“You’re like a hot air balloon with sandbags all around it. That hot air balloon is never going to get off the ground while the ropes are attached to those sandbags. So, you’ve got to get a big knife and chop those ropes and let the sandbags fall to the floor and then the air balloon can take off and soar.”

I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul? So, let’s talk about the greatest commodity that you have. You might own a property, you might have money in the bank, you might have clothes and jewellery, cars, different physical material things in your life which might seem very important. The house you live in, the money in your bank, are very important for most people and in this physical reality. They do carry some weight and they are needed but your greatest commodity is your frequency. It is your energy and your energy, your frequency, your own energetics, should be what you value the most because when your frequency is high, when your heart is expanded and you’re bouncing around on that frequency connected to source through the Stargate of your heart, through that diamond spark, and you’re living on that vibration of joy, everything starts to work. Everything in your life starts to flow.

So many people are trying to manifest thinking, visualizing. It’s a waste of time if your frequency isn’t right. As your frequency rises there’s other people in your world, in your reality, that are going to try and bring your frequency down like crabs pulling other crabs back into the bucket. Most of the time those human beings that are going to try and pull you back are the ones that are closest to you because when you start to elevate and expand, and your vibration goes up you shake and rattle the lives of everyone around you. Now there are going to be people in your camp that love the fact that your frequency is rising. Love the fact that you’re expanding, love the fact that you’re moving into success and transformation and your life is growing new wings. They’re the kind of people you want in your camp. They’re the kind of people you want sat around your table. They’re the kind of people you want in your close-knit community.

But there are going to be other people that you’ve got to let go of most of the time. It’s people that are really close to us and when your frequency shifts it changes their reality because you’re on a similar frequency to these people and now yours is going up. So, on some level they get scared. They notice this vibrational shift, this disparity, and so unconsciously they do things to try and press your buttons to bring you back down again and that’s not their fault. It’s a beautiful thing actually because it challenges you. You get the opportunity to say no to them and yes to you. You get the opportunity to say yes to your expansion and no to the life that you’re leaving behind. You’re like a hot air balloon with sandbags all around it. That hot air balloon is never going to get off the ground while the ropes are attached to those sandbags so you’ve got to get a big knife and chop those ropes and let the sandbags fall to the floor and then the air balloon can take off and soar. Those sandbags are the people that are closest to you, that are trying to drag you back down like the crabs pulling the other crabs back into the bucket.

Now you can give them an opportunity and say, ‘hey listen, I’m riding this train. You want to come with me?’ They might say heck yeah and that’s beautiful you can bring them into the basket and off you go because once they get into that basket the sandbags become lighter but whilst they’re hanging around the outside full of all of that toxicity, old debris, old emotions attached to their past and anchored into that 3D time Matrix. They’re not fit to fly at your frequency, so you’ve got to chop them off, let them go like dead branches on a tree. They fall, they wither, they disperse back into the ground. But everybody deserves an opportunity but ultimately you can’t hang around. You can’t wait forever and if people don’t want to shift you got to protect your energy, hold your frequency really high, stay in your heart on that vibration of love, joy, ecstasy, passion, courage, commitment, discipline, freedom, sovereignty, kindness, compassion, ready to elevate into new frequency bands.

Your energy is your greatest commodity. It really is more important than the money in the bank, the house you live in, the clothes you wear on your back. when your frequency’s dipped right down it doesn’t matter how much money you’ve got, doesn’t matter how big your house is, doesn’t matter how fancy your clothes are, you’re going to feel like ‘crap’ because your vibration is low. If you haven’t got a house and you haven’t got a car and you haven’t got fancy clothes on your back and lots of money, if you are right on that frequency of love connected, merged, with the heart, totality of the universe, the vibrational playing fields, you want for nothing because you feel so full inside. Actually, when you get onto that frequency by default everything flows into your life and things like money and houses and all of these material things they just flow because they’re part of creation right but if you value them more than the most important commodity in your world, in your life, in your reality which is your energy, your frequency, then those other things can dissipate and dissolve away.

So, focus on being on that vibration of love and don’t let anyone or anything drag you back down. Never lower your frequency to fit into someone else’s paradigm. You’re better than that, beautiful soul. This is about you. This is about you flying high and loving every second of this magical life. It’s a moment-by-moment experience and if you live in that present moment giving yourself the best gift, the best present, the present moment, everything else takes care of itself. So, value your energy. Keep it high. Meditate your body, breathe your body, intermittent fast your body, feed your body good foods/ qigong your body, give your body early nights, plenty of sleep, recharge. Look after your body and I guarantee you everything will work. Look after your energy. I guarantee you everything will flow and it’s on you. No one can do this for you. I can’t do this for you. No one can.

In your reality you got to take responsibility for you, in my reality I’ve got to take responsibility for me knowing that every thought I have, every feeling that I allow in my field, every piece of action that I take is sending codes out into the field, ripples of energy. they’re going to affect the field at large so be responsible, take action, be present, love life, and keep your frequency A1 sky-high knowing that not everyone can fly with you and that’s okay. Fly with the ones that are ready and love the ones that aren’t because if they’re not ready it doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t be loved. They probably require more love so love them even more. Love them even harder. Open your heart to them and allow that diamond light to ripple through their realities and on some level, you’ll be planting seeds that will flower at some point down the timeline. You’re amazing, I love you so much. We really are a team. We’re a family, we’re a tribe and the more effort we put into our own individual experiences, the more we’re going to help each other grow and blossom and bloom like galactic flowers, beacons of light, all over the planet.

Go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never ever, ever, be the first to let go. So, let’s talk about your body, our bodies. Let’s talk about frequency, energy, and what’s happening on the planet right now like we all know we’re going through, this ascension process, this ascension cycle and our consciousness is expanding, our frequencies rising, our vibrations shifting, and as these new off-planet frequencies come into our environment they’re changing us at a deep subatomic level, on a DNA level and a lot of people when they’re on this journey, they’re flying around in the stars, they’re flying around in the ether and that’s great but not if you neglect your physical body because we are multi-dimensional beings in these physical bodies. It’s imperative, mission critical, that we take care of these vessels because ultimately our consciousness, our soul, is inside these physical bodies.

As we’re downloading these high frequency data streams, we’re re-engineering ourselves from the inside out, we’re activating our DNA. We’re bringing online ancient multi-dimensional faculties that most of us have forgotten but we are in the process of remembering, waking up, and starting to utilize again like the ability to communicate telepathically, use the third eye to see into the invisible world, to download information, that internal knowing, telekinesis. You see a lot of people now been able to move objects. These are abilities that we all have. Some of them are stronger in some people than others. You know we all excel at different things but ultimately, we can all utilize all of these abilities and as these off-planet frequencies are coming in, they’re waking them up in us. They’re expanding our consciousness; they’re helping us understand reality better.

We’re starting to perceive reality in a new way which is really the original way, which is love, kindness, compassion, understanding, humility, love, forgiveness, and acceptance stepping in into that space where we truly allow ourselves to be fully present in our own company and the company of others and so we’re shifting on so many levels. I mean mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically. Things are changing and we must look after the home of our soul. These physical bodies are so important but as I said a lot of people are flying around in the stars, in the ethers, and they’re neglecting them. They want to play in the multi-dimensional playing fields and that’s great running around with our extraterrestrial sisters and brothers having multi-dimensional experiences which are fun and explorative and magical but if you don’t get the balance, like if you don’t get the balance in anything, whether it’s business, relationships, health, you tip one way. Things go right and you as the human being that’s in control of your reality, the one that is there to govern yourself to some degree, is making decisions.

So, we have to make decisions that are in congruent with our own human evolution and spiritual growth and if we’re going to expand and grow exponentially on this kind of spiritual playing field. We have to grow exponentially on this physical playing field so the two balance out and what that means is looking after your body and making it physically strong. Exercise, clean foods, swim, run, lift, weights, hit a punch bag, do some yoga stretching, qigong. All of these things are important. You don’t have to do all of them but looking after your body in some way, shape, or form, and making sure that you use a variety of different exercises because your body gets accustomed to its environment. It acclimatizes. So, you want to shock it so that’s why you play different sports, go to the gym, go for a run, go for a bike ride, do different things. Swim, hike, climb trees, be like a monkey in a kid’s playground on the monkey bars.

Make your body strong because if your body’s not strong, flexible, and able to handle these off-planet frequencies, your nervous system is going to struggle. I’ve met a lot of people that have been doing this spiritual work for a long time. They can’t walk, they’ve lost the feeling in one of their arms, shoulders, different parts of the body where their nervous systems fried because they’re downloading so much electrical energy, and we are electrical beings. We upload that magnetic code from the earth and download that electrical code from the stars and it’s a beautiful process but if our bodies aren’t able to handle it then it’s going to be a very painful process and maybe a stumbling block in the process.

So, what I’m saying is this, beautiful soul. We got an opportunity to really accelerate ascension. We’ve got an opportunity to really expand and move deeper into love, harmony. Enjoy. We’ve got an opportunity to live on a higher vibrational playing field where we can love and care about each other at a deeper level by opening this heart beyond measure and allowing the love to flow which is an infinite supply. It’s not limited. We shouldn’t hold on to it. We should just let it shine, let it flow, and in return ultimately, it’s going to find a way back to us into our centre because we are the centre of our own universe. So, the more you give, the more you receive, the more love you give out, the more love you’re going to receive. The more love you give out, the more love’s going to flow into the world and help our sisters and brothers. If we all do this together, we create magic and consciousness evolves faster and we step into that place of freedom and sovereignty much quicker.

Love’s the key, love is the question, love Is the answer. Love is where it’s at, but no one can make you love. You just are love but you have to choose to be still enough to experience that love that you are and by being present it’s the best present you could give to yourself, the best gift. You’re going to allow that love to shine and flow and permeate every cell in your body, permeate the space around you, and permeate the multi-dimensional playing fields and in return by default the universe is going to get that energy flowing straight back through your body, heart, mind, soul, and you’re just going to be turbocharged and it’s going to become cyclical. It flows in, it flows out. It’s a two-way process so get with the program, get in the game. Look after your physical body. Make it strong enough and able enough to download these off-planet frequencies and also frequencies that are coming up from inner earth, crystal cities, crystal cathedrals.

Different parts of the world are pumping up high frequency energy to help with the ascension. We’re getting bombarded from all angles but if you’re not ready you’re not ready. It’s like preparation. Preparation is the most important thing in life. Be prepared because you don’t know what’s going to happen. You might get an amazing opportunity. If you’re not prepared to take it, seize it, grab it, you’re going to lose it. So, be prepared for anything and everything and then when your opportunity comes, take it, and seize it. Be prepared. Every single day work on yourself. Meditate, exercise, cold showers, clean foods, intermittent fasting. All of these things are going to make your body stronger to handle these frequencies.

You’re amazing, beautiful soul, truly you are. We all are, and this is about us. It’s not about me. It’s not about you. It’s about us, we the human family. Love is what drives us. Love is what pulls us. Love is what steers us. So be present, give yourself that gift, move into the labyrinth of your cosmic heart and let the energy flow go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never, ever, ever, be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging. You know that beautiful soul.

So, I wanted to share a little video in light of some of the things that are taking place around the planet right now. People often think that humans are up there with other humans. It’s very rarely the case. Actually, if you look deep into the inner workings of every human, if you go back through all of these books that have been split into multiple books from the one book, the ultimate message in everything is love and love is the energy that created us. Love is our most powerful weapon, love is what drives us, love is at the centre, the core of the stargate in our heart, and most human beings just want to love. You can look on the news, you can look on the TV, and you see all of this crazy stuff, but I’ve travelled all over the world and whenever I go to another country all the local people just want to love you. They want to offer you a cup of tea, some food. They want to bring you into their home, they want to show you around.

People are kind when there’s a war going on. It’s not always human beings fighting human beings. It’s entities or demonic forces working through human beings to create chaos and mayhem and it looks like human beings battling against each other. They always have entities working on both sides of the game, you know, whoever controls the war controls both parties and whoever is selling the arms is often selling the arms to both parties in the war. Wars make money when people are battling on a human level and they need to buy guns and tanks and weapons to have a war, to fight a war, then some people get rich off the back of that war but that’s only on a human level why people really go to war. People are never really fighting over money or oil or land or religion or any of these things that most people think that we’re fighting over, or we’re led to believe that we’re fighting over.

What is actually happening is there’s a war over energy, there’s a war over ley lines, Stargates, grid points, where beings can travel multi-dimensionally, inter-dimensionally. They can harvest huge resources of energy because ultimately energy is the greatest commodity, much more important than money or oil or any physical commodity that somebody can sell. Energy is where it’s at and so when you see human beings at war with other human beings. It’s not really human beings fighting each other. The human beings have been manipulated. Their consciousness has been taken over by other malevolent forces. There are some people who will sit there, and they will say well this isn’t true Jerry. Actually, we’re our own demons. Our demons live within us and it’s us having battles with our own thoughts and our own kind of programming and that’s true to a certain extent. Yes, we do have programs running through our systems and some of us more than others.

Some of us have managed to deprogram ourselves from centuries, millions, billions of years sometimes if you go back through you know the galactic wars and stuff. But we’re all running programs on some level but some of us know how to observe the program and make different choices. A lot of people are running programs and listening to the voices in their head which could be from other forces, other entities, demonic forces, or the thoughts could be from the human being’s cyclical thoughts that are repetitive going over and over inside of the mind. So, both of these things can be true but ultimately there is a war over human consciousness and that war is being fought by lower frequency forces that are very clever and very cunning and we as a human species, once you’re aware of the game, have the opportunity to step outside of that. Yes, they can still try and manipulate us and they’re very cunning and they always try for period of time, but it takes a lot of energy to try and sustain the attack in a low frequency state. When they start to elevate and raise their vibration to keep bringing them back down takes a certain level of energy.

If you’re aware of the game that’s going on then you cannot listen to the thoughts, you cannot buy into the temptations from the other side, and you can say no and you can keep your heart open. You can start on the vibration of love, high humour, laughter, kindness, where these other beings find it very difficult to operate. You’re a powerful being. You don’t have to fall down into the depths of despair. Most human beings that are in mental institutions they’re not mental. They’re just seeing the truth. When people say oh, I’m seeing this this being walking down the road, I’m seeing a ghost, I’m seeing a spirit, they’re actually seeing the truth. But in this 3D reality it’s deemed wrong, weird, strange. People go into fear over these topics and so they call these people crazy and mental but actually this is just reality.

You are amazing, beautiful soul, and the thing is this. Unless you decide to live from your heart, unless you decide to live in a state of presence where you’re observing your thoughts, your emotions, what’s happening internally, you have high levels of self-awareness about how you’re operating in the world, about the decisions that you make and the thought processes that make you make certain decisions. Unless you’re having these levels of awareness, you’re going to fall prey to the game and these beings on some level, are going to be able to manipulate you. So, this is why meditation is important, this is why exercise is important, its why deep breathing is important. Breath work, conscious breathing. It’s why it’s important to we eat clean foods. You know we have a specific product where we remove entities, shatter parasites. We do military programming. all sorts of different things within this kind of field of the darker side of life.

It’s really important whenever someone has been deprogrammed or they’ve had entities or whatever it is removed from their system inside them physically or in their energetic fields or working remotely and tapping them from a gazillion miles away. Whenever those things have been removed the human being has to keep their brain chemicals stable. If you’re going out having a sugar rush, a sugar spike in in your body and then you dip again when you have that up and that dip. During that dip, the brain chemicals change, and these beings are going to slide the thoughts into your head and try and re-contract with you. They’re going to try and worm their way back in. If you remove an entity properly from a human being that entity will never come back but these entities have a hierarchal system and so what they’ll do is they’ll send other beings in to try and worm their way back into that human being’s field because that human being is the food source.  Remember, energy is the commodity, and that human being was serving large amounts of low frequency energy which these beings feed off. You take that away and they want it back.

If you have coffee, alcohol, drugs, any kind of stimulant, green tea, your mood goes up, boom, you dip. During that dip is when they slide their thoughts back in. So, for you to have these high levels of awareness and stay very balanced and focused if this has been an issue in your world, make sure you’re eating clean and follow these basic protocols. Take your time, be patient, there’s no hurry. Life’s not going anywhere. Patience is a super-skill, patience is a superhuman ability. Most people are impatient. Patience is something I’ve had to really work. I’m one of the most impatient human beings on planet Earth but over time I’ve learned patience and I’m still going deeper into patience. I always want everything done yesterday but I realize that being in harmonious flow is much more productive and your energy levels stay higher.

Remember, beautiful soul, that you are a supersonic superhuman. You’re amazing in so many ways, phenomenal beyond measure. So go out into this world, love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Be kind, be compassionate. Walk around in a space of stillness in the is-ness of your own presence and observe life and miracles will take place, healing will happen, expansion will be an everyday occurrence, and you will be the master alchemist that you came to planet Earth to be.

So, I wanted to share a message today about distortion. We as human beings must be responsible for absolutely everything that takes place in the field around us. Everything is a reflection of how we’re thinking and feeling internally. When we are zero pointed and completely balanced and in wholeness there are no distortions in the field. When there’s a distortion in the field, an imbalance, and we get to experience something that we don’t necessarily want to experience or enjoy experiencing in whichever capacity that comes in, it’s often because there’s a distortion in our own energetic template.

Now you could look at this on a bigger level and you could look at wars that are taking place on the planet. Now you might say well I feel really balanced and calm, I’m getting to experience this war. Well, that’s kind of part of the collective field and there’s other elements to take into consideration. When you look at it from that kind of perspective and that standpoint, like energies affecting human beings and wars between lower vibrational forces taking place behind the scenes, what I’m referring to is your own reality and what happens in the way that your day unfolds, the way that your weeks unfold the way, that your months unfold in your own personal reality. When you are completely 100% in alignment right here in your heart it’s very rare that you get people in your life that say things and do things that aren’t in alignment with the way you’re thinking and feeling. If they do arise then often it’s just a test to see if you can stay in that state of Zen, stay in that state of equilibrium but when you’re zero pointed. 99.9% of the time life’s just easy and flowy and everything is exactly how you’re feeling, easy and flowy. Or life is full of chaos and destruction because that’s how you’re feeling internally, chaotic, and destructive. Life always mirrors back to how you’re feeling.

Now when you’re on that zero point and everything’s kind of great and harmonious, what we often do sometimes as human beings is we dip out of the zero point, and we create a small distortion and fluctuation in the field. Why do we do that? We do that to remind ourselves where we are because sometimes when everything’s beautiful and smelling of roses and life’s just great you forget you forget where you are and to forget where you are is not great. It’s not good. What we must do is always remember where we are so we create these little distortions, these little fluctuations. We’re like a pendulum that’s here locked and loaded in the zero point, and we fluctuate out a little bit and come back. It creates a ripple of fractal of mathematics and that mathematics ripples out and it bounces back to us at some point. It could be in a week. The way things are at the moment, the way the frequency is rising on the planet, it’s happening in minutes, seconds, maximum a few hours or a day. You know whether you’re manifesting something positive or you’re creating a negative distortion in the field by flowing and entering into your reality. It’s crazy.

That’s why more than ever we must as high vibrational beings stay aligned and locked and loaded in that heart centre, in that zero point, because the fluctuations we put out they bounce back and so they can have a negative impact on our world. If you ever fluctuate out from the zero point you only want to fluctuate out a little bit because if you fluctuate out a lot and you really swing that pendulum then you’re going to create an even bigger fractalized stream of code, stream of mathematics, in the field which is going to go out with an even greater force and, poof, rebound at an even greater force. As a human being that’s living in the zero point, in a state of harmony, in a state of conscious awareness, in a space of love and unity, truth, and honesty, if someone does something in your reality around you and you don’t like it and you think a negative thought, you’re also swinging that pendulum out from the zero point. If you blame someone for something that happens, you’re swinging that pendulum out into the field.

There are some people that really truly believe that for them to heal, the other person has to heal what they’re going through. There are some people that really believe for them to heal the other person has to stay sorry. They have to say sorry and there has to be this level of forgiveness. You are you and they are them and even though we’re all one and we’re connected on some level you can choose your own healing path and you can choose quite often the speed of your own healing path and it all comes down to how much you can lock and load into that zero point and stay there. When the mind thinks and when the old programming tries to surface from time to time and get you to tip into rejection or fear or guilt or some kind of self- sabotage program because you’re living in the zero point you can acknowledge it openly, express the fact that that it’s a program trying to surface and instead of trying to battle against it, laugh at it, and make a different choice and that will just completely obliterate the program in the moment and they might rise here and there from time to time but they’ll get less frequent and eventually they’ll dissolve into the depths of nothingness and that program won’t exist anymore.

Swinging that pendulum out can be useful to remind you where you are but you only want to swing it a little bit and if you blame someone and judge someone, you’re swinging it a lot because blame and judgment comes from an unbalanced soul, an unbalanced human. When the pendulum swings out a little bit it comes from a soul that is extremely balanced, that just forgotten where they are, so they’re just reminding themselves. It’s like someone who is coming off drink or drugs. They don’t drink for several months and then they go and have a drink. It’s not necessarily a bad thing because they’re going to feel like crap and it’s going to remind them this is why I don’t do it and so the period from then until when they drink next time might be a year a year and a half and then they end up swinging that pendulum out a little bit and having a little bit of a drink just to remind them themselves my head hurt. The next day I felt like ‘crap’ I couldn’t function properly. Yeah, that’s why I don’t drink anymore. So, there’s many different instances when we swing out this pendulum a little bit to redistribute our energy just for a very short period of time, just to get the bounce back and remind ourselves where we really want to be in a state of harmony, in a state of coherence, in a state of love, compassion, oneness, sovereignty, freedom, passion, enthusiasm.

It’s just a game beautiful soul and we get to play it exactly how we want to play it and you’re understanding the rules of the game more and more just like me. There are always more and more rules to uncover when you swing out that pendulum but when you’re here in the zero point there’s only ever one frequency to be on which encompasses multiple other very similar frequencies and that frequency is love which encompasses truth, honesty, love, compassion, divinity, kindness, discipline, action, authenticity. Co-dependency is dangerous when you are trying to elevate and expand and raise your vibration and move on in your life evolving as a human being in this reality. People that are close to you, family, friends, loved ones, they often try and pull you back into the bucket if you’re living in a household that is codependent. Everybody is feeding off each other’s toxic energy. It’s dangerous. The people around you, the ones that are so-called closest to you, you should never believe anything they say. When you are on a mission, when you’re trying to evolve, when you’re trying to expand, when you’re trying to grow, when you’re trying to go out and create new pathways, blaze new trails, get involved in new businesses, start new relationships, you should never believe those that are close to you. You should question everything.

The only human being that you can truly trust is you. You’ve got to go into your heart and feel your way forwards because those people that are close to you most of the time they will be in fear. Their identity is being crushed, rearranged, twisted, and bent, shattered, by you raising your energy levels, by you raising your vibration and going on your own mission. They’re like crabs in the bucket trying to pull you back in. They’re scared because their identity is going to change because you’re shifting and you’re a part of their identity in your current format, in your current frequency, the way that you’re acting and operating in the world as a human being. As that changes it obviously changes their reality too and that scares the s*** out of most people. So, what you’ve got to do is be focused. You got to stay present. You’ve got to live from your heart, and you’ve got to ask what is best for me right now because all of these other people that are telling you ‘I don’t think that business idea is a good idea’, ‘I don’t think that relationship is the best thing for you’, what they want to do is stunt your growth so they can stay the same. That is a reality check.

So, you’ve got to decide are you going to take the advice from people living in fear that you’ve probably listened to for a very long time and that you love, and you respect. Your mom, your dad, your sister, your brother, your best mates, your business partners, your sons, your daughters, are you going to listen to them and let them keep you small and confined and caged or are you going to make your own decision, grow your wings and saw like a phoenix rising from the ashes. It’s your choice beautiful soul. But only you can make the choices for you, or you can let other people make your choices, your friends and your family, the loved ones, the ones that you think are there to help you and love you and support you. Now, don’t get me wrong. Sometimes we have supportive friends, supportive loved ones, and they’re like you know, what that’s a great idea, go for it, give it everything, go in all gun’s blazing, and hammer that idea home go into that relationship, explore that new country. If that’s what your heart is telling you to do go for it, beautiful soul.

Sometimes we have friends, family, loved ones, business partners like this but a lot of the time we don’t so you’ve got to use discernment. You’ve got to decide who’s on my side. Well, I know I’m on my side so I’m going to listen to me. I’m going to listen to my heart because my heart is my life compass. It’s always going to lead me in the direction of my dreams. It might not always be easy but it’s a path that’s worth walking because as you walk that that path you gain more skills, you get new knowledge, you gain more wisdom and the wisdom, the knowledge, and the new skills that you unlock from deep with inside you, they’re absolutely mission critical as you get further down the road on your journey. So, listen to your heart, follow your heart. Don’t judge the process, enjoy the process and as you’re marching forwards don’t listen to the nays. Take it with a pinch of Salt, tell them you love them and just keep moving. That’s the best way if you are in a codependent relationship. Then snap out of it, be the brave one that makes the choice to change.

You are amazing, you are a supersonic superhuman and you came to planet Earth to shine, to grow, to love, to expand, to truly live this human experience, not to stay caged and small. So, don’t allow others to keep you in that cage, don’t allow others to keep you small. Break free, be sovereign, express your divinity, your truth, your wisdom. The world is ready for it. It’s craving it, beautiful soul. It wants you to shine but those closest to you they’ll keep you in the small pond because they don’t want you to grow into a big fish and swimming out into the ocean with the sharks scares the out of them.

Wherever you are on this planet go out into this world and love your sisters and your brothers fearlessly and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never ever, ever be the first to let go. So, today’s topic of discussion is one of the most fascinating. It’s also a topic of discussion that is completely pointless and you might think well how you can have such a fascinating but pointless topic of discussion? Well, it comes down to your choice and it comes down to the story. The game of life that we’re living is like a movie. The story’s already been written, and people say well you got all these potentials in the field. I could walk out of my house today and I could go left. I could walk out of my house today I could go right. Someone might sit there on their doorstep and think should I go left, should I go right, should I go left, should I go right, and in the end they choose right. They think that they made that decision and in their mind they did. However, if the story was already written, then did they really have a choice?

People decide to get married to this human being, they decide to go on this holiday, they decide to go on this adventure, they decide to start this business. People make all these different choices. People go into business ventures, and they make certain choices, and the business could explode into success. They could make another choice and the business could go down a deep dark hole of despair and the human being would look back and say, well I made that choice and that’s why I was successful. I made this choice and that’s why everything went belly up, but did they really make that choice if the story was already written? You’re an alchemist, you’re a wizard, you’re a witch, you’re a weaver of your own reality or so people say but are you if the story is already written.

Now we’re never going to really know whether the story was already written because you could go and say well you know what today I’m going to make this choice to go and do that which is something that I wouldn’t normally do. But how do you know that piece was not written into the story also if the story is already written and everything in the Universal field is so mathematically precise then there is such a thing called destiny. Now the destiny may be pretty, the destiny may be ugly, but the destiny is what’s written into the story. When you go through your life and you look back at your life, you look at all the different twists and turns and choices and events and things that happened, the people you met, the places you went, the places you didn’t, the things that unfolded, and as you trace it back down the timeline you see how everything worked out so perfectly. If it wasn’t for going to meet this person that wouldn’t have happened, if you didn’t get that connection, you wouldn’t have been able to do this.

We think back down and look at it and say well you know I made that choice and that’s why that happened but if the story was already written did you really make the choice this is mindboggling when you really start to think and analyse it. That’s why it’s best not to, that’s why it’s best just to observe the situation, be in the situation playing the game, playing out your very own story that you wrote because you are the centre of your own universe. You’re a soul in a physical body that decided to come into this vessel and have this experience. Why? Because you wrote the story, and you knew what was going to happen and you wanted to have that experience here in this human body, so you wrote the story down to the last letter. You dotted all the I’s, you crossed all the t’s, you brought all the right characters in just at the right time to make the journey the best it could possibly be so you as a soul in a physical body could learn the lessons that you needed to learn.

People say we have free will. We think we have free will. Maybe we do but if the story is already written, do we? If you’re reading a book and you get halfway through and two of the pages are missing it annoys you because you want to know what was on those two pages. Now you could make those two pages up if you wanted to. You could create a piece of reality that slotted into the book and made the story flip, but it will never be the original story. If the story is written, you’re just following a readymade plan but the game is clever, the story is clever, the story was written by you so you weaved in this programming that gets people to think and feel in a certain way and to explore what we’re exploring today in this conversation, in this message, to pose the question did we really write the story, do we really have a choice? Many will think that we do. Many will think that we don’t and in the story there’s no right or wrong.

There’s just experience and that’s what’s so magical about writing the stories that we’ve written. Things can’t go wrong. The experience simply unfolds, and we play the character that we wrote ourselves into the story to be following the scripts interacting with the other characters that we meet along the way on this human Journey on this planet that we called Earth. I mean what a beautiful planet to write into the story all the chaos and all the destruction all the things in this human world that we deem to be bad not so good. You wrote them into your story. There must have been a reason all these so-called disasters and catastrophes you brought them into the story. So, don’t start moaning when these things happen, when the war kicks off here and the natural disaster unfolds over here. Be proud of your story. You wrote it. Don’t moan about the story that you wrote. Take yourself out of the equation. Look in from the third-party perspective and see the lessons that your human vehicle, this vessel that your soul is residing in right now on this planet that we called Earth. Look at the lessons that this human vehicle is experiencing, that you’re experiencing, but look at it from a third-party perspective. Observe the situation and look at how beautiful the story is. You couldn’t have written it any better.

I know sometimes when you’re in the thick of things and you’re like why is this happening to me, well now you can just remind yourself I wrote this blooming story man. I wrote it. So let me accept the fact that I wrote it and let me enjoy it, all the ups all the downs, all the twists, all the turns. It’s just an unfolding of events from scene-to-scene, character to character. It’s a trippy ride man. It really is a trippy ride to think you’ve never had one single choice but all the time you thought you were making them. That’s a crazy notion to wrap your head around but when you go in here deep into your heart, into the magic, into the fabric of your own inner workings, and you look at how you’re engineered mathematically you realize the truth. We wrote so many emotions into this story, so many experiences. We wrote all these gadgets, all these automobiles, planes. We wrote movies, we wrote music into the story.

Aren’t you glad that you wrote music into your story. What would you do without music. I always think about that when I’m journeying on Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, or San Pedro, what would I do without music? What would we do without the frequency of vibration, sound playing these musical instruments. Isn’t it amazing that we wrote these physical vessels into the story so that they could be played like musical instruments by the frequency in the music that we also created.

All those great composers, artists, we wrote them into this story. It’s a beautiful story and you’re the main character in your one. So, when you wake up tomorrow, feel this, know this. Wake up fully and walk out into this human world with joy, excitement, wonder, full of courage, full of confidence, knowing you are a master wizard, a white witch, an alchemist, a quantum architect fearless, ferocious, powerful beyond measure, and enjoy the ride. It’s like going to a theme park strapping up on the craziest roller coaster possible and going for it. Once it starts there’s no turning back and you jumped into this story headfirst. So, the energies on this planet right now, if you’re in tune you know they are coming in, they are slamming this planet, and the energy is like sky high, ultra-high. What’s happening is it’s kind of squeezing us, pushing us, making us on some level move into alignment. If you’re not in alignment and you’re not living your truth and you’re not speaking your truth, you’re not being your truth. You’re not living on purpose. Then what happens is the universe is slamming you and banging you and crashing you into the war. There are so many people right now that are really going through the mill. Now there are people going through the mill because they’re healing. They’re going through some really deep stuff because the energy is so refined and so pure that even if you’ve done a lot of work it’s fine-tuning you and if you’re not living in your truth and being in your truth and speaking your truth and being totally in alignment with your purpose and your mission, any little kind of distractions and distortions in your fields are going to be brought to the surface.

Another layer of this is that I know people that are laid up in bed right now because they’re going through it. I know people that are they think they’re having a mental breakdown. They think that that life is just, that’s it. They’re done on this planet because the energy is so strong and this energy that is coming in right now, these waves of frequency, they are relentless. They’re brutal but at the same time they’re so pure and they’re so loving but it’s in the pureness and the lovingness that the brutality comes because these energies are so crystal clear. There’s no margin for error. There’s no room for anything that doesn’t serve the greatest good of you, the greatest good of the world, the greatest good of the whole human race, the greatest good of humanity’s ascension. It’s getting squeezed out of you so the best thing you can do is to is to surrender to this experience and instead of fighting, instead of battling, surrender to the reason why you came to this planet.

We’ve all got a mission. We all came here with purpose. When you’re chasing things in the external world, you’re never going to find your purpose. Your purpose is an inside job. Your purpose is something that you signed up for before you came to this planet. Obviously when we come down here most of us wake up asleep. We wake up asleep because our memories are blank slated, and we don’t have the recall of what we agreed upon before we came down to earth. Now some people do remember naturally, they just remember. Other people must go through a process whether they’re taking that inward journey through meditation, breath work, or they’ve got some kind of beautiful teacher in their life that can take them through past life experiences and regress them and take them into the quantum world to help them remember and see the divinity, the truth, the magic.

We must be living in alignment. We must be living from our hearts. We must be true in everything that we do. You see nothing goes unnoticed when you’re living from this spark, when you’re living from this divinity, when you’re living through this spark that’s connected to the prime creator infinite intelligence, source, the original substance, that fluid ebbing moving geometrical data, the codes that created you and me and everything else on this planet, the galaxy that this planet hovers in, floats in the universe. All the other universes came from this sacred codex. If you’re out of alignment with this sacred codex, especially through these mission critical times of ascension, the universe has got no choice but to slam you into the wall and make you feel the pain. So, hopefully you’ll wake up from your deep sleep. If you’ve already woken up from your deep sleep which many have and you’re still getting slaved, that’s okay too because sometimes we step out of alignment unknowingly. Sometimes we think we’re on purpose with our life’s mission but really, we’re not. So, what happens? Another layer comes up from deep within and you must face that guilt, that anger, that rejection, that pain, that was lying deep within.

So many people come to healing sessions and then they start feeling pain and they say well I thought I was coming here to feel good. Well sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. That’s the nature of healing. Healing is not all sunshine and rainbows. When you’re on mission, when you’re on path, you think you’ve cracked it, and you’ve made it. But there’s other little pieces that you must refine and so the universe comes in and shows you these deeper layers which shows you inevitably that you’re only 90% on purpose or 96% on purpose or 87% on purpose. There was another kind of little jump that you had to move to the right, there were 13° you had to shift to the left, or maybe you were way off, and you had to take a 90° U-turn to the left and you know completely shift course. It doesn’t really matter, it’s all kind of irrelevant but the point of the message is the energy is strong and the best thing you can do is to wake up every single day and be true to your heart. Don’t even think things that are out of alignment. Don’t say things that are out of alignment. Don’t even joke about things that are out of alignment.

I was in a group healing, and someone asked me what’ you do with all the shadow parasites and the demons that you get rid of and obviously we have a very specific protocol, you know. We use a very specific set of codes and geometries to send the demonic beings, the entities, the shadow parasites back to whichever dimensional space they’re supposed to go to. Ultimately, we’d like them all to go back to source but they can’t. Some have got lessons to learn in other dimensional spaces, so we have very specific protocols that we utilize. I made a joke with this guy. I said we put them all in your bag brother, just a joke but your words are powerful, your words are spells, and that comment even though it was a joke was not in alignment with my true purpose. So, you know what happened? Demons, shadow parasites, arose within this guy’s consciousness so we had to deal with it. Extra work that was unnecessary because I made a joke that was out of alignment. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t have fun, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t crack jokes but there are some jokes in certain circumstances that shouldn’t be told and that was one of them.

You know this is what happens when you’re not a 100% congruent every single step of the way. There’s no margin for error the way the energies are at this moment. If you f*** up, the universe is going to slam you and you might think well it’s only this tiny little thing that I’m just not doing or it’s only this tiny little thing that I am doing that I shouldn’t be. Nothing goes unnoticed. It doesn’t matter what it is. Nothing goes unnoticed so you can choose to be a walking talking shining beacon of light, an example for your fellow sisters and brothers, or you can try and cut corners. But ultimately if you try and cut corners, you’re going to end up wounded and broken for a little while until you pick up the pieces like Humpty dumpty. Luckily, he had 10,000 soldiers to put him back together again you might be on your ‘Jack Jones’, on your own, and you will have to put those pieces back together by yourself. It’s all a choice.

Beautiful soul, you’re amazing. You are truly phenomenal, and I love you so much. We’re a family, we’re sisters and brothers, we’re mirrors. If someone annoys you say thank you and look inside your own heart and ask what you’re learning. Where you’re growing is what you need to work on. It’s a game of smoke and mirrors, it’s a game of code and illusion, a game of energy, dark and light, and you my friend are a master alchemist so start exercising your alchemy. Be the witch, be the wizard that you came to this planet to be, white of course. Shine your light, speak your truth, and live your truth. Be here, present. Stay strong, centred, and focused in your own energy and remember not everybody can fly at your frequency. Not everybody deserves a seat at your table. Surround yourself with those that support you, love you, nurture you, cradle you, and speak their truth to you because sometimes when you’re out there blazing trails you need someone to pull you up okay. It’s a beautiful thing to be humbled, to be humble.

So, we require, it’s a must to have people, souls, powerful warriors, and goddesses in our inner circle that will challenge us, pull our card, force us to own our own shadow. We need souls that are strong enough in our Inner circle that will challenge us to look at what we really don’t want to look at, to face what we really don’t want to face. Those kinds of people are gold dust. They are gold. They are vitally important to our evolution. When you’ve got weak people in your circle that aren’t strong enough to stand up to you and show you, tell you when you’re going right, when you’re going off course, it’s dangerous. You don’t need those kinds of people around you. You want strong souls that will add value to your life, to your mission, to your journey.

It’s easy to move through life having weak people around you but you’re going to make mistakes. You’re never going to really truly understand and recognize the truth of who you are unless you allow those strong, powerful mirrors into your life to reflect back to you exactly what you need to work on, the holes in your armour, those souls are worth their weight in gold. They’re incredible. When they enter your reality keep them, love them. Even though they’re the ones that will press your buttons. They might spark the anger, they might spark the rejection, they might spark the fear and that’s beautiful because every time those little sparks go off in your body, when you feel those feelings, you know you need to pay attention, and those people that are strong and bold and steadfast in your inner circle they need a great big thank you.

You should be oozing and emanating gratitude for these souls because they will help you grow. They will help you refine who you are. It’s like a sword. A sword is welded and beaten in the furnaces, in the heat. It’s not welded and smashed in the cold. It requires fire, it requires courage, determination. You want to surround yourself with the elite, the best of the best calm, composed, intelligent, strong souls that will call you out on your s***. That’s where it’s at beautiful soul. Invite those people into your life. Set those great big intentions for those alchemists, those masters, those weavers of reality, those strong pillars of light and darkness blended and alchemized into wholeness into your life to support you, help you grow, and in return you can reflect to them what they need to work on. So, let’s talk about the masculine holding back the feminine. You see so many men for centuries have tried to crush the feminine. They’ve tried to hold back the divine feminine. I feel that most men have been scared about the feminine inside of themselves. They don’t know how to deal with it. They don’t know how to handle it and so they try and stifle it and dampen it and crush it in their partners. There’s nothing more beautiful than watching a woman thrive. When a woman is in her power you know that sacred divine feminine. When you see a woman in her savage energy, in that lion energy, it is like being powerful and fierce. You can’t beat that.

I remember back earlier this year we were in Lebanon, and we were doing a plant medicine ceremony and we put on the song, savage daughter, and all the women were in a circle. They were stomping and dancing and they were literally being savage, fearless, fierce ferocious lionesses. I was sat back watching them and I kept trying to go into the circle, but the circle was so powerful, and it was like there wasn’t a place for me in there. It wasn’t really that there wasn’t a place for me in there. It’s just that this circle of feminine energy was not to be interrupted and me as a man in my masculine energy I had to stand back. I had to observe this feminine circle and I had to hold space. I had to open my heart, be the warrior God that I am, the lion that I am, and watching as these beautiful goddesses danced in all their glory and just be in appreciation, in gratitude, for this beautiful divine feminine that was expressing itself so strongly, so fiercely, and so powerfully. I’m sharing this because it’s so important for all men to respect their woman and not just their woman but all women and to realize that by opening your hearts, by holding space for your partner, by encouraging them to express all of who they are, your relationship can grow in ways that you never thought possible.

When you allow your partner to really bring her divine feminine savage fierce lioness energy to the surface it can in turn hold space for the masculine to be the warrior God that he truly is. When you have a powerful man and a powerful woman both in their sacred masculine and feminine energy, both perfectly balanced, you have the perfect recipe for success in the relationship, in business, health. Like everything just flows. It’s massively beautiful. For so long has the masculine has been scared of the feminine. They’ve tried to suppress the feminine and I truly feel it’s because the masculine has been scared of the feminine that actually resides inside himself. He’s like I don’t want to feel this, it’s dangerous, it’s weird. I have to be this strong masculine man that has to be fierce and strong and suppressive. I can’t show my emotions you know I have to bottle it up, I’ve got to be strong and yes, we do need savage strong fierce men, but we also need strong savage fierce men that are in touch with their feminine side.

Now this is where it gets really interesting because what’s happened over the last however many years, the masculine in some regards has become too feminine and the real Warrior God man, the real lion, the real savage fierce ferocious crazy man that used to be the hunter gatherer out there fending for the tribe, hunting for animals to feed the family and the tribe has kind of vanished and been relegated to the depths of despair, to the depths of oblivion, and men have become soft, okay. So, in this world, balance, alignment, is mission critical. The man must get all that feminine energy and balance it. The man must get all that masculine, that sacred masculine, and balance it with the feminine. The masculine, the feminine, they must be zero pointed. You see a good man is a dangerous man, a savage man, a ferocious man, that has got in touch with all these dark deep dangerous aspects of himself and brought it all into control. A dangerous man is a man that has got in touch with the feminine and is too weak and submissive and allows other human beings to trample on that man and walk all over that man. That’s not a good man, that’s a dangerous man.

The kind of man that we need is a savage, dangerous, powerful, crazy, relentless lion that’s just finished tearing some hyenas to pieces and has gone back to hug the lioness and the cubs and lick them and look after them and feed them after defending the pride. That kind of man is the kind of man that we want, not that kind of man that goes around bullying the feminine, not that kind of dangerous savage man that that doesn’t have it under control because you can be dangerous, you can be savage, you can be powerful. But you can be rude, and abusive, and aggressive, and that is not what we want. We want all that aggressiveness and all that danger and all that ferociousness to be zero pointed into an arrowhead that can be fired, if necessary, if a man needs to defend his family, if a man needs to go and hunt and gather. This is the kind of man that we need in society today and it’s been lost, a man that supports the feminine.

If humanity is going to truly be rebirthed it’s going to come from the sacred womb. If humanity is going to be truly rebirthed into this golden, diamond, platinum, chromium age, this higher frequency band, it’s going to come from the sacred feminine, it’s going to come from womb consciousness. The womb in the woman is where it’s at. The womb is the creative centre, the womb is the life giver, and it needs a sacred dangerous divine masculine Warrior god that has it all under control, that is zero pointed and balanced to hold space for that beautiful lioness to give birth to the sacred code of all life. So, I am here in the heart of the Rockies in the middle of nature, and it is breathtaking, and I wanted to stop and share this experience with you because I love you so much and transmit these frequencies and codes from this incredible space. So, wherever you are on this magical planet, beautiful soul, just close your eyes for a moment. Breathe deeply into your body and just be in this space with me. Close your eyes and breathe and know that you are phenomenal, extraordinary, incredible, a powerful being from the stars here in this earthly body. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and we’re going to communicate. Set an intention and connect to all the trees in this entire forest and we’re going to ask them to be in this space with us and transmit their sacred code into this space, into our hearts. Feel these trees increasing their frequency as a diamond light starts to flow up through your roots, into your higher heart. So, I want to invite you into this space with me for a breath work and Diamond Flame upgrade. This will be healing, expansive, activating on a physical level, on a soul level. So just be in this space with me and just breathe some long slow deep breaths in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out slow. Feel your body, feel the space around your body as you breathe deeper and longer and slower knowing that your body and the space are one of the same. There is no separation. The field around you is an extension of you and you are an extension of the field. You can close your eyes or have your eyes open. It’s entirely up to you.

As you’re breathing into your body, your powerful magical body, I want you to become aware of a high frequency electromagnetic crystalline Blue Sapphire light flowing in through the walls down through the ceiling up through the floor. This powerful high frequency electromagnetic crystalline Blue Sapphire light flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of you in a clockwise direction over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling, getting brighter and stronger, swirling around the outside of your physical body like a powerful high frequency electromagnetic crystalline blue sapphire tornado. You start to breathe this frequency in. You breathe it in through your nose up into your mind. It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, those 33 vertebrae, through your middle back, lower back, into your buttocks, through your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ, through your hips, your groin.

It swirls through your thighs and your hamstrings, down through your knees, your calves, past your shins into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It moves through your shoulders, down your arms, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs. Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing as the light flows through every cell, every atom every molecule, every fibre of your entire being. Your cells. they dance and smile communicating with each other like one big happy family. Your heart expands and expands and expands filling up your chest expanding out past the boundaries of your physical body and into the space as the light from your own soul illuminates your environment and the love from your own magical mystical heart flows and dances freely with courage, confidence, unity, compassion, strength, freedom 360° in all directions.

As you vibrate in this space breathing in this blue sapphire frequency, I want you to place the tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth. Close your eyes, bring all your awareness up into the centre of your brain and back slightly where your pineal gland is and you’re going to breathe in through your nose down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your nose for 60 seconds in 3, 2, 1, let’s go. Keep breathing. In five seconds, you’re going to take a deep breath in and you’re going to hold your breath in 4, 3, 2, 1 breathe in, and hold. Keep your eyes closed, tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth, all your awareness up in the centre of your brain and back slightly drawing that energy up through your body and into your brain. Keep holding your breath. Another 20 seconds, 10, 9, 8, 7, when we get to zero just regulate your breathing and keep your eyes closed. 3, 2, 1, zero. Now regulate your breathing in through your nose down to the pit of your stomach and back out slow. Just be in this space continuing to breathe in that blue sapphire light.

As you breathe in that blue sapphire light, you become aware of a diamond light in the centre of your chest, in the centre of your heart, and as you breathe deeper and longer and slower that diamond light starts to expand. It grows brighter and stronger with every breath. It fills up your chest turning into a bright diamond flame burning up through your throat, up through your mind, through your crown. This diamond light goes down through your stomach, your hips, your buttocks, out through your waist, your rib cage, out past your arms, down through your knees. It grows and grows until it’s 3 m tall and 2 m wide, until this large diamond flame is burning around your physical body and as it burns around your physical body you become aware of electrical energy flowing from your heart into every cell of your body. As this electrical energy flows into every cell of your body, microscopic diamond flames light up inside every cell, 75 to 100 trillion of them and each diamond flame communicates with every other flame trillions of streams of electrical energy, the most intricate communication network flowing, moving inside your body, energizing you, activating you, switching you on as that diamond flame around your body burns brighter.

We’re going to start breathing in through our nose down to the pit of our stomach and back out through our nose once again, tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth, awareness up in the centre of your brain and back slightly. This time you’re going to squeeze your buttocks, your perineum, and genitals, and pull your abdominals back towards your spine for 10 in and out breaths, and then let go of the squeeze for 10 in and out breaths. You’re going to maintain this for 2 minutes, starting in 10 seconds, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, let’s go.

60 seconds left. Keep going. 20 seconds left. Keep going. When we get to the end, the last breath is going to be a big breath in and you’re going to hold it this time for a minute, in 3, 2, 1. Breathe in and hold. Whilst you’re holding, I want you to squeeze your perineum and pump it. Tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth, all your awareness up in the centre of your brain whilst you’re pumping your perineum, squeezing those sexual organs, driving that energy up through your body. Keep holding. 15 seconds left. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, let go of the squeeze, breathe out. Keep your eyes closed and start to regulate your breathing.

Breathe in once again in through your nose, down to your belly, out slow, as that diamond light burns around your body. Those diamond flames burning in every cell and as you vibrate you become aware of a beautiful platinum, diamond, emerald, and electric gold light flowing up from Mother Earth’s heart up through the rocks and the minerals, up through the surface of the planet, up through your body and into your heart. Boom! There’s a small explosion of light as your Celestial mother plugs into your heart space, that magnetic energy grounding you into the multi-dimensional grid. Just be in this space. Breathe with Mother Earth, feel Mother Earth. You are an extension of her. She is an extension of you. We are one.

As you breathe deeper and longer and slower activating your body vibrating, your heart expanding, love pouring out from you, love pouring into you knowing this diamond flame will support you, nurture you, hold space for you communicate with you, and guide you as long as you’re present and still. Listen and you will be able to hear the subtle guidance which will steer you on your soul purpose here on this magical planet Earth.
