Your human body is one energy field with many interdependent parts including your organs, tissues, and brain. Spiritual channelling is very powerful with a good intention from deep in your heart. When you channel from within, from your soul, with your heart and mind, and using your imagination, you will connect to spirit and connect with your guides, angels, ancestors, and many other beings and places. The techniques are simple. In meditation you relax, let go of your thoughts, and focus on your breath. Then you set a strong intention and wait in meditation, or you can ask for the information to come at any other time, such as when you go to bed and dream. This is the practice of seeding your mind with information from the physical world with the intention of discovering more or find specific answers.
