Spiritual Keys to Life Success

You may have felt that there is more to the meaning of life beyond the daily grind of life on Earth. Have you searched for meaning in your life or felt the presence of something bigger than you? Have you felt a special connection that transcends your physical life but felt stopped by your own mind? Then you will find in this article some cool tips and spiritual keys that will guide you to discover your spiritual path and find your connection and flow with divinity.

Letting Go

As you live your life you pick up the habits and behaviours of your upbringing and environment. You may experience the reliving of past memories that don’t serve you. These rattle around like parasites consuming your lust for life and clouding your perception of life. The trick is to let go of this excess baggage by letting go of your negative thoughts, feelings, and attitudes. Let go of your selfish actions and behaviours and embrace your higher nature.

You let go and empty your mind to access the spiritual realms. Clearing your mind and surrendering to ‘what is’ is powerful and offers you the keys to limitless freedom and possibility. When you let go you trust in the higher calling of the force of nature of creation. You connect with a higher intelligence that defies physical explanation or scientific understanding. You feel that you can accomplish anything and learn to trust this higher intelligence that some people call God.

Despite the chaos you observe and experience on Earth, you begin to know that everything unfolds perfectly. Remember that you are a spiritual being. Surrender to the universe and listen to the voice of your deeper intelligence. Then you free yourself from fear and doubt and release the obstacles your ego has created. Your ego, or the self that arises during your time on Earth, is often your biggest obstacle. Understand how it operates and then know that you are not ‘it’. You have control of your actions and reactions and can turn your autopilot off. You do this in small steps by gradually replacing automatic reactions with a deepened awareness.

See Everything in the Light

Your ego is your small self and it delights in making you feel needy and powerless. Each time you are tempted to judge another human being remind yourself that everyone is doing their best from their perspective or worldview in that particular moment. From your perception that there is a lack of meaning in your life, you grow a hunger to acquire everything. This includes the worldly pleasures of power, money, and sex. These only provide temporary happiness and never satisfy you. If they distract you from what really matters.

Look in a mirror and see yourself in the light as the luminous divine light warrior that you are. The light of a spiritual master is great and your light may feel like a small point centred in your heart or third eye. Know that you are both of the same light. This is the light of God, of all creation, and of the universe all around you. Then you see everyone and everything else in the light of God. Everyone lives in the same light.

Feel the Love of the Divine

There are many types of love including romantic love, the love of a mother for her child, and the loving compassion you feel for suffering living beings. Unconditional love is the highest form of love and it touches, moves, and inspires everyone and everything in your life. Unconditional love is the great divine unifier of life, and it holds creation together. When you flow with spiritual love, you are in the oneness and goodness of life. You are an immortal, spiritual being with the power to manifest love in all spheres of your life.

Your thoughts and feelings become more aligned with the divine pattern of creation as you connect more and more with your divine soul. Your vessel or light body fills with more light and energy and you heal and feel more alive. You also begin to co-create with the love frequencies of the universe and experience the miracle and wonder of life on Earth from a new elevated perspective.

Cultivate Your Intention

Your intention is a power that you can train and exercise like a muscle. Each day, have the intention to let go a little bit more. Unmask your false intentions and guilty desires and recognise false intentions by the energy you feel when you have them. Sense if there is any fear, greed, rage, hopelessness, or weakness. Sense the feeling first and refuse to buy into it. Then remain aware until you find the intention lurking beneath.

Have a pure intention and aim high. Cultivate a pure intention to be superhuman, a miracle healer or prophet. The reality is that you are all of these and so is everyone else.  Know that inner growth takes time and effort, and ask the universe for complete mastery of yourself so that you can serve the universe. Then you become your divine soul living on Earth. Mastery of anything starts with a clear vision or focus. Begin by seeing the little miracles around you and that will make it easier for greater miracles to grow.

Keep Your Intentions Flowing

Your daily life may be chaotic and lack integrity.  Your ego is a trickster that delights in creating dramas and it is easy to be entangled in its demands. Before you know it, you forget who you truly are and your life is run on automatic like a robot or meaning-making machine. Begin to train yourself to catch this by stopping what you are doing and take a deep breath. Stop thinking, and look deep within to find your centre and remain grounded. Let your intention for awaking and ascension come alive until this feels like second nature to you.

You can improve the quality of your life by following a structure or plan for each and every day you live. Include techniques that are aligned with your spiritual awakening. These include meditation, yoga, qigong, energy healing, and healthy eating. Use affirmations, mantras, prayers, and calming meditations. Journal daily and record your dreams, journeys, and feelings too. Share with others and go to spiritual groups that you resonate with.

Forgive Yourself & Others

Forgive yourself for being who you are and forgive others for being who they are.  We are all doing the best we can in the current circumstances. Always pick yourself when you try something new and you fail. It is okay to fail. Every successful person has failed far more than they have succeeded. Remember that the perfect disciple is one who is always stumbling but never falls. Have compassion for others as they fail in life and guide them to get back up and re-channel their focus and energy in a spiritual light.

Aim to act and speak with maximum integrity and authenticity in every area of your life. Promise to keep your word with yourself and others, and keep it. Know when it is time to clean up any mess you have left and when it is time to move on. Always have patience and compassion for others and forgive yourself and them when things go wrong.

Respect Spirit & Let it Lead

The spiritual teachings of the world are an infinite treasure because you connect with authentic spiritual teachers, read spiritual texts, and share and connect with like-minded people. Dipping into this treasure will help you open your heart and you get closer to divinity.

Don’t listen to the voice that says you have to be in charge. This is the small mind or ego that makes you worry or get stuck in distracting details.  Instead, let the universe try a new way and be willing to experiment and flow with life. Let go of your expectations and allow everything to work naturally without trying to force the outcome. Allow opportunities to come and then thank God, source energy, or the universe, for them. Flow with the outcome that comes naturally not the one you try to force.

Embrace Uncertainty & Change

The unknown is waiting for you. This has nothing to do with the ego you already know. The part of you that you know is the part that flickers out all too fast. The only thing that is certain is change and life is a journey from birth to death. During your life, you have formed likes and dislikes and learned to accept certain limits and boundaries. None of this is the real you.

Try not to rush your spiritual awakening and ascension. It can be very painful to strip away the thick layers of illusion and social conditioning. Your soul will reveal itself when it is ready to do so and not before. These things cannot be rushed. Take the time and enjoy the journey.

Embrace the unknown in every moment and also embrace the uncertainty and changes in your life. When you have an epiphany, or a new impulse or an insight that you have never acted upon before, cherish it as tenderly as a mother would cherish her newborn baby. God is a force of nature and lives in the unknown as everything and nothing. When you embrace this fully you will evolve and align yourself with this limitless force of nature.

“So, how do you tap in to this 5D avatar version of yourself. How do you activate that merkaba to its highest potential? How do you tap into those incredible cosmic waves that are flowing through the ether trying to transform you right now into your superhuman version.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, we are on this planet, and we are moving into our 5D versions, the light streams coming down from the cosmos, from the great central sun in the constellation of Sagittarius. Those incredible high frequency gamma waves, those plasma lights, those photonic waves of beauty and magic containing those crystal keys, those codes that are unlocking the magic and the beauty inside of our DNA, are streaming into our local environment. This is a natural evolutionary process. We haven’t got to do anything.  It’s just naturally going to happen.

This world that we’re around, inside, and this planet that we’re on right now is trying to evolve too. But the people on it, some of them are not, some of them are so still engrossed into their 3d matrix that they’re trying to pull us back down and they don’t do it intentionally. Now a lot of strangers on this planet won’t be affecting you that much but the ones in your family, the ones that are closest to you, boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands, wives, moms, dads, sons, daughters, aunties, uncles, close business partners, close friends. Those ones that are close to you they’re the ones that are going to freak out when your vibration rises because you are going to be a different human being. Every single day you’re evolving, every single day your consciousness is elevating. You’re seeing the world differently. You’re feeling and experiencing the world through a brand-new lens, through the eye, your third eye, okay. You’re feeling it and seeing it through your heart.

You’re a multi-dimensional being having a human experience. You’re a galactic titan from the stars down here on this green and blue ball remembering that you are this galactic titan having this human experience and as you remember more and more of who you are, and your vibration rises. People around you are going to get a little bit scared because those that are still in this kind of 3D, higher three, lower 4D reality, still buying into the fear matrix, the control matrix, those that are going to start wearing their masks when it becomes compulsory this Friday in the UK to stick your masks on to go in the shops. These kinds of people are the ones that are going to drag you down and they’re just going to say things, do things out of fear because there’s a part of their frequency that’s not going to recognize your frequency anymore, and that’s going to put them out of balance. It’s going to make them feel a little bit uncomfortable and they’re going to try and cling to the old version of you.

They’re going to try and cling to the 3D version of you, the 4D version of you but you know that isn’t an option. You’re like an air balloon with bags of sand and rope strapped to the basket and there’s gas burning trying to take you up. That gas is your wide-open cosmic cart spewing out magic beauty light codes. It’s the engine fuel lifting your air balloon and all your family members and friends they’re the bags of sand holding on with the ropes. You got to take your sword and you got to cut away the dead wood because I’m telling you your vibration didn’t just ramp up overnight. It was a gradual process so all these people in your life they’ve had an opportunity to ramp up their vibrations too, but they didn’t take it. They decided to buy into the matrix, they decided to have their minds controlled, they decided to be an energy, a fuel source, for beings with negative agendas. They decided to buy into the mind control, the government, to be good little girls and good little boys, good little citizens playing by the rules and the regulations made up by corrupt officials in this world.

Those beautiful souls that got a little bit lost that are a blessing in disguise because they’re showing us so much polarity right now which gives us an opportunity to see with clarity where we really don’t want to be and that is magical. You know we should be so grateful for that at the end of the day those sandbags around your basket you got to cut them all so you can fly high baby. Raise your vibration cut away the dead wood move up through the frequency bands and as you do your heart’s going to open more and more. Your higher heart is going to switch on to degrees and depths that you’ve never knew possible. It’s going to flower like a diamond lotus with an electric blue centre and you’re going to have a direct link up to source in the most phenomenal way and your multi-dimensional merkaba system is just going to switch on naturally.

You have a 5D/6D/7D merkaba and other aspects and layers of your multi-dimensional energy fields, your geometrical energy field. It’s just going to switch on and you’re going to become the mathematical equation that you are, the geometrical being that you are in this human avatar and your superhuman abilities. Boy they’re going to switch on and go through the roof. I hope you’re ready because magic is flowing into your life right now, beautiful soul. You’ve got to do this for you. You came to this planet for you and simply by you being here for you showing up for yourself and doing those things that elevate your personal vibration,  that wave of Christ consciousness. Magic, love, beauty, is going to ripple out through the planetary environment and be like a colossal thunderbolt in the hearts of your sisters and brothers just by you being you and showing up for yourself. You’re going to ignite their divine sparks and they’re going to be catapulted forwards.

So, the best thing you can do right now is to work on yourself. Meditation, qigong, deep breath work, eat those photons through those live foods that mother nature creates not that GMO that you get in the supermarkets. Lots of high vibrational, high PH, water, exercise. Do your weights, your runs, your sprints, your punch bag, your yoga, whatever it is that you do. Go out for a swim, climb some mountains, and hug some trees. Get your shoes and socks off and connect with the soil. The soil contains your original blueprint so connect with it. The gold, the silver, the potassium, the selenium, the magic that’s in the soil. Draw it up into your body, connect with those electromagnetic frequencies from the stars and the magnetic ones from the earth, the masculine, and the feminine energies. Do the work, beautiful soul.

Anyway, I love you so much. You are just amazing. Do you know how amazing you are. Go and look in the mirror as soon as you’ve finished watching this video and look into your own eyes and see the wild lion or lioness, the diamond lion or lioness,  that’s inside of your heart space. Connect him or her with it and allow it to rise to the surface and breathe out through your lungs and into the world. Go out and hug tightly. Never be the first to let go beautiful soul. That’s the golden rule of hugging. It’s the golden rule of hugging. Love fiercely and ferociously.

Close your eyes take some nice long deep breaths. Settle down into this space, breathe into your body. You are a star seed. Welcome to this space. Breathe deeper and longer and slower.

As you’re breathing into your body, you’ll become aware of a golden light that starts to flow in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor of your space. This golden light moves towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger, swirling around the outside of your physical body like a golden tornado.

You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe it in through your nose, up into your mind. You breathe it into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks. It flows through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ. It flows through your hips, your groin, swirling through your thighs, your hamstrings, your knees, your calves, past your shins into your ankles. It flows through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. It flows through your shoulders down your arms, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.

Continue to breathe in this powerful golden frequency until the inside of your body is completely full at the top of your head to the tips of your toes from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing.  As you breathe into your body you feel your heart expanding and expanding. There’s this golden light flowing through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of you. Your cells they dance and smile like one big happy cosmic family. As you feel lighter and lighter your heart expands through your chest out through the boundaries of your physical body and into the empty space. As you vibrate in this space, the star seed that you are, a galactic titan from the stars here on planet earth remembering the truth, remembering your way home back to your hearts, back to the stars, you become aware of an inverted electric blue pyramid spinning 90 centimetres above your crown chakra.

As this pyramid spins faster and faster it starts to draw in light streams from the stars. Energy flows from the constellation of Orion, from the star Sirius, from the Pleiades, it flows from Lyra, from Andromeda, from Alpha Centauri. Light flows through the cosmic fabric racing through space down towards earth. These light frequencies they race through mother earth’s atmosphere, down through the skies, through the roof of your space and into the base of this inverted electric blue pyramid which spins faster and faster. It continues to draw in these frequencies and light codes start to flow down through these electromagnetic rays.  They flow into the pyramid, these light streams they mix and merge together. The codes they communicate with each other these are DNA activation codes to upgrade your system, to advance your consciousness, to elevate your soul.

The pyramid spins faster and faster drawing in more energy and then the apex of the pyramid opens, a powerful stream of light flows down through the empty space, through your crown, through your pineal gland, through your throat, down through your higher heart, through your heart into your solar plexus. Boom it explodes and you start to download this information. Your solar plexus spins, vibrates, and expands. The codes then continue down through your sacral, into your root. All three low energy centres they spin in a clockwise direction glowing and vibrating. As this frequency flows through you, the apex of the pyramid opens a little bit wider and more starlight flows down through your crown. Be in this space and receive this information as these codes work their way into the cells communicating and connecting with your DNA unravelling those double helixes, unlocking the wisdom, the knowledge. Surrender to this experience.

As these light codes activate your DNA you become aware of a diamond Merkabah spinning in your heart,  the top tetrahedron clockwise, the bottom one anti-clockwise. Inside the centre of this diamond Merkabah are platinum and ruby red-light codes. They’re drawn out from the centre of your being; they flow around the inside of this Merkabah and then the merkaba sends these codes up into your higher heart. Boom, your higher heart expands and explodes with light.  The codes are sent up into your throat chakra. Boom, your throat chakra explodes and starts to spin. These codes flow up into your pineal gland, into your left and right brain. Your pineal gland starts to expand glowing brighter and brighter. The codes flow up into your crown chakra. It expands and spins. These codes then flow down into your solar plexus, sacral and root chakra. You vibrate uncontrollably. The love is intense, the frequency is incredible, the energy so strong.

The electric blue pyramid up above your crown spins even faster drawing in more light codes from the stars, extra-terrestrial light codes. These star frequencies are the most potent in the galaxy. They continue to race down through the base of the pyramid mixing and merging, creating master codes that flow down through the apex into your crown. They communicate with your central nervous system. Light travels up and down your spinal column. The inside of your spine vibrates and glows, the energy gets stronger and stronger. Be in this space as your DNA is switched on, as this star seed nature is activated: knowledge, wisdom, technology housed in your cells is being released. Be in this space and observe, be in this space and feel. As you vibrate in this space your cells, they glow brighter and brighter, your DNA strands are glowing and vibrating.

The electric blue pyramid up above you it starts to descend slowly. It moves down towards your crown chakra, opens even wider like a thousand petaled multi-coloured lotus flower. This electric blue pyramid still spinning, still drawing in the information, flows down through your crown and fits neatly around your pineal gland where it continues to spin transmitting information, transmitting light codes. Your crown chakra slowly closes, and you then become aware of an emerald light. This emerald light starts to flow in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor. This emerald light contains chromium light codes. It flows towards your physical body and swirls around the outside of it once again in a clockwise direction. This time you breathe this light in through your heart. You breathe in through the palms of your hands and up through the soles of your feet. You breathe it in through the back of your neck, in for your solar plexus, your sacral, your root.

You breathe in through your crown and it rapidly races through your body communicating with the codes from the stars communicating with the golden light. These frequencies are truly healing. Any toxicity from inside your system dissolves, your heart expands, you feel loved, nurtured, cared for. As these light codes race around the inside of your body your frequency shifts your consciousness, expands. As you vibrate in this space you start to become aware of your breath once again,  the in-breath and the out-breath and the space in between. You realize it’s the space in between the in-breath and the out-breath that keeps you alive like the space between the notes creates the music. You start to feel the vibration in your bones, the tingle in your cells, the frequency in every muscle.

We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, we’ll open our eyes and come back into this space. Take your time, there’s no hurry. Five four three two one zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. You feel the calmness, the freedom. These codes of liberation and unification are going to continue to work on your soul, on your spirit, on your light body, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They’re going to continue to work activating you.

I recommend you come back and do this transmission every day for the next eight days, nine days in total. After that you can revisit it whenever you feel the calling. You are amazing, beautiful soul. You are powerful, divine, cosmic, extraordinary but you must know this, you must feel this. Feel this in your heart, feel the truth. You are a star seed. Deep down you’ve always known this. You have a mission on this planet. Accept it gracefully and shine your beautiful light.

“This is the only way you’re going to change the people around you, the only way.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, today I’ve got an important message – how can you change the people around you? Well first you can’t change the people around you but what you can do is change the people around you. You can’t change the people around you, I’ll say it again, but you can change the people around you. So, you can’t change them because they’re their own human beings. You’re your own being and we can’t change anyone around us because everybody has the right to be who they are.

So, we’ve got to accept everybody for who they are and love them for who they are and be kind to them for who they are. But we can change the people around us by deciding to move on and leave them because your life is short. You’re on this planet for a short period of time and you want to be hanging around with those people that love you, those people that care for you, those people that want to see you do the very best in your life,  those people that are on the same vibration as you, those people that support you and nurture you and are so happy that you’ve got these dreams and these crazy ideas. They kick you up the ass and say go for it. They’re the kind of people that you want in your life.

You don’t want people that are talking about other people, you don’t want people in your life that bring you down or try and bring you down, you don’t want people that discourage you, you don’t want people that don’t share in your vision and in your dreams. You’re a unique kind of human. The reason I know that is because you’re watching this video,  you’re listening to me right now. Your frequency is high. All my videos are for high frequency beings. That’s why you’re watching this, that’s why you’re listening to this. So, I know that you’re on a journey. You’re on the most magical journey that you can possibly go on in this human reality and that my friend is the journey of the heart.  It’s the most treacherous, rewarding, interesting, enlightening, challenging journey that you could ever go on.

When you decide to put one foot in front of the other and go on this wild ride into your cosmic heart you want people around you that are steadfast. You got to get the naysayers out of your life, and you’ve got to raise your vibration and move into a different sphere of comrades, of friends, of sisters and brothers. Find your tribe and maybe when you find your tribe, you’ll raise your vibration again and you’ll move on from that tribe. Your circle of associates and friends and loved ones can keep changing and don’t think just because someone’s in your family, your mom, your dad, your sister, your brother, your auntie, your uncle, if they don’t want to do the work and raise their vibration it doesn’t mean they’ve got to be in your tribe.

Sometimes this journey into the heart can be a lonely journey and you’ve got to get used to enjoying your own company because you climb a mountain and as you climb that mountain it can be quite lonely because the mountains are tough to climb and not everybody wants to climb it. When you get to the top on the plateau you’ve got people that are there resting, acclimatizing, recalibrating, so you start to meet a few people and then you decide that enough is enough. It’s time to climb again to the next peak, to the next mountain top. Again, it can be a lonely journey in between but then you get to the next peak and you meet more people that have gone to that next peak and raised their vibration and so it goes. You recalibrate, you climb, you recalibrate, you climb, and each time you’re climbing, doing that shadow work, doing that inner work, it can be a lonely journey. So, you’ve got to get used to being alone.

When you love yourself fully, wholly, and unconditionally, you don’t mind being alone because you don’t need anything else to fulfil you. You don’t need another human being to make you whole, you don’t need any friends and family and conversations to enlighten you because you’ve got all the tools and everything necessary to be completely happy and full yourself and then when you do engage with each other when you meet new friends and you reconnect with old, loved ones from past lives and parallel realities on this interesting spiritual journey.

At the next peak you just have fun with them because you’re all whole. You’re on this journey and you love yourself and when you start to connect with these people the connections are just beautiful because nobody wants anything from anyone else, nobody feels like they’ve got to do anything for anyone else. Everyone’s just kind and compassionate, loving their selves fully, wholly, and unconditionally, and then you just connect in perfect equilibrium, and you decide to do real cool things together like building communities and creating change. You create change by being an inspiration and many of you get together and form these powerful communities. When we form these powerful communities, we’re unstoppable.

So, if you want to create change in this world don’t do it by trying to change other people. Do it by trying to change yourself by not trying to change yourself but by changing yourself. Go and change yourself, go and be yourself, go and know yourself. Raise your vibration and then you’ll naturally change the people around you because they won’t be in your life anymore and those that raise their vibration, you’ll naturally inspire them so they’re going to change anyway. It’s a beautiful ride and you’re a beautiful soul and life should be fun. Life should be a joke, it should be a game, it should be enjoyable. So, get out into nature, exercise, meditate, start climbing that great big hill which isn’t a great big hill. Happy new year, beautiful soul. Oh yeah, we are entering the time of big intentions. We are entering a new 13 cycle of moons. It’s the start of the Mayan calendar today, 26th of July 2020.

This is the start of the phase of the alchemist. This is the phase of the transformational specialists. This is where we as the galactic star beings here on planet earth start to ground that star knowledge that’s coming from the stars down into these earthly planes. This is the start of the cycle. This is the reason you came to planet earth. We’re going through all this chaos and mayhem at the moment clearing the way so that we can bring through the new stuff which is really the ancient stuff. You know this but to a lot of human beings is going to seem completely and utterly new. But for those of you galactic titans that have been traversing the multiverse for billions of years this is old hat. It’s the flip of another coin.

It’s nothing new but it still gets you anxieties. It does me anyway, beautiful soul because I just love the challenges. I love assisting our sisters and brothers climb the mountains, navigate the tunnels, move their way through and around the geometrical code and the mathematical equations that are flowing into this earthly environment. It’s a great time to be alive baby. I’m sweating, beautiful soul. I’ve just been exercising but I had to get this video out because I’ve got to do an online training in a couple of hours and had to get this done and move on to that so didn’t really have time to kind cool off too much, so in the shower, get dressed, boom camera on. Anyway, that’s the whole other story.

I love you. You’re amazing. Thank you for being here in this space and giving me the opportunity to share with you so it really is for me to wish you happy new year. It’s what this video is about and just to remind you to remind you, beautiful soul, not to teach you but to remind you because there’s nothing, I can share with you that you don’t already know in here this here. This is where you got a look. This is where I’ve got a look where we’ve all got a look. All the answers to all the questions and all the questions to all the answers are in here baby. I know that you’re a brave soul that is willing to take that inward journey to discover the beauty and the magic that lies within. It’s important that you do that now.

Okay, we’re moving through this phase of chaos and out from chaos comes order but not the kind of order that we’re used to, not the kind of order where there’s strict draconian rules and regulations. I’m talking about the kind of order that magnifies and enhances our starseed knowledge. Inside you, inside me, inside we, all of us on this planet is deep, deep, wisdom and over these next 13 years, over these next 13 moons between now and 2032-2033 when we enter a new phase, starts in 13 years but this phase that we’re in right now, this is where we start to alchemize and transform in a major way. This is where we start to solidify and bring into the forefront of everyone’s consciousness certain abilities, this 13-moon cycle.

For those of you that don’t really understand the numerology in number 13, 13 is the number of the divine goddess we have 13 months in our calendar not 12. One was taken away and certain days were spread over other months. We’re supposed to have 28 days spread across 13 months okay, but they shifted it and changed it to tip the masculine and feminine balance but that’s another story. Just know that 13 is very prevalent, very powerful. 49 days after conception in the womb DMT appears in the brain, also eight little cells appear inside the womb. Those eight little cells they form a Merkabah  which is what you are at the core of your being, a bouncing bubbling cluster of tetrahedrons. You have merkabas through your body as part of your whole mathematical geometrical makeup as well as part of your extended and your multi-dimensional light body.

13 is very important and this next 13 moon cycle is where we’re going to ground telepathy into our earth’s grids and throughout human consciousness. Telepathy over the next 13 years is going to be boom rife and people on planet earth are not going to be able to lie to each other. I mean you know yourself right that frequency doesn’t lie. You know this already so if someone’s feeding you crap you can feel it a mile away but just imagine when you can hear everybody’s thoughts. No one’s going to be able to lie to anyone. That means everyone’s going to be telling the truth.

Imagine what planet earth is going to be like when everybody tells the truth. I mean first it’s going to be magical because nobody’s going to lie to each other on the flip side of the coin. Nobody out is going to be able to not say what they truly feel. So, you know you’re not going to be able to kid one of your friends that might be a little bit overweight, or they might be not putting enough effort into a certain project that they’re on and you can see this instead of saying instead of sugar-coating it and saying well you don’t look too bad. You know, yeah, you’re doing okay. You’ll be like you’re overweight. You’re doing a **** job, pull your socks up. You know you’re just going to be telling the truth. It’s going to be beautiful and it’s going to ship everybody into line.

Everybody’s going to be held accountable because worse than lying is sugar-coating the truth. It’s another form of lying and for me that’s the worst especially when you love someone. You love someone and you sugar-coat the truth and that puts them into more harm, into a state of like falseness because they think that what they’re doing is okay. They think they look okay; they think that their project’s going okay. They think they’re putting in enough effort into whatever it is that they’re engaging in, but you can see a mile away they’re like on a six out of ten. They’re like 40, short of the mark, but you love them and so you sugar-coat the truth, but real true love is telling the truth and saying listen you’re not doing a very good job. I love you but if you did this, you’re probably going to hit your mark. That’s the way you should be with someone when you truly love them and as telepathy comes about all this stuff’s just going to be normal.

There’s going to be no lies. It’s just going to be truth baby. Imagine living in a world like this. I mean there’s going to be no media stations pumping out garbage like there has been for the last god knows how many years, okay, indoctrinating, infiltrating manipulating your consciousness, giving you false paradigms and perspectives, and using different mind control devices and techniques to warp your consciousness in such a major colossal way that you don’t even know who you are. You don’t even know what you came to this planet to do. You don’t even know that you’re a galactic being from the stars. You think you’re some kind of measly little human that’s supposed to work a nine to five that’s going to get old, have a pension, survive for the last 20 years, and then die, go back to heaven, and off you go, not realizing you’re going to come back and do it all over again.

They warp your consciousness but with telepathy on the rise through this next 13 moon cycle this divine feminine frequency rising massively on the planet and the masculine coming through and everyone in balance with the feminine, boy we are going to be a bunch of powerful souls in human form. This world is going to change. This is the time for big intentions, beautiful soul. Right now, what you should be doing is setting massive intentions. Today is New Year’s Day. This is the time for you, me, we to set massive intentions and ride this wave of energy that is coming through right now through the Sirian portals, through the Alcyon portals, through the Lyran portals. There are stellar gateways open right now that are feeding high vibrational information down onto planet earth and they are giving us the opportunity to create and manifest whatever we want.

Everything is fast right now. It doesn’t matter what I want to create. I’m creating it. My life is beautiful and so should yours be, and maybe it is it’s interesting because you and I or me and someone else, whoever it is. or you and somebody else. Two people could live in the same street in the same neighbourhood, have the same jobs and one lives in heaven and one lives in hell. Yet they’re having the same experience. The only difference is that they have different perspectives on that experience.

So, the best thing you can do right now is reframe your whole reality, realize that it’s magical, that you’re powerful, and then you’re going to give yourself the perfect foundation to move forwards because you’re living in heaven and when you’re living in heaven that internal reality creates your external reality and everything starts to flow and then on top of that start laughing like crazy, start laughing, being joyous, having fun, feeling the bliss, see the magic in everything see, the magic in everything baby. I mean this space in my hands right now is just so beautiful. I love this space, the geometrical code that is floating around in my hands and through my hands, I just want to wash myself in. It’s so beautiful. Life is just so amazing, everything is amazing. I’m amazing, you’re amazing, life is just wild baby, but you’ve got to see this, you’ve got to feel this.

There’s no point me telling you. You’ve got to feel this. There’s no point your best mate telling you, there’s no point your family members telling you. You got to know this in your heart, beautiful soul. You got to take a nosedive. Stick on your diamond space helmet, stick on your goggles and dive into your own heart and don’t look back and I guarantee the rest is history. You’re never going to look back and your life’s going to open in the most magical way.  So, spend the time today setting these massive intentions. I’m talking gigantic, colossal beautiful universal intentions. Why? Because you are a gigantic being. You did not come here to be tiny. You came here to be larger than the planet itself.

Do you know mother earth is actually inside of your own heart? Did you know that you’re the universe. You created her. Get your head around that one, get your head around that one, beautiful soul. You’re the universe. You created planet earth and she’s inside of your heart and so am I and so are the other 7.5 billion people on this planet,  and all the whales, and dolphins, gorillas, monkeys, insects, spiders, everything is inside of your heart and if you created that do you not think you’ve got the power to change it. Do you not think, do you not know, that you’ve got the power to change it? Of course, =you have so change it. Set these massive intentions, soak up these ET frequencies coming through these celestial gateways. You’ve got the grand central sun kicking out heaps of plasma like photonic rays from the constellation of Sagittarius rapidly streaming into your consciousness. Your DNA is doing backflips, your DNA is doing front flips,  your DNA is up on the vault doing all the craziest somersaults any gymnast could ever possibly fathom,  and some.

That frequency is shifting on a major deep subatomic level and your DNA is so excited because it knows it’s going to be able to express itself. All those skills, all that knowledge, all that wisdom that’s locked inside of your cells, is rising to the surface and through these next 13 moons you’re going to realize this. You may have realized some of it already, telekinesis, telepathy, healing at distance, bilocation, teleportation, remote viewing, these things are easy. You’ve done it before on many planets and you’ve also done it here on earth.  So, start to go into your heart and tap this potential, start to realize with your real eyes their real lies and don’t take it to heart because it was just part of the game. It was just part of the game; it was part the magic because if you didn’t see dark and light you wouldn’t see the contrast and you wouldn’t know which way to turn. You’d get lost in your own bubble of love but luckily there’s a little bit of darkness in your bubble of love to remind you that you are in a bubble of love.

So, you can stay in it because if you didn’t, you’d probably exit it and then end up in the darkness and if there was no darkness, you’d probably create it because you needed some contrast because you got lost because everything was the same, you see. We forget as human beings. We forget, beautiful soul, we forget, and we move into a new phase of reality and forget what it was like before and so we get a little bit lost and often go back to those things that tormented us. But the torment has been so fierce, so chaotic, so turbulent on planet earth for millions of years and it’s all boiling to a head right now like a huge pimple like a zit on your face, like exploding like a tornado. That’s what’s happening. Mother earth is spewing everywhere right now and it’s beautiful.

Right from this mayhem is going to come beauty. So, get ready to ride this beautiful new wave. Set your intentions. That’s what I’m here today to remind you. You’re a cosmic being from the stars. You came here on this timeline to make the change so be the change, make the change and enjoy the process and wherever you are on this magical planet go out love fiercely and ferociously. Hug tightly, oh yeah baby, hug tightly. Never be the first to let go, never be the first to let go of a hug, that’s the golden rule of hugging, and remember that crazy old virus that a lot of people believe is real has a 99.96% recovery rate. Take those masks off and start enjoying your life, okay. You are magical.

The Magic of Nikola Tesla

Nikola Tesla was one of the great geniuses of our industrial revolution. Tesla was born during the night of 1856 during a lightning storm in Serbia. He was a remarkable student at school had the unique talent of solving problems with his imagination. So what drove Tesla to invent so many great things that have since transformed the daily life of people across the world? Read on to discover the magic of Nikola Tesla and his triumphs and tragedies.

Tesla & Edison

Tesla immigrated to the U.S. in 1884 to work with Thomas Edison directly. Nikola Tesla chose to work for Edison rather than study at university, and at the Continental Edison Company, Tesla focused on electrical lighting and motors. Tesla was known for discovering amazing new things and inventing more. Edison was a businessman and not an inventor. Edison improved on the ideas of 22 other men who pioneered the light bulb before him. He figured out how to sell the light bulb and make millions from patenting his employee’s work.

Early in Tesla’s career, Edison offered him $50,000 if he could solve a series of engineering problems that Edison’s company faced with their DC generators and motors. Tesla fixed Edison’s machines and Edison then laughed him off with the words “Tesla you don’t understand our American humour”. An unhappy Tesla left the company after six months to on his own alternating current system. This ignited an “AC versus DC feud” with Edison who was trying to sell his direct-current system.

Thomas Edison evangelised direct current, saying that it was safer than AC and in the 1880s the so-called “war of the currents” raged on. He even publically electrocuted cats and dogs using alternating current to convenience the public that it was too dangerous to use. Edison’s direct current (DC) system could not transmit electricity very far and it required a power plant every square mile. Tesla used alternating current (AC) which required thinner wires, had higher voltages, and could transmit electricity over long distances.

Soon after Tesla left Edison, he met two investors who agreed to back the formation of the Tesla Electric Company. Tesla filed a number of electrical patents under the company name but his partners later took the company’s intellectual property and created another company to supply electricity. This left Tesla with nothing and he felt tortured by the sense that his great talent and education were going to waste.

Tesla & Westinghouse

Tesla set up a laboratory in Manhattan where he developed the alternating current induction motor. When Tesla demonstrated his device at an engineering meeting, the Westinghouse Company made arrangements to license his technology.  Westinghouse lacked the capital to compete with Edison and asked Tesla to sell his patents to him for a single lump sum.  Tesla agreed to do so thus forgoing a vast fortune had he held on to them.

Westinghouse asked Tesla to help supply power for a global event in Chicago in 1893. Tesla helped the fair illuminate more light bulbs than could be found in all of Chicago. He also demonstrated many other inventions including an electric light working without any wires.  Later Tesla also helped Westinghouse win a contract to generate electrical power at Niagara Falls. This allowed the building of the first large scale global AC power plant.

Projects & Inventions

Like Einstein and Leonardo Da Vinci, Tesla was well ahead of his time. Tesla made 100’s of inventions and innovations, some decades ahead of their time, and others that are credited to other people. Tesla’s inventions include X-Rays, radar, cryogenic engineering, hydroelectric power, remote control, neon lighting, transistor technology, wireless communications, and the electric motor.

Tesla also researched the wireless transmission of electric power and he demonstrated the wireless control of a boat at Madison Square Garden in 1898. He believed that his system could provide for worldwide wireless communication as well as distribute electricity around the world.

Tesla’s dream was for everyone in the world to have free wireless electricity. He built the Wardenclyffe Tower from 1901 to 1905 to broadcast information and transmit electrical energy, without wires. Energy was tapped from the huge electricity reserve in Niagara Falls and transmitted through the ground and ionosphere to the world. JP Morgan financed the project. They withdrew funding before completion because they could see no profit in this freely available electricity.

Tesla also claimed he had detected signals from an extra-terrestrial source. This was at his laboratory in Colorado Springs where on one occasion he drew so much power that he caused a regional power outage.

Marconi won a Nobel Prize in physics for inventing radio plagiarising Tesla’s work including 17 of Tesla’s patents. In 1915 Tesla unsuccessfully sued Marconi claiming infringement on his patents.

Tesla the Eccentric Genius

Without a doubt, Tesla was a genius who could speak eight languages and he memorised entire books with his photographic memory. Tesla held that his greatest ideas came to him in solitude. He also loved sharing his ideas by hosting elegant dinner parties for the famous.

Tesla visualised new inventions in his mind and he would then build them without writing them down. Many of his best ideas came to him in an instant. In his imagination, Tesla saw detailed pictures of most of his inventions before thinking about constructing prototypes. Also, he didn’t initially prepare drawings and plans for many of his devices and inventions.

Tesla lived to 86, alone, and penniless, and he was celibate his entire life. He refused to date because it would distract him from his important work and also because he feared germs and practiced very strict hygiene.  Tesla also had several unusual phobias including an aversion to pearls that would cause him to refuse to speak to any woman who wore pearls.

Tesla enjoyed his reputation as a great engineer and inventor. He is also known as a philosopher, poet, and connoisseur. His range of skills and talents reflect those of Da Vinci, Einstein, and Newton, and other great thinkers and inventors. Nikola Tesla received numerous honours and awards over his life. On his 75th birthday, Tesla received a congratulatory letter from Einstein.

Tesla died in 1943, aged 86, nearly penniless and alone. His high functioning brilliance, obsessive inventiveness, and uncommon habits may have often conjured up the idea of the mad scientist depicted in the Frankenstein story. Today we remember Tesla as the pioneer who literally scaled great heights to bring lightning down to earth to awaken humanity into a new electric dawn.

“Calling all wild men and women, wild men, and women. It is time to rise.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?  I’m out here chilling and I’ve been contemplating something strong and fiercely lately and it is to do with wild men and wild women, or wild women and wild men. It’s to do with wild human beings in general and we’ve been going through some crazy times on planet earth right now. It’s been wild man. This planet is run by a bunch of crazy psychopathic lunatics, and you know they haven’t really got our best interests at heart. The only way that we’re going to get through this and create a whole new paradigm, a new world, a new future, a new beautiful golden age, is by you, me, all of us, unleashing our own cosmic codes. Something has been woven into us since the dawn of time and that is this wild crazy aspect of us, this element that lies deep in our core.

We’re like wild lions and wild lionesses in human form. We have that fierceness, that passion, that courage, but it’s been dampened down and locked away. Now if you look at a lion in the jungle or a lioness in the jungle no one can go into the wild, into the jungle and tame a wild lion or a wild lioness. What they’ve got to do is they’ve got to shoot that lion, inject it with some poison, put it to sleep and then go and pick that lion or that lioness up, stick him in the back of a lorry, drive them to the circus, chain them up, and when they wake up they’ve got to beat them, they’ve got to inject them with more poison, more drugs, keep their spirit dampened, keep manipulating them and controlling them and beating them and get them to do certain things that wild animals don’t want to do until that wild animal that lion or that lioness loses their spark. That sparkle in their eyes goes dull and dim and they lose their own connection with their own soul, and they forget that they are fierce, brave, courageous, powerful, fierce animals of the jungle. They forget this and they submit. They become subdued, submissive, passive acquiescent beings that do as they’re told.

We as humans, we’re very much like the lions and the lionesses in the jungle. We’re the lions and the lionesses of this crazy concrete jungle that we live and play the game of life in. It’s a wild old place run by psychopaths but luckily there are a few that aren’t psychopaths and they’re helping us from the inside. We’re also getting help from our galactic sisters and brothers but the one thing I can tell you they are not going to do it for us. We’ve got to go out, reclaim our sovereignty and stake our own claim on this planet and decide to create a better world for ourselves and a future world for our children and our children’s children.

Now for us to do that, beautiful soul, we’ve got to connect or reconnect with this aspect of us that we’ve lost and it is that inner lioness, it’s that inner lion, it’s that fierce aspect of us, it’s that craziness, that crazy look in your eye, when you know what you want and you’re prepared to walk through mountains to go and get it. You’re going to stop at nothing to achieve your goals. That spark of divinity that lies deep in your soul, in the core of your human consciousness woven into your cosmic blueprint, the fabric of your human blueprint, is a wild crazy fierce and dangerous being, person, human, whatever you want to call yourself.

What you’ve got to do is connect with that wild side, connect with that crazy side, because when you connect with that crazy side and you allow this part of you to rise to the surface, you pick up your sword, you pick up your shield, you draw a line in the sand, you step across that line, you create a boundary and you say no. No one is stepping across this boundary anymore. When you band together with your sisters and brothers and you create one big powerful boundary where a group consciousness is solidified with a common goal, with a common outcome, those crazy, dangerous, beautiful, powerful, compassionate, loving, divine, fearless beings create a force immeasurable. This is a force so powerful and when we open our hearts and we have that balanced in complete harmonization with the crazy dangerous aspect of us, we create this wave of consciousness that is impenetrable, and we can go out and make and create a better world, but we’ve got to do this.

What I’m saying to you right here, right now, my message is this. Close your eyes, go into your heart, breathe deeply, meditate and search for your inner warrior, search for your inner warriors, search for your superhuman, your superman or your superwoman, the lion or the lioness, the crazy dangerous aspect of you that you know with every fibre of your entire being lies deep inside of your own consciousness, and when you connect with this aspect of you, give it a great big hug, roar like a lion or lioness, and say I’ve missed you. Let her or him rise to the surface and blend with the being that you are in this moment. Life is magical, beautiful soul, and it’s time to let out your wild side, it’s time to let your craziness, it’s time to let out that part of you that creates chaos and mayhem. In a constructive positive fashion, it rips things up, it tears things down that no longer serve it. It destroys the platform that has been holding it in, prison, and it builds a new foundation. We can do this if we rise as one fearless, fearsome, dangerous, powerful, loving, creative, magical, inspirational force.

If we do this as one, we are unstoppable, immeasurable, unquestionable, undefinable. There are no names, no labels for a group, a tribe of individuals coming together and unifying like that. It’s impossible to box us up so beautiful soul go into your heart, reconnect with this aspect of you and then go into the mirror and see that lion and that lioness sparkle in your own eyes. Looking at yourself back in the mirror and just like those lions in the circuses they remember that they’re not supposed to be tamed and they break free from those shackles and chains. They leave a great big scar across the chest of the lion tamer who took the piss out of it for far too long. They let off a great big roar, but they don’t kill the lion tamer because the lion tamer just had to learn a lesson, that controlling someone else and manipulating someone else through corruption, through force, through mind control, is totally unacceptable. For the rest of that lion tamers life, it’s going to look down its own chest as a reminder to say no, no, I’m never going back there again just like the lions and the lionesses breaking free from their shackles and chains.

When we the human species flip the pyramids on the head and the base becomes the top, we will rise to the top of the pyramid with all our sisters and brothers and then those that were at the top of the pyramid that are now at the bottom that have been inverted in their own control matrix have got a choice. They can stay at the bottom of the pyramid in that inverted section, the minority licking their wounds, or they can rise to the surface, up to the top and join the rest of us and be free spirits once again. Beautiful soul, you are magical and divine beyond measure. We live in a magical world with multiple opportunities and potentials so don’t settle for second best. You know what you deserve. I know what I deserve. We deserve this golden age, this diamond age, this emerald age, so let’s go out and create it together as one unified force. We can do it.

I love you so much as my sister or brother. We’re human beings, we’ve got eyes and nose, ears and mouth, teeth, and tongue. We’ve got a heart that beats thousands of times every single day, we’ve got blood that pumps around our veins. We’re the same, there’s no difference between you and me. I don’t care whether you’re a man or a woman, black, white, rich, poor. It doesn’t matter what country you come from, what language you speak. Close your eyes, take some nice long deep breaths, and feel your body breathing through your nose down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths. Be in this space, feel your body, feel your heart, breathe deeper and longer and slower. As you’re breathing into your body, you’ll become aware of a silver frequency with electric green light codes flowing through it. This silver frequency flows in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor.

This powerful frequency, this transformational energy, flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger. You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe it in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders your chest and back. It moves through your spinal column. Each one of those 33 vertebrae lights up as that energy flows through your middle back, your lower back, into your buttocks. As you vibrate in this space your light body starts to rise slowly but surely. You rise through your crown, up through your shoulders, moving up into the space above your physical body. You rise higher and higher, you look back down at your physicalness realizing you’re in two spaces at the same time, a multi-dimensional being vibrating, expanding, feeling the love the connection and the disconnection, exquisitely powerful. As you flow up through the empty space you look up above and you see a large diamond light, like a blanket, like a sieve, diamond frequency, about 30 meters above you. You flow up towards it rising through the space feeling lighter continuing to expand, the energy racing through your light body. You feel the frequency of that diamond light above you. You get within 15 meters, 10 meters, 5 meters. You start to move up inside that diamond light.

As you move up inside of this diamond light you look around. You realize you’re in an etheric temple. You look around. You see Merkabah’s suspended in the empty space. You look up at the windows like stained glass diamonds. There are spheres and cubes hanging in the empty space. You look up in front of you. You see a diamond altar, the light, the vibration, is incredible. You then stop in the empty space just vibrating, levitating, being, looking around, this space is magical. You then see a light moving towards you, an emerald green and diamond light. You see two large wings. You see arms and legs you see a body moving towards you through the empty space. You realize it’s archangel Metatron who moves closer towards you. He gets within several meters, five meters, four, three, two, one. He stops in front of you. You can feel his heart, his love, his frequency.

He welcomes you to Metatron’s palace. He stares into your eyes; he opens his heart and a powerful stream of light flows out from his heart through the empty space. Boom, it penetrates your heart chakra. Angelic light codes start to flow from his heart into yours. They race up and down the inside of your body. Metatron spreads his wings. Light codes start to flow from his wings through the empty space. They swirl around your light body; they flow into your light body. They start to communicate with your Merkabah, your top tetrahedron it spins clockwise, your bottom one anti-clockwise. Your Merkabah field fires up fully.

Metatron opens his heart wider. Love pours from his soul into yours. You then become aware of these geometrical shapes all around the inside of this temple, this palace. Cubes, tetrahedrons, merkabas, spheres icosahedrons, dodecahedrons, octahedrons, hypercubes. Light starts to flow out from them. There are hundreds of them in the empty space, up, down, left, right, all around. Light flows out from them through the empty space towards you. The light from the octahedrons flows towards your third eye, the merkabas towards your heart, the cubes towards your solar plexus, the hypercubes towards your root chakra, the tetrahedrons towards your throat. Their light gets closer and closer. These electromagnetic streams, they get within two meters, one meter, and boom, they penetrate your light body. You start to download this information ever so fast. Your heart expands out past the boundaries of your physical body as you and Metatron connect in this space deeply on a soul level, on a galactic level. Be in this space and download this information. Feel the love, surrender.

Metatron opens his heart wide. The light pours out from him into your heart. You feel your higher heart vibrating and then boom, it explodes. Metatron moves forwards. He wraps his wings around you. He then gives you a great big hug. You hug metatron back. You feel these angelic frequencies racing around the inside of your body. You vibrate faster and faster. You then start to descend with metatron down towards the floor down towards the floor of this palace, the floor of this temple. You descend through the empty space, the light frequencies from the geometrical patterns they slow down and then dissolve into the empty space. The energy is still racing around you. You feel your pineal gland throbbing and vibrating, your throat chakra is spinning, your solar plexus, your heart, your higher heart, sacral and root all connected. Your crown pulsating. You land gently on the floor.

Metatron goes over to embrace you. He takes a step back; looks into your eyes and lets you know you can come back at any time when you feel you need a boost some energy, an upgrade or just to feel the love. He looks into your eyes smiles and salutes you and then explodes into geometrical code. You start to descend through the ground, through the diamond light slowly but surely moving down through the space. You continue to descend. You look down below you see your physical body. You get within 10 meters of it. Your crown chakra opens like a thousand petals diamond lotus, and you start to flow down towards it. You get within six meters, five, four, three, two, one. You flow down through your crown, through your pineal gland, down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, down into your cosmic heart.

Your crown chakra closes, and your light body expands into your shoulders, chest and back, arms, hands, fingers, thumbs, legs, ankles, feet, and toes. You expand into your neck, your throat, your head, your face, your left, and right brain. You feel the vibration in your bones the tingling your cells, the frequency in every muscle. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, we’ll open our eyes and come back into this space. Take your time, there’s no hurry. Five, four, three, two, one, zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just be. Feel your body, feel the energy, feel the love. You are amazing, extraordinary beyond measure. Feel this, know this. Shine your light on this magical planet, beautiful soul.

“The energies on the planet are so high at the moment but how do you handle them?”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right there, beautiful soul? So, I wanted to share with you today about the energy on the planet and how you can handle this because if you’re like me and a lot of other star seeds on the planet right now you’re feeling these amped up energies and I’m talking about Sirius amplification of the energy, it is skyrocket high at the moment and it’s only going to get intense. It’s going to intensify and intensify and build and build.

We are going to get recalibration periods where things even out and then another wave is going to come and it’s a beautiful thing because this energy is helping us evolve as a species. We get lots of messages and people come to us through star magic that want healing now and they’re saying I’m getting pain in my throat, I’m getting pain in my heart, pain in my back. These different manifestations of physical pain are appearing in the body and a lot of people think they’re being attacked, it’s this, is that I’m ill, I’ve got some kind of injury, illness, disease, or it’s a psychic attack, some kind of heavier low vibrational energy is coming into their space and attacking. Now all the above are possible potentials and things that could be happening.

Most of the time it’s not there’s not actually really anything wrong with the human being, it’s just they’re going through a metamorphosis. These energies that are coming in from the central sun, through our sun, from other celestial beings, through some of these Lyran and Alcyon stargates. there’s Andromedan stargates that are opening and closing. There are portals opening and closing sending in high frequency energy into our local environment so we as a species can expand raise our levels of consciousness, unlock the DNA inside of us which contains lots of amazing incredible knowledge and wisdom you know that we’ve carried from the stars to this magical green and blue ball. We are expanding and evolving as a species. Now a lot of people are waking up in the nighttime, Jerry I woke up at 3:30 this morning in a ball of sweat, I’m waking up at 4:00 a.m. every single day in a ball of sweat, Jerry I can’t breathe properly, my heart is tied my chest is tights it seems like there’s a blockage in my central system, energy can’t flow up and down properly. These are symptoms if you are expanding.

Now it’s not easy I understand this, I completely totally feel where you’re at if you’re going through this because I’m not exempt from this. I’m going through this stuff – we all are. Some of us more than others depending on where you’re at and what kind of work you’ve done will kind of determine how you’re handling this now. So, now is a time for you to kind of dig deep. You know you signed up for this mission. This isn’t something that is happening to you that you didn’t choose before you incarnated onto planet Earth. You look better than you thought,  I think I’m going to go down and have a crack at that, yeah, I’m looking at this timeline and these guys are going to go through some in a few years. I want to be down there for that, and I want to help them, that process. You had these kinds of thoughts, and you know you observe this experience in the so-called future. Back in the so-called past before you incarnated into this human form and now, you’re probably thinking why the heck did I do that. I understand that. Okay it’s not an easy process of being here but at the same time you got all the minerals, you got the juice, you got the skills, you got the wisdom to ride this wave baby.

So, let’s ride it together. We’re starseeds on planet Earth, we’re magical titans from the stars that came here to go through this ascension process. So, whatever it is that you’re going through, know that it’s okay make sure that you’re moving your body, make sure that you’re getting plenty of rest. I’m having an hour to an hour and 20 minutes sleep every afternoon now. I wake up early, I’m getting up at 5:00 or 6:00 every day  which is late for me because normally it’s like a four or five o’clock. But recently I’ve been getting up a little bit later but by twelve o’clock I’m feeling tired so come one o’clock or two o’clock I’m crashing out for an hour, a little bit more sometimes, and rejuvenate in rest, in recalibrating. Then I’m off again for the rest of the day and then and then crashing out in that time and when I’m having my sleep in the day and when I’m asleep at nighttime I’m working non-stop anyway off in other parts of the galaxy, in other frequency bands doing other things. I’m sure you’re the same too.

So, you got to move your body and exercise but don’t push yourself too hard. I’m one of these people that loves fierce exercise, I love my circuits, my boxing, this sort of stuff. But right now, I’m tapering it all down because my body needs the rest. I’m not stopping because my body needs to move and assimilate and push this energy through but I’m not going as fearsome as hard as I was because my body can’t handle it. So, I just cheer with my exercise but still exercising and me chilling with my exercise is probably still tough for a lot of people but that’s just the way that I exercise but I’m taking it easier I’m working with my body through this process.

I’m putting loads of water into my system. You got to be drinking at least minimum three litres, but I would say four five six litres of water a day. You know you got to be hammering that water into your body. It’s the conductor of these frequencies. So, the more crystalline, the more frequency enhances you. Know it’s like a delivery mechanism into your cells. The more water you’ve got, it’s a good conductor. We’re electromagnetic beings. Some these electromagnetic frequencies flowing through the atmosphere drink the water and allow them to absorb and flow through you in a in a much more efficient fashion. So, water, sleep, exercise. Make sure you’re putting lots of good food into your body, high fibre nutritional foods, but at the same time you want some ground in foods, you know carrots, root vegetables, this sort of stuff. I’m not a big fan of potatoes but now maybe add a few potatoes into your diet. Use sweet potatoes not normal potatoes, things that grow out of the ground. Ground yourself, get your shoes and socks and get your feet onto the earth.

Hug those trees baby and talk to those trees because you have much better conversations with trees than you think. I do anyway and I’m sure you would that will do if you surrender and just allow the trees to communicate with you. But what I’m saying is just take it a bit easier and know that all the things that you’re going through, they’re just a part of the process. There are some people I know now that are finding it difficult to sleep. They’re like the opposite of me. I’m eating more, to sleep more. There are other people that are kind of like totally alert and none of this right or wrong. It’s just what’s happening to you ,what biology is changing on the inside. We’re evolving. We’re becoming superhumans. These abilities that we used to have when we incarnated in Lemuria, Atlantis: telekinesis, teleportation, bilocation, healing at distance, telepathy. These are so natural for us, but we’ve just been on a bit of a roller coaster.

In the narrative we have fought with these tiny little humans, the only beings in the entire galaxy, universe. Okay, we’re just small and we’re supposed to be here, to kind of work our days 9:00 to 5:00, pay some taxes, have enough money to retire and live out our days just about getting by. That is so far from the truth. It’s unreal. We are amazing eternal beings of light and we’re remembering this stuff and these energies coming into our space. They’re like little cosmic keys and they’re coming into our cells, into our DNA, and we’re remembering. When a caterpillar goes into a chrysalis it sits in the darkness for a little while, and that little caterpillar doesn’t know how long it’s going to be in the darkness. But he just kicks back, puts his feet up like it’s on a sunbed and goes through the process or maybe not a sunbed but a sun lounger kicking back in the sun but inside the darkness. It doesn’t know how long it’s going to be in there for, but it just rides it out, okay, and it enjoys the process as much as it can.

What we’re doing right now is we’re going through our own metamorphosis, and we’ve got to enjoy our process as much as we can, and we’ve got to just come together and support each other. It’s a ride baby. We’re lucky to be alive, we are blessed to be on this planet right now and go through this experience. Look at all the chaos on the planet right there. Wow it’s like it’s crazy okay but this is the game being dismantled, this is consciousness erupting like a wild volcano. Stuff is just spinning. Those that have tried to take over this planet and rule us, their purging big-time because they’re on their last legs, baby. The light is shining, you are part of that mission. You are a warrior, and you came here to shine and to be powerful for them to have this experience. So, kick back and enjoy it, okay.

You’re amazing. I love you so much, beautiful soul as my sister or brother. Wherever you are on this planet, go out and hug tightly. Hug so tight and remember the golden rule of hugging is don’t be the first to let go. So, if you’ve got a stand there and hug for 74 days that’s what you’re going to do. Just don’t let go. It’s not a battle of ego, it’s a battle of love, and love doesn’t battle love. Love just is. It is what it is and that is it, just is so. Just be the love and be what it is and just kick back like they can tap it or in the chrysalis and enjoy that hug for as long as it takes.

The Fibonacci Series

Fibonacci numbers have piqued the interest of many people across the world. The Fibonacci series is a sequence of numbers that generate some of the patterns found in nature. Have you wondered why the Fibonacci Series is observed so much in nature? Or why Fibonacci spiral geometry is so pleasing to the eye? Read on and discover more about Fibonacci and the mathematics and history of the Fibonacci series.

Fibonacci’s Rabbits

Fibonacci was a mathematician born in Italy in 1170. He was also known as Leonardo Pisano from Pisa in Italy. Ancient Sanskrit texts from centuries before Fibonacci first mention the series. In 1202, in his book “Liber Abaci”, Fibonacci uses rabbits to illustrate the series in his imagination. He wondered how many pairs of rabbits are born from a single pair of rabbits each year.

In his thought experiment, the female rabbits always gave birth to pairs of rabbits and each pair consists of one male and one female. Then two newborn rabbits were placed in a fenced-in yard to breed like rabbits. These rabbits must be at least a month old before they are able to reproduce. At the end of the first month, only the original pair of rabbits remain. At the end of the second month, the female rabbit gives birth, leaving two pairs of rabbits. During month three, the original pair of rabbits give birth to another pair of baby rabbits. Their earlier offspring have then grown to adulthood. This leaves three pairs of rabbits, two of which will give birth to two more pairs of rabbits in the fourth month. In total there will be 144 rabbits by the end of the first year.

The number of pairs of rabbits observed each month is 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144 and on to infinity. There are also zero rabbits before the experiment starts. Each number is the sum of the previous two, for example, 21+34=55. This series of numbers is known as the Fibonacci numbers or the Fibonacci series.

What is the Fibonacci sequence?

The Fibonacci series is also known as nature’s secret code and nature’s universal rule. It has been used to calculate the physics dimensions of many things including the Great Pyramid at Giza and the seashell. In the Fibonacci sequence, each number is the sum of the two numbers that precede it. The sequence is 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, etc. The equation for the Fibonacci sequence is X(n) = X(n-1) + X(n-2) for n=0 to infinity.

The Fibonacci sequence is intimately linked to the golden ratio. This is a ratio of roughly 1:1.6618034 and occurs frequently throughout the natural world. The golden spiral, or a logarithmic spiral, has a growth factor that equals the golden ratio. The spiral arrangement of leaves or petals on some plants, such as sunflowers and pinecones, follow the golden ratio.

Nature’s Golden Ratios

The ratio of the numbers in the sequence approaches the golden ratio as the sequence approaches infinity. The golden spiral is a logarithmic spiral whose growth factor equals the golden ratio. The golden ratio is expressed in a pattern of spirals that are shaped like shells. The areas of spiral growth are mapped out in squares. If the two smallest squares have a width and height of 1, then the box to their left has measurements of 2. The other boxes measure 3, 5, 8, and 13.

Fibonacci numbers create the structure of some naturally occurring patterns in nature. This is seen by studying the manner in which various plants grow. The golden ratio captures some types of plant growth. For example, the spiral arrangement of leaves or petals on some plants follows the golden ratio. The ratio exists because that particular growth pattern evolved as the most effective for maximum sun exposure and seed arrangement.

Seeds & Flowers

The seeds that lie at the centre of a sunflower all have spiral patterns that curve from left and right. If you count the spirals the total number will be a Fibonacci number. You will get two consecutive Fibonacci numbers when you divide the spirals. For example, there may be 13 seeds in the left-pointing spiral and 21 seeds in the right-pointing spiral. Similar spiral patterns are also present in pinecones, raspberries, pineapples, and cauliflower.

The total of the number of petals on a flower is often found to be one of the Fibonacci numbers. Irises and lilies have three petals, buttercups and wild roses have five petals, and delphiniums have eight petals.

Trees Branching

When trees grow they will branch in a specific pattern. One trunk will grow until it branches off from two points creating two branches from that branch point. The main trunk then continues to grow and branches again to create three new branches. Then the trunk and the first branch will grow another two branches. This brings the total of new branches to five.

The pattern of branching observed in trees will continue to follow the Fibonacci numbers. The next set of branching will create 8, then 13, then 21 new branches in total.

The human body

The golden ratio is a guide for the number and proportion of body parts. Have a look at your reflection in the mirror.  You will observe that you have one nose, two eyes, three limb segments, and five toes on each foot.

DNA molecules also follow the Fibonacci sequence. For each full cycle of the double helix, your DNA molecules are 34 angstroms long and 21 angstroms wide. This is in the ratio of 21:34 and these are in the Fibonacci series.

What do you think those beautiful Pleiadean beings are doing up in space looking down at you. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?

So, I have this kind of like vision and it started when I was drinking ayahuasca at the end of last year, last November, with a few friends of mine at one of our Star Magic deep in space retreats. We’re all sat around and we’re talking about various things, tripping out and having the time of our lives. We were in this space, and we were wondering sat here on earth right now trying to figure all this stuff out at this kind of ascension path.  We’re trying to become successful and figure all these things to do with relationships, family, money, abundance, health. It’s crazy, it’s like a minefield of information in here on planet Earth and we were kind of sat there and then someone in the group said you know imagine up in space you got these Pleiadeans and not necessarily just Pleiadeans. It could be some other extraterrestrial race, it doesn’t really matter, but let’s just would work with the Pleiadeans.

These beautiful awesome beings from the Pleiadian star system, from Alcyon, from wherever they’re up there sat around in their living room you know smoking a spliff, drinking a whisky, having a cup of herbal tea, I don’t know but they’re all sat there and they’re looking down at us crazy beings laughing their nuts off saying look at those crazy people trying to work all of this stuff out. They’re trying to figure out how to make money, they’re trying to figure out how to be in a relationship. They’re trying to figure out how to love, they’re trying to figure out how to love. I mean that is just the craziest bizarre thing ever. We’re trying to figure out how to be in a relationship, how to love ourselves, how to love other people. We’re trying to figure out how to be what we are. These guys up in space they must be laughing their nuts off looking down us trying to figure this stuff out. It’s wild baby, it’s completely crazy.

We are like these lunatics running around in this green and blue ball striving for success, striving for this trying to get there, trying to get here, but every time we should we strive to get there or over there or wherever it is the world around us comes up with all these signposts and what these signposts do is they lead us back into our heart. They lead us back to life, they lead us back to our own divinity and we realize all along that we are what we’ve been looking for, we are the  one that we’ve been trying to find to have the relationship with. We’re the one that we’re striving for when we’re trying to be successful. Its ourselves that we’re trying to find in the success that were chasing. It’s all just an external illusion and these guys up in space they are rolling around in their front room laughing their ‘bollocks off’ and it’s crazy.

If you knew that you were being watched 24/7 by your sisters and brothers from the stars, how would you be down here on earth? If you’re one of those people that watches pornography, I think you think you’d think a little bit differently about going and watching it and masturbating. Maybe you’d think a little bit differently about going to see your local drug dealer you know to snort some cocaine or take some ecstasy to go to a pie. Maybe you’d feel a bit differently  when you’re drinking shots of alcohol in the pub. Maybe we’d think a little bit differently about the way that we treat our fellow sisters and brothers if we knew we were being watched 24/7 and the truth is we are being watched 24/7 by our sisters and brothers from the stars. So why don’t we start to act with love and kindness 24/7, why don’t we act like we’re inside the Big Brother house 24/7. What will happen when we start to do that will start to be ourselves.

What will happen when we start to be kind 24/7 people will realize that being kind is a beautiful thing and they’ll realize how much enjoyment they get out of being kinds 24/7, how much enjoyment and fulfilment they get out of being compassionate and serving their fellow sisters and brothers and how good it feels to actually love yourself and to realize that you don’t have to run around all over this crazy planet chasing your dreams, chasing this, trying to be successful because everything you’ve ever needed is inside here now. Once you realize that everything you’ve needed always and forever is inside your own heart that it’s you. You then start to flow and vibrate in the most magical way and that my friends are when success starts to chase you, that my star sister or star brother is when relationships start to chase you, that’s when you go out and find your twin flame. That’s when you go out and find and connect with your soul mates. That’s when you discover your soul mission on planet earth right now. This is when everything starts to flow, this is when your body becomes a high vibration or home to your soul, and all the aches and the pains just disappear.

We’re running around trying to find everything externally but it’s already here. This is just a great big comedy show to them, a cosmic comedy show, and I’ll tell you I can’t wait to get back up to the stars and look back down on earth, smoke my spliff, drink my whiskey, and laugh with my sisters and brothers up there watching us guys down here. Oh boy I’m going to have a right laugh. It’s going to be crazy, but I just hope that I don’t get sucked into wanting to come back down here again because this is my last time on planet earth. I am not coming back down here again. I’m going to be here for a lot longer, maybe another couple of hundred years, because I am not checking out too soon. There are loads of work to do but once I depart it’s going to be my last time on this planet, I can assure you. I don’t know how you feel about. That is your choice. You’re your own being but whilst you’re here right now, beautiful soul, please do yourself a favour. Stop trying too hard because you’re amazing. You’re everything, you’re enough.

Wake up in the morning, look in the mirror, and look into your own eyes and see the magic inside of your own self and say to yourself, look deeply into your eyes open your heart, and say “I am enough, I am whole, I am perfect, I am strong, I am healthy, I am sovereign, I am free. I am a galactic titan from the stars, and I am here to crush life and to crush life I’ve just got to be me and to be me I’ve got to stop chasing things. I’ve just got to take a big nosedive into my cosmic heart and unleash that inner wisdom.” It’s that simple, beautiful soul. Anyway, wherever you are on this planet go out and hug tightly and remember the golden rule of hugging is you never ever, ever, let go. Wherever you are right now I am giving you a great big cosmic hug and I love you unconditionally as my sister or my brother. Go out and love fiercely and ferociously and shine your light as bright as you possibly can and never dampen your sparkle for anyone.

“The energy is ramping up on this planet. The voltage that is traveling through your physical body is amplifying big-time. So how do you prepare for ascension?”

I love you with my heart with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So today I want to share with you a message about voltage electricity and the amplification of light codes that are traveling through our galaxy down into our local planetary environment down through our physical bodies and into the Earth’s grids. You are so much more than a physical being; you are a spiritual being having a human experience as I’m sure you very well know.

Now as you’re walking around these earthly planes, you’re always receiving and sending information. You are like a transmitter, you are a conduit, and light codes are constantly streaming down from space through mother earth’s atmosphere down through your physical body and into the ground. We’re dispersing them through the Earth’s grids. Now what is happening on planet earth right now is the energy is ramping up big time and its mission-critical that you, me, and all our sisters and brothers do everything necessary to prepare our body for this energy increase. If you can imagine a plug that takes 20 volts of electricity and then you try and ram ten times through it. What’s going to happen to that plug is that plug sockets’ going to explode. Now what is happening now is our physical bodies have a circuitry, a bio circuitry. Inside of it we have our nervous system which is 45 miles of electric wiring.

We are these amazing beings and to think that we’re just these physical things you know vibrating in our spaces, walking around this green and blue ball, and we’re just here to work and to earn money and build families and kids and so do all these kinds of earthly things is just madness. I mean that is part of our experience but we’re here for a much greater mission and that is to help earth for ascension and to help ourselves go through this transformation or doorway. A massive part of it is to prepare our bodies for the application of energy that is flowing into our bodies. Beautiful soul, you are so amazing. Never ever, ever forget that you came to planet Earth to be a spark, a beacon, a pillar of light to pave the way for your sisters and brothers not so they could follow you but so you could give them an opportunity to step into their light and onto a different path, smile, laugh, have fun, and enjoy this magical ride. We are conduits.

A part of our mission, as well as to return to unconditional love and to step away from the judgment and to raise our vibration and move through these frequency bands into higher densities or higher dimensional spaces, as well as enjoying all the earth experiences, is to raise our vibration and become strong and robust so that we can take these amplified frequency streams and download them into the planet through these conduits, these physical vessels, will take an electromagnetic light and grounding it down into the diamond grids, the golden grids, and various other grid structures which are a part of Mother Earth’s planetary nervous system. Now if your body cannot handle the voltage you’re going to overload, and things can start to go wrong. So, you’ve got to be prepared. How you prepare yourself is what I want to share with you.

Before I share that I want to share it a real quick story. I met a lady a couple years ago in Turkey, a 93- or 94-year-old lady, I forget how old she was. It was either 93 or 94 and I sat in her office for several hours speaking to her about spirituality. She runs a huge spiritual organization and we spoke about the most amazing things and this lady was sharp as a razor like on the money, so knowledgeable you wouldn’t have thought she was 93 or 94 years old. At the end of the day her assistant came into the room with an electric Zimmer frame, and she held onto the Zimmer frame, and I was like I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been speaking to this lady sharp as razor all day and she’s got a Zimmer frame. You’d have never known there was anything wrong with her and I said to her what’s going on? What’s wrong with your legs she said, “Well if I’d have known what you youngsters know now, I probably wouldn’t be in this situation,” she said, “I’ve been downloading so much cosmic energy for many, many, years. My electrics are shot to pieces.” She said, “my legs, the circuits are blown in them,” she said, “if I knew about yoga and breath work and healthy eating and I exercise more and I really took care of my body I wouldn’t be in this state.

It really made me realize that what we’ve been doing with star magic is the way that we should be training people. It’s not about floating around in the ether doing all this spiritual work and they get and neglect in your physical body. The physical body is so important, number one. It has your soul number so it’s the vessel in which our electromagnetics are housed, a part of them anyway, because we do have our extended light body which resides outside of the physicalness. But the physical body houses the main part of us that downloads these light codes through the 45 miles of electrical wiring that flows throughout a physical body. Now she said, “if I was doing the physical work and making my body strong, my legs would not have overloaded with electricity. I would have been able to handle the voltage passing through my body,” and this is what we’ve been training people to do with star magic.

What I’m sharing with you now on this video is the reason why you should be training your body and making it robust, making it physically strong, creating an environment where you are mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually ready to download these off-planet light frequencies. So, how do you do this? Okay, this is not ‘rocket science’ beautiful soul. This whole journey is over complicated by many people. You’ve just got to exercise, you’ve got to meditate, you’ve got to put clean foods into your body, you’ve got to do your breath work, your chi gong. You’ve got to get out into nature and hug the trees, take your shoes, and socks off and get your bare feet on the earth. These are very simple practices but how many people do it, how many people truly adopt the lifestyle that they need to adopt, to be on this spiritual mission? A lot of people want to continue half in their old lifestyle, half in this new lifestyle.

A lot of people want to float around in the ether meditating, journeying, flowing and traveling through the universe connecting to guides ETs, whatever it is, and they don’t want to do the physical work because the physical work requires a bit of discipline it’s a lot harder for some people and so they resist it but by you resisting it you’re only putting yourself into a detrimental space where you can potentially harm your own physical body. You know there are people that are getting heart issues where the electromagnetic and the magnetics are up. I’m not want of a better word, people whose nervous systems are shot to pieces. There are people getting nauseous, people that are getting kidney pain and liver pain where certain parts of their body are overloaded with electrical energy. What you’ve got to do is really take care of your physical body. Drink 3 to 4 litres of water minimum a day, get that crystalline energy flowing through your body.

You’ve got to look after yourself okay. Otherwise as these frequencies continue to amplify you just might not be able to stay here on this planet. It’s that simple okay. You might have to check out and go back to spirit and not be here to see the end of the journey. So, you get to choose beautiful soul. Do you want to be a high vibrational strong human that can handle this journey or not. It’s entirely up to you. You get to choose. I can’t make you do anything, okay, and neither can anybody else. You are a powerful human and as a powerful human you get to make decisive choices and they can either empower you or disempower you. I am here to tell you right now, no ifs, buts, or maybes, point blank. If you don’t do the work, you’re not going to be able to handle the work. It’s that simple.

So, my suggestion is that you get off your ass if you’re not already and you get out and you start running, doing yoga, meditating, hitting the punch bag, lifting some weights, doing your chi gong, doing your deep breath work, putting Mother Nature into your body, eating those photons, drinking those electrons, consuming sun-drenched foods. Get out and do your sungazing if you live in a hot country. Do all the things that are going to make your body strong and robust so you can handle the high voltage as it amplifies and increases, especially as we move through ascension, as we move through these turbulent times. You must prepare yourself; you must be ready.

I know that you are watching this video must be a high vibrational being. You wouldn’t be listening to this if you weren’t a high frequency being. So, go out and do the work and be the high frequency being that you are, metaphysical and physical. Work inside the veil, and beyond the veil you’re a multi-dimensional being. It doesn’t mean that you flow all the time. You got to be grounded down into this physical planet as well as being grounded into fifth and sixth density. You’ve got to get that balance. It’s so important.

Wherever you are on this planet beautiful soul I want you to know this I love you unconditionally and so do your sisters and brothers. So go out into this world and hug tightly hug so tightly and never be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging. Love fiercely and ferociously, beautiful soul, fiercely and ferociously. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? Are you feeling amazing? Life is so good baby.

So, I want to share a message with you today. This is a question that a few people have asked me recently. People are starting to shift their vibration and their levels of consciousness are expanding and people are becoming more in tune with what is good for them and what isn’t good for them. A question that keeps coming up is, is meat going to affect my meditation, is sugar going to affect my meditation, are bad foods going to affect my healing? These are kind of two different questions but they kind of get put into the same kind of compartment and that’s okay.

Now it’s a good question and it’s an interesting answer because there are many kinds of streams of information that flow into the answer to this awesome question. So first, it doesn’t really matter what you eat. It’s not really going to affect your meditation, or it might, okay. Now let me explain this it really depends on who you are, and it really depends on your kind of discipline and where you’re at on your spiritual journey because for some people having sugar, having coffee, having meat, can kind of tip your brain.

So how does eating meat affect meditation? chemicals alter the balance in your body and that in itself can turbo charge your thoughts and make you think a little bit more excessively and if you’re not so versed in settling down your mind and coming into your heart space to enter meditation and going into an observational space, it can affect you a little bit more. If you’re an experienced meditator and you’re way down deep on your meditation journey and you’ve kind of mastered dropping into that zone, then you can probably eat what you want and it’s not going to affect you in the slightest. The thing is this. If you’re an experienced meditator and you’re way down deep on your spiritual journey it’s highly likely that you’re not going to put too much ‘crap’ into your body anyway.

It’s only really when you’re starting out on your journey that you yo-yo backwards and forwards. I remember when I used to think going to McDonald’s and having chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce was healthy because it was a step on from going and having triple whoppers at burger king. I wasn’t eating any bread anymore so we go through these different stages on our journey and for some people being ultra clean and then go and have some sugar or some coffee can really kind of mess them about a little bit because their soul is finely tuned. You’ve got other people that kind of eat clean but chuck a little bit of ‘crap’ into their body two three times a week. There are different stages of healing and diet, so they eat pretty much ‘crap’ all the time but they’re having a salad a day so that’s good for them and then they go to two salads, or they start to eat of fruits, vegetables, smoothies. They turn to vegan protein powder instead of white whey isolate, and different things like that. So, we all go through these different stages.

Now it doesn’t really matter where you are you got to find out what works for you but depending on your level of discipline and the way that you can control your thoughts and your own consciousness, you should be able to put whatever you want into your system and go and meditate. You should be able to drop a tab of acid and it does not affect you in the slightest because you can control and regulate your energy that firmly and finally and decisively. So, it really comes down to where you are in terms of healing okay there are people that will say to you that it doesn’t really matter what you eat. If you’re going to heal, you’re going to heal.

Personally, that approach works for some people, but it doesn’t work for everybody because there are some people that if they’re up against the ropes, they got stage four cancer, they’re going to need to go into hardcore meditation, they’re going to need to go beyond their thoughts and into that void space where they can connect to source and go beyond. What they’ve kind of created is their own identity their own personality they’ve got to go beyond that, they’ve got a in my humble opinion. They’ve got to start chucking loads of food into their body that is alkaline so green juice, red juice, orange juice, and I don’t mean orange juice, I mean carrot juice, or juice that is orange because you don’t want so much sugar. You want lots of vegetable juice, okay. You need to be out into nature with your shoes and socks off and your bare feet on the earth. There’s a whole kind of approach to healing and when people come to us for example with tumours, cancer something, what you might call serious, we have an approach and if you follow that approach, 90% of the people will recover okay and 90 percent, it’s a lot of people.

Just to do meditation on its own or just to do healing on its own without the nutritional elements and the supplement elements and the nature elements when you’re up against the ropes and you’re really suffering because the body’s kicking out loads of symptoms because that’s what the body is. It is a highly evolved communication device and when there’s a tumour or eyesight that isn’t functioning properly, whatever it is, the body is just communicating to the human being and saying look at this stuff. but we as a species, we don’t look at our bodies in this way. We think we’ve got to go to the doctor, we think we’ve got to go to the pharmacist, we need drugs or an operation. We don’t realize is that we can naturally self-heal but when you start chucking the right things into your system, you do the right breathwork, the right meditation, you get into nature, you can heal anything you know.

You can switch your body’s innate systems on and for me personally I would say to anyone you want to take a full holistic approach to life and that means whether it’s meditation, whether it’s healing, you want to be eating clean. You want to exercise, you want to do your meditation, you want to do your breath work, you want to do your qigong,  you want to chuck all these things into the mix, and when you chuck all these things into the mix you really can be a high vibrational being. You don’t want to chuck all these things into the mix once it’s gone tits up. No, you want to chuck all these things into the mix now to stop it and prevent it ever going tits up because you’re on such a high vibrational frequency. It’s going to be impossible for you to get ill because you’re just turbocharged all the time living in your heart in a great space, beautiful soul.

Don’t forget those lines of life because life is everywhere. Life is in the trees, life is in the leaves, in the birds and the bees. It’s in nature and the empty space is everywhere so you can tap into that frequency of life whenever you want. It’s an abundant supply of pure magic pure medicine. So, in essence it really shouldn’t matter what you eat. It shouldn’t affect your meditation, but it depends on who you are and for some people it will but healing everybody should take a full holistic approach. This is my opinion. Now you’ve got to do what’s right for you and remember don’t believe anything that comes out of my mouth ever. I don’t ever want you to believe anything that comes out of my mouth. I want you to internalize this information, feel it in your cosmic heart and if it feels right for you, run with it. If it doesn’t, cast it as way as a sin because we’re all unique beings and we’ve all got different ways.

Some nutritional programs might suit me, but they might not suit you and they might not suit other people but, other people, they will know horses for courses. We’re all different beings. Personally, alcohol it makes me feel ill the next day but there was a time when it didn’t. You might be able to consume alcohol and feel great the next day. We’re all different. I don’t think anyone should really go out and do anything in excess but anything in moderation and balance is okay.

Anyway, beautiful soul, I think I’ve got my message across. I feel that I’ve got my message across, and I feel that I’ve answered this question in the best way possible, but you be the judge or maybe not because you don’t want to judge either because that’s going to lower your frequency and send you off on a different tangent. But the point is this. I love you, you’re amazing. You have all the elements to be a high vibrational being in your environments, within your own body. You don’t need anything external. You don’t need a doctor, you don’t need a pharmacist, you don’t need drugs unless you’re snorting life of course. What you do need is to get into nature, do your meditation, do your breathwork, do your chi gong, put the goodness into your body.

When you eat high vibrational light drenched foods you’re eating photons, you’re eating information, you’re eating the sunshine, and that information goes into your body and does magical things. Nature is a pharmacy, your central nervous system is a pharmacy, and you can switch yourself on. The great beautiful thing about this is you are the manager, you are the CEO of your own pharmacy, and you can go out into nature, and you can collect herbs and medicine left, right, and centre.

So, wherever you are on this planet, beautiful soul, please go out and hug tightly. Hug so tightly hug tight because right now I’m giving you a big ‘bad-ass’ virtual cosmic hug and I’m hugging you so tight as my sister or brother and remember the golden rule of hugging is to never ever, ever, ever be the first to let go. This is the number one tool to help you enhance your spiritual evolution. I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?

This is something very simple but it’s something that every true spiritual warrior must adopt if they want to enhance their spiritual evolution and move through time and space and expand and become the superhuman, that they came to this magical planet to be in a fast and furious fashion. It is very simple responsibility you see beautiful soul. One who does not accept personal responsibility and allows someone to come in to save them or wants someone to come in and save them never permanently evolve. Let me say that one more time. Any man, any woman, any human being, who wants someone else to come in and save them, whether it’s another human being or some archetypal figure from their belief systems, whether it’s Jesus or Mary, or some kind of extraterrestrial saviour.

The only way that any human being on this planet can truly evolve is if we realize that we have the tools and the skills in our own arsenal to overcome any situation and then move forwards and deal with all the situations that come in into our local environment. You see, you have the tools; I have the tools, the universe never gives us anything that we can’t handle but so many of us look externally for the answers. So many of us want other people to come in and save us with soul conditions to investigate our external environment for the help from other people, from the government, from different companies, from different organizations because we as a human species have become so flipping lazy. It’s crazy baby. We’ve become so lazy. People are dependent on the government, on social welfare social services. A lot of human beings just want handouts, a lot of human beings think that they haven’t got the ability to take care of things themselves whether that be energetically, financially, whatever the situation. A lot of people don’t value themselves and this is a big, big, problem.

Now the number one thing that every single human being must do is to take personal responsibility and to go into this magical beautiful expansive infinite space that we call our heart. I’m not talking about that physical heart. the boom-boom beat every single day, I’m talking about the cosmic heart in the centre of your chest which is a magical Stargate and when you dive deep into that Stargate and you start to search and explore, you realize that you have infinite universes of magic inside your own system, and you can tap into this potential 24/7. But whilst you’re looking into the external world for help, whilst you’re praying for some book, whilst you’re hoping that something might change, nothing’s ever going to change, and no one’s ever going to come and save you. If you want to make your life better if you want to expand more if you want to move into a higher vibrational frequency. You’ve got to take responsibility and realize it’s down to you. It’s down to you and no one else. No one else can do your life for you, no one else can be you.

You see you are a unique being. So am I, so all our sisters and brothers on this planet. Yes, we’re humans and we’re all part of this great big, gigantic family that goes without saying but within that family there are different creative beings that have different creative energies even though they all come from the same source. There are different strands and elements and fragments, and the universe is expressing itself through all of us in a magnificent and potent way. When you just kind of surrender to the fact that you’re the only person that can change, you’re the only person that can run your life, and you’re the only person that can raise your vibration and be a superhuman, you’re going to stay in chaos. You’re going to stay in a space of hope and hope is for gamblers. Hope has never achieved anything whilst you’re in a space where you hope and you’re hanging on you’re just going to stay hanging on. You see there’s magic all around you, there’s magic inside of you and when you start to realize that magic you start to trust and when you start to trust you start to build confidence and when you build confidence you start to take positive action.

So, the most important thing for you to do right now is to realize that nothing else matters apart from you and that you are the focal point of your own universe and when you start to take personal responsibility and realize it’s down to you and solely down to you and you stop trying to find other people to make your life better. When you stop trying to find relationships to fill gaps inside of your own heart, once you stop doing that and you realize that it’s you and you only you really are going to soar like an eagle.

Eagles they fly up above the storms. If they fly above the storms and they look down at the chaos. They’re oblivious to it or they may observe it. I’m not saying they’re totally oblivious because they may observe it, but they observe it in a non-judgmental way. They wait for the storms to pass and then they come back down, and they grace the earth with their presence. But they don’t need to be involved in the chaos because they’re responsible for their own energy and they realize by rising above it, the energy down below isn’t going to affect them. They know where they’re. At least they know what frequency they’re on and they know that their frequency, when they detach and move up and fly, it can’t be affected by anyone else in a lower vibrational space because they just step outside of that and when they step outside of that their energy levels rise, and their confidence grows, and they just continue to be the magical beings that they are. You are like a golden eagle. You are a magical cosmic titan from the stars and it’s time to express all of you. It’s time to inner stand this.

“So, beautiful soul, how do you thrive in a world full of haters?”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul. So, how do you thrive in a world full of haters. Well first, the whole world doesn’t hate you and the whole world aren’t haters but as you start to open your heart and shine your light, you start to shine lights into the lives of many other people and sometimes your light is too flipping bright and other people can’t handle it because you’re shining light onto their darkness. Trust me. They really don’t want to look at that stuff but as you move through time and space, as you travel these earthly lands on this green and blue ball that we call home.

You’re naturally going to interact with other human beings. People are going to see you on YouTube, people are going to see you on the television, maybe people are going to see you in the street, maybe people see you at events. I don’t know what you do but even if you’re not doing anything public people are going to still see your light shining, maybe in a grocery store, maybe in the supermarket, and your light, whether you realize it or not, is going to open them up. It’s going to start to crack through that robust layer of darkness and anger and resentment that clouds the lives of many of our sisters and brothers, and people are going to look at you and they’re naturally going to judge you. The best way to handle this situation, I’ll be completely honest with you, is to not give a seriously don’t give a because when you give about what other people think of you. you’re setting yourself up for judgment – what if I do this and they think that what happens if I do this, and they don’t like me.

What happens if my family doesn’t approve that okay big time because you’re the most important human being in your reality and if you are happy for as long as your vibration is high, and you are enjoying what you’re doing and who you’re becoming and what you are. Then it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. It doesn’t matter how anyone else behaves. It doesn’t matter if people hate you, like you, love you, want to kick you in the ass, it really doesn’t matter because you are a high vibrational being. Some people are going to moan at Christmas. Many people will moan on their birthday. There are people that will moan if they win the lottery. There are people that will moan in any given situation. You could send some people into a florist full of beautiful flowers. There could be thousands of different species and they’ll moan because there’s not the one, they want.

Okay, some people are never going to be satisfied and never going to be happy and always find reason to blame or judge or hate and regardless of what you do on this magical planet some people just aren’t going to like you.  You’re going to piss them off, you’re going to upset them in some way, shape, or form but you know what I say, beautiful soul, the more people that dislike you and ridicule you and hate you  and despise you and judge you, the better job you’re doing but the more you’re raising your levels of consciousness and expanding your awareness and taking that positive action opening your heart following your life compass and moving in the direction of your dreams that light is going to get brighter and brighter and the brighter it gets.  You’re going to shine more light into the darkness of other people because you’re going to reach more people and it’s a numbers game. You might have a million people that love you and a hundred thousand people that don’t. It really doesn’t matter.

What you’ve got to do is make that conscious choice as a high frequency being that what other people think doesn’t matter. It’s that simple and then you can just do what you want and however people want to react and say whatever they want to say. It’s just not going to affect you. It’s going to be like water off a duck’s back, or you’re going to be like an armoured tank just rolling through the desert with bullets just ricocheting off you because you just don’t give a **** with capital letters okay. That’s it, it’s that simple. So, start enjoying your life, start being happy. Feel your life full of joy so joy is your natural default state. So, when you wake up in the morning you’re bouncing around, bouncing around, bouncing around, because you’re just loving life because you can’t wait to get out and start your day because you’re not working. You’re creating, you’re having fun, you’re just loving everything that you’re engaging in because it’s not work.

You’ve set yourself up for a life full of bliss, joy, and divinity, and everything you engage in just makes you happy because that’s what you choose and it doesn’t matter what you do, what you say, who you interact with. You’re going to stay the same because it’s all about you. You control your own vibration. No one else can control it for you. This is the key. So, you know what to do, you know who you are. You know where you’re traveling and if you don’t just look in here because this place, this space, will give you all the answers and direct you in the direction of your dreams, of the greatest version of you. It might take you through a few fears on the way but that’s okay. They’re just going to make you stronger.

Mine the gold from every situation, beautiful soul, and remember wherever you are on this planet go out and hug tightly. Tightly, baby, and never, ever, ever, be the first to let go, and never leave home without your bags of life okay. You can do the same, the best drug on the planet and it’s everywhere.
