it, you start a new nutritional program. It’s going really well. And then someone offers you to come out. For a night out, you have a few beers, you have a pizza, have some ice cream, and it ruins all that hard work that you’ve done, and so you go backwards and forwards. You forget what it’s like to go out and have a beer and have some ‘shitty’ food and some ice cream. So, you indulge in it, and then you realize how ‘crap’ you feel the next day. So, then you go to, you go out and you get healthy again, and then eventually you go to sleep again. That’s a mini version of the universe. It happens in relationships, it happens in business, it happens in all walks of life, but it happens on a universal level too, as above so below, as within, so without. We’re an extension of the universe, and the universe is an extension of us, and when we recode our inner geometry, we recode the macro too.

When we recode our inner geometry, we recode mother nature, and mother nature recodes the whole planet and so on, the whole galaxy and other beings that have lost their way, that are living off a false code because this isn’t just a planetary issue, this is a galactic and beyond issue, but we’re Jedi Knights, and that’s why we came to this planet, to be the Jedi Knights that we are, to remember our truth, and to play this game, and to recode the planet, our humanity, to come together as sisters and brothers, to feel alive again, to remember that we’re superhumans, and that when we unify as sisters and brothers, as a human family, and our hearts open as one unified force, it’s like an atomic bomb of super love, that will just create the most incredible tsunami that will wipe its way through this planet, and send us into the Diamond Age, where we will be one, where we won’t be on a planet that’s been carved up and separated into countries, and towns and cities, a world where there’s multiple languages, a world where there’s multiple religions.

There is only one religion, and that religion is love, beautiful soul. You know that. I know that. We know that. Love, vibration, crystalline code, this is the way of the force. We are light and dark, bring them into the zero point, alchemize and be the alchemical warrior goddess, warrior god that you are. There is so much magic to access, but you’re never going to find it externally. You’re going to find it in the world, you’re going to find it in the world, you’re going to find it externally, you’re only going to find it in the depths of, an elaborate, this cosmic heart, this stargate in your chest. It gives you access to so much data, that you got to be brave enough to dive in. It’s a journey of the brave, the weak, go out into the world and make excuses.

Don’t take responsibility looking for someone to rescue them and save them. No one’s coming to rescue you, I’m certainly not. No one else on this planet’s coming to rescue you. And if they do and try, they’re doing you with this service. Because for you to truly raise your frequency and become powerful, you got to pull yourself out of the depths of despair and raise your frequency so high that you bust through those frequency fences and those shallow parasites, those beings, can’t pull you back down again and feed off of your guilt, your fear, your rejection. You emanate so much love that you become untouchable, unshakable, un-fuck-with-able. That’s where it’s at, beautiful soul.

So, take the challenge, rise through the halls of Amenti, navigate the guardians on the way. Those shallow parasites that try and trick you because they will try and trick you all the way up to the last minute when you leave your physical body. So, six-dimensional grids. People talk about moving into 5D and whilst we are on this ascension process moving through these frequency bands on this ascension cycle, there’s always elevation, there’s always inward movement, there’s always another level, and the 6D grids have been constructed and are still being constructed at the moment, and these 6D grids they comprise of the most incredible 111-sided shape made of fluid moving equilateral triangles that encompasses the Earth. There’s one around our physical body and we’ve also got one in our hearts and what we need to do is we need to link these six-dimensional grids up, the three of them, and through that they link to different Stargate systems and different multi-dimensional layers of architecture throughout our whole Earthly structure.

In life if we don’t keep growing, we end up getting stagnant and we slide backwards the same thing happens on this journey, this ascension journey. It’s very easy to slip down back through frequency bands, through vibrational levels, vibrational scales. You could be there one moment having a beautiful day, high on life, and then the next minute you’re feeling a little bit down, a little bit depressed, whatever it might be. Your frequency dips and this can happen on a grander scale. So, mirrors and triggers. When a human being gets triggered, most of the time they blame someone else. They blame them, they judge them. They don’t want to take responsibility just because someone says something or does something, and it makes you feel a certain way, that’s not their fault. They’re actually doing what they were supposed to do. Be the mirror, be the activator, that triggers you, or me in my reality.

If someone triggers you, what you should really be doing is saying, “thank you, thank you, for showing me what I need to work on”, not you said this, you said that you did this, you did that. No, that’s going into victim mode. Be a legend, own your stuff, and simply make a choice and decide this is a beautiful thing. There’s another trigger that I’m aware of, or there’s a trigger that I’ve still got that I thought I’d dismantled and dissolved, it’s still there, let me look at that again. Boom, you can do the work and you can facilitate your own healing.

It’s a beautiful world that we live in and everything outside of you is a reflection of how you’re feeling. It’s a reflection of how you’re thinking. It’s a reflection of who you are on some level personally, collectively. When you’re at a lower level of consciousness it’s very difficult to take responsibility. If you go into an environment where there’s healing taking place and you get triggered you should take responsibility, not blame the human being, the facilitator, the healer, whoever’s running the workshop. They were just playing their role.

They were just playing the character that they had to play in that moment to mirror back to you what you needed to work on so you could do the work and heal. But a lower level of consciousness will always externalize it and put some kind of blame or judgment or twist on the unfolding of events because they just can’t take self-responsibility. But anyone that truly knows the game and inner stands how this holographic reality works, this human game, they take responsibility. They say, “thank you”. They never blame, or judge and they just go away, knuckle down, do the work, and create healing for themselves.

We create our realities, beautiful soul. If someone is triggering you on some level, you helped co-create that. You helped co-create it and bring them into your reality field so they could show you what you needed to work on. You wrote that into your story but then you don’t want to take responsibility for it. You’d rather pass judgment. You’d rather blame because it just seems much easier in the moment. But ultimately, it’s an inevitable long windy road into nowhere that’s never going to get you the healing that you require. You’re just going to end up going around in circles or down a deep dark hole of despair trying to figure things out and you’re never going to be able to do that.

It’s like an alcoholic. First of all, they’ve got to hold their hands up and say, “you know what I’m an alcoholic”, and then that human being has got a chance of healing, becoming sober. It takes a level of awareness and a level of consciousness to be able to have that self-awareness to realize that there’s something you need to work on in the first place because society is conditioned to externalize and to point the finger and to blame and to judge and defend so to actually say you know what, this is my problem, this is my responsibility, is very difficult for most people. But it’s the only way. It really is the only way, and actually it’s a much easier way once you’ve decided to take that course of action and take that path and walk down it.

But to start with it seems like a much more difficult road because of the way that society has made us think and made us take certain pieces of action and walk certain paths because we have this identity, and we have to defend this identity. If we don’t hold our identity strong someone else might think less of us. These are all just Illusions. These are all just conditionings. These are all just crazy ways of controlling and manipulating society.

Ultimately there is only one truth. There are different perspectives of Truth depending on whoever’s looking through the lens at the situation but even if you’ve got all these different perspectives, ultimately there is only one truth, and that truth is love and it doesn’t matter what you’re experiencing. If you bring love into the equation love will dissolve and burn and melt away anything else so ultimately there only is one truth. But again, we as a species find it very difficult to love because we find it very difficult to love ourselves and if we can’t love ourselves then the external world is going to mirror back to us not much love at all maybe anger, maybe this, maybe that, but it’s not going to be pleasant.

What we have to do, beautiful soul, is take responsibility. It’s the only way to raise our frequency, elevate our levels of consciousness, and empower ourselves. Empower ourselves to be the formidable humans that we came to Earth to be, the supersonic angelic 12-strand humans that can communicate telepathically, use telekinesis, heal people at distance, bilocate, levitate. It’s all in our DNA code, but if you can’t love yourself then what chance have you got of all these other multi-dimensional faculties rising from the depths of your computer code, your DNA, and your biological computer, your body, and your brain, supercharging your human experience.

If we can’t be present enough to listen to another human being without thinking, or judging, what chance have we got? If someone triggers us and presses our buttons and we can’t say “hey, thank you man, thank you, beautiful soul. You pressed my buttons and I still need to work on this stuff. Amazing, I’m going to go and work on it”. If we can’t do that simple thing, what chance have we got of communicating telepathically. It’s a nonstarter because to communicate telepathically you need to be extremely present. You need to be extremely still to hear the communication. The communication telepathically from another human being is very similar to the communication from the universe, higher self, inner self, oversoul.

There are many multi-dimensional elements and levels and layers of our consciousness, but how do you expect to tap those if you can’t even take self-responsibility and realize that it’s on you and in my reality it’s on me and everything is just a game of mirrors. These mirrors are beautiful. If you don’t like what you see in the mirror, change who’s looking in the mirror. It’s that simple. If you don’t like what you see in the mirror change who’s looking into the mirror and I guarantee you’ll get a different reflection, simple mathematics, baby.

Wherever you are on this magical planet, go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never, ever be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging, beautiful soul, and the thing is about hugging it’s such a beautiful medicine. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, rituals and contract rituals can be good when you have daily rituals which are really like daily habits. You get up you do this you do that, and you use these daily rituals to maintain discipline, to keep your frequency high, to elevate as a human being and to keep your body healthy to do all the things that you need to do to be a supersonic high frequency being on this planet. Then there are rituals that are not so cool, and you find a lot of human beings handing over their power and their energy because of ritual.

I remember when I went to India a few years ago and I went to this, it was like a set of temples, and it was on a large piece of ground. They had like a Ganesha Temple and a Shakti and a Shiva Temple. All these different gods that they make offerings to. So, I’m walking around this this Temple place. I was probably there for a good two hours and when you look under the ground underneath all of these temples in the earth it makes you want to be sick, like the energy is so dense so heavy and you can see what is happening. People are going and offering food, they’re offering money, they’re offering their heart, they’re offering their blessings and they’re down on the ground praying to all of these so-called gods. What’s actually happening during this process is the energies being siphoned down into the ground by negative beings and then that energy is used.

So, what ends up happening is the human being that is praying to this particular God is becoming like a servant, becoming like a slave, and on a daily basis, weekly basis, however often, they go down to these temples. They’re handing their power over, and they’re being siphoned of their life force. This is disgusting but most people don’t know because most people have been indoctrinated in a certain way to believe this or believe that and obviously that’s part of their journey too. So, we’re not here to judge them. We’re not here to say that you know they’re wrong for doing that, but this is what is happening, and we have to make people aware and then we as human beings have to make different choices once we get the knowledge, once we get the information. If you don’t believe the information and you don’t believe the knowledge and you want to carry on down that road then that’s just the way that it is. There’s nothing that anyone can do about that.

However, it’s still important to share the information. A lot of women they pray to the Moon, a lot of women bathe their crystals in the moon, and again you know handing your energy over, opening your heart to the Moon is not always the best thing because there’s so much stuff taking place on the moon. There is so much negativity, so much corruption, so much manipulation that is being exchanged through that Moon energy and the Moon is supposed to run with the woman’s cycles. What ends up happening is the womb consciousness, which is beautiful, which is powerful, which is what we men have to support, nurture, and love on planet Earth so that the energy can be rebirthed through the womb. But when women are out there praying and handing their power over and doing certain rituals with moon energy their womb consciousness is being infiltrated and you get a lot of women that download certain ethic implants.

They’ll come into contact with certain beings ethically and before you know they’ve got what we call shadow parasites in their energetic field or in their physical body and what shadow parasites like to do is they take over the human vessel. They communicate with the human, and they put thoughts into the human being’s head and the human being thinks that the thoughts in their own head are their own, so they start taking action based off those thoughts. The idea of these negative beings is to bring the frequency of the human being down because when the frequency of the human being is lowered, they become a food source to these negative beings and again what happens is the energy is siphoned down into the ground, into certain grid structures. It’s sent into certain containers and holding spaces around the planet and then that energy is sent off planet, also on planet to feed beings that are here amongst us all down in the ground.

But it’s often sent off Planet too and on a full moon they use that energy and rebound it from the full moon back down into Earth. Hence more destruction, more murder, more chaos, more suicide, etc, etc. Again, just lowering the frequency but using our own energy against us just like the people in India going to the temples and handing their power over to Shakti and Shiva and Ganesh and all these other so-called deities. Their own energy is being siphoned. It’s just trickery in broad daylight. If you’re going to commit a crime, if you’re going to pull off a robbery, do it in front of everybody because no one suspects it, and this is the same thing happening in in broad daylight. Obviously not at nighttime with the moon, that’s in the moonlight however that moon is bright, and everybody can see it. But not everybody can really see it. Some people see it. In fact, everyone sees it, but some people really see it the truth for what it is.

We as humans get to choose. We can empower ourselves or disempower ourselves but if you don’t know you don’t know, and this is a problem. So, it’s important for us to share this knowledge so more people can find out about it and hopefully take a different course of action. We are powerful gods and goddesses and these beings that live amongst us, some of them very positive. Some of them not so positive. The aim is it’s a war on consciousness. It’s a war for the right passage of your soul because certain beings think that they own our soul. In Star magic we specialize in taking these being beings out from someone’s energetic field or stopping them manipulating with them from another spaceship or down in the ground from another planet or somewhere in the ether.

You have many different types of programming. You have military programming. There are certain children on Earth that go through horrific circumstances, raped, and tortured, and what happens is the Kundalini is activated at a very young age and it splits the base of the brain stem when the energy rises up through the spinal column. Then what happens is it’s very simple to come in and create split personality disorders so a young child that grows up into a teenager and an adult has multiple personalities and they don’t even realize they’ve got them and then what happens is they wake up one day and they’re an assassin. They wake up another day they’re a super soldier. They wake up another day and they are a lawyer. They have different personalities for different jobs. So, you’ve got a walking sleeping human that is completely activated to an extremely high level and highly skilled and highly trained and they’re not aware of it.

Then one day that human being gets up and does something that harms people. We deal with a lot of this stuff in Star magic. We have men and women that wake up in their dreamtime and they’re being taken out of this physical reality, and they fight, and they end up not getting taken. They end up with black eyes or broken collar bones, bust up lips, having a real fight with these real beings. It sounds crazy I know but we get a lot of clients that come to us in Star magic that have these experiences and so we help them. We help deprogram them; we help remove the split personality disorders. We have clients that are brought into Masonic ritual circumstances where they’re raped and they have to witness murder, the murder of a 2-year-old boy the murder of a one-year-old girl, right in front of their very eyes.

We’ve had clients that have come to us, and they’ve had to witness their best friend’s head being cut off and again this sounds crazy. I know but this stuff is happening and it’s out there and I’m not sharing this to put you in fear. I’m just sharing this because it’s happening, and it is important that people are made aware of this stuff and it’s also important that people know that there is someone that can help them. We have a number of souls in Star magic healing that are trained to deal with this stuff. So, if you are one of these souls that has been traumatized or you know someone that has, point them in the right direction. There are some crazy situations happening out there in the world and a lot of the time when you’re dealing with other people you’re dealing with negative beings.

A lot of the time when relationships split up it’s because entities, shadow parasites, are infiltrating that human being’s consciousness and it’s causing chaos and mayhem. There’s a lot of witchcraft out there. This stuff is real. This stuff is potent too. I had an experience literally in the last month or so where there was some witchcraft involved and we woke up one day and the insides of our cat were on the outside because of this witchcraft. Sometimes these lower vibrational beings will try and hurt those that are closest to you. The cat is healthy again but imagine waking up and seeing all of your cats’ insides on the outside. It’s not a very nice thing to experience and for the cat it’s horrific. So, you know there are many different ways that these beings try and get into our system and what we have to do is to realize that being self-aware is mission-critical by staying in our heart, living consciously, breathing consciously, and stop thinking about the future. Stop thinking about the past.

Literally be here now, and as you take your steps through time and space, walk consciously being aware of your environment because a lot of this stuff that is taking place is happening energetically. it’s invisible to most people and when people are caught up in the in the chaos inside their mind inside, their head all of those crazy thoughts, then they very rarely miss when there’s a dip in their frequency. If there’s a dip in their frequency that’s obviously the first sign of something shifting and so if you’re aware you can go in. You can bring up your own hologram, you can tap into that, and you can see what is going on inside your body and you can change it, shift it, remove it, but when you’re bouncing around in your head all the time it’s very hard to be self-aware. It’s very hard to be cool and calm as a cucumber and to realize everything that’s taking place.

So, we’re often our own worst enemies and these negative beings’ prey on that. That’s why we’re kept busy. They don’t want us to be still because when we become still, we notice. We notice the truth and the truth isn’t what we’ve been told. The truth is the truth is way different. Now it doesn’t mean that you’ve got to be scared of the truth because the truth should be embraced. However, if you don’t know the rules of the game, how can you play the game, if you don’t know the rules of the game, how can you play the game? You’re always going to get beat, right? But the only way you’re going to find your power, discover your power, is to take a deep dive into here (your heart) because you are not going to find it in the external world. That’s just going to take you down rabbit hole after rabbit hole. But this my friend, my sister, my brother is going to take you into a whole new world of magic, beauty, love, expansion, and you’re going to really truly understand who and what you are on a level of frequency, on a level of vibration, on a level of code, mathematics, and that’s when you harness your power. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?

So, what do you do when you’re lost? What do you do when you can’t find your way through when you feel like you’re down in the depths of despair. Everything is just melting around you and you can’t see the wood through the trees. You can’t see the way forwards, left, right, backwards, whatever, what do you do? Well, the thing is this. The reality of the situation is that most of the time when you’re feeling lost, you’re not really lost, what’s happening is old parts of you are dying. Your frequency is shifting and pieces of you that no longer serve you fall away. They dissolve. You’re going through a rebirth but what happens is when we go through the rebirth there’s parts of us that get scared. That little voice in the head starts to comment and chatter away and tell you that it’s not safe, that you’re losing this and it’s dangerous and you start to feel uneasy, and some people go into panic.

Some people feel very uneasy when you’re feeling lost the best thing you can do is to lean into the process, embrace the process, and to realize that you are going through a shift right now on planet Earth. The frequency is amplifying, the vibration is changing. Consciousness is massively expanding throughout our human community and many people are going through this rebirth process, and you see a lot of people that are really struggling at the moment. There are lots of people that are thriving but there are lots of people that are struggling, and it feels like their whole life is falling apart. But for something new to come into your reality you have to make space. You have to make room, whether it’s in business or a relationship or whatever. It is whatever goals and pursuits, whatever mission you’re on, whatever your purpose is. If you’re going down a road sometimes you’ve got to change direction and to enable yourself to change direction you’ve got to declutter the roads. You’ve got to create some space so you can see.

When everything’s full there’s no space for new energy. When your life feels like it’s falling apart, and you feel like you’re lost don’t try and find your way. That’s the worst thing you can do. The best thing you can do is to breathe, be extremely patient and just allow yourself to be in the process and then what will happen is the way will appear but whenever you’re trying to force something, whenever you’re trying to beat something into place and you’re trying to find a way where there is no way then you’re just going to cause yourself more pain. Now there is always a way but when it’s too early for the way to present itself. You’re not going to find it what you’ve got to do is to kick back, be patient, and I guarantee you, I promise you, the energy will shift and move because you harness that present moment.  As soon as you do you alchemize, and you transmute and everything that’s in the zero point is what should be in the zero point and anything outside of the zero point becomes a distortion and you see it. When you see it, you know which way you need to go.

Do I go this way, or do I go this way? Or do I just stay very still and be patient for another little while whilst the energy builds, whilst the space opens up even more, and then at a certain point in time you just know when something presents itself and, boom, you’re off on your way and there’s no stopping you. Sometimes when you can’t find the way forward and you feel like you’re totally lost, the best thing to do is to become patient because you learn in that space you grow in that space. When you are patient, you create much more space in your mind, in your body, in your environment, and the emptier that space is the more goodness you get to experience and the more growth you get to have and go through as a human being on this wild and beautiful journey as a soul in this physical body. When you feel lost, you’re not really lost. you’re like a phoenix rebirthing out from the ashes and you’re going to bounce back stronger.

Scientists have cut caterpillars out of chrysalises too early and the caterpillar can’t fly. Okay, the butterfly can’t fly. The reason the butterfly can’t fly is because it’s not been in the darkness long enough. Sometimes you’ve got to sit in the darkness, same as me, all of us, because when you’re in the darkness you’re growing. You’re getting stronger but a lot of people don’t like the darkness because they can’t see. But remember that inner light inside of you never goes out. So, when things look a little bit dull and bleak externally take a deep dive into the magic of your own heart, the labyrinth of your own inner workings and I guarantee you when you connect to that diamond light it will communicate with you. It will calm you and it will show you the way. It’s actually quite simple but we as humans have been conditioned to try and beat life into shape instead of being still and allow life to present itself to us in a much more fluid capacity.

Wherever you are on the planet, beautiful soul, just know that you are a Spiritual Gangsta. You’re a warrior God, you’re a warrior goddess, a lion, a lioness. You’re powerful. You’re an alchemist, you can alchemize reality, you can create and recreate from the quantum field anything and everything. Then whatever it is that you’re creating in those fields of potential invisibility which are to the trained Mind’s Eye totally visible and totally real. You get to create a reality that will manifest in physical form very quickly especially the way the energy is speeding up on the planet right now and timelines collapsing and zero point and everything is now, now, now. Nothing is tomorrow or in 3 weeks’ time. It’s happening very quickly, is speeding up faster and faster. So, live in your heart, be present, know that you’ve got this and that you wrote the story to this crazy movie, and it’s already a foregone conclusion. The result, the end goal, has already happened. You’ve just forgotten. That’s all.

Why does your frequency dip and what do you do when your frequency does dip, and if your frequency does dip how long should it dip for? As we start to discover more about who and what we truly are, these incredible multi-dimensional beings, it can be challenging at first, strange at first, weird at first. You know you’re uncovering parts of you that you never knew existed, or had forgotten existed, or been conditioned to believe that never existed in the first place. So, you’re unravelling this mystery and when you’re doing that and you’re on this journey and you’re starting out everything is new or so it seems. It’s just that you’ve forgotten.

Really, it’s not new but it seems new to you and so you’re on a certain vibration and you start to do the work. You discover things, you realize that you can level up, you can upskill, you can elevate, you can expand, you can go to another level, and as you do that something comes in to sideswipe you and your frequency dips and quite often when your frequency dips at the start of your journey you don’t really notice it that much because your frequency was quite low to start with. For most people, myself included, as you go on this journey and you dive deeper into the labyrinth of your own inner workings, that mysterious stargate of the heart, and you start to explore yourself and get to know yourself at a much deeper level, you get to realize that there is always another level. It doesn’t matter how far you climb, you can always go higher, or you can always go deeper and as you go on this journey and you either raise your consciousness, elevate your consciousness, expand it and your frequency heightens and then something comes into side swipe you again and your frequency dips, you notice it a lot more because you’ve gone from here to here instead of from here to here or from here to here.

Then what happens at the next level of the game, you go even higher and as your frequency dips it never really comes all the way back down to here, but it might go to here. But you still notice it and quite often to bring your energy levels back up and your frequency back up it can take sometimes days, sometimes weeks, at the start of your journey. But as you get further and further into it, it takes days, sometimes hours and then you get to a stage where it sometimes takes minutes, seconds, and then ultimately you get to a stage where there’s no margin for error. It’s actually unacceptable to let your frequency dip. However sometimes it does and what you shouldn’t ever do is beat yourself up over it. What you should do is just realign, re-engage, come back into equilibrium, come into the zero point of the heart, and make that choice to be fast and efficient and bring your frequency straight back up again. As soon as you come into the frequency, into the zero point, into that love energy, then everything else in your external environment, it can no longer bother you. You can really bring your frequency back up faster.

We’re moving into a time and a space right now where we’re collapsing so many timelines. We’re multi-dimensional beings and if you’re doing work on yourself or even if you’re doing work on a client or a family member, or whoever that work is, not just happening to them, that healing that you’re facilitating is not just happening to them in this physical realm, in this physical reality. So, what’s actually happening is multi-dimensional versions of them are coming into healing too and sometimes on multiple timelines. You have all of this stuff collapsing at the same time. Now that creates huge healing and quite often a human being can be like on a bit of a roller coaster up, down, up, down, whilst they allow all this stuff that was old and ancient, deep in their cells, deep in their DNA code, to come to the surface because the DNA is like computer code. It stores data, it stores frequency, it stores information. Some of it’s positive and some of it’s not so depending on the experiences that are out there in the field experiencing reality high frequency, reality low frequency reality, which are all part of the one reality because nothing is separate.

As we go on this journey, and we move through this ascension process we have to be so in alignment we have to be living from this heart space right here because when you’re living from this space, you’re so much more conscious. You’re so much more self-aware and so when that frequency dips, you’re on it and you feel like something isn’t right and you stop what you’re doing. You re-engage your focus and you bring yourself back to where you need to be back, into that zero point. Sometimes when you tip out of alignment it’s a good reminder this is where I don’t want to be because often as humans we forget. So, the contrast can be important but as a high frequency being, prevention is better than cure. No one really wants to get ill and if you have a clean lifestyle and you take care of your thoughts, your emotions, your body, your brain, your physical fitness, you put good foods into your body, you exercise it, qigong and you meditate it, you breathe it properly, you love yourself, then it’s actually quite hard to become ill, to get disease, injury. Because all injury, illness and disease are results of some kind of emotional trauma that’s taking place either in this physical reality or in some kind of other soul experience which isn’t past or future.

It’s now because once you get into the quantum field, the past and future doesn’t exist. But ultimately as human beings we got to stay on the that razer’s edge. We got to stay on that that tight rub knowing that if we concentrate too much we’re going to be in our head, and we’re probably going to fall off knowing that if we go too deep into it, we’re going to become unconscious, a too deep state of meditation and just fall asleep and fall off the tight rope. So, the human being walking down the tight rope, walking on that razor’s edge, wants to be in the middle, semiconscious, semi-awake, bouncing between the physical and the non-physical. By maintaining that space of balance right on the zero point, neither dark, neither light, neither up, neither down, neither left, neither right, right in the middle, neither hot, neither cold. When you dive into the heat it’s too hot. When you dive into the cold you can’t stay there forever. You’re going to freeze but in the middle the water’s just right, the temperature’s just right. So, that middle way, that middle balance is where we always want to be. If we stay there, ride in that middle road, then it’s highly unlikely your frequency is going to dip because by riding that train, that Middle Road, you’re whole and you’re encompassed in everything.

So, there’s no reason for your frequency to dip because being whole you’re connected to everything. All of those high frequency elements, all of those low frequency elements, they’re merged in wholeness right down that middle road, right in that zero point, but the minute you come at the zero point, that’s when your frequency can change because you’re not stabilized and the only human being that can stabilize you is you, and the only human being that can stabilize me in my reality is me. So, it’s a matter of choice. What do you choose to be stabilized in the zero point so that your frequency doesn’t fluctuate, or do you want to ride the road next to the zero point where you’re always getting pulled in and out. Eventually you should align and come into the zero point but again that comes down to your levels of awareness and how much you can surrender and truly let go and be with the flow because the flow will always take you into the zero point but when you resist, fingernails dug into the river bank, ultimately your nails are going to get ripped out but if you let go, the water will take you into the middle and you’ll flow down the river, down the stream, effortlessly, fluidly just like water until you alchemize with the water and become the water. This is where the magic happens, beautiful soul.

You are amazing. The question is do you know that that’s what’s important? Do you know that you’re full of magic? Do you know that you’re an alchemist? Do you know that you’re powerful and that this life, this reality is there to be enjoyed. We’re supposed to wake up every morning with joy as our natural default state loving every second on this beautiful planet. Do you? If you don’t ask yourself why and then change something because this world is full of beauty, intelligence, magic, and incredible gifts the universe just wants to bestow into your life. But unless you’re listening here instead of here, it’s going to be a tough ride.

“You’re like a hot air balloon with sandbags all around it. That hot air balloon is never going to get off the ground while the ropes are attached to those sandbags. So, you’ve got to get a big knife and chop those ropes and let the sandbags fall to the floor and then the air balloon can take off and soar.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, let’s talk about the greatest commodity that you have. You might own a property, you might have money in the bank, you might have clothes and jewellery, cars, different physical material things in your life which might seem very important. The house you live in, the money in your bank, are very important for most people and in this physical reality. They do carry some weight and they are needed but your greatest commodity is your frequency. It is your energy and your energy, your frequency, your own energetics, should be what you value the most because when your frequency is high, when your heart is expanded and you’re bouncing around on that frequency connected to source through the Stargate of your heart, through that diamond spark, and you’re living on that vibration of joy, everything starts to work. Everything in your life starts to flow.

So many people are trying to manifest thinking, visualizing. It’s a waste of time if your frequency isn’t right. As your frequency rises there’s other people in your world, in your reality, that are going to try and bring your frequency down like crabs pulling other crabs back into the bucket. Most of the time those human beings that are going to try and pull you back are the ones that are closest to you because when you start to elevate and expand, and your vibration goes up you shake and rattle the lives of everyone around you. Now there are going to be people in your camp that love the fact that your frequency is rising. Love the fact that you’re expanding, love the fact that you’re moving into success and transformation and your life is growing new wings. They’re the kind of people you want in your camp. They’re the kind of people you want sat around your table. They’re the kind of people you want in your close-knit community.

But there are going to be other people that you’ve got to let go of most of the time. It’s people that are really close to us and when your frequency shifts it changes their reality because you’re on a similar frequency to these people and now yours is going up. So, on some level they get scared. They notice this vibrational shift, this disparity, and so unconsciously they do things to try and press your buttons to bring you back down again and that’s not their fault. It’s a beautiful thing actually because it challenges you. You get the opportunity to say no to them and yes to you. You get the opportunity to say yes to your expansion and no to the life that you’re leaving behind. You’re like a hot air balloon with sandbags all around it. That hot air balloon is never going to get off the ground while the ropes are attached to those sandbags so you’ve got to get a big knife and chop those ropes and let the sandbags fall to the floor and then the air balloon can take off and soar. Those sandbags are the people that are closest to you, that are trying to drag you back down like the crabs pulling the other crabs back into the bucket.

Now you can give them an opportunity and say, ‘hey listen, I’m riding this train. You want to come with me?’ They might say heck yeah and that’s beautiful you can bring them into the basket and off you go because once they get into that basket the sandbags become lighter but whilst they’re hanging around the outside full of all of that toxicity, old debris, old emotions attached to their past and anchored into that 3D time Matrix. They’re not fit to fly at your frequency, so you’ve got to chop them off, let them go like dead branches on a tree. They fall, they wither, they disperse back into the ground. But everybody deserves an opportunity but ultimately you can’t hang around. You can’t wait forever and if people don’t want to shift you got to protect your energy, hold your frequency really high, stay in your heart on that vibration of love, joy, ecstasy, passion, courage, commitment, discipline, freedom, sovereignty, kindness, compassion, ready to elevate into new frequency bands.

Your energy is your greatest commodity. It really is more important than the money in the bank, the house you live in, the clothes you wear on your back. when your frequency’s dipped right down it doesn’t matter how much money you’ve got, doesn’t matter how big your house is, doesn’t matter how fancy your clothes are, you’re going to feel like ‘crap’ because your vibration is low. If you haven’t got a house and you haven’t got a car and you haven’t got fancy clothes on your back and lots of money, if you are right on that frequency of love connected, merged, with the heart, totality of the universe, the vibrational playing fields, you want for nothing because you feel so full inside. Actually, when you get onto that frequency by default everything flows into your life and things like money and houses and all of these material things they just flow because they’re part of creation right but if you value them more than the most important commodity in your world, in your life, in your reality which is your energy, your frequency, then those other things can dissipate and dissolve away.

So, focus on being on that vibration of love and don’t let anyone or anything drag you back down. Never lower your frequency to fit into someone else’s paradigm. You’re better than that, beautiful soul. This is about you. This is about you flying high and loving every second of this magical life. It’s a moment-by-moment experience and if you live in that present moment giving yourself the best gift, the best present, the present moment, everything else takes care of itself. So, value your energy. Keep it high. Meditate your body, breathe your body, intermittent fast your body, feed your body good foods/ qigong your body, give your body early nights, plenty of sleep, recharge. Look after your body and I guarantee you everything will work. Look after your energy. I guarantee you everything will flow and it’s on you. No one can do this for you. I can’t do this for you. No one can.

In your reality you got to take responsibility for you, in my reality I’ve got to take responsibility for me knowing that every thought I have, every feeling that I allow in my field, every piece of action that I take is sending codes out into the field, ripples of energy. they’re going to affect the field at large so be responsible, take action, be present, love life, and keep your frequency A1 sky-high knowing that not everyone can fly with you and that’s okay. Fly with the ones that are ready and love the ones that aren’t because if they’re not ready it doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t be loved. They probably require more love so love them even more. Love them even harder. Open your heart to them and allow that diamond light to ripple through their realities and on some level, you’ll be planting seeds that will flower at some point down the timeline. You’re amazing, I love you so much. We really are a team. We’re a family, we’re a tribe and the more effort we put into our own individual experiences, the more we’re going to help each other grow and blossom and bloom like galactic flowers, beacons of light, all over the planet.

Go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never ever, ever, be the first to let go. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?

So, let’s talk about your body, our bodies. Let’s talk about frequency, energy, and what’s happening on the planet right now like we all know we’re going through, this ascension process, this ascension cycle and our consciousness is expanding, our frequencies rising, our vibrations shifting, and as these new off-planet frequencies come into our environment they’re changing us at a deep subatomic level, on a DNA level and a lot of people when they’re on this journey, they’re flying around in the stars, they’re flying around in the ether and that’s great but not if you neglect your physical body because we are multi-dimensional beings in these physical bodies. It’s imperative, mission critical, that we take care of these vessels because ultimately our consciousness, our soul, is inside these physical bodies.

As we’re downloading these high frequency data streams, we’re re-engineering ourselves from the inside out, we’re activating our DNA. We’re bringing online ancient multi-dimensional faculties that most of us have forgotten but we are in the process of remembering, waking up, and starting to utilize again like the ability to communicate telepathically, use the third eye to see into the invisible world, to download information, that internal knowing, telekinesis. You see a lot of people now been able to move objects. These are abilities that we all have. Some of them are stronger in some people than others. You know we all excel at different things but ultimately, we can all utilize all of these abilities and as these off-planet frequencies are coming in, they’re waking them up in us. They’re expanding our consciousness; they’re helping us understand reality better.

We’re starting to perceive reality in a new way which is really the original way, which is love, kindness, compassion, understanding, humility, love, forgiveness, and acceptance stepping in into that space where we truly allow ourselves to be fully present in our own company and the company of others and so we’re shifting on so many levels. I mean mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically. Things are changing and we must look after the home of our soul. These physical bodies are so important but as I said a lot of people are flying around in the stars, in the ethers, and they’re neglecting them. They want to play in the multi-dimensional playing fields and that’s great running around with our extraterrestrial sisters and brothers having multi-dimensional experiences which are fun and explorative and magical but if you don’t get the balance, like if you don’t get the balance in anything, whether it’s business, relationships, health, you tip one way. Things go right and you as the human being that’s in control of your reality, the one that is there to govern yourself to some degree, is making decisions.

So, we have to make decisions that are in congruent with our own human evolution and spiritual growth and if we’re going to expand and grow exponentially on this kind of spiritual playing field. We have to grow exponentially on this physical playing field so the two balance out and what that means is looking after your body and making it physically strong. Exercise, clean foods, swim, run, lift, weights, hit a punch bag, do some yoga stretching, qigong. All of these things are important. You don’t have to do all of them but looking after your body in some way, shape, or form, and making sure that you use a variety of different exercises because your body gets accustomed to its environment. It acclimatizes. So, you want to shock it so that’s why you play different sports, go to the gym, go for a run, go for a bike ride, do different things. Swim, hike, climb trees, be like a monkey in a kid’s playground on the monkey bars.

Make your body strong because if your body’s not strong, flexible, and able to handle these off-planet frequencies, your nervous system is going to struggle. I’ve met a lot of people that have been doing this spiritual work for a long time. They can’t walk, they’ve lost the feeling in one of their arms, shoulders, different parts of the body where their nervous systems fried because they’re downloading so much electrical energy, and we are electrical beings. We upload that magnetic code from the earth and download that electrical code from the stars and it’s a beautiful process but if our bodies aren’t able to handle it then it’s going to be a very painful process and maybe a stumbling block in the process.

So, what I’m saying is this, beautiful soul. We got an opportunity to really accelerate ascension. We’ve got an opportunity to really expand and move deeper into love, harmony. Enjoy. We’ve got an opportunity to live on a higher vibrational playing field where we can love and care about each other at a deeper level by opening this heart beyond measure and allowing the love to flow which is an infinite supply. It’s not limited. We shouldn’t hold on to it. We should just let it shine, let it flow, and in return ultimately, it’s going to find a way back to us into our centre because we are the centre of our own universe. So, the more you give, the more you receive, the more love you give out, the more love you’re going to receive. The more love you give out, the more love’s going to flow into the world and help our sisters and brothers. If we all do this together, we create magic and consciousness evolves faster and we step into that place of freedom and sovereignty much quicker.

Love’s the key, love is the question, love Is the answer. Love is where it’s at, but no one can make you love. You just are love but you have to choose to be still enough to experience that love that you are and by being present it’s the best present you could give to yourself, the best gift. You’re going to allow that love to shine and flow and permeate every cell in your body, permeate the space around you, and permeate the multi-dimensional playing fields and in return by default the universe is going to get that energy flowing straight back through your body, heart, mind, soul, and you’re just going to be turbocharged and it’s going to become cyclical. It flows in, it flows out. It’s a two-way process so get with the program, get in the game. Look after your physical body. Make it strong enough and able enough to download these off-planet frequencies and also frequencies that are coming up from inner earth, crystal cities, crystal cathedrals.

Different parts of the world are pumping up high frequency energy to help with the ascension. We’re getting bombarded from all angles but if you’re not ready you’re not ready. It’s like preparation. Preparation is the most important thing in life. Be prepared because you don’t know what’s going to happen. You might get an amazing opportunity. If you’re not prepared to take it, seize it, grab it, you’re going to lose it. So, be prepared for anything and everything and then when your opportunity comes, take it, and seize it. Be prepared. Every single day work on yourself. Meditate, exercise, cold showers, clean foods, intermittent fasting. All of these things are going to make your body stronger to handle these frequencies.

You’re amazing, beautiful soul, truly you are. We all are, and this is about us. It’s not about me. It’s not about you. It’s about us, we the human family. Love is what drives us. Love is what pulls us. Love is what steers us. So be present, give yourself that gift, move into the labyrinth of your cosmic heart and let the energy flow go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never, ever, ever, be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging. You know that beautiful soul.
