This little message today is about distractions. Did you know that the crow is the only bird that will try and attack the eagle. What the crow does, it lands on the eagle’s back and it starts to bite the eagle’s neck. You know what the eagle does. It rises higher. It ascends, it goes up through the sky and the crow keeps biting the eagle’s neck, but the eagle doesn’t give up, the eagle just keeps climbing and as the eagle climbs the crow struggles to breathe. So, the eagle keeps climbing and the crow finds it even harder to bite the eagle’s neck.

As it struggles to breathe going higher and higher and eventually the crow falls off the eagle’s back and the eagle just carries on with its day it doesn’t pay any notice it doesn’t give the crow any attention lions don’t lose sleep wolves don’t lose sleep over the actions of sheep. In this world there are so many distractions.

Boris Johnson and his party’s iconic figures in this space here to distract you making you think that they’re one of us that they’ve got our best interests at her different souls and bodies you got people thinking that extra-terrestrials are going to come down and save us, Jesus Christ is going to return and save you from this mess. It’s a load of man this is on you, this is on me, this is on us, beautiful souls. We got to take responsibility, we got to stay focused, laser focused, like the eagle. We’ve got to rise, stay focused on our goal, and carve a new way of being on this planet without getting pulled into the distractions.

Like Novak Djokovic, I think he’s one of us, it’s a big distraction. Everywhere you look there’s distractions trying to stop you and me and us focused on our goals. They want us to think that they’re saviours. Novak Djokovic standing up for humanity, wow, he is our saviour. That isn’t happening. No one’s coming to save us. Donald Trump isn’t coming to save us.  No one’s coming to save us.  We’ve got to pick ourselves out of this mess and save ourselves. We’ve got to unite as a family, as a species, as a tribe, like a pack of sovereign lions and lionesses, and we’ve got to take control of this green and blue ball that we call home.

We have to stop giving our energy to the system if you take your energy out of the system. The system crumbles. It can’t run and operate without us. It doesn’t work. Stop buying into the things that keep the system alive. Now I know it’s not easy. Okay I use the banks; we got a business. It’s very difficult but we’re doing everything in our power to manoeuvre around that system. Sometimes we’ve got to engage and sometimes we don’t when it’s possible and eventually we’ll quit, and we’ll create ways of making all transactions possible. We got to buy from local farmers markets our foods, grow our own, or barter with someone that’s growing it for some services that you’ve got some products that you’ve got. Let’s exchange energetically right now I’m speaking to you on an iPhone.

I’d love not to be speaking to you on an iPhone, not because I don’t want to speak to you and communicate with you, but I just don’t want to give my energy and power to these massive corporations. There are no other choices now so that’s okay. We’ll play the game and as we play the game, we’ll create new ways of being in this world and carve and blaze new trails. But as we’re carving and blazing these trails, stay focused, don’t get distracted, and keep rising like the eagle.  Raise your vibration, don’t get caught up in those low vibrational fear frequencies, those guilt trips. All those energetic streams that they try to steamroll into your space. You’re better than that, you’re an eagle you’re a lion fly like an eagle hunt like a lion.

Wherever you are on this magical planet, beautiful soul, go out into this world, love your sisters and your brothers, love them fiercely and ferociously hug them tightly and never be the first to let go. Go let’s open our hearts to stay on that frequency of love. Love’s our greatest weapon. They don’t want us to love because you can’t control love. Love is crazy powerful. So, today’s message is about points of view perception and how the same thing can crush you or elevate you. Your point of view can be your vantage point, or it can be your assassin. It could be your prison, or it could be your ticket, your passport, into something incredible. We all face things in life. Some people will be at the bottom of a mountain, and they’ll see the struggle, the mammoth task in front of them to climb that mountain and get to the top. Another human being will see the trails and the routes, and they’ll be excited about how fit they’re going to get, how it’s going to push their body as they climb up that mountain all the way to the top.

Something may happen in someone’s life. They may get ill. They might have to go and see a nutritionist, and the nutritionist might say to them listen unless you start eating clean and exercising and get your ass down that gym, not once or twice a month but four or five times a week, and you start disciplining yourself in a positive way to get the job done and achieve and overcome and change and shift and transform. You might die, your body is in a terrible state. If two human beings went to the same nutritionist with the same issues, one of those human beings might walk away and think to themselves, man, the gym. I’ve got to get my ass down the gym. It’s the last thing I want to do. Then the gym becomes that human being’s prison. Another human being goes to the nutritionist and is told the same story, and is like, wow yes, I’ve got a way out and then the gym becomes that human being’s passport into a better life, an upgraded elevated version of who they are.

You see every situation can be your prison or your passport, your vantage point, or your assassin. There is gold to mine from every single situation that you face, and life is never easy, but it’s the challenges when you get knocked down on your ass, down to your knees, and you’ve got to climb back up again. That’s when you grow. Most people embark on their mission and then once they get on that path and they start moving forwards, they realize it’s quite a lonely place and not everybody’s coming to help them. It’s on them. Full responsibility. Most people fall by the wayside. At that stage those that go a little bit further are guaranteed to be knocked down several times on their path to success and the higher you climb the mountain the greater the fall. But when you pick yourself back up, it takes even more energy and so you grow even more.

Every time you get knocked down. Every time there’s a life lesson, enjoy it, bathe in it, because you are gaining knowledge and wisdom. You are becoming durable, even more disciplined. Your character is strengthening. You see sometimes you jump on the path on your mission on your journey and you’ve got this vision and this goal, and you think you’re ready for it. So, the universe knocks you down a peg or two because you weren’t ready and you needed to overcome this challenge and that challenge, navigate that mountain, overcome this obstacle, and then you realize later on down the line that if you hadn’t been knocked down and had to navigate this challenge and overcome that obstacle and work your way over that mountain top,  you wouldn’t have had the necessary skills that were needed once you reached your goal and your vision.

You see there’s a mind and an intelligence that knows much more than you or me. This intelligence it knows what’s best for us. We need to follow our heart, our intuition. We need to follow our heart, our intuition, and as we do enjoy the process. As we grow, as we expand, we must have faith because sometimes you must take leaps into the unknown and that is what faith is. It’s trusting in something that you cannot see, you cannot touch, that physically doesn’t exist but somewhere deep inside of your heart, somewhere in every cell of you, you just know, you don’t believe, no, you don’t believe you know because when you believe you must think to believe. Thinking they’re just concepts, thoughts. Thinking is dangerous. Thinking can be quite useful when you ‘blank slate’ your mind. Empty it and it becomes a clean canvas you can use your mind and your brain to create.

However, most people’s heads are busy with thousands of repetitive thoughts every day. To master your mind, you must empty it and then place what you want in and onto the canvas of your mind to create whatever you want to create in this world and infuse it with positive energy, emotional intelligence. You are a powerful, beautiful soul. You have to choose your perception. You must make a choice and you have to frame reality how it best serves you. Obstacles, challenges, they must become opportunities. Possibility arises when you turn obstacles into opportunity and the mountain ranges into potential growth. Everything changes. You become stronger and wiser, and you become calmer. You open a space for clarity to feel your consciousness and you start to see and feel and be in this world differently. Will it be your passport, or will it be your prison? Do you want to climb to the top of the mountain and have that wonderful view or do you want to stand at the bottom of the mountain wondering what if.

So, the energetic blasts that are pummeling this planet right now are becoming even more potent, even more intense. The human resonance is spiking and these waves of energy coming from different parts of the galaxy up from the earth are just swamping and bombarding us. These energetic blasts are shifting people’s consciousness and people are responding and reacting in different ways depending where they’re at on their journey, where their level of awareness is. It’s governed by their level of consciousness and the inner work that they’ve either done or not done, and you see people that are asleep and they’re getting smashed by these energetic waves. They’re being forced out of their spellbound states that they’ve been in for such a long time.

Souls that have been asleep, souls that are like sheep just following the orders, the rules and the regulations, these waves are so intense they’re starting to crack the veil, and even those souls that have been in such a deep sleep state are starting to see the light. It’s incredible. It’s not easy for these people and what we’ve got to do as souls that are awake and are on this journey and have a greater understanding. It doesn’t mean that we are above or better. It just means that we’ve started our inward journey a little bit earlier because something triggered and woke us up and what we’ve got to do is we’ve got a whole space for these beautiful souls. We’ve got to love them from afar and we’ve got to open our hearts and be patient with them and love them and support them energetically. There’s nothing else we can really do unless they reach out for our help and obviously, we can speak to them and talk to them and encourage them and inspire them and hold space for them verbally, mentally, emotionally, in lots of different ways.

However, we can’t force our opinions and ideas onto other souls, other humans, so loving them from afar is the best thing that we can do. There are souls that are new on this kind of ascension in a journey into the labyrinth of their cosmic heart where all the answers lie, and these souls are being split and fragmented and woken up and going through a lot of them. This kind of dark night of the soul where you know they realize that everything’s been a lie, everything’s difficult, they realize that everything’s been a lie and what they’ve known and believed in for so long is not what they thought it was, and this is a rude awakening for people. But what happens, you see, once you’ve had that glimpse of the light, that thirst and that drive, and that quest for more knowledge and a higher truth, and not necessarily a higher truth but the ‘real truth’ is so strong. It magnetizes these souls, and it draws them, and it’s like they’re on a conveyor belt that they can’t get off even though it’s painful and at times they wish they could jump off it, and maybe un-see what they’ve seen.

The truth is the truth and its ultimate, undefinable, and once you know, and you’ve seen and you’ve had that glimpse, you can’t get off that escalator. You can’t get off that train because you must find out the source of the truth, and you have to know it all and you keep diving and digging and uncovering until you truly have that deep understanding of what’s real and what’s not real. It’s a beautiful thing and again we’ve got a whole space for these beautiful souls. They’re our sisters and brothers of earth. We all came here for this party. We all came here to play this game. We all came here on this mission as different souls that are all connected ultimately, energetically, through frequency, geometry, and codes. You’ve got other souls that are a little bit further along on their journey. You could call them more awakened, advanced, whatever you want to call them. They’re just labels but it’s just souls and humans that have been on this journey a little bit longer and so they’ve woken up more and they’ve got a deeper understanding of what’s true and what’s not. They’ve been on this in a journey of the heart which is the journey of the brave.

It’s not easy to dive into your heart. It’s sometimes an uncomfortable place because the heart is a different frequency and it’s that frequency that lays down the energetic railroads that crack the illusion and open up the knowledge and the wisdom to other souls on this journey but for those more advanced souls that have been doing the inner work for longer periods of time they become even better co-creators with these new blasts and waves of geometry and cold coming from in the earth from out in space bombarding our human energetic fields our planetary fields. They become better and more effective co-creators, manifestors.

Everything’s faster, everything’s speeding up, so wherever you are on your journey just embrace it. Embrace it and allow yourself to go through the process that you need to go through, and don’t fight it. Just be with it. Accept it. Whether it’s magical or painful it doesn’t matter. There’s magic in the pain and there’s pain in the magic. Everything has a double-edged sword, or everything is a double-edged sword. Everything has polarised views and paradigms and we can see things from so many different points of view, so many different angles. Wherever you perceive it from, based on your understanding of the world, the universe, your own physical anatomy, your light body, your soul, is perfect and they’re all just inroads that eventually and ultimately lead to the same space that same sacred space of the heart which brings everybody eventually back to love.

Love is the original driving force that created everything. Love contains darkened lights. Love is whole, love doesn’t fractalize and dispel and segregate, and dismantle. Love unifies and brings things together so ultimately love is the master of darkened light, the zero-point, pure equilibrium, because dark and light exists in all of us. So, as we go on this journey these waves are pummeling our DNA and activating that dormant knowledge that gives rise to infinite wisdom.  Just enjoy the right to know that it’s part of the process. It’s all just a process and all of us together on this planet are like a divine orchestra. We’re like instruments and the universe is playing us and we’re letting off aromas and musical tones and harmonics, light frequencies, which all weave and interblend together. That’s what plays the magical beautiful song of life.

We’re all part of it, beautiful soul, so just buckle up, get your space helmet on, stick your space goggles on, get a great big pipe and smoke some DMT and just enjoy the ride. Have a laugh, enjoy the process. Go and hug some trees. Go and exercise, meditate, do some qigong, fast, hydrate your body. Go and listen to some light language or speak some light language. Know that you are a divine formidable force of nature, a galactic titan from the stars. Enjoy these waves. They’re here to uplift you, inspire you, and take you forwards on your human journey so you can evolve mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Not just in this reality but on multiple timelines and in different frequency bands, different dimensional spaces.

So, a quick message today about your gut. You know people say ‘listen to your gut’ instinct. Why do they say that? Because your gut is like another brain. It has intelligence. Some people say that your gut is your second brain. Some people say it’s your third brain. I mean our heart for me carries a much greater intelligence than this brain. I’d rather listen to this (heart) than this (brain). This is great for certain things. It’s powerful but for the kind of intelligence that we need to utilize to navigate our way through life and be intuitive and follow that sixth sense, our heart is much better.

We have our mesentery which is like a battery where you can store chi down in here behind your small intestine. You’ve got your gut; you’ve got all these different components of your physical anatomy that carry an intelligence and the gut is so important. You know you feel it down here when something’s wrong or when something’s right and you know which direction to take and what choices to make. If you listen to your gut or your heart. Now our gut is under attack not just our gut but our whole physical body, our emotional body, our mental, and our spiritual bodies. It’s all under attack and those attacks are becoming more constant and consistent and rife and they’re attacking us from many different angles. Weather, foods, mind control technologies, frequency technologies. There’s stuff that they’re dropping in the atmosphere, nanoparticles.

Our gut is under massive attack from parasitic forces, physical and spiritual, so my message today is to look after your body and work on your gut. Keep cleansing it, keep detoxifying. Get yourself a one litre bottle of water, empty it, put a quarter of Himalayan salt in, fill it back up with water, leave it for 24 hours and then have one to two tablespoons daily. Then keep topping the water back up. That’s great for your mineral uptake. Get Himalayan salt, lemon and water. It is great for the colon. A great colon cleanse is wormwoods black walnut, great for helping remove parasites from inside your gut.

There are so many different things that you can utilize to cleanse yourself. Apple cider vinegar is another one. Cloves and pumpkin seeds are amazing. Ginger, apples, lemon juice, are great for your gut, a great detoxifier, a great cleanser. Mother nature has everything that you need to detoxify your system, to carry out those toxins and heavy metals, parasites. You should be looking after your body. Keep your body in an alkaline state. Lots of light-based foods, plants, fruits, vegetables, are important. I’m not saying to go vegan because we’re not all built like that. You have to follow your own way of being in this world and listen to your body, but predominantly everyone should be on a plant-based nutritional program. You’ve got to look after yourself. The more you detoxify, the easier it’s going to be for you to tap into those intuitive abilities.

Make sure that you are using fluoride free toothpaste. make sure that there’s no chemicals in your deodorants, in your body wash, in your shampoo. Fluoride attacks the pineal gland. The pineal gland is so important, the pituitary gland so important. We need to keep our body clear on so many levels. Get out and sun gaze. Breathe deeply into your belly, exercise, meditate, qigong, cold showers. Drink your own urine. There are so many different things. Some of these things that I mentioned, you need to do your own research. You need to go and investigate exactly what you’ve got to do with these different components because I mean each one of them is a whole big, long video on its own. Do your research.

Fasting, intermittent fasting, every day. Minimum 18 hours. The benefits are amazing, so much more clarity, so much more energy, much better vibrancy, health. There are so many tools at your disposal, and you know the beautiful thing about these tools. They don’t cost you, either nothing or minimal amounts of money, and maybe nothing at all if you can exchange some lemons or maybe some kind of service that you’ve got for some lemons and ginger and pumpkin seeds. maybe you can give the shop owner a massage, maybe you can exchange some electrical work for some fruits and vegetables from a local farmer.

You do know what skills and tools and assets you’ve got, so use them to barter and exchange. Remember the way that we bring down their system is by not participating in it. So, make different choices, empower yourself. You are the one that must take responsibility for your life, beautiful soul, and once you make that decision to take full responsibility, to connect with that vulnerable part of yourself which is the foundation to build massive firepower. Stop hiding behind the facades.

Be who you are. Be free, be sovereign. Be authentic and from there you can build and look after this physical vessel that is the home of your soul. This reality that your soul resides and plays the game of life, look after it because no one else is going to. It’s on you, beautiful soul.
