Kundalini yoga practises form an ancient art and science that transforms and expands your consciousness. Kundalini Yoga Practises involve the awakening and rising of kundalini energy up your spine through your chakras.
Kundalini energy is the energy that lies dormant at the base of your spine until it is activated. Activation can be achieved by yoga and meditation. In kundalini yoga practises, your spiritual energy is channelled upward through the chakras.
Kundalini yoga was originally taught by the master Yogi Bhajan. He lived from 1929 until 2004. Kundalini yoga teachers follow his teachings.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga is the oldest of all traditional forms of yoga and it is a spiritual and physical practice. Kundalini yoga includes asana (posture), pranayama (breath-work), meditation, mantra, and kriya (yogic exercises).
Kundalini yoga uses a combination of bhakti yoga, raja yoga, and shakti yoga. Bhakti yoga is the yogic practice of devotion and chanting, raja yoga is the practice of mental and physical control, and shakti yoga is the practice of harnessing and expressing your power and energy.
Kundalini yoga brings you excellent health, wellness, and joy. Kundalini yoga is the flow of energy and power, and the pursuit of excellence in practice. It helps you to unlock your true potential, reveal your true you, and become your highest purest self.
Kundalini yoga is physically and emotionally rejuvenating, energizing and healing. Kundalini Yoga works directly with your endocrine system, stimulates your brain function and it also strengthens your nervous and immune systems.
Kundalini yoga is for everyone and it supports all aspects and stages of your life. It is effective in alleviating depression, recovering from addictions, and also in prenatal and postnatal care.
There is a Snake in Your Spine
Kundalini is a spiritual energy or life force that is located at the base of your spine. You can visualise your kundalini energy as a coiled-up serpent. The Sanskrit word ‘kundal’ means circular and means coiled snake when used as a noun.
Kundalini yoga is designed to arouse the sleeping kundalini shakti from her coiled base at the root of your spine. Then she rises up and through the six chakras that reside along the spine until she penetrates your crown chakra.
Your kundalini weaves and coils like a snake being charmed out of a basket. The energy at the base of your spine up is pulled all the way through the roof of your crown and outward so that energy can flow and create balance in your chakras.
Kundalini yoga, if practised regularly, will eventually generate complete body awareness and supreme suppleness of body and mind. This prepares your body, nervous system, and mind to have the full capacity to handle the powerful energy of kundalini rising.
Many physical postures are designed to activate your navel, spine, and specific energy points on your meridians. The direction of release and control of the flow of your kundalini energy is achieved through bandhas which are yogic locks of energy together with the yogic breathing known as pranayama.
Kundalini Yoga Practises
A kundalini yoga class includes deep relaxation, asanas, pranayama, and a kriya. This is often accompanied by a gong or ambient music with meditation, mantra, and guided visualisation.
The word kriya means work or action. These are a series of one or more exercises or postures in combination with pranayama, locks, chanting, visualisation, and other techniques. These are taught in a specific sequence designed to produce specific effects.
Long deep breathing is often used in kundalini yoga. You breathe slow and deep in and out through the nose by expanding your stomach out on the inhale and contracting your stomach in on the exhale.
The breath of fire is practised by breathing rapidly equal parts in and out through your nose. As you do so pump your stomach to create oxygen in your blood and charge your electromagnetic field.
Asanas are postures that are designed to stimulate glands, organs, and body awareness. Asanas often apply pressure on nerves or acupressure points. They also quieten your mind for meditation.
Mudras are a gesture or position that locks and guides energy flow and reflexes to the brain. By curling, crossing, stretching and touching the fingers and hands you can talk to your body and mind. Each area of your hand reflexes to a certain part of your mind or body.
Bhandas are body locks or muscular contractions. These are used for the retention and channelling of three types of energy. These are prana, apana, and kundalini energy. Apana is the energy you eliminate, let go of, or give back.
Prana is the basic life force in the air you breathe and the food you eat. Kundalini Yoga enhances its absorption. When your prana and apana unite and create heat at your navel centre, the heat generated descends to the first chakra. This awakens your kundalini.
Mantra Meditation: Sa Ta Na Ma
The mantra SA TA NA MA represents the primal sounds of the universe. In the mantra ‘Sa’ means infinity, ‘Ta’ means life, ‘Na’ means death/transformation, and ‘Ma’ means rebirth.
Sit in a cross-legged position, extend your arms out straight with the palms facing down. Then say or whisper “Sa.” Then move your straight arms alongside your ears with the palms facing in. Say or whisper “Ta.” Then move your straight arms out to your sides, with palms facing down, and with the middle fingers in line with your shoulders. Say or whisper “Na.” Then bring your straight arms back down, and say or whisper “Ma.”
This is a great meditation to do when you wake up in the morning. The movement using your hands, chanting, and meditation balances your brain ready for the day ahead.
Embracing Kundalini Practises
As you practice kundalini yoga you will grow. The process of personal growth through kundalini yoga is a natural unfolding of your own nature. When you embrace and practise kundalini yoga techniques you learn to let go of the attachments to your past, and your fear of becoming your future self will fall away.
Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, you unite your consciousness with cosmic consciousness. This is achieved by carefully performing the exercises and meditations in specific sequences and combinations. You will soon become adept at perceiving the movement of energy within and outside of your body. You will also consciously begin to direct the flow of your own energy to heal yourself and others and to stimulate and awaken your chakras.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
So, today I want to share with you some healing codes and I want to discuss nature and the fastest way to raise your vibration is to reconnect with what you are and what you are is your environment. What you are is nature, what you are is an energy that flows through the trees, through the flowers, through the water, through mother earth, through the mountains, through the jungles, through the rocks. You are the same energy that flows through butterflies, gorillas, jaguars, your fellow sisters, and brothers on planet Earth. You are nature, you are this energy, and the fastest way for you to reconnect with this is to get out into the trees, get out by the ocean with your shoes and your socks off and to ground, to feel the mud, feel the sand, feel the water, touch the trees, hug the trees, get out into nature, and reconnect. When you get out into nature, and you reconnect you’ve also got to be still in here.
You’ve got to be with an open heart completely silent in the moment allowing this meat suit, these muscles, these organs, these bones wrapped in this bag of skin which a lot of people think is separate from the environment to become the environment. Once again, to be to feel to allow to allow this energy to flow out from you and allow the energy from your environment, from nature, to flow back through you and feel that deep connection you know as a human tribe. We’ve lost connection big time. If you go to Portugal and you drive down the roads, you’re going to see orange groves, lines, and lines of orange trees with big oranges hanging over the sides. Nobody’s picked them because the kids of this generation have grown up and they’ve lost interest where their parents and their grandparents used to get up and go and farm those oranges, take them to the sides of the road, sell them at market stores from their bicycles, from their motorbikes, from the backs of their cars, from their horse and their car.
Everybody wants things now. Everybody wants fast, everybody wants efficient. Nobody wants to put the hard work in, nobody wants to connect with nature. Everybody’s too busy on their phones, on their gadgets, on their iPads lost in this world of artificial intelligence. If you go to Thailand, it’s the same kind of deal. The rice fields they’re not like they used to be. A lot of them are left abandoned even in a country like Thailand where you may think well, they haven’t got the technology there. Well, it’s rubbish. Everybody’s got phones. iPhones are everywhere, smartphones are everywhere, everybody is connected but disconnected. Connected to this imaginary world that we feed in through our screens where we think we’re connected but we disconnect from nature from the world that we grew up from, that we are connected to and are a part of. It’s so important to be in nature, beautiful soul.
So, right now I’m here on this Greek island and I want to share with you some healing codes. So, I’d like you to reconnect with me in this space, reconnect to nature and raise your vibration. I want you to close your eyes or keep them open if you prefer and take three nice long deep breaths in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach, three nice long slow deep breaths and just be in this space with me. I’m going to open my heart and I’m going to share a powerful healing transmission with you. All you’ve got to do is to breathe and be. Continue to breathe nice long slow deep breaths in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach back out through your mouth.
Now as you’re here with me in this space, what I want you to do is to squeeze your perineum. I want you to squeeze your genitals, squeeze your buttocks and your stomach. I want you to squeeze this whole area and each time you breathe in I want you to connect with your perineum and I want you to pull. I want you to pull energy from your perineum up through your spinal column, through the centre of your body up through your chest, up through your throats, up into the centre of your mind and back slightly. So, you’re going to breathe in through your nose, squeeze your perineum and pull energy from your perineum which contains your genesis, cells eight little cells which form a Merkabah. These are the only cells in your human body which never change. They carry all the information from all your parallel realities, all your ancestral conditioning. Everything lies and is contained in these cells. I want you to pull the energy from this space up into the centre of your mind. Once this energy gets there, I want you to hold your breath for 13 seconds and then let your breath out slowly.
As you let your breath out continue to squeeze your buttocks, your genitals, your perineum, and your stomach. Let your breath out slow and then pull it up again and hold for 13 seconds. I want you to go through this motion now as I transmit these healing codes to you. I’m opening my heart, and a gold chromium and electric green light just flows out from my heart through the empty space and into your heart as you continue to breathe. This light that is flowing out from my heart is penetrating the sheath around your central nervous system which is like a giant mitochondrion. I’m allowing this energy, this frequency, these healing codes to flow into the sheath, a cellular structure which encases your central nervous system as you breathe. This energy flows from your perineum, from your eight Genesis cells up into your mind. You’re going to carry this frequency up through your central nervous system into your brain, into your mind, and these healing codes are going to be distributed into your left brain, into your right brain, into your pineal gland with my intention. These quantum healing codes contain in the cells in your brain in your pioneer glands with every other cell in your human body with every biophoton of light in your quantum body.
As you continue to breathe keep everything squeezed, hold at the top for 13 seconds. As we do that, we’re applying pressure to the pineal gland and we’re working it and we’re activating it as well as these healing codes being transported around your body elevating your vibration mega fast. The ocean is flowing right through my body into your heart. I can feel the trees all over this planet talking to me, rain forests and jungles, oceans, rivers and streams, mountain ranges, insects, animals, plants, and flowers. Celestial beings throughout the galaxy are flowing through my physical body. My heart is soaking up these electromagnetic frequencies and then sending them through the empty space into you so you can elevate this and expand beautiful soul. Continue to breathe, continue to squeeze, continue to hold for 13 seconds. We’re going to go for another 40 seconds. Keep working. This is simple, this is easy your vibration is elevating. You are healing, you are transitioning, you are amazing. Feel the energy.
You can now let go. Stop squeezing. Keep your eyes closed. If they’re closed and just soak up these healing frequencies for another two minutes. Just be in this space, no thoughts, no body. You are unconditional love, this high vibrational frequency. There’s the light that flows from my heart to yours. The boundaries of your physical body, they melt, they disappear. You become nothing. You become love unconditional love, vibration, rhythm, sound, connected to all things and disconnected from all things both at the same time. Feel the energy flowing from my heart to yours, from your environment into your super conscious high vibration of soul. It’s all love baby. Feel it. I love you unconditionally as my sister, as my brother, like two lights, heart to heart no separation. There is no distance, there is no time, there is no measurement. The quantum field is everywhere. It flows through you out from you into you. You are the whole universe. It lies within you and within me.
I recommend you come back and experience these healing codes every day for the next 21 days. Don’t miss a day otherwise you got to start again every day for the next 21 days. Magical things, magical synchronicities will appear in your life because your vibration is different. Chaga is a most remarkable medicinal mushroom that grows on the bark of living trees. Chaga makes the powerful medicinal wood of birch trees edible for humans. Chaga mushrooms grow most abundantly in nearly all species of birch found in the circumpolar temperate forests of Earth’s northern hemisphere.
The medicinal super-powers of the Chaga mushroom are well known across the world. Used for centuries in Siberia as a traditional medicine to boost immunity and improve overall health; shamans recognised the Chaga Mushroom as the ‘King of all Mushrooms’. Their Latin name is Inonotus obliquus.
A Chaga mushroom is a polypore mushroom because it has pores instead of the gills that are seen on most fungi. The outside of the mushroom grows like burnt black charcoal on the trucks of Birch trees. The growths are roughly 10-15 inches in size. Within a Chaga mushroom is a golden orange flesh which feels like a cork when touched.
Traditionally, Chaga mushrooms were grated into a fine powder and brewed as a herbal tea. Practical uses of Chaga include the making of a perfect slow-burning wood that is used to make campfires. It also acts as a natural clothing dye and is used to adorn bland material with its yellow-orange and dark charcoal pigments.

Chaga is an immune system adaptogen. Weight for weight it is the most potent antioxidant on Earth. The Chaga mushroom contains a full spectrum of phytonutrients and it is well known for its medicinal properties.
Most of the health benefits contained within Chaga arise from the Birch tree itself. The Chaga fungus draws out dense amounts of concentrated nutrients that are found in the Birch Tree. Acting like an alchemist, Chaga transforms these Birch tree nutrients into bio-active compounds which are easily digested by people.

Go find a quiet spot indoors or outside and meditate with a cup of Chaga tea. Sit upright and slowly focus on your breathing. Take several deep breaths. Let your mind naturally slow down. Take a sip of the warm tea. Note the earthy, sweet taste. Let it trickle down your throat. Repeat this until you have finished your cup. Be grateful for the gift of the Chaga tea and also the water that has nourished you.
Kundalini is your life force energy. Kundalini is also believed to be power associated with the divine feminine.
During a Kundalini activation or awakening you become conscious as the energy spirals upward activating each chakra. In people who have not experienced as kundalini awakening their energy remains coiled like a tightly coiled serpent at the base of their spines.
Chakras are spinning energy centres, or energy wheels, that connect the physical and non-physical aspects of your being. they change your subtle prana into physical energy like electrical transformers. Your vital energy or prana travels through your superhighway of meridians and nadis to distribute energy throughout your body.
With adequate practice and guidance, you awaken and activate the dormant kundalini energy within you. Then you experience limitless perception and see innumerable perspectives at once. You also understand your feelings perfectly and sense how others are interpreting the world and how they feel.
The Story of Shiva and Shakti
Kundalini is an incredibly powerful storehouse of psychic energy that like a serpent is coiled up at the base of your spine. Kundalini is sometimes called Shakti. Imagine a resting snake, coiled eight times, waiting to unleash its magnificent power at the base of a great mountain.
Kundalini Shakti has within her an infinite potential of energy. She is the force of creation, resting, longing to rise up to be in union with consciousness at the heights of spiritual bliss. Once awakened, kundalini uncoils and ascends through your central channel in the spinal column (sushumana) to your crown chakra (sahasrara) at the top of your head. This is what triggers an awakening of consciousness and a transcendent spiritual state.
Lord Shiva symbolizes consciousness and the unmovable power of the observer. He has been meditating for thousands of years while Shakti danced for him. Her longing is to be at one with Shiva. Her dancing provokes him to open one of his three eyes. She beckons for him to dance with her. He closes his eye and rests back in meditation for thousands more years.
Shiva waits for absolute clarity that Shakti’s true desire is to join Shiva in harmonious union. As her longing intensifies she determines that she must dance with her beloved Lord Shiva. He hears her and his three eyes open. They dance together and all at once the universe unfolds into creation. All of nature is created as a result of their union.
The witness is consciousness which is unmoving and unchanging. Nature is all that dances, all that moves and changes in this world. The witness or seer within you is Shiva and the nature of all things around and within you is Shakti. Spiritual awakening cannot take place when Shiva and Shakti are separate, in duality. This duality dissolves with the merging of Shiva and Shakti. Then a spiritual river of oneness opens up through which your kundalini flows.
What is Kundalini Activation?
When Kundalini is awoken or activated, the energy rises up from the base of your spine from your root chakra. The energy ascends to the crown chakra and the pineal gland. When the pineal gland is activated a major change in consciousness is experienced. Awakening the kundalini energy causes a state of vision that is super sensory where you can access your highest potential.
A true kundalini awakening produces unconditional bliss and oneness. These can be experienced only in Samadhi. Samadhi means to be at one with all things, feeling no separateness or duality from anything in creation. Samadhi bliss is independent of the way life plays out for you. It is a state of mind that yogis strive to realize and stabilize after many years of mastery and tutelage from experienced gurus.
Kundalini is the concentrated energy of awareness or attention. It is the energy that manifests with consciousness when it becomes free from thought. A dedicated meditation practice can enable kundalini to flow as the cessation of thoughts is a goal of certain forms of meditation on the path to oneness.
When Kundalini awakens you experience a deeper empathy and even telepathy with others. You experience greater sensitivity, higher energy levels, and psychic abilities or deep knowing. Also, ageing can appear to slow down, creativity and charisma can increase, as can internal peace and knowing. There is a sense of being part of all of creation and the greater mysteries of life are no longer mysteries.
A kundalini awakening is the movement of the energy of your subtle body. Before experiencing an awakening you will have to open and purify the channels of the subtle body. If you are not rightly prepared a kundalini awakening might cause a breakdown. Your light body may not be able to handle the energy properly and your bio-electrical field may short-circuit causing a wealth of kundalini awakening or ascension symptoms.
Kundalini Awakening Can Be Dangerous
If you are unprepared or the kundalini awakens spontaneously, you may experience changes in motivation, appearance, diet, weight gain or loss, sensations in the crown of the head, and shifts in personality. An unguided or underprepared person might not be able to handle. Spontaneous arousal of kundalini energy may be caused by intense energy work, use of psychoactive drugs, sexual experiences, abuse or trauma, yoga practice, or life events.
Kundalini activation may cause spiritual distress and a total breakdown. This may result in a massive life crisis. Some people lose their jobs and relationships as their energy shifts and they cannot relate to their colleagues, friends, and families anymore. Some experience difficult emotions from a traumatic past as if the trauma is being relived in the moment.
It is very important to be well trained and guided with a strong and steady spiritual practice. Then you are more likely to manage these astonishing changes and sensations. It is wise to follow a dedicated spiritual path, know the signs and symptoms of a kundalini awakening, and be aware of the changes that may occur. To guide you through the rough times it helps to have the support of spiritual masters.
Awakening Your Kundalini Energy
Stop thinking and open your sushumna nadi. The awakening of your kundalini requires that prana or life force energy enters into the sushumna or central channel. This occurs when the prana is freed from thinking about the external world. To open your central channel practice alternate nostril breathing with yoga and tantra practices for focus, breath, and movement.
Have a dedicated spiritual practice. You can attempt to experience a kundalini awakening by practicing tantra, yoga, as well as other spiritual practices with fervour and dedication for many years. It is unskilful and not advised to rush this process by taking drugs or by partaking in advanced practices meant for practitioners with years more expertise.
Study with a master teacher. Choose someone with personal experience in spiritual awakening to prepare yourself for a safer transcendence into a higher consciousness and state of oneness.
Check to see if your awakening is an authentic kundalini awakening. If you are not in a state of Samadhi then what you may experience is not truly a kundalini awakening. It may just be some of your energy centres waking up and gaining life force energy.
Know where your kundalini energy arises from. Kundalini rises from different points of origin. The kundalini life force energy can arise from your navel or third eye chakra as well as your root chakra. Depending on your chosen kundalini yoga path and teacher, your practices will differ. They all lead you to experience your kundalini activation and awakening.
Take your time learning the practices from your chosen spiritual path. Know the signs and symptoms of a kundalini awakening. Be prepared to undergo a major shift in consciousness. Prepare to be awakened and activated.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? How are you feeling?
I wanted to share with you today the best way to get ahead in life, the quick fix to get ahead in life. Before I do that, I want you to take three nice long deep breaths and I want you to open your heart. This is something new that I’m going to be doing in all my videos from this point forward and that is just to connect with every single one of you and transmit healing frequencies. So, open your heart, take three nice long deep breaths, and connect with me. I’m going to start to transmit some powerful healing frequencies as I share this message with you. So, we’re killing two birds with one stone for not want of a better phrase. Open your heart, take three nice long deep breaths, and come into this space with me. You’re amazing you truly are, and I love you unconditionally.
So back to this quick fix. There really is only one surefire recipe for quick success and that is to realize and accept a hundred and ten percent that there is no quick fix. You see everybody wants it now, everybody wants it yesterday. Nobody wants to put in the hard work. Everybody wants the affirmation or the mantra or the breathing technique or the meditation, the one meditation, this one way, that they can get ahead in a few weeks or a month, “please Jerry what affirmation can I do, what meditation can I do just for the next week to really get ahead.” You’ve heard this term before, buy cheap, buy twice. I remember when I was a kid, I used to hear that term, buy cheap, buy twice. I’ve been out and bought cheap so many times and you end up buying it again and again and again. It could be a toaster, it could be a kettle, it could be a watch, it could be whatever it is, whatever material item you buy generally.
When you buy it cheap it’s going to fall apart. You buy something good quality; it’s going to last you a lifetime. The same goes for your own personal development. If you truly want to get ahead you’ve got to start dedicating hours of your day every single day to becoming a more elevated, expanded human being. You’re not going to get there in a day or a week or a month. It’s a lifelong discipline getting up every single day and doing the things that are going to help you become a better human, being a superhuman. Meditation, qigong exercise, reading books, doing the things that you must do to keep you on track but not only keep you on track; keep you focused and uncontrollable. The last thing you want to do is to control your mind. How about freeing your mind, liberating your mind. You don’t want to control anything. You want to liberate yourself through discipline which may seem like a bit of a paradox, a contradiction in terms, because how can I liberate by being disciplined. Surely being disciplined is going to control me, surely being disciplined is going to stop me doing the things that I want. No.
There’s the discipline that people of my generation grew up where our parents disciplined us through punishments, rules, and regulations. Now rules and regulations are okay if they’re done in an expansive way. If you’ve got a certain rule that you know every morning you’re going to get up and you’re going to do holotropic breathing or you’re going to breathe the breath of fire or you’re going to go for a swim. I’m here now by the ocean in Greece. There’s a guy over there in the water. He’s swimming, the time is 6:30 in the morning. That’s discipline right there but does he look like he’s changed. No, he’s in the ocean swimming around, the sun’s just coming up. It’s beautiful. That cold water was getting into his cells and rejuvenating him. Mother earth, nature is helping him uplift his frequency first thing in the morning. He’s cleansing himself.
Before I jumped on this camera to share this message with you to share these healing frequencies with you. I just sat here on this deck in right next to the water just being, breathing in that beautiful cosmic energy. There was so much space around me. It was beautiful, it still is beautiful. I’m here sharing with you in this space and it’s magical. This isn’t hard work. I’m in nature. Nature’s part of my discipline. Does it make me feel locked and enclosed. No, it makes me feel expanded and free because I’m looking at into an ocean where I can’t see the ends. There is so much space and this space is electrifying, magnetizing, beautiful. So, realize that there are no quick fixes. You’ve got to dedicate three or four hours of your day every single day, maybe more, to becoming a superhuman and then being a superhuman and then expanding your superhuman self. Between 5:00 in the morning and midday I don’t really speak to anybody because they’re my hours. That’s when I do what I want to do. That’s when I run and I meditate and I breathe and I create and I write and I read and I walk and I just do all the things that make me happy, fill me full of joy and bliss, and elevate my personal vibration.
You can do the same things too because you’ve got the power of choice as a superhuman with intelligence, the reason you need to exercise discipline and dedication and do this every single day maybe is because life is full of opportunities. But not all those opportunities are for you. A lot of them are distractions. You’ve got to follow your heart and pick and choose the correct opportunities, the right opportunities, the ones that are going to fill your soul full of unconditional love, the ones that continue you on your mission, your life purpose. You are truly incredible. Just be in this space with me for another minute and breathe in these frequencies. Breathe all the way down to the pit of your stomach. Keep your heart open as I send these last few healing frequencies into your consciousness and just feel the words that I’ve shared with you. There really is no quick fix. You’re amazing truly you are. Do you know this because I know this but? Do you know it, open your heart wider.
I’m going to send the energies of this ocean into your heart. Feel them, breathe them in. I’m going to pull the energy of the sun, those electromagnetic frequencies, those plasma codes. I’m going to send them into your heart. Breathe them in you are amazing, extraordinary, one powerful soul bouncing around in this physical vessel, and someone’s given you a name, but it means nothing. What is important is you go beyond the physical into the mystical and the magical, into the quantum field where there is massive potential and it’s unlimited. It’s infinite, it’s beyond you, it’s beyond me, it’s beyond this world. You have access to this energy right now so start getting up in the morning and breathing, meditating, reading, writing. If you like to write. Paint. If you like to paint, walk in nature, and cuddle trees, go for a swim in the ocean, go to the gym, go and exercise in a park, in a field but do the things that are going to raise your vibration and then put mother nature back into your body. Sun gaze, drink water, eat fruit and vegetables, put those electrons back into your body, put those photons into your body and let’s expand beautiful soul.
If you want to stay in this energy for a few more minutes, you can and just soak up these healing frequencies. There’s no hurry to go back to work, to go back to your job, to go back to life. Hazelnuts are native to many parts of the Northern Hemisphere. They grow on deciduous trees in many regions of the world. The two major hazelnut-growing areas are Turkey and Oregon in the USA.
All species of hazelnut shrubs and trees produce edible nuts. The hazelnut has a husk around the shell that is very unusual and distinctive from most other tree nuts.
Hazelnut trees range from 3 to 36 metres in height. The roundish or oblong brown nut is usually 1 to 4 cm long and is partly or wholly enclosed in a husk. Hazelnut trees have deep roots and they fruit best under full sunlight and when planted in well-drained soil.
For hundreds of millennia, hazelnut trees were coppiced for the production of wood for a variety of uses. Hazel has also long been the chosen wood to make staffs for ritual Druidic use, shepherds crooks, staffs for self-defence and for pilgrims, and for everyday walking sticks.
The Celtic name for the hazel tree means nine and the Hazel Moon is the ninth month of the Celtic Tree Calendar. In Celtic mythology, nine magical hazel trees hang over the sacred Well of Wisdom dropping their hazelnuts into the well. The water of the well flows into streams where the magical nuts are eaten by the Salmon of Wisdom. It was also believed that Hazel trees grew near sacred sites and magical places.
Hazelnuts are mentioned for their nutritional and healing power in the Bible and in ancient Greek and Roman writings and mythology. Hazelwood and hazelnuts are also believed to give you knowledge, wisdom and poetic inspiration.
PHYSICAL BENEFITS
Hazelnuts have many health benefits, including reducing blood fat levels, regulating blood pressure, and reducing inflammation. Also, hazelnuts contain several compounds that may help lower blood sugar levels.
Hazelnuts are packed with many nutrients including vitamin B, minerals including manganese and copper, antioxidants, and healthy fats. Hazelnuts help prevent and decrease inflammation due to their high concentrations of healthy fats. Hazelnuts also contain a lot of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.
Hazelnuts are a rich source of unsaturated fat, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamin E, folate, pantothenic acid and biotin. Vitamin E is an antioxidant and it also helps to the formation of red corpuscles, muscles and other body tissue. Hazelnuts are also a plentiful and easily stored source of protein.
Folate is important to enjoy a healthy pregnancy and for the health of the baby. Higher consumption of folate also protects against cardiovascular diseases and cancer of the colon and the cervix. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) promotes healthy metabolism and the formation of nerves. Biotin is essential for the functioning of many of your enzymatic systems.
It is best to eat hazelnuts whole and unroasted to ensure you get the highest concentration of antioxidants. The high concentration of antioxidant compounds, vitamin E, and manganese in hazelnuts may help decrease the risk of certain cancers.
The consumption of at least 150g of hazelnuts a day protects against heart attacks. Hazelnuts help reduce the risk of heart disease by increasing oxidative capacity of blood cells and reduce blood lipid levels. They also help to normalize blood pressure.
SPIRITUAL BENEFITS
The Hazel tree was considered a living source of knowledge and wisdom and its nuts are a powerful tool for creativity and inspiration. Carry a hazelnut with you to help you to attract spiritual teachers and magic into your life.
Hazelnuts are also a symbol of good luck. If you find two hazelnuts in the same shell, eat the first one, and throw the other over your left shoulder to make your wish come true.
Hazelnuts have long been used as a magical fertility charm. Brides were traditionally given hazelnuts for good luck and fertility. Carry a hazelnut with you if you wish to conceive or collect a small bag of nuts as a gift for a bride.
To welcome the help of plant fairies, string hazelnuts on a cord and hang up in your house or meditation space.
Wands made of Hazelwood symbolize white magic and healing. Hazel is excellent for making all-purpose magical wands and also the forked sticks used to find water or buried treasure.
Rods made from the wood of the hazel tree have been used for divining water and earth energies. Hazelwood is pliant and supple and responds well to subtle energy vibrations and environmental changes.
CONNECT WITH HAZELNUTS
Hazelnuts are very versatile. You can eat them as a healthy snack or use them as an ingredient in many dishes. You can even help clear a stubborn cough by finely powdering some hazelnuts and mixing them with water and honey.
Enjoy hazelnuts raw, roasted, whole, sliced or ground. They are the tastiest and nutritious with the skin on.
Ground hazelnuts are mixed with flour and added to baked goods and other dishes for their nutrition and added flavour.
For a healthy snack try a handful of hazelnuts in the middle of the morning or afternoon. For a sweet or spicy treat, hazelnuts are also coated with chocolate, cinnamon or cayenne.
Peeled hazelnuts are ground to make flour for baking or to make hazelnut butter. They are also used in cakes and as a topping for ice creams and other desserts.
Remote viewing is the ability to acquire accurate direct knowledge that is not available to your ordinary physical senses, using extrasensory perception. Information is acquired beyond the use of the normal five senses and defies logic. A remote viewer uses their clairvoyant ability to view an object, event, person, or location that is hidden from physical view at some distance away. Everyone can remote view. All it takes is training plus a lot of practice to get good at it.
There is no direct scientific evidence that remote viewing works. Conventional science sees such psychic phenomena as pseudoscience. This is despite the many experiments conducted over many decades by the military and parapsychologists to investigate the potential of remote viewing.
Remote viewing is not restricted to the visual sense or clairvoyance. It often uses several senses at once to give a fuller picture through sounds, feelings, messages, and multi-channel synthesis of information.
Remote Viewing and Remote Sensing
Remote viewing is not the same as remote sensing. The analogies with remote viewing are so close that Remote Sensing may have been called remote viewing if the term was not already used.
Remote sensing uses technology to remote view. In remote sensing, information is obtained about an object or phenomenon remotely. As with remote viewing, there is no direct physical contact with the object. Remote sensing obtains information from a distance using balloons, drones, aircraft, or satellites.
Remote viewing utilises channels beyond the physical with unlimited applications. The science of remote sensing utilises any or all frequencies of electromagnetic radiation. Specific channels such as ultraviolet, radio and infrared are used in engineering, geology, surveillance, astronomy, and military applications.
Remote sensing is the science which may scientifically prove life exists elsewhere in the universe. With remote viewing you can talk to the intelligent beings in the cosmos now. It would be cool to use the two together with the technology unveiling the target on other world and the mind observing it in detail.
Remote Viewing is Not Psychic Woo
Remote viewing allows a remote viewer to give details about a target that is inaccessible to normal senses due to distance, time, or shielding. A viewer might be asked to describe a location on the opposite side of planet earth, describe an event that happened long ago, or describe an object that is sealed in a container or locked in a room without being told anything about the target. Remote viewing codes were often used by the military in controlled experiments instead of a name or designation.
Remote viewing is closely related to psychic phenomena such as clairvoyance or telepathy. Remote viewing and clairvoyance rely on a similar ability. However remote viewing is not really a psychic phenomenon. It is a discipline or skill that facilitates or harnesses the remote viewer’s own innate, underlying psychic abilities. The ability to view information about a person, place, or event is a skill that can be learned through diligent effort and practice.
History of Remote Viewing
The practice of remote viewing can be traced back as far as Ancient Greece and Ancient Egypt. Modern uses date back to around the 1930s when experiments were conducted on clairvoyance, out of body experiences, and telepathy.
Remote viewing techniques were pioneered by a group of scientists. They worked with several highly gifted psychics as part of a U.S. government-sponsored research program. After 20 years of research and development, they discovered that virtually anyone can be taught this powerful skill to collect information.
Scientists and psychics developed remote viewing at the Stanford Research Institute in the 1970’s. They felt it had the potential to be accurate enough to support sensitive intelligence operations. A training model was developed and then refined by a military remote viewing unit.
The Stargate Project
The Stargate Project was the umbrella code name of one of several sub-projects to investigate claims of psychic phenomena with potential military and domestic applications. These projects were active from the 1970s until 1995 and were primarily handled by the DIA and CIA. They followed up early psychic research done at The Stanford Research Institute, The American Society for Psychical Research, and other psychic research laboratories.
Under the Stargate Project, military intelligence personnel trained to become psychic spies. The Stargate Project came to light in 1995. The word Stargate was appropriated for the Stargate film and series as a means to travel easily between worlds. The irony is you can use remote viewing to picture a Stargate as a portal and travel to other worlds.
The Stargate Project created a set of protocols designed to make the research of clairvoyance and out-of-body experiences more scientific and to minimize inaccuracy and errors. Stargate only received a mission after all other intelligence attempts, methods, or approaches had already been exhausted. It was reported that there were over 22 active military and domestic remote viewers providing data.
It remains unclear whether remote viewing had been demonstrated. Laboratory studies do not provide evidence about the origin or nature of the phenomenon. Also, laboratory conditions have limited applicability and utility for intelligence gathering operations. The information provided by remote viewing is often vague and ambiguous. Also, the specific tasks required of the remote viewers and the nature of the remote viewing targets were vastly dissimilar.
How Does Remote Viewing Work?
Remote viewing trains the unconscious mind to provide information about a target. As you write down the data obtained you become more connected with the target. This facilitates a stronger connection and increasingly detailed information. This information is then translated into sketches and drawings.
Everything in the universe exists as a pattern of information within the collective unconscious. This is the Matrix or energy web that is like a conscious cloud. You are a point of light in this matrix networked to all else. The trick is to filter out the noise and focus like a laser to channel a particular pattern to your conscious awareness. Trained remote viewers are said to have at least 80-90% accuracy.
Remote viewing is actually remote perception. To be successful you must learn to bypass your rational thoughts to allow your unconscious to work. Remote Viewing is the rigorous, repeatable, scientific collection of information.
A Remote Viewing session begins with a “cue” which is a question that defines the data that you are seeking. These cues range from locating your lost car keys to locating missing people. Only your imagination and desire limits the data you can obtain from Remote Viewing.

Meditation and peoples psychic abilities are an interesting topic. Some people say you should meditate with your eyes closed and when your tapping into the unseen world, using your psychic abilities, you are better off with your eyes closed also. This isn’t actually true. We are all different, unique human beings and can utilise our potential in different ways. When you are starting out meditating or remote viewing or using your psychic awareness, it can be better to cut out all external stimulus but once you are tuned in and know your stuff, meditating with your eyes open can be the best experience ever. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
So, I wanted to share my feelings with you about meditation and whether you should meditate with your eyes open, or your eyes closed. We can also touch upon healing as well and your vision as a psychic because we’re all psychic. None of us are any or psychic than others. It’s just different parts of our brain that we’ve trained or activated and have regained the wisdom and the power and the knowledge of how to use and access someone that sees into the spirit worlds is not any more of a psychic than someone that doesn’t, that has never practiced it. it just means they’ve never practiced it.
I’m not a golfer but it doesn’t mean that I’m not as good a golfer as anyone else or have the potential to be as good a golfer as anyone else if I put my heart and my soul into it. We’ve all got the potential. It comes down to discipline, determination, and your will to want to do it. So, let’s get back to meditation when you meditate with your eyes closed you shut out those other elements of the human world that can interfere such as light, such as the scenery around you, such as other people. It’s like when you wear headphones. You shut out all the other noise, you kind of solidify your environment and immerse yourself into it because all you can hear is what is in the headphones. You can’t hear the bird tweeting, you can’t hear the car go and pass the window, you can’t hear the people talking in the next room. That doesn’t mean to say that when you go into meditation it’s best to wear headphones.
Something that I feel everybody should do is to be able to meditate in the middle of Times Square or Piccadilly Circus you know or a busy Indian market. You should just be able to stop your mind and be and observe. As soon as you come into an observational space you are meditating. As soon as there’s no thoughts you are meditating. Now when you’re starting out meditating it can be quite difficult because the mind chat is like crazy. It starts to talk about what you’re going to do later, what you didn’t do yesterday, what you should have done this morning. That argument that you had, what you didn’t say to this person, the business meeting that didn’t go too well. What you’re going to have for dinner tomorrow evening, with your friends when you go to your favourite restaurant, all this sort of stuff.
What you want to do when you started meditating is give yourself some focus and take away all your senses, take all your senses out of the equation in terms of your 3D reality. So, you can wear an eye mask, or you can close your eyes to take out your vision, your sight, you can put earphones in so that you’re not hearing all those extra noises, only the ones that are coming through the headphones, the music, the voices in this guided meditation. There is no extra stimulus. You’re in an environment where there’s no other people so no one is going to move. Be in the space so you can feel their energy because you do feel people’s energies when you’re in the space with them, when you’re starting out you want to get into a dark room a quiet room and you want to immerse yourself in the experience and once you get used to the fact that your mind isn’t chattering anymore or it’s chattering but you’re just observing it and it’s not having any effect on you, you go to that space where it’s completely empty that is the trick. That is the aim.
You go to that space of darkness of complete void, of complete blackness, where it’s totally empty of everything that place of nothing that place of ‘no’ thing no emotion no voice no thoughts no nothing, no body you’re just complete empty space. Now to get to that takes a little bit of practice with most people. Some people go there quick. We’ve ran so many workshops for thousands of people, and I know that some people can access it quickly. I know that most people it takes a little bit of effort, a little bit of dedication but with dedication, discipline, and effort everybody can access it.
Now when you’re starting out you want to kind of block out your whole environment, go into the darkness. This also activates your melatonin levels when you start to bring breath working in which we’re not going to cover in this video but when you bring breath work in, you’re in complete darkness and silence and the pineal gland has been activated. Whilst you’re going through a medicine experience, mind blowing experiences take place geometrically, visually. Your spirit, your soul, activates in a in a unique fashion and you go on some incredible journeys. You should check out our meditation library if you want to go on some of those incredible journeys but that’s a whole other story. If you’re at say a more intermediate or an advanced level of meditation, one thing I recommend is meditating with your eyes open, even standing. Meditating with your eyes open it’s a phenomenal experience.
Once you get to that space where you can shut down your brain in one way, in terms of your 3D reality, what you see you don’t really see it even though your eyes are open. It’s just colour and pictures and images. There are no thoughts inside of your mind, the noises that you hear on your environment such as a bird or a car or a plane going over or someone dropping something, or you hear whispers of voices. Whatever it is when you can use those noises to go deeper into them you can have the most amazing experience. A lot of people when they heal, that’s happened in two parallel realities, past lives. Other dimensional spaces are the frequency bands to get knowledge or to tap into information streams. But they can use to create healing in the now space for the human being they’re working with. When people go into these healing spaces most people will do it with their eyes closed. sometimes I do it with my eyes closed but most of the time you’re seen it with my eyes open.
When my eyes are open, I go into this altered state where I’m connecting with a world beyond this physical form. So, over there to my left now is the wall of a house. When I’m in this altered state I don’t see the wall of the house. I’m in a different field of information with my eyes open and again this takes a little bit of practice to get used to. I always say this to people. If you want to access the spirit world, if you want to access the world of geometry and information, you’ve got to be like a fisherman. You’ve got to cast your rod out and then be patient. You can’t look for the fish, you can’t wiggle your rod around in the water because the fish are going to swim away. you’ve got to be patient. Settle down, accept that you’re in this space and let the fish come to the bait. They’ll get curious. They’ll bite onto it. You can reel your fishing line back in. You’ve got a fish; you can go home and eat or feed your family.
If I drop into an altered state of consciousness and I see a vision, it could be a wall a partial wall. If I turn to look at that wall most of the time, it’s going to disappear but if I’m patient and allow that wall to be in my peripheral vision the wall will expand into a whole vision. It will become a whole wall and then a castle and then you’ll see a tank and then you’ll see a forest and then you’ll see people and then you’ll see a doorway. Then you can walk through the doorway, then you can start exploring but if you start looking for information it will disappear. You’ve got to allow the information to come to you and it will come so fast because it’s already there. You’ve just got to break that illusory veil and step into the altered frequency space in meditation. You’re meditating with your eyes open stood up. Could be a three-hour meditation. You are having the most magical geometrical experience, your pineal gland, once it’s trained, once your brain is trained in the right way, you can capture any piece of information for our all time and space, past, present, and future, which all exists now because there is no future, there is no past. It’s all in this quantum now space. It’s accessible to every human being on this planet. Every piece of information that has ever existed and will ever exist and does exist right now is accessible right now.
So, what I’m suggesting is this. When you’re starting at meditating, meditate with your eyes closed in a dark space. Shut yourself out. When you get a bit further down the line your mind is quiet and you’re having amazing quantum mystical magical experiences, start to experiment with your eyes open. Come out into the sunshine and meditate. You could just do your own meditation where you go into a quiet space or you could be listening to something, one of my meditations, someone else’s meditations. It could just be a piece of music that you’re meditating on. I suggest meditating in the early hours of the morning if you want to have a deep experience and journey, meditating in the morning in the early hours between three four five o’clock, your melatonin levels are optimum. It’s a great place to do deep journeying.
So, I highly recommend if you want to go real, real, deep and do something very specific like creating a new world, a new universe, a new reality, then that is the time to do it. But you don’t have to do that to access the spirit world and you don’t have to do that to meditate and get the full benefits. You can meditate anywhere, anytime, anyplace on your own, with other people, with your eyes open or closed, and still have profound experiences. I know this because I’ve experienced it myself and I think I’ve seen many people from different countries, different walks of life, different ages, different ethnicities, different experiences with meditation have all had profound experiences. Eyes open, eyes closed, it really, really doesn’t matter once you know what you’re doing, and you know how to access those other levels. But start off by submerging yourself, immersing yourself, and then once you become more experienced you can go from there.

Brussels sprouts are the quintessential Christmas dinner vegetable. In total there are about 110 different varieties of Brussels sprouts. They are native to the Mediterranean region along with other cabbage species. Brussels sprouts first appeared in northern Europe during the fifth century and were later cultivated in the 13th century near Brussels. From there they spread to the rest of the world. It is thought that the first farmed variety of Brussels sprout was cultivated in Ancient Rome.
Brussels sprouts are cruciferous vegetables and are part of the Brassica family together with cabbages, broccoli and kale. Brussels sprouts are small green edible buds, which look like mini cabbages, measuring around 2.5cm-4cm in diameter. Although they resemble the structure of a head of cabbage, the sprouts grow on are produced in the leaf axils, starting at the base of the stem and working upward.
Sprouts were readily eaten on the continent due to the ease in which they grow. They thrive in temperate latitudes in the Northern hemisphere at temperatures between 7-24 degrees. Brussels sprouts are ready for harvest 90-180 days after planting. Crops are substantial and the sprouts are usually sweetest after a frost.
Britons eat more Brussels sprouts than any other nation in Europe. This is thanks to the Victorians loving the idea of eating miniature cabbages. Sprouts only became widely available in Britain towards the end of the 1800s which is around the time that our modern ideas of Christmas feasting were being invented. The sprout season lies slap bang in the middle of Christmas and the modern roast dinner was invented around the same time that sprouts were first imported in large amounts.

PHYSICAL BENEFITS
Brussels sprouts are incredibly good for us. Sprouts contain a huge range of essential nutrients including vitamin K, B vitamins, fibre, manganese, choline, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin C.
A portion of 80g or four Brussels sprouts counts as one of your five-a-day. This serving of sprouts has four times more vitamin C than an orange. A cup of cooked Brussels sprouts contains only about 60 calories.
Brussels sprouts are rich in iron for making red blood cells to carry oxygen around the body. They also contain manganese which is involved in breaking down the food we eat, and phosphorus which helps to build strong bones and teeth.
They also contain vitamin A which helps to look after the health of our skin and eyes, and all of the B vitamins, especially folic acid which helps the body to form healthy red blood cells.
Brussels sprouts are also an excellent source of vitamin K with just eight cooked sprouts providing over double the recommended daily allowance. Vitamin K is needed for blood clotting and helping wounds to heal properly.
Sprouts have many sulphuric compounds that help with the body’s detoxification process. These compounds are antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cardio-protective.
Brussels sprouts may help protect against cancer, reduce inflammation and help maintain healthy blood sugar levels. They contain high levels of glucosinolates which are responsible for preventing cancer.
Brussels sprouts may have unique health benefits in the area of DNA protection. A recent study has shown improved stability of DNA inside of our white blood cells after daily consumption of 1.25 cups of Brussels sprouts.
SPIRITUAL BENEFITS
Brussels sprouts and other green vegetables carry the energy of bio-photons which have been shown to potentially have healing effects. Brussels sprouts help our cells generate more bio-photons than most foods. Bio-photons are particles of light which are produced by the cells in our body to communicate with each other and heal at the cellular level.
Brussels sprouts are highly alkalizing, oxygenating, and cleansing for your body. As they nourish your physical body, you become more aware and more connected to your heart chakra. This optimizes healing and increases your capacity to generate and feel love.
Brussels sprouts and other green vegetables help you feel more energetic, more aligned, and more at peace, especially when processing emotional heartache. Eat Brussels sprouts to coordinate what you eat with your heart chakra when it feels out of balance. Sprouts holistically and energetically support your emotional and physical body, raise your spiritual vibrations, and can help heal a broken heart
CONNECT WITH BRUSSEL SPROUTS
Make sure that the sprouts have a small tight head, good green colour and are firm. The freshest sprouts are green with a white base. Avoid mushy ones or old sprouts that appear drab green and yellow.
There are more than 9,000 ways to cook a sprout. They can be boiled, steamed, stir-fried, roasted, and even grilled on a BBQ. They can also be Dijon-braised, balsamic-roasted, cherry-glazed, and sweet and sour. Roasted, sautéed or grilled sprouts can taste sweet and nutty.
The one thing you have to watch out for is overcooking them. This is because a strong sulphur-like flavour is produced as the cell walls break down. They also lose their nutritional value and taste. To help Brussels sprouts cook more quickly and evenly cut each sprout into quarters.
Wash them and steam in a pan with a 1/2 inch of water for about 5 minutes. Then you can drain and toss a little salt, pepper and lemon juice with them. You can also cut an x in the stem with a knife so the heat can penetrate better and cook the tougher stalk end more easily.
Brussels sprouts can provide you with some special cholesterol-lowering benefits if you will use a steaming method when cooking them. The fibre-related components in Brussels sprouts do a better job of binding together with bile acids in your digestive tract when they’ve been steamed.
Anyone of any age or physical condition can practice Qigong healing techniques. Qigong improves your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Qigong healing techniques integrate posture, movement, breathing techniques, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.
What is Qigong?
‘Qi’ is the name for vital life-force or life-force energy. Qi (Chi) means ‘breath’ or ‘air’ that penetrates and permeates everything in the universe. Chi is also known as prana in Sanskrit and bioelectricity in the West.

Qigong is the basic exercise system within Chinese medicine. Qigong exercises are designed to help you clear your physical and spiritual essence, strengthen and balance the flow of Qi energy, and align all aspects of your being with divine flow.
The exercises and meditations in qigong harmonise the yin and yang aspects of being and doing. Yin exercises include relaxed stretching, visualization, and breathing. Yang exercises are more dynamic and effective for supporting the immune system.
In Qigong, Qi energy is moved through one or more of the 20 channels of the body. The exercises balance your Qi energy, smooth the flow, and strengthen your body. In Chinese medicine, Qigong exercises are used to maintain health, prevent illness, and extend longevity.
Qigong can help you become the most balanced you can be. It is important to choose what suits your individual constitution. We each have inherited imbalances that we cannot control and for some people it is easier to achieve balance and strength than it is for others.
Qigong is a complete system of exercise and meditation that lasts a lifetime. The routines are usually gentle and have very powerful effects over time. Qigong is also used to extend longevity, for attaining spiritual enlightenment, and as a martial art to perform otherwise impossible feats.
Healing Benefits of Qigong
Qigong exercises help maintain health by creating a state of mental and physical calmness. This indicates that the Qi energy is balanced and harmonious. The exercises allow your body, mind, and spirit to function most efficiently with the least amount of stress.
When you start to practice Qigong you focus on letting go. Most imbalances arise from holding on to too much for too long. Qi strength is revealed by a smooth, calm, concentrated effort that is free of stress and does not push one part of the body against another.
Qigong is a powerful way to prevent and manage illnesses. When disharmony appears, Qigong healing techniques are often used to restore harmony. In China Qigong is used extensively for people with cancer.
Qigong postures and motions are shaped by the yin and yang principle. This explores the relationship between slow and fast, soft and hard, nothing and something, and internal and external. By flowing between these contrasts, Qigong restores harmony to your channels, energy winds, and organ systems.
You will receive many benefits through regular practice. Your concentration will increase, your breath-work becomes more controlled and your body will naturally self-heal. Also, your quality of life will improve and you will feel in balance and harmony with your body, mind, and environment.
Concentration & Breathing Techniques
Concentration is a process of focusing inwards and letting go at the same time. Through deep relaxation and by expanding your consciousness you create a state of mind that encompasses your body, mind, and spirit. At the same time, you are focused enough to allow outside distractions and worries to drift away.
Lao Tzu described two breathing techniques as a way to stimulate Qi energy. They are known as Buddha’s Breath and Daoist’s Breath. Both methods infuse the body with Qi and help focus meditation.
Buddha’s Breath: When you inhale, extend your abdomen, filling it with air. When you exhale, contract your abdomen, expelling the air from the bottom of your lungs first and then pushing it up and out until your abdomen and chest are deflated. Practice inhaling for a slow count of eight and exhaling for a count of sixteen whilst inviting your Qi energy to flow through your channels. Invite and guide the Qi to flow gently with your mind.
Daoist’s Breath: When you breathe in, you contract your abdominal muscles. When you exhale, you relax the torso and lungs. Daoist breath is the opposite of Buddha’s breath.
Basic Qigong Exercises
Exercise One: Gentle Sway. Move both of your arms from your shoulders in a gentle swinging motion for five minutes. Twist from the waist as though your torso is a towel that you were wringing out. Never twist from the knees or you may harm them. Also twisting from the waist massages your internal organs. Move your arms side to side across your torso, and then back to front. Then keep your knees slightly bent and let your hips sway. Allow your mind to clear all tension and stress for several weeks. Then shift your focus to think only about the swaying of your arms and the motion of Qi energy. This introduces you to the concept of being mindful of the present.
Exercise Two: The Bounce. With your feet parallel and about shoulder’s width apart, bounce back and forth with loose knees and your arms hanging at the side. Your arms should feel loose and pointing downwards. Do this for one to three minutes initially. Remember to keep your shoulders natural without pulling them back or letting them slump forward too much. You should receive a feeling of deep relaxation throughout your body which brings awareness of internal tension that you can choose to let go of.
These two exercises gently massage and tone your organ systems which helps promote longevity and healing of your body.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right in there, beautiful soul?
I want to share with you some thoughts and feelings about kindness and I want to share with you a very short activation, a code. It’s called the kindness codes. Why is this important? Because to be kind you’ve got to be in a certain space to be kind. This requires a little bit of practice even though as human beings’ kindness is so natural for us. It’s so natural for us to love. It’s so natural for us to be kind, it’s so natural for us to care and to share for our fellow sisters and brothers. It’s what we are at the core of our being. If that’s the case, why do we need to practice it. Surely it should be easy-peasy. We should be kind to everybody in our environment, all the people that we meet and get to interact with people that we don’t interact with on a physical level in our local environment. But we might see them on the television, or we might see them across the street, or we might see them participating in some kind of event or situation that we give judgment to. So, we interact with that situation energetically, emotionally.
It’s so important right now currently on our earth as spiritual beings having a human experience. We need to exercise this discipline and practice, being kind more than ever. The reason we need to exercise discipline to become kind and to practice being kind is because most of us have a 0.25 second window between stimulus and response because we’re bouncing around in here, we’re bouncing around in our heads thinking the mind is working overtime. Sixty to seventy thousand thoughts are going through most human beings’ brains on average every single day. That’s a lot of thoughts. Most of them are unconscious but when something happens in our local environment, or we see something through a screen we may judge someone. We react and we don’t have any control over it until we raise our levels of awareness and realize that there is this 0.25 second window between stimulus and response and we start to do the work.
We start to re-engineer our consciousness, our physical, our mental, emotional, spiritual bodies. We redefine who we are and what it means to be human, to be kind. We re-engineer our consciousness to have space between our consciousness, our awareness, and the thoughts that are bouncing around inside of our heads. Sometimes they’re our own, sometimes they’re thoughts that could be other people’s because we’re all telepathic. Sometimes there are thoughts in our heads that are placed there by other beings. It doesn’t really matter where these thoughts come from. What’s important is you distance yourself between the thoughts and you which is the space that your awareness and your consciousness is in, so it doesn’t react. It’s like the thoughts are all the way over there so if something’s happening there’s, an argument taking place, a man is being rude to a woman, you see someone injured, there’s some kind of catastrophe going on in the world, whatever it is. We’re like that person, this, those people are that they shouldn’t be doing this.
We judge and blame a lot as humans because we’ve been conditioned this way. Our five senses have been used, have been bombarded and swamped with data, with information. We’re living in a state, most of us, of constant fear, worry, on a lower vibration where it’s easy for our thought patterns to be manipulated and for us to respond and react like robots. Blame, judge, blame, judge, blame, judge, blame. That’s what we’re doing. So, what you’ve got to do is you’ve got to get yourself into this space where you don’t react like them. Now it takes discipline because we’re so naturally inclined to blame and judge so first you’ve got to decide that you want to do this. Then you’ve got to bring this awareness into your consciousness and realize that you do react a lot and don’t deny it like an alcoholic or a heroin addict or a sex addict. Don’t deny it. First, accept responsibility and say hey, yeah, I overreacted. I do it too. We all react here and there but what we’ve got to do is stop that reaction time.
We react in 5, 10, 15, seconds. We react for an hour if that’s where you’re at, or a day if that’s where you’re at, and wherever you’re at you’re back in. You blow up, you get emotional, you get anger, you go into fear, whatever. You start cursing, effing, and blinding, judging, and blaming and you stew on it for a day, maybe a month. I don’t know where you’re at right there and it doesn’t really matter because it’s just about progress and if you’re being disciplined and making the progress every single day you’re going to get to where you need to be. You’re already there. You’re just removing the layers, the stuff, that’s in the way from you being a focused clear human being where you choose kindness every single time. When someone is throwing abuse at you, they’re blaming you for something, you have that awareness and you realize that it’s their stuff it’s not yours and they’re giving you a perfect opportunity, a beautiful gift, to stay in your heart and say hey beautiful soul I love you unconditionally. I’m here for you.
Instead of going into fear and reacting and judging and blaming or throwing and hurling abuse back in them, you switch it. You’re never going to put a fire out with fire. You’ve got to put water on the fire so allow your love and your kindness to be the liquids that put out the fire. In the situation you find yourself in you have the power to make the choices to change things, but you’ve got to want to do it and then you’ve got to be disciplined because those thoughts are going to keep flying through your head. So, you’ve got to practice getting into a state where you’re fully aware, where you’re walking around your reality as an observer. No judgment, no blame, no labels. You don’t even label a tree. You just observe the tree and love the tree and be kind to the tree and the lay of the tree to just stand there and do what it needs to do without calling it a tree because it’s just energy, the same as the car, or the flower, or the man, or the woman, or the dog, or the cat, or the butterfly. It’s all energy. Why label these things and separate us.
Let’s just see one field of information, one field of light, one field of unconditional love. Realize that we’re all the same, just different expressions of the same substance, the same source, the same energy the same light, the same information expressing itself in a multitude of different ways and not just in this reality but multiple others at the same time in the same space. Maybe you’re aware of those realities, to the blending of fields of information, the blending of dimensions or densities when you see something that isn’t there in this reality, but it is there just on a different frequency band. When you heighten your awareness, you’ll start to go to this level. Maybe you’re already there. Wherever you are is beautiful, perfect, for right now because right now is all there is. Tomorrow, yesterday they don’t exist because when you get to tomorrow it’s going to be there and yesterday it’s taken place. It’s just a memory. Once you let go of the emotions surrounding it, holding, it is cradling it, attaching you to it, it’s just a memory which you can access if you want because there’s wisdom knowledge lying within that memory, that snapshot, that picture in your head but without the emotion.
So, my recommendation to you is this when you wake up every morning, I want you to go through this short process that I’m about to take you through now and I want you to do this for 36 days solid. It’s only going to take a few minutes, 36 days and then you can revisit it every now and again if you feel necessary. But after 36 days everything is going to shift for you majorly. You’re going to feel it before the 36 days but after the 36 days of continually doing this your life is going to be magical because there’s going to be no blame and judgment and it’s going to shift you to a whole new paradigm. Freedom baby that’s what it’s about so what I want you to do in the morning when you wake up, I want you to turn to the side, put your feet on the floor, sit up nice and straight, put your hands on your legs with your palms up nice and flat. Then lose your eyes and breathe in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach.
As you breathe, I want you to breathe in an electric pink frequency. You’ll become aware of it in the space around you. I want you to breathe this electric pink frequency in through your nose down to the pit of your stomach and I want you to keep breathing it in until it fills the inside of your body. Once the inside of your body is completely full from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown, you’ll become aware of an electric green frequency in your heart, a tiny little ball and as you continue to breathe this pink frequency is you’re going to vibrate faster and faster and then this electric pink ball in your heart, in your chest, is going to expand 360 degrees in all directions, until it expands past the boundaries of your physical body. It’s going to grow until it’s three meters from top to bottom, left to right, front to back. Once it gets to that size, you’re going to continue to breathe you’re then they’re going to become aware of an inverted golden pyramid spinning three meters above your crown chakra, spinning clockwise pulling in codes from the fabric of the cosmos, different coloured light codes.
As these light codes flow in from the empty space from the fabric of the cosmos I want you to place this code into the inverted pyramid. The code is NR42, November Romeo 42. All you’re going to do is you’re going to intend that code into the pyramid. You can place it, you can see, you can visualize it, however you intend into the pyramid but see that code inside vibrating NR42 will then dissolve into the pyramid and the frequency from it will flow through the codes that the inverted golden pyramid drew from the fabric of the cosmos inside it. You’re seeing NR 42 flow through those codes and then the pyramid is going to stop spinning once NR42 has flowed through every single code, flowed throughout them all. The apex of that pyramid is going to open, and all those light codes are going to flow down through your crown and into your pineal gland. These codes are going to shrink, getting smaller and smaller until they all fit inside that crystal, that little crystal matrix inside of your brain to the back slightly, that little pinecone that we call our third eye made up of those cosmic crystals. See those codes flow down inside of it.
The master cell in your pineal gland will then transport these codes to every cell in your physical body. you’ll see 75 trillion streams, tiny little electromagnetic streams, flow throughout your body into every single cell. As the codes are transmitted instantly your whole body will start to vibrate. The green sphere will then start to shrink. It will shrink back inside your physical body, back into your heart. A stream of light will then flow from this tiny little, small electric green sphere up through your chest, up through your throat, up through your head, your face and into your pineal gland. Codes will flow from your heart into your pineal gland and then a golden stream of light will flow from your pineal gland into your heart. Light codes will flow through this golden stream into your heart space. A two-way communication has now been set up. These codes are flowing throughout your body bringing you into a heightened state of awareness and as you go through your life, you’re going to start to feel kindness exacerbate and exuberant kindness through every cell through every pore through your skin, through your energy body into your local environment and as other people connect with you and challenge you to be kind you’re going to find it easier and easier and easier.
What I want you to do for these 36 days is set up a practice and that practice is this. After you’ve done this the first 13 people that you meet that day, you’re going to smile at them and you’re going to ask them how you are feeling today regardless of what they say or how they respond. It doesn’t matter. You’re going to smile and ask how you are feeling today. Maybe they’ll stop and tell you, maybe they’ll just say great and walk on, but maybe they’ll tell you, their day. Maybe they’ll look at you like you’re strange. It doesn’t matter. If you radiate enough positive energy and you give them a great big smile, I guarantee you on some level you are going to elevate them and change them and you’re going to bring a smile to their face. Whether they show externally or internally they’re going to be smiling. Every cell of them is going to be hit with a force. It’s a beautiful, magical gift you’re giving to every single human that you smile at, and you say how are you feeling. Your mission is to not respond regardless of what they say. You’re just going to smile. If they stop and tell you say thank you for sharing, have an amazing day, and off you go. Don’t get into a conversation, just bid them farewell. They’ll feel this big time.
What’s going to happen to you if you go through these 36 days, you’re going to be disciplining yourself to not respond. The codes are going to be flowing through your body and you’re going to be practicing, exercising kindness with the first 13 humans that you encounter every single day. You can do the same with animals, but they don’t count towards your 13, your family members count, and they probably be the first 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. You’re amazing, beautiful soul. We must be kind, we must love, we must share and care for each other like we’re family. We are family. We’re a human tribe. When someone is being angry, they need love. More anger isn’t going to help them, judgment isn’t going to help them, but love is in the moment. The love may not trigger an immediate response because they’re so full of ego or so in the moment overreacting or going through whatever process but love them still. You get to choose love or fear in every situation. So, choose the good stuff, choose the love.
Let’s raise the vibration on this planet together as a family. Kindness, compassion, it’s what’s going to make this world a better place. Fear it’s just going to torture us for an eternity. Jealousy, anger, is going to poison the human being that is being jealous or angry. So, make a shift to make a change. Make a different choice and be your superhuman powerful self. You’re awesome and I love you unconditionally. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my being. I’ll see you again real soon, beautiful soul.

You become a clear channel for self-healing and communication when your thoughts and emotions are in harmony and alignment with the living universal energy field, the pattern of source energy that is alive in everything.
Self-Healing Techniques
In just five minutes you can change your flow of internal energy and your state of being. Sit comfortably in a sacred space that is relaxing and calm.
Quieten your mind and tune into your body. Then become aware of your breath. There is no need to change the pattern of your breathing. Just pay attention to the flow of your breath in and out, in and out. You are breathing in universal energy and you are breathing out all the stagnant or spent energy.
Notice your breath without changing it. Breathing like this invites you to be present and quieten your never-ending thoughts from interfering for the next few minutes.
With palms together in front of you, quickly rub your hands together. Do this for 30 to 60 seconds. Let them become warm from the friction and feel that warmth. Feel the love of the universe in your heart as you do this.
Hold your hands a few inches away from each other. Ensure they are facing each other and feel the energy flowing through them. This energy is always here. You feel this energy tune into it. Know this is part of you.
Close your eyes. See if you can move the energy up your arms and through your body. You are awakening your energy body with your intent and your intent is to feel and to heal.
Move that energy to any part of your body where you may feel some stress or illness. Then keep it there as you send love and healing energy. Rub your hands together again if you feel like you are losing touch with feeling the energy.
Picture the energy in a way that feels right for you. You may feel it, hear it, or picture it as white light. Allow yourself time to play like a curious child.
Continue to work with this flow of energy. Notice how this feels as it reaches different spaces and feel it healing you where you felt pain before. Feel grateful for finally recognizing this inherent ability in you.
Notice the healing energy relaxing the parts of the body it flows into. Thank your body for being able to awaken to this awareness and healing. Remember that you have been channelling source energy through your body as healing energy.
Energy Healing Tips
Your experience of energy healing will be unique. You use your natural self-healing mechanisms. Many people describe it as relaxing, warm, and physically pleasant. Energy healing can also clear stuck energy, remove chords of attachment because you to shake or cry, and you may experience mood shifts.
Your body has many components that work seamlessly together. When something is not functioning properly it will appear to you like pain or weakness, or you may see a part of your body may flash red over a hologram of your body.
Use your thoughts and emotions to change the frequency and flow of your energy. This is a simple as changing the channel from a negative to a positive transmission. You will feel yourself relax as you switch the channel. Try to tune into the pure frequencies of your healing guides. Connect with Archangel Raphael, Medicine Buddha, source energy, or any of your personal healing guides.
Channelling Your Healing Guides
Call your spiritual healers and your higher self to help you. Set a clear intention with a pure heart for healing yourself. This clears the channels and invites your guides, angels, and divine healers to appear and get to work. When you are in the presence of your healing guides and angels you will feel relaxed and calm.
Let go and accept what arises in your space for your healing. Your body may feel warm, tingle or shake. Listen to your body and its sensations. Listen to your inner intuitive voice and remain open to possibilities.
Listen with your heart and soul, and tune into your healing. This opens your heart and third eye and improves communication through the ethers. Be open to any messages you receive and be in the space without any thoughts or expectations.
Set a strong intention when you channel healing for yourself. Invite your higher self, your healing guides and angels into your healing space. Feel their love and compassion and surrender to what arises. This brings forth higher energies, clearer visions and it will enhance or accelerate the healing process.
Allow the healing to take place and note down or record any messages that come through. Welcome any images, colours, words, sensations, light language, and energy shifts. You may also tune into source energy and observe the flow of healing.
Always thank your healing guides, your higher self, the universe and all guides who have facilitated your healing. It also helps to drink lots of water and take some time to rest for the healing to continue.

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
So, my question to you is how far are you willing to go to become successful, how far are you willing to go to live your dreams? What are you willing to leave behind, what are you willing to let go of because for you to be truly successful and to get to the levels that I know you want to get to, the levels that you aspire to achieve, to create, you must be prepared to die. Now this might seem like a tall order to live your dreams, to become successful in whichever endeavour you decide to pursue but this is reality baby. You are a human being, and you have a mind. You have a consciousness, you have an ego, you have a physical body, a mental body, an emotional and spiritual body, and all these elements of what you are as a being, as a soul, as a spirit, as a human. All these elements intertwine to help you create and decide your destiny. You’ve got a heart which is a life compass which will lead you in the direction of your dreams.
You’ve got a mind, an ego, not a mind. You’ve got an ego. This little voice inside of your head that will always talk you out of what it is that you really want to do, where your heart’s trying to guide you because you’re scared and the reason it’s scary is because you’re going to move into a new version of who you are and you’re going to leave behind that old one. When people come to our trainings the first thing that I say to them is I hope you’ve told your family you’re not coming home. People laugh but I’m being serious because you walk through the doors to our training you aren’t leaving; no way are you leaving not the same person anyway. You’re going to die in that training. You might die three or four times and be reborn three or four times because we’re going to strip away the layers of you, the layers of your personality that are creating your personal reality, the one that doesn’t serve you, the one that keeps you locked inside of a cube, a box. One that you can’t get beyond because of fear. You must be prepared to die and leave behind the you that you currently are if you want to get to the next level you’ve got to.
Take an Olympic athlete for example. Let’s say they can run the hundred meters in 11 seconds which is way off the world record right now. It’s still fast but it’s way off. If they want to get to the next level and have a chance of coming across that finish line first and crushing Usain Bolt’s records, they’re going to have to die, they’re going to have to die in training, they’re going to have to die mentally, they’re going to have to die physically because the physical body that currently gets them across the line in 11 seconds isn’t good enough. The mental attitude that gets them across the line in 11 seconds is not up to be up to par. It might be great, it might be incredible, but it’s not super extraordinary and if you really want to get to those heights, those dizzy heights which aren’t high, we know they’re deep, then you’ve got to be prepared to die. You’ve got to be prepared to leave behind who you are and become someone new, someone different, someone expanded. You can still carry elements of your personality with you, but they’ll be elevated, expanded superhuman traits of your personality that are in the next octave of light, the next frequency band.
You’ve got to decide if you’re prepared to let go of what you know, let go of what you are, this person who has an age, a job, a name, a family that follows the same old routine every day that keeps them in the same old space continuously not giving them an opportunity to expand because they do the same old things every day. You see you’ve got thoughts, you’ve got emotions, and you can use your thoughts and emotions to succeed. Your heart knows where it wants to take you, your soul knows where it should be and where it is in another quantum space and what you’ve got to do is align with that, so you’ve got to know where it is that you want to go towards and then follow your heart.
You follow your heart by using your thoughts to guide you to focus on what it is that you want, what it is that you are in this so-called future reality that exists quantumly in the now. You’ve just got to align with it vibrationally and you do that by steering yourself and guiding yourself with your thoughts by following your life compass, your heart, by invigorating and triggering powerful emotional changes within your physical body, emotional charges that electrify you, invigorate you supercharge you, into high states of bliss, joy, gratitude, unconditional love, compassion, where you see the world as bountiful and you know that what you are is definitely a space you’re going to align with because this world is not limited this universe, is not limited. there is not a finite supply of energy and that’s what we’re talking about, beautiful soul, energy.
There’s enough energy in my hand to power the entire universe. So, there’s infinite hands of energy throughout the world. There are enough bands of energy just in your space right now to power multiple universes. So, don’t think that you haven’t got the resources to take you where you need to go to. You’ve got to exercise discipline and use the energy and your resources physically, chemically, emotionally to take you to where you want to be. Whenever you come across challenges in your life those challenges only appear as obstacles because you’ve taken your foot off the accelerator and your eyes off the goal because when you’re focused and you know where it is that you’re heading towards, aligning with challenges coming into your space, opportunities to grow enter your reality. You walk up to them, you move towards them, you learn from them, you remember from them, and they just fade away and disappear because everything is energy and you’re one powerful source of universal code. The code is love, the code is vibration, music, rhythm, light, and information. You are it. There is nothing beyond you apart from an expanded version of you which isn’t you. It’s deeper inside of you. You’ve just got layers of yourself that are stopping you connecting with the truth that lie inside your mighty cosmic heart, inside your soul, inside here because nothing external exists.
You are amazing, stunning, and extraordinary beyond measure, beautiful soul. You must be prepared to let go of what you are right now, the person that you think you are right now, only a fraction of who you can become, if you’re willing to let go of what you are. Are you prepared to leave behind habits that distort you and derail you and keep you going in circles around and around and around living Groundhog Day again and again in the game, or do you want to switch out at that circle and take a perpendicular approach like Christopher Columbus who sailed away from the islands and discovered new lands. All the rest of the captains were sailing around and around keeping their eyes fixed on the shore never losing sight of it just in case they got a little bit lost, so they stayed anchored. It’s like tying a canoe to the harbour with rope and then rowing. You aren’t going to get very far but if you slash that rope, drop it to the bottom of the water, you’re going to sail, you’re going to roll, you’re going to float, you’re going to go full steam ahead and you’re never going to look back because your eyes are focused on the goal and you don’t actually know how you’re going to get there and that’s the beautiful thing, sailing into the unknown.
If you’re prepared to die repeatedly, get into the mountaintop as a new human and then leave that human behind as you climb to the next. Your muscles are going to grow, your consciousness is going to expand, you’re not going to fit inside the same mental box that you’re in. You’re not going to fit inside the same t-shirt or jogging bottoms that you’re in because your muscles have expanded. You are amazing. Follow your heart, be prepared to do what it takes to dissolve this ego. Move it to the side, observe as that troublesome little child always trying to nag and chatter and talk you out of doing this or that and try and get you to do the same things, to invoke the same chemicals, so you take the same actions, create the same responses, to keep you locked in that pattern. Step outside of your comfort zone and take control because you deserve everything and more because you are powerful. I love you unconditionally.

Raw honey is one of the oldest known foods in the world. It has been used since the beginning of time and is often mentioned in the Bible and other historical writings as sacred because of its healing properties. Raw honey has also been widely used in various cultures around the world and has held important roles in culinary, medicinal, and religious traditions. Beekeeping dates back to at least 700BC. Honey has been found in ancient writings throughout various cultures, including the Sumerian and Babylonian cuneiform, the Hittite code, and ancient Egyptian and Indian writings. Centuries ago honey was used for both medicinal and cosmetic purposes. Honey was also used regularly during the embalming process. Pollination is the transfer of pollen from one flower to another. When bees are kept for honey production, beekeepers encourage an overproduction of honey so that there is enough for human beings and bees. There are three different forms of honey known as comb honey, liquid honey, and cream honey. Raw honey is honey that has been unprocessed, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and unadulterated. This ensures that it still contains the pollen, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Unprocessed honey in its raw living form is a miracle from God and the earth. Honey has saved human life during drastic times of starvation and it will become critical again in the future as a food for our survival and as one of the foods that heals.
