What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing and relief from foot pain by Jerry Sargeant

Foot pain is a common issue with many people. There are many causes for foot pain. Some of the common causes of foot pain are: bad shoes, hammer toe, flat feet, tendonitis, running on hard surfaces, standing too long, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, corns, bunions,fractures, bruises, sprain, strains, ingrown toenails, and peripheral neuropathy.

The typical alternative treatments for foot pain are ice/heat, olive or essential oil rub, massage/reflexology, ultrasound, low level laser therapy, acupuncture and epsom salt baths. Supplements such as MSM, glucosamine sulfate and aloe vera have proven to be helpful for some people.

Alternative Therapies

There are many alternative healing modalities which have been found to help foot pain such as acupuncture, chiropractic, laser therapy, cold/hot therapy, traction and massage as well those mentioned above.

All of these may be helpful but in my experience I found the fastest way to relieve foot pain is a modality called energy healing, in particular, Star Magic. Distance Healing

As an energy healer I have found that I can heal as well, if not better, by distance as I can in person. This makes it incredibly convenient for my clients as relief is just a phone call away. There are cases where several sessions are needed before my client’s neck pain is totally resolved. Most people feel a big difference after the very first session and some with total relief. Fastest Relief for Neck Pain

We have all at some point in our lives, suffered with neck pain. Neck pain can have many causes. The most common causes of neck pain are:

Pinched Nerve – a vertebrae is out of alignment and impinging upon a nerve in the neck

Whiplash – neck is injured by the trauma of being thrown forward and backward or side to side pulling muscles in the neck often accompanied by muscle spasms

There are often multiple layers to the phobia that have to be dealt with in order for a person to feel better. Some people actually fear the feeling of having a panic/anxiety attack while away from home. All these issues must healed in order, for a person with agoraphobia, to be able to feel peaceful away from home.

Quantum Physics

As an energy healer or energy facilitator, I am often asked how energy healing (Star Magic) can cure or help reduce agoraphobia symptoms. The answer to this question goes into the realm of quantum physics and metaphysics. In my experience when dealing with any type of anxiety, there are emotional issues to work on, and physical issues as well. You may be surprised to find out that both emotional pain and physical pain are nothing more than energy, that is “stuck” in a sense. You often hear people say that they feel stuck in this pattern of panic/anxiety, and just can’t find a way out. My job as an energy healer is to facilitate the energy for them, to find the way out. That sounds a bit new-age, but it is the truth. It’s all just energy and in the case of people with agoraphobia it’s the stuck energy of feeling like there is no way out, or the fear of there being no way out.

Coming Unstuck From Agoraphobia

So the big question is how are you going to get me unstuck Jerry The answer is a strange one but I will try to describe what I do. When a client calls me for help with agoraphobia the first thing I do is get some history on how it started for them. Then I take a Subjective Units of Distress level or SUDS level. We grade the intensity of the anxiety from 1-10, 10 being the highest level. I then ask the client where they feel the feeling in their body. Some people feel anxiety in their chest, some in the stomach, some in the head. I then have the client focus on the area of anxiety and I go to work and facilitate the energy healing from a distance. I send what is known Star Magic, life-force energy, or chi energy into the area of anxiety. This is actually what gets the energy of agoraphobia unstuck! After the session we take another SUDS level. 90% of the time the anxiety intensity and all the feelings surrounding the phobia are much less. We keep doing this until we reach zero. It may be relieved in one session or it may take more – everyone reacts differently.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) by Jerry Sargeant

According to mainstream medicine, there is no cure for PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have found as an energy healer, that PTSD can indeed be relieved or greatly reduced with certain alternative energy healing techniques. First some general info on PTSD.

Post-traumatic stress disorder is a type of anxiety disorder. It can occur after you’ve seen or experienced a traumatic event that involved the threat of injury or death.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

PTSD can occur at any age. It can follow a natural disaster such as a flood or fire, or events such as:

Assault

Domestic abuse

Prison stay

Rape

Terrorism

War

For example, the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 may have caused PTSD in some people who were involved, in people who saw the disaster, and in people who lost relatives and friends.

Veterans returning home from a war often have PTSD.

The cause of PTSD is unknown. Psychological, genetic, physical, and social factors are involved. PTSD changes the body’s response to stress. It affects the stress hormones and chemicals that carry information between the nerves (neurotransmitters).

It is not known why traumatic events cause PTSD in some people but not others. Having a history of trauma may increase your risk for getting PTSD after a recent traumatic event.

Symptoms

Symptoms of PTSD fall into three main categories:

1. “Reliving” the event, which disturbs day-to-day activity

Flashback episodes, where the event seems to be happening again and again

Repeated upsetting memories of the event

Repeated nightmares of the event

Strong, uncomfortable reactions to situations that remind you of the event

2. Avoidance

Emotional “numbing,” or feeling as though you don’t care about anything

Feeling detached

Being unable to remember important aspects of the trauma

Having a lack of interest in normal activities

Showing less of your moods

Avoiding places, people, or thoughts that remind you of the event

Feeling like you have no future

3. Arousal

Difficulty concentrating

Startling easily

Having an exaggerated response to things that startle you

Feeling more aware (hypervigilance)

Feeling irritable or having outbursts of anger

Having trouble falling or staying asleep

You might feel guilt about the event (including “survivor guilt”). You might also have some of the following symptoms, which are typical of anxiety, stress, and tension:

Agitation or excitability

Dizziness

Fainting

Feeling your heart beat in your chest

Headache

Adrenal fatigue occurs when your adrenal glands are functioning below a normal level. High stress levels and infections can bring on adrenal fatigue. Tinnitus is not a disease, but a symptom that can result from a wide range of underlying causes: abnormally loud sounds in the ear canal for even the briefest period (but usually with some duration), ear infections, foreign objects in the ear, nasal allergies that prevent (or induce) fluid drain, or wax build-up.
