Okay, beautiful. So, today I want to talk to you about fear and how to overcome fear and how you can turn fear into something that can help you grow.

There are so many people in this human world that get completely frozen by fear. They get completely crippled by fear.

And I know what it’s like. I’ve been there before in the past. There’re loads of things in my life that I’ve been scared of at different times in many different situations.

Fear for me now is just a guidance system. If I feel anything rise within my body and my nervous system and I feel this kind of like hesitation, I question it.

Is it my nervous system warning me that I shouldn’t move forwards on this because it actually is not a good idea?

Or is it some kind of old residue of fear coming up? Some kind of program and really, I need to move towards it. I need to overcome it, move through it, crush it, alchemize it.

You see action will crush your fears. The lack of action will allow your fears to grow. You know, you’ve heard this before. False evidence appearing real, but it’s true.

Think back to when you were a teenager and you had a crush on a boy or a girl and you wanted to go and ask them out on a date or tell them that you loved them or fancied them. And it’s a big thing. It was for me anyway and lots of my friends.

But you go and ask them. And then as soon as you’ve asked them, there’s no more fear. You realize that there was nothing really to be scared about.

When you’re growing up and you have to go and meet someone in authority or you have to go for a job interview or something that you’ve never done before, you build up this image and this picture in your mind. And so, you think it’s going to be like this thing and then you get there and it’s like what was I worried about?

The thing is most people in life; they walk to the cliff edge. They walk to the cliff edge, and they stand there and they look out over the expanse, looking down at the big drop, and they’re praying that their wings are going to grow so they can fly off and enjoy their life. But it never happens ever.

You got to throw yourself off the cliff and you grow your wings on the way down.

That’s how life actually works. You get some cuts and some bumps and some bruises, maybe the odd broken bone, but you don’t die. You learn. You remember. You upgrade.

Life experience is the best way to upgrade.

But people don’t want to do that because they stay in their comfort zones. People are happy to queue up outside an Apple store for days to upgrade their iPhone or get a new iPhone. But when it comes to upgrading their consciousness, upgrading their soul, raising their standards, they like to stay in their comfort zone because moving outside of it is uncomfortable.

And so, they stay small. They never achieve anything. They go round and round in circles, stepping outside of their comfort zone. O dipping their toe in the water. It’s a little bit icy. You know what? I’ll stay in bed today.

But when you just chuck yourself off the cliff, that’s it. You’re off the cliff. There’s no going back.

Burning the boats when you go to the island. So, the only option is to overcome the island and defeat the enemy because there’s no boats to get back into to sail away. You’ve not given yourself that option.

Too many people have a plan B. Decide what plan A is and then go for it. Commit to it fully.

You know, so many people in this world, they’re half in. And I’ll tell you something, if you’re half in, you’re all the way out. If you’re 99% in, you’re all the way out. You’re either in or you’re out. There is no half measures when it comes to commitment.

I played rugby a lot as a kid growing up and you know you go in for a rugby tackle. You got some other human running full pout, and you go in like half-ass uncommitted. His knees, his shins are going to smash the side of your face, smashing your collarbone.

But you run and you commit full blast, 110%, you’re never going to get injured.

That commitment, it creates an energy and the universe supports that energy.

Go to the cliff edge, chuck yourself off, and trust the process. It won’t be easy. You will get some scrapes and some bumps and some bruises, but you’re going to grow from those scrapes and those bumps and those bruises.

It’s going to be a magical, beautiful process.

Imagine this, right? You got nothing to lose. You’re in such a place in your life. You got absolutely nothing going for you.

Take a gamble. Take a risk. You got nothing to lose and absolutely everything to gain. That makes you a dangerous human.

That’s the time when the lion or the lioness comes out fighting. When they’re backed up into a corner, you lose your relationship, money, health starts to deteriorate. You either allow yourself to go down the drain into the depths of despair or you come out fighting in the 12th round, and you give it everything.

That’s when a human being is most dangerous. And if you ever find yourself in that position, it’s a beautiful place. It really, really is because it’s a make or break.

I found myself in a couple of those situations in my life. I remember when I was about 25, 26, had a multi-million-pound business and lost everything and more. Got kicked out of my house, I had two kids, misses, but I figured it out.

I didn’t figure it out in the best way possible, but I figured it out. I went back to selling drugs, but I got myself out of the hole and got myself back into a good place again. I’m not saying that’s what you should do. That’s just what happened to me on one occasion. I’ve had many occasions where I’ve been down.

But I’ve never quit. I’ve never stopped. I don’t know how to stop. I just keep going. It’s just a mindset.

Fear is an interesting thing. There’s a tribe in Papa New Guinea and what they do every night is they get the kids around the campfire, and the parents get the children to express any fears they’ve got.

Those children have the best night sleep ever. They’re so calm. They’re in a beautiful space.

When the children share things that they’re fearful about, the parents listen. They don’t try and fix it. They don’t comment on it. They don’t judge it. They just allow the children to express themselves. And when the children do that, they start to unleash that weight. Let go of it.

Sometimes all we need to do is just to express something, verbalize it, acknowledge it.

It’s when we bottle it up inside of us and we pretend seeking validation, pretend that we feel amazing when we don’t. Pretend that we’re not scared about this thing in front of us.

The best thing to do is say, you know what, there’s a little bit of fear inside of me right now, but that’s awesome. I’m going to move towards it anyway.

And just that verbalization will just discharge it.

I’m not saying to talk about your fears all the time and go around in circles. This isn’t therapy. But it’s like an alcoholic. Unless you admit you’re an alcoholic, you’ve got no chance of stopping drinking. You’ve first got to admit that there’s an issue.

I remember when I had to do my first public presentation or first public talk. I was [ __ ] myself. I was backstage, armpits were ringing. You’d see it through my shirt, you know, and I was like, “What am I going to do?”

I was like, “Fuck this. I’m going home.” It crossed my mind a couple of times.

What I did is I went out on stage and I said to everybody, “Listen, I’m absolutely [ __ ] myself.” And everybody burst out laughing. And it broke the ice. And there was nothing then for me to be scared of because I told people what I was experiencing.

If I’d have gone out there and been scared and tried to put on a front, it would have been eating me up from the inside out. But because I was honest, everybody just laughed. It broke the ice. And after that point, there was no fear. Not one tiny little drop of it.

So, acknowledging these things and being honest and authentic is often the best way.

People say fake it until you make it. Act as if. And actually, it’s a beautiful thing. You know, when you walk around with your chin up, your shoulders back, your spine straight, smiling, opening those tendons in your face, increasing that oxygen flow to the brain, you feel good.

Even if you don’t feel like smiling and putting your chin up, just do it. Your body starts to respond. Your mind and your body are intrinsically linked.

When you feel wealthy, when you feel joyful, when you feel gratitude, when your heart is booming open, you can just be in the space and feel those frequencies and your cells will respond. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s not.

This is how you dance with fear because fear is something. It’s an emotion. It’s at the opposite ends of the scale on the spectrum of emotion. You’ve got fear here and you’ve got love over here.

When you walk that middle road, when you’re in that balancing point, right there in the centre, dark light, fear, love, whatever you call it, it’s all part of the same stuff, just different ends of the spectrum.

So, what you can do is be in that zero point. Feeling everything but choosing love. Feeling everything but choosing to be balanced. Allowing everything to just percolate in your system. Allowing everything just to be what it is. No judgment. Not trying to move towards anything or move away from anything.

Just allowing yourself to be.

Then you can dance. Then you can flow.

Love and fear. It’s like a left leg and a right leg, a left arm and a right arm. Part of the same body of consciousness, part of the same universe. Everything has its place.

Fear is a beautiful signal. Move towards it. Be in love always. Be love always. Not necessarily in love but be love. Be joy. Be strength. Be power, be flow, be honour, be integrity.

Allow yourself to feel the fears if they’re there but move towards them anyway. That’s what a spiritual gangster does. That’s what a Jedi does. That’s what a sovereign soul does.

You chat to any successful human being in this world. There will have been times when they felt a little bit scared. But what did they do? They moved towards it anyway. They didn’t back down. They lent into the process. They went for it.

And it’s a choice that we all get to make as human beings. You’re either all in or you’re all out. There are no half measure measures on the road to success. There’s no elevator to the top.

And quite often the last 100 meters of the mountain are the hardest, the steepest, the coldest, the least air. Supplies are running low. There’s more wind. You’ve done thousands and thousands of meters. You’ve got 98% of the journey. 2% to go, 50 meters, 80 meters, whatever it is.

That last part of the climb is where you got to dig deep, where you got to grit through it. Resilience and say a great big [ __ ] yes to yourself and a great big [ __ ] no to quitting.

It’s a beautiful dance. It’s a beautiful journey.

Dance with your fears. Move towards your fears and you’ll realize very quickly that stepping out of your comfort zone into the unknown is the only place that growth happens. And that’s where your fears dissolve.

They’re not going to dissolve inside your comfort zone. Because whilst you’re comfortable, the fears are going to hang around on the edge with bows and arrows, with machine guns pointing at you, telling you if you come anywhere near this border, anywhere near this fence, if you try and step outside of your comfort zone and into the unknown, we’re going to shoot you with an arrow, with a bullet, and we’re going to take you out.

But when you walk through your comfort zone and out into the unknown, those soldiers with weapons, they just dissolve. They disappear. You realize it was a great big mirage, like water in the desert. You’re thirsty. You’re walking for miles and you see that spring. You get there and it’s not there.

When you walk to the edge of your comfort zone, you’re going to realize there were no weapons, no bad men, just a beautiful open universe waiting to embrace you because you had the courage to step through that invisible wall.

That’s where the magic is, beautiful soul.

Remember, we’re all in this together. So, love yourself. Move through life. Don’t take this human game too seriously.

Realize that your ego itself is something else you should dance with. People say get rid of your ego. Crush it. Dissolve it. But actually, when you build a relationship with it, it can be very, very useful. It can also control too. So, you’ve got to build a relationship with it.

Give and take. Push and pull. Dance. Everything’s a dance.

Remember to love yourself, respect yourself, and honour yourself. And then everyone else will respect, honour, and love you, too. Everything’s a reflection.

Be authentic.

The only human being that needs to validate you is you. And in my world, me.

Wherever you are on this planet, go out and love your sisters and brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never be the first to let go.

I also want to say a big respect and a massive thank you to all of you beautiful souls that were on our group healing today. It was amazing. 6 hours breath work, meditation, light language, DNA activations. You crushed it. So much transformation. It was an honour to fly with you all today.

So, let’s enjoy this human ride, beautiful souls, and I’ll see you on the next one. Wherever you are, love yourself, hug yourself, dance. Remember, it’s a cosmic joke. Don’t take it too seriously. I’ll see you on the flip side.
