Hey beautiful soul.
So today I want to dive into this subject.
Disclosure, UFOs, med beds, healing techniques.
Every now and again, and it’s becoming more often, there’s going to be some kind of UFO video, some kind of disclosure drop from the government, some insider, someone dropping something.
People have been talking about med beds for ages now.
People ask the question, when are we going to get full disclosure? When are we going to get disclosure? When are these ETs going to come down to planet Earth and reveal themselves to us?
That question, when are they going to come down and show us, or show themselves to us?
Another question to ask, and I feel it’s an even more important question to ask, should be this:
Why would they even bother coming at all?
Why would they even bother coming at all?
What benefit is it going to give to them coming down to this planet and showing themselves to us, talking to us, letting us know that humanity isn’t really doing that well?
We already know this.
They’ve got no reason to come down and see us and help us out of whatever situation we believe that we’re in right now.
Whatever situation we think that we’re in right now.
The government have just released a bunch of other files on UFOs and military encounters and different things.
Why?
They’ve known about this for years and years and years. Why now?
Some people will tell you that because consciousness is elevating and humanity’s ready.
Some people will say because they’re going to come down and reveal themselves to us, so the government want to get in there first and say we’ve known about this all along.
There’re different theories that you could pull out of your own consciousness.
My theory is this.
They’re just dangling another carrot, giving humanity a little bit of hope.
It’s just another distraction to stop you going in here and doing the work.
You know, a lot of people are calling in extraterrestrials and yeah, there’s people having telepathic communication. Sometimes they’ll show up in the physical. There are different scenarios that unfold and some people are having extraterrestrial encounters.
But these beings are only showing up for people whose frequency is worthy of an encounter.
They’re only showing up for human beings that are doing the work, who are on a specific frequency band, because it’s only by being on a specific frequency band that the consciousnesses can interface in the same field of frequency, the same field of energy.
If you’ve got an ET vibrating up here at a certain hertz and a human vibrating down here at a certain hertz, they’re not going to be able to interact with each other.
Listen, look at two humans.
You’ve got two humans in a relationship and they’re at this level, on par, and then one starts doing a little bit more work.
Let’s say the woman does some more work. She’s up here now. The husband’s down here.
The woman goes to a couple more workshops, does a few more meditations, she’s up here.
The husband is struggling.
There’s a frequency mismatch.
And a lot of the time, humans separate like oil and water just in a physical human relationship because they’re on different frequencies in physical bodies.
You’re talking about beings that are ranging in frequency from a higher frequency than what we are to way, way, way, way up above what we are now.
There are beings that are trying to do deals with the government.
There are beings that have been doing deals with the government for a long time.
There are beings that are trying to guide us and help us and support us from the multidimensional.
They’re all around us in different dimensions.
It’s just that we can’t phase into that frequency band and hold it.
Some of us phase in and out and we get glimpses.
Some of us are just so far removed from the frequency band that we need to be at to get that kind of interaction and that encounter.
You know, there’s astral travel, telepathic communication, deep meditation.
When you kind of go down into that slow heart rate, 30, 32, 28, 29, somewhere between 28 and 32 beats per minute is when I can come out of my body.
And when you’re getting down to 28 to 32 beats per minute, you’re really down there in those slow brainwave and heart rate patterns, and the field opens up more.
So, in those lower, slower brainwave states, it’s much easier to connect.
But most people struggle to even get into alpha.
Most people struggle to get into theta and delta and these higher brainwave states.
They’re just something that most people can’t access because most people aren’t patient enough.
Most people aren’t present enough.
Do you think that an extraterrestrial is going to come down here and talk to a human being that can’t even sit still for five minutes and be in their own space, in their own silence, in their own stillness?
No.
They look at us like we’re kind of archaic.
I mean, we’re doing really well. Don’t get me wrong.
We’re doing much better than we were doing.
But there’s still a lot we’ve got to learn.
There’s still a lot we’ve got to grow into.
And the words that come back to my mind, two words actually:
Alignment and embodiment.
Until we embody that frequency and live from alignment, from that deep connection to the magnetic and electromagnetic fields, the star grids, the Earth grids, plugged into the fabric of spacetime on a multidimensional level, we’re not going to be able to stay in that frequency band that is going to open up those levels of communication.
Religious people promise saviours: Jesus, God.
The spiritual community has all these different archetypal figures.
You know, the spiritual esoteric community has been promising ET disclosure for a long time.
The spiritual community is one of the worst. They get caught up in it all.
People believe what other people say without actually going in and seeing if it’s true.
That’s why, you know, the government can put out something about ET disclosure and humanity is like, “Oh my God, the government have disclosed extraterrestrial life, spacecrafts.”
What about the Epstein files? Why did they disclose those? Do you think that was because it was to benefit us and give us a bit of disclosure on some of the truth? No.
When those files are disclosed, it puts out into the mass consciousness these hideous crimes. It does something to the reptilian brain.
And it’s not good.
The reptilian brain has been in us since we were born. It’s been in many, many human bodies that our soul has incarnated in for a long, long time.
This reptilian brain has been in many other species as well, not just humans.
And the reptilian brain, if you go all the way back to the start, and even outside of this matrix, beyond this matrix to where reptilians came from, reptilians were extremely traumatized.
And listen, the other thing is this, right?
Not all reptilians are bad. There are multiple species of reptilians and there’s only a few of them that are kind of on the more negative side.
And even within those negative factions, there’s a lot of good ones that are trying to stop them.
But it’s brutal in there.
But reptilians, they weren’t a dark, bad species and race to start with.
They just went through a lot of traumas.
A lot of traumas.
And they were manipulated and abused.
And the manipulation and the abuse that they experienced was used against them.
You know, beings that controlled them. Lucifer was one of them.
Lucifer was one of the beings that brought reptilian eggs into our universal system.
And he coached them from a young age when they were first born to be dark and to go out into the world and cause chaos and mayhem and destruction.
And not just the world, the galaxy, the universe.
I mean, they raped and pillaged and abused a lot of planets, a lot of extraterrestrial races.
And you know we have that reptilian brain inside of us.
Because if you go all the way back through the Anunnaki, what are the Anunnaki?
The Anunnaki are half Lyran, half Draco reptilian.
And the reason that those species interbreed is because they tried to create a truce in the universe with the battles between the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Draco reptilians.
They thought, “Let’s get a Lyran priest to marry a Draco reptilian queen.”
And they had babies, and that was the Anunnaki millions of years ago.
And there was peace in the galaxy for hundreds and thousands of years.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, the Anunnaki ended up coming to Earth.
Originally it was to come here and get gold and get the monatomic gold to heal their atmosphere.
But that reptilian amygdala, the reptilian brain, it has so much trauma embedded in it.
In the spinal column, in the sacrum, there are many overlays that keep us trapped in that reptilian consciousness.
I’ve had to deal with it for a long time.
You know, I’ve been through loads of healing to do with this stuff, and so many people I know have too.
And we have to understand that we’re connected to all extraterrestrial races throughout all time and space.
Our gene cloak, our gene code, has been spliced and cloned so many times that we have little bits of all sorts of stuff inside of us.
But the reason I’m sharing this is because it’s important to know because when the government says, “Okay, we’ve got disclosure. We’ve got disclosure on the Epstein files,” it is to trigger that reptilian brain.
And that reptilian brain is connected to all of the trauma throughout all time and space.
And there’s been so much abuse, so much sexual abuse, so much raping and pillaging and molesting and all of that stuff, and just hideous crimes.
And the reptilians that shapeshift into human form, that are sometimes reptilians looking like humans, but sometimes taking over human consciousness, there’s many different ways that it plays out.
But this is where a lot of the sacrificial stuff has come from.
So, when something like the Epstein files come out, it’s playing on the amygdala in a way that is bringing up trauma through the human global population.
So, it puts out this really finite, subtle, but warped and weird frequency that is not nice at all through the human bioenergetic field, through the energetic templates, through the grids, the etheric grids, the Earth grids, like the grids all over the place.
And it creates a field.
You know, if I open my heart and I expand my consciousness, I can create a beautiful field around me.
Anyone that walks through my space is going to feel that.
Even if someone was to connect with me 100,000 miles away, they’re going to feel this energy, this love, this field.
What they’re putting out by releasing the Epstein files does the same thing.
But imagine you’ve got 9 billion people all plugged into this.
It does something to the human psyche through epigenetics.
There’s like an epigenetic overlay which is induced into the space.
And that epigenetic overlay is holding a frequency.
And then that does something to our subconscious mind.
So, you know, since those Epstein files have come out, the amount of people that have been having weird dreams, dreams about sexual encounters that aren’t healthy, just different crazy, weird, warped and strange things.
They’re now letting out this stuff about UFOs.
What’s the real reason?
Go into your heart. Go deep. Feel it.
Ask yourself, why are they releasing this right now?
Is it benefiting humanity?
Absolutely not. No.
It’s part of their agenda, part of their game.
I don’t care who the president is.
I don’t care who the king or the queen is.
They’re all in it and they are all on the same side.
And until humans wake up and understand, and understand that it’s on us to come together and unify, to take charge, to take power, to stop being weak and feeble, and to man up and woman up and grow a great big pair of balls and step up into our full sovereignty and take the reins of this human experience and ride the horse in whichever direction we want to ride it in, not to be steered and blown around and let the horse just gallop here and gallop there, because that’s what most people are doing.
They’re living inside this human reality like a pinball in a pinball machine.
But we have the power to step outside of that.
But most people haven’t got the courage.
So, they follow along like good little sheep going into the pens and getting electrocuted and slaughtered and eaten.
But we have the power to step outside of that framework of experience and build a beautiful reality on this Earth plane.
You can build a beautiful reality on this Earth plane.
The question is, are you willing to do the work?
Are you willing to put down the distractions, stop looking outside of yourself for a saviour, stop looking outside of yourself for disclosure, stop looking outside of yourself for someone to come and rescue you?
Because nobody is coming.
No one’s coming to save you.
Not Jesus. Not the Galactic Federation. Not the government. Not the ETs.
They’re not coming.
And the beautiful thing about that is that you don’t need saving.
You’ve already got everything that you need.
Everything.
The codes, the wisdom, the knowledge, the intelligence, the healing, the power, the sovereignty, the love.
It’s already inside of you.
The problem is that most people are looking in the wrong direction.
They’re looking out there.
They’re looking at the television.
They’re looking at social media.
They’re looking at what the government says.
They’re looking at what influencers say.
They’re looking at what channelers say.
They’re looking at what everybody else says.
But they’re not looking in here.
They’re not sitting in the silence.
They’re not sitting in the stillness.
They’re not breathing deeply.
They’re not opening up their heart.
They’re not activating their own connection to infinite intelligence.
You see, when you connect to infinite intelligence, you don’t need anyone else to tell you what’s true.
You know.
You feel it.
You become the living embodiment of truth.
Not someone else’s truth.
Your truth.
Your connection.
Your experience.
And that’s where real power comes from.
Real power doesn’t come from controlling other people.
Real power doesn’t come from money.
Real power doesn’t come from status.
Real power doesn’t come from titles.
Real power comes from mastery of self.
The ability to sit in your own space.
The ability to regulate your own nervous system.
The ability to stay calm in the middle of chaos.
The ability to choose love when fear is being offered.
The ability to remain sovereign when everybody else is giving their power away.
That’s power.
And that’s what humanity is learning right now.
We’re in a great awakening.
But the awakening isn’t what most people think it is.
It’s not about UFO disclosure.
It’s not about secret government files.
It’s not about hidden technologies.
It’s about remembering who and what you are.
It’s about remembering that you’re an infinite being having a human experience.
It’s about remembering that your heart is a Stargate.
It’s about remembering that your consciousness is far more powerful than you’ve been taught.
It’s about remembering that you have direct access to source.
Direct access.
No middleman required.
No guru required.
No priest required.
No government required.
No disclosure required.
Just you.
Your breath.
Your heart.
Your presence.
That’s enough.
And when enough humans remember that everything changes.
The banking systems change.
The education systems change.
The food systems change.
The energy systems change.
The medical systems change.
Everything changes.
Because all systems are a reflection of the consciousness of the people participating in them.
Change the consciousness and you change the system.
It’s that simple.
So, when someone asks me about disclosure, UFOs, med beds, hidden technologies, secret space programs, all of these things, my answer is always the same.
Focus on yourself.
Do the work.
Raise your vibration.
Heal your trauma.
Open your heart.
Become sovereign.
Because if you do that, whatever disclosure is real will reveal itself naturally.
You won’t need someone to tell you.
You’ll know.
You’ll feel it.
You’ll experience it directly.
And direct experience is worth more than a million documents released by any government.
Wherever you are on planet Earth, go out into the world and love your sisters and brothers.
Love yourself.
Do the work.
Stay present.
Stay sovereign.
And remember, no one’s coming to save you because you were never broken in the first place.
You are powerful beyond measure.
You are magnificent.
You are divine.
And you’ve got everything that you need.
