7 Steps to Prepare for Your Future Massive Consciousness Expansion

Go big or go home is what they use to say. Of course, we cannot guide all of our actions by this saying, but when it comes to the way we see ourselves and how we make sense of the world, we have to go all in.

Today, I want to talk about a large-scale change in life approach which you can achieve through massive consciousness expansion.

If this expansion seems too grand to tackle and sustain, I want to tell you this: you’ll learn to get there by steadily introducing small tweaks to your routine.

Just like landing on the moon was a small step for humans, but a big step for humanity, seemingly minor changes in lifestyle will prove instrumental in your future elevated capacities of self-awareness.

Let’s start going through this list of 7 steps towards massive consciousness expansion. 

1. Define What Growth Means to You

When engaging on such a long and arduous journey of growth and rediscovering the love within, it’s easy to get lost on the way.

That’s why you need to:

  1. Define what growth really means to you.
  2. Reinforce this credo each morning.
  3. Make it clear that your efforts are not made in order to appease anyone else but you.

This simple daily practice is what will eventually reveal just how powerful you actually are.

2. Allow Senses to Pervade Your Being

Are you used to deflect or neglect feelings? Once you aim at reaching a massive consciousness expansion, you’ll have no more of that.

You see, consciousness expansion is all about developing your ability to delve into the most abstruse corners of your being. 

That said, you should start with a daily practice of allowing everything you perceive to infuse the layers of your being.

Take a walk to work, instead of a ride (if the distance allows). Record everything you see. Observe people and take breaks after your interactions to ponder at your reactions, no matter how insignificant they might seem.

3. Start with Binaural Beats as a Preparation for Meditation

When you don’t have the aid of a facilitator, my advice is to start with listening to binaural beats which prepare your subconscious for a different kind of activity.

These sounds may not seem particularly effective at first, but they’re the first step in liberating your mind from old ineffective patterns.

4. Declutter Your Life

The more things you depend on, the less freedom you’ll be able to gain throughout your life.

Consciousness expands when you’re allowing some space for it to do so.

So, you should proceed to decluttering your life from anything which burdens it. Clutter can mean:

  • excessive, time-consuming social media activity
  • too many objects you own, but are not essential to your activities
  • toxic people
  • meaningless habits
  • prejudice
  • unnecessary negativity.

5. Travel

I think I said it time and time again: travelling is one of the surest ways of opening your perceptive channels to new energies.

Energies pertain to places as well as to people, so make sure you tune into everything you’re seeing, because energies will add greatly to the enrichment of your conscious side.

6. Massive Consciousness Expansion Starts with Questioning

An inquisitive mind is always ripe for receiving information more broadly and completely.

Start with questioning your own motives dictating your actions and reactions: Do you really act in some way out of necessity or out of a negatively charged emotion?

It’s important to delineate these fine aspects and I would recommend that you do that by finding a way to acquire new information every day (podcasts and nonfiction books are a great vehicle for this). Possessing more information provides you the means to develop a more inquisitive mind.

7. Build on Your Capacity to Love

Love is the omnipotent instance driving all that occurs – including the processes of our consciousness. So, make sure you find, nurture and expand the way you express love – first to yourself, then to everything surrounding you.

Whether you’re aware of it or not, energy is all around you and you can sense it even if you’re not consciously thinking about it.

Everything is energy, but it can vary both in quantity and quality.

If you’ve been asking yourself “Is my vibration low or high?”, then it means that you’ve started to see how energy can affect your life.

Here are two scenarios which you’ve most likely experienced at least once in your life.

  • You’ve met a new person or been to a crowded place (like a train station) and you’ve immediately felt a negative vibe. At the time, you couldn’t really put a finger on it and find an explanation to what your instinct was telling you.
  • You went to a concert and thought in your head “What an amazing energy I’m feeling!”.

Most of us, don’t really think about this sort of things in our everyday life, but all of these are connected to our vibrations, which can be low or high.

A low vibration is usually associated with negative emotions, such as hatred, fear, greed or depression. A high vibration leans towards love, peace, compassion and forgiveness.

The higher your vibration, the more you are connected to the Universe and to your inner self.

In order to give our best each day, we tell apart the more demanding activities from the less energy-taxing ones and then prioritize our schedules accordingly.

So far so good.

Generally speaking, individuals who give a lot are also experiencing human interactions more intensely. This happens due to their increased level of energetic openness.

If you’re one of the persons endowed with superior perceptiveness, you might experience a state of burnout signalled by various combinations of the following:

  • Energy crises occurring despite a balanced and healthy lifestyle
  • Incapacity to say “no”; you tend to take up on any request others address when they need help. You tend to see this as tackling challenges and assess that you’re going to be able to juggle all these obligations on a long-term
  • Profound fatigue – when your mind is alert and willing to engage in lots of deeds, but the body just does not seem to respond (even when you’re in perfect health)
  • Finding it hard to give up on some compromises. Compromise is beneficial unless it is not employed more often than it should be.

As an intuitive person, your energetic system is equipped to deal with loads of emotional requirements coming from your entourage. But, as is the case with everything else, too much is too much. Your brain may be skilled in sweeping temporary symptoms under the rug, but it cannot go on like that forever.

It’s essential that we know how to calibrate our energy levels, be it during the day, the week or the whole year. We need to prioritize what and when it’s best that we perform certain actions.

Why You Could Be Sensitive to the Vibrational Energy Around You

I constantly remind people that just because we can’t see energy, this doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

We can’t see air either, but yet we breathe it and it keeps us alive.

We are vibrational energy and it is all around us, whether we acknowledge it or not.

Some people are more sensitive than others to the energy that is around them. Because of that, they can sense good or bad vibes from the people who are in their proximity.

These are the most common signs which define a person who can pick up others’ energy.

1. Empathy

If you’re a sensitive person to energy, then you most likely have more empathy for people who feel pain than those who don’t possess this sensitivity.

Most of the time, you will be the first responder, the first to give a helping hand or a hug, hold a hand or simply listen.

An energy sensitive person will not only feel the others’ emotions, but sometimes the physical pain too.

2. Up and Down

Sensitivity to vibrational energy is also defined by being an emotional rollercoaster.

You may experience feeling very high and very low. This can happen on the same day as well.

In order to balance these emotions, try to raise your vibration, especially when you’re feeling low. You can achieve this by meditating, becoming conscious of your thoughts and of your environment.

3. Addictions

Because sensitivity to vibrational energy can cause you to feel extremely low, you may resort to using substances such as alcohol and drugs. You could also get into other types of addictions like food, sex or gambling.

Addictions are used in general to numb the pain temporarily. In a person’s mind, they might think that they actually reduce it, which is false.

4. Introversion

As an introvert, you tend to isolate yourself because you feel too much, whether it’s positive or negative.

Because of that, you feel overwhelmed and social interaction can cause exhaustion.

Also, all of these mixed emotions require for you to settle their thoughts and emotions in a more private space.

The time you spend alone with yourself has great benefits because it’s how you will reach stability when it comes to your energy flow.

5. Evidence

You know how some people believe that when certain things happen it’s only a coincidence?

If you’re a sensitive person, then you believe that those are actually signs from the Universe and that it’s trying to tell you something.

The universe is deeply interconnected to an extent which we can’t comprehend fully. Sensitivity to energy can lead to a higher understanding of the universe, and so the people that have this are in advantage from this point of view.

Just think about those days when you almost feel sick because you’ve worked too hard. Stress can do a lot of damage to your body and mind, so you need to put a stop to it until it becomes a disease.

Don’t risk damaging your immune system and start taking care of yourself before worrying about anyone else to counteract the negative effects of stress.

Drink lots of water, and take a break whenever you feel overwhelmed.

3. It Improves Your Relationships

When you put yourself first, the people around you will be able to see a difference. When you don’t, you will be caring negative energy from everything that’s around you.

Most importantly, when you’re caring a negative energy, you will spread it all around you, so the people you spend time with feel it as well.

When you’re relaxed, you’re a better listener, you can connect more easily with your family and friends and, overall, it leads to better, stronger relationships.

4. It Will Save You

The reality is that only you can save yourself and nobody else can do it for you.

It will probably take you a long time to realize this, but no one can force you to do something that you don’t want to do.

It’s in your power to change your life for the better. You will do all the work and the dead lifting.

One of the easiest thing in the world is blaming others when it suits our narrative. We may claim “Oh, I’m feeling so emotionally drained lately. An energy vampire might be the culprit.”

You might be right. Or you might not. Or the truth could be somewhere in the middle.

But you can’t decide that if you don’t study the possibility that you yourself might be sucking the energy out of others as well.

Do you often find yourself in a crisis whenever someone has to leave you or is not able to engage with you as much as you’d wish?

To some extent, each one of us is an energy vampire. It’s just that some are better at detecting the symptoms than others.
