My name is Emily and my first experience with Star Magic was through a friend of mine who went to facilitator training and I got to be her practice client and I had back pain for so many years and she fixed my back and worked on that, and it was better so quickly.
My background is in Western medicine and in Western medicine things don’t heal that quickly and so I was so amazed and impressed that there’s a different model of healing that can be that effective that quickly. So, I cancelled all my doctor appointments for my back and the spinal injections and all of that, and chiropractor appointments. It healed that quickly and that easily and I can’t wait to go to facilitator training.

So, I want to give you a golden nugget today. I want to give you a real pearl of wisdom. We live in a world that is fast. We live in a world where we’re on the go and we’ve got to move here, we’ve got to move there, we’re up early, we go to bed late. Life never stops. Life never really slows down unless we as humans decide to jump off the hamster wheel and step into a space of calmness and equilibrium. But often when we’re tired, we’ve got to go to a meeting, often when we’re tired, we’ve got to go to the gym, often when we’re tired, we got a knuckle down in the evening and complete this project or that project. What do you do when you’re tired? A lot of people, what they do is they reach out for an espresso. They go and get a coffee. They reach out for something, maybe a sugary snack that’s going to boost their mood, that’s going to give them a little bit of false energy, and they ride off of this false energy through the business meeting, through the gym session, through whatever it is but there’s a better way of doing it okay.
Breath work is mission critical. When you know how to apply breath work to your life you can use it for a number of different things. You can use breath work to tap into your DNA to bring old trauma to the surface for healing. You can use breath work to activate your pineal gland. You can use breath work to boost your mood, to boost your energy in a heartbeat. So, this is what I do if I’m tired. I use fire breathing, but I don’t use fire breathing in the way that most people would use the fire breath. I use the fire breath Star Magic style and so to all of our tribe.

You’ve just driven 45 minutes, an hour and a half, 3 hours, or you’ve been on a train. You’ve arrived at these offices and you’re tired. You’re thinking, ‘I could do with a five or ten-minute power nap, but you’ve not got time for a 5 or 10-minute power nap but you do have 2 minutes before you’ve got to walk through that meeting room door.
What you’re going to do is you’re going to squeeze your buttocks, your perineum, and your genitals and you’re going to pull your abdominals back towards your spinal column. You’re going to put the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, so the tip is just up on the bit of skin behind your two front teeth. It opens up an inner energy channel and cycles the energy internally. You’re also going to close your eyes and you’re going to look up. You’re going to bring your awareness up into the centre of your brain and back slightly where that little pinecone is, the pineal gland in the centre of your brain. So, what you’re going to do by looking up into the centre of your brain is you’re going to encourage energy up through your body and as you squeeze your buttocks your perineum and your genitals and pull your abdominals back, you’re also going to encourage the energy up your central channel and into your brain. Now when you squeeze all of this the tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth and your awareness is up in the centre of your brain, you’re going to breathe in through your nose, down to your belly, and out through your nose like this.
Now when you breathe like this and you’re squeezing your buttocks, your perineum and your genitals, and you’re pulling your abdominals back. You’re going to do that for 10 in and out breaths okay so you’re squeezing 10, let go of the squeeze. 10 re-engage the squeeze, 10 okay and you’re going to cycle that for 120 seconds, 2 minutes. I guarantee you are going to be charged, you’re going to feel alive, you’re going to feel focused, you’re going to feel sharp, and you’re going to be ready for the day, you’re going to be ready for the meeting, you’re going to be ready for the assignment, you’re going to be ready to walk through your front door after a hard day at work ready to play with your wife, your husband, your children because your wife, your husband, your children they don’t want a lazy mom or dad coming through the house. They don’t want a tired mom and dad coming back into the house in the afternoon or in the evening. They want a fun mom, a fun dad, lively mom, a lively dad, that is pumped charged and ready to engage with them not a mum or daddy wants to sit down on the couch and put their feet up and start snoring and fall asleep. No, they want superwoman or superman.
A little bit of breath work is the key to activating your mind body and soul so you can fully engage with whatever pursuits you’ve got in front of you. This is very simple. This is very quick, and this is transformational and lifechanging. You don’t have to go and get a double espresso. You don’t have to go and get a mars bar or snickers. You don’t have to go and put some shitty food or substance into your body to elevate yourself. The breath is natural, and at the same time as doing this breath work, you’re activating your kundalini. You’re bringing energy up into the centre of your brain and you’re stimulating your pineal gland. You’re bringing lots of light and oxygen into your body so you’re clearing out your cells. There are so many byproducts of doing this breath, the tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth opening up that inner energy channel at the same time as encouraging the energy up through your central column and into your brain. You’re activating billions of chemicals you’re bringing dimethyltryptamine (DMT), that powerful hallucinogenic up through your spinal column and into your brain. You’ve got DMT in your lungs, you’ve got DMT in your spinal fluids and when you bring that up into your brain, your brain is being activated.
The other thing is your right brain, it starts to stimulate. Your right brain is your female brain. This is the brain that feels. It’s the part of your brain that sees the information in the empty space. It feels and reads the patterns and the codes along with your pineal gland. You start to switch on old synapses. You start to fire up ancient neural pathways. It takes 2 minutes. You start doing this for two or three times a day and your life’s going to change. When you wake up in the morning why not do 2 minutes of fire breathing before you do anything else, have a shower, brush your teeth, do a little bit of exercise. You start your day in an incredible way. Add a little bit of meditation. You are amazing. There are so many tools that you can use to activate your mind, body, and soul, and you know what the crazy thing is, beautiful soul? These tools don’t cost you a penny. Chuck in a little bit of intermittent fasting. Chuck in a little bit of healthy food. When you’re eating healthy and you’re fasting intermittently you eat a lot less but you’re spiking that growth hormone so you can actually put on more muscle. You can actually heal faster; you can reduce inflammation in the body. There are so many benefits to these ancient tools.
So, wherever you are on this beautiful planet, get yourself out and start using breath work as an exchange, as an alternative for coffee, for sugary snacks or anything else that you’d want to put into your system to raise your mood and elevate your frequency and switch yourself on. I love you so much. You are powerful. We are powerful as humans but there’s no good me telling you. You got to dive into your own heart, and you’ve got to realize this for yourself. Take a deep dive into the labyrinth of your own inner workings and recode your inner geometry. Step into your full superhuman potential, start enjoying life on this magical planet.

Hello, my name is Nico Morexa. I am from Maui, and I came to the Facilitator One Training here in Sedona, and it’s been absolutely amazing, beyond words. I came with a pain on my right side. It was here in my head, on my neck, and I’ve been having this pain for about 3 months, and I was feeling it. It was there. I went for chiropractic adjustment. I did a lot of cupping, yoga, working out, and the pain was still there like it was still just like a constant pain you know. You go to sleep, you wake up. It’s like there, it’s not moving. I have faith and trust that through the breathwork and everything, and all the exercises that we’ve been doing here, it’s going to show up to me.
So, yesterday we had a huge, massive lecture. I just started crying in the session. Jerry had me come on stage and he pulled out my hologram and just the magic happened there in front of my eyes. The moment that everything was pulled out of my body I felt that Kundalini light going through my perineum, right here, and heating up, going all the way up, all the way up to the crown chakra and above. I could feel that frequency in my body and I’m like ‘oh my gosh’, my body just started like dissolving and I’m going to like this so this. So, this was the side where the pain was. I’m going like this and I’m like ‘oh my God this is gone’.
So, just tears, tears, tears and a lot of releasing, releasing, and of course I believe in the power of Star Magic because I feel it. But like to actually feel it in your own body like the pain is there for months and it disappeared just like that, like magic. It was like ‘oh my God thank you, thank you, thank you’, like I want to drop on my knees and give a million thanks because there’s nothing better than move your own body with grace, so I want to share from the bottom of my heart the star magic healing and the Star Magic frequencies and the star magic ‘magic’. Please just engage and do it, because I promise you, you’re not going to regret it. Only magic is going to come in your life. This this is just a quick message to let you know and remind you just in case you’ve forgotten that the simple fact that you’re here on planet Earth means you’re operating at a high level. This is such a tough training ground to come down into this dimensional space on a planet with so much chaos, corruption, manipulation. Bringing a soul down into a physical avatar that gets blank slated on entry, it takes a very highly trained soul to come down onto this planet knowing that it’s going to be thrown into the lion’s den having to find its way out. There’s Souls that are queuing up to get down into this environment.
There’s also Souls that are stuck in this environment and can’t find their way out because once they leave their physical body they haven’t got the training and the remembrance to know how to navigate the multi-dimensional playing fields beyond this physical avatar so they often end up coming back down and getting recycled through this planetary system but the point of the matter is this if you’re here on Earth you should be giving yourself a massive pat on the back and if you’re watching this video it means that you’ve reached a certain level of awareness, a certain vibration, and if you’ve reached this certain vibration and you’ve got this certain level of awareness, it’s time to take it to the next level.

You’ve got to take an extremely deep dive into here you’ve got to in your own mathematics. You got to realize that your own template is off a little bit and you’ve got to start doing the work the only way you’re going to be able to navigate the multi-dimensional playing fields properly and thoroughly and efficiently is if you want to spiral through these multi-dimensional playing fields but if you want to get it so many people get stuck in their heads and there’s a very simple technique for coming out of your head and just expanding your consciousness. If you allow your inner eye to look up at a 45° angle it’s in between your forehead and your crown. Allow your consciousness to go up towards your crown and the back of your head and then down again and you rotate these angles inside of your head. It creates a spiral and if you just keep following that spiral around, your consciousness flows, and you can start to pick up information that’s a very simple way of allowing your consciousness to expand and using this spiral technique.
When you’re facilitating the healing of other people you’ve got to use spiralized code. If you go and read my book, “Healing with Light Frequencies”, which was published in 2016, there’s pictures of the codes in there. These codes, they morph, and they change and as they flow through the space, they create spiralized geometry. The other thing is this. You can use solid geometry to create spiral. If you go back to the point of creation when Source split itself into two, the father and the mother, they created the Divine Child which was an equilateral triangle. That equilateral triangle replicated and became a tetrahedron the tetrahedron then became a Merkabah field. When that Merkabah field spins it creates a sphere and out from the sphere you get multiple spheres. The other thing that happens is this. The Merkabah field which is two tetrahedrons also helps create the multi-dimensional Merkabah field which is a 12-pointed star. Now that 12-pointed star once it spins it creates another huge sphere out from that 12-pointed star.
You activate your own Tree of Life grid. This connects you to feminine energies, magnetic codes in the earth and electrical frequencies up in the god worlds where those two interact and they alchemize, which is the Holy Grail. They create the Krystal spiral, and that Krystal spiral is the frequency which will shift your physical body, your own anatomy, and bring it back online so you can become an Angelic humanoid and return to that 13-strand template, not a 12 strand a 13 strand one. When you’re plugged into the crystal spiral, you’re running those spiral codes, and everything starts to work. That is the key, and the trigger point to rapid healing and that is what separates Star Magic from all these other healing modalities on the planet because we understand the spiral. Most people are playing in systematic structures that are locked into straight line and cubed technology.

Asha: “I have a huge, huge fear and phobia of water I worked with multiple healers to remove this for like five or six years and it still exists.”
Jerry: “So, we’re here in Goa at the end of facilitator training. Hasha came to facilitator training this week with a deep fear of water. It’s been like this for all of her life. We’ve done some healing and now we’re about to go down to the water and actually see what it’s like. How are you feeling about this Asha?”
Asha: “I have a fear coming over in my chest and just the thought of getting into water is making me I don’t want to do it. I can die but not go there”.
Jerry: “Okay, are you ready to move in and explore this new aspect of you.”
Asha: “Yes”
Jerry: “OK, let’s do it”
Asha: “I’m going to dive in water and see what happens.”
Jerry: “This is it. How are you feeling?”
Asha: “After yesterday’s ‘letting go’ exercise it’s much better.
Jerry: “Let’s do this sister.”
Asha: “Let’s do it.”
Asha: “I would like to share an amazing experience we did on the second or third day, a letting go exercise where I really wanted to let go of the fear and the phobia which I have of the ocean and there’s an exercise which Jerry does with each one of us for letting go. So, I completed that exercise and I felt much more liberated in that exercise, but I wasn’t sure if that would be the same state of mind when I really go in the ocean. So, Jerry told me, “Come on, let’s go in, and do it together.”. There was a huge fear coming up and I have no clue what Jerry did, but I went into the sea to a level up to almost my shoulder.
Jerry: “Feels amazing, yeah”
Asha: “. This is so amazing, much better. I have never been in this much water in this life. I’m confident. Also, what kept coming up for me has an impact in my other areas of life where I’m not willing to step out of my comfort zone and step up. So, for me that also let to tapping into my true potential and I could actually visualize me moving towards the growth and yeah, I see a lot of things unfolding in my life.”

Divide and conquer, separation, isolation, that is the order of the day for those that want to control this human world, that want to control this construct. We as humanity are so powerful when we come together, and we unify, and we synchronize. When we realize that there is no black or white, there is no rich or poor, there is not this human being and that human being. There is no religion with different books. All of this stuff is part of the game of separation and isolation.
When you look into the eyes of another human being you realize that we’re all the same. When you go beyond the physical form and you go deep into the eyes, the gateway to the soul, you realize that every single human being is the same. We’re frequency, light, we’re code with information. We are geometry, we are love, we are powerful and when we go beyond the mask, when we go beyond the false identity and we tune into to the multi-dimensional metaphysical light encoded components of who and what we truly are, we realize that there is no judgment. There’s only acceptance, and acceptance is the highest form of love so when we accept each other, and we go beyond our own programming of fear and guilt. These are programs that we run, these programs that our biological computer, our human brain, our human body, are uploading and downloading all the time.
We set ourselves free when people come into our group healings. We explain to everybody that we’re like a great big jigsaw puzzle and every single human being that steps into that environment brings a very specific code, a very unique piece of the puzzle, and when you bring all of those pieces of the puzzle together and you create this master puzzle in wholeness, what happens is a master code a master frequencies created and when you get a group of humans in a space. It’s highly likely that that group of humans will ever be in that space again together so it’s a glorious beautiful magical opportunity and that piece of code gets grounded into the Earth’s grids and sent through the crystalline grids, and the trees absorb these codes. They bring them up through their trunks and send them out through their branches and spread this beautiful magical essence throughout our human environment and other human beings connect to that. We start to resynthesize and alchemize and recalibrate and more of the puzzle fits together.
There’s always this mathematical exchange of light and information on a deeper level that so many people are unaware of. The thing is many years ago when our gene code was down regulated, we had the worship code uploaded into our biological computer and that’s why it’s very difficult for human beings to not want to worship. It’s why it’s very easy for the church for example to get human beings and get them to worship Jesus Christ our saviour who isn’t really our saviour Jesus knew that we are all powerful that we are all knowing and that we all came from this original creative essence, Source, God, intelligence, and Jesus told everybody that we’re powerful and everything he can do we can do and it’s true. No one is above or below. Anyone else we are all cut from the same cloth. All sentient beings with souls are anyway cut from the very same cloth.
When you go deep into your consciousness you can connect to this worship gene, this worship code, and you can extract it. You can rewrite your own biological computer code. You can rewrite your own program. Say for example, you’re a human being that feels jealous. Next time you feel jealous you can stop, breathe, feel the feelings of the jealousy, and then shine light upon the jealousy and ask where this jealousy came from. Then next time you’re jealous you can stop and instead of feeling the jealousy and allowing the jealousy to take control of your mind, body, and soul and take you into your programming and send you on a dark and treacherous chaotic path of jealousy where you go deeper and deeper into the chaos of the jealousy, you can shine light on it and stop. Instead of feeling that jealousy, you can change your thoughts. You can change your emotions and as you do that you break down the program.
You rewrite the code in your own biological computer by breaking the program when it’s in the flow. When you keep breaking the program when it’s in the flow the program falls apart. When you’re in your heart and the program is trying to run inside your mind, inside your body, but you switch to that heart frequency and you create space, the programming dissolves because the programming can only exist in the future and the past. When you’re in your heart space there is no programming because to be in the heart you have to be in the present moment right here right now. So, again you bust apart the program. When you feel yourself tipping into the program and you start to shine light on it and you amplify those levels of self-awareness, you’ve got to be a crazy human being to carry on down that road like Einstein used to say trying to do the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the first sign of madness.
If you feel the programming kicking in and you go down that road with the programming. You’re never going to break it. You’ve got to change direction, change your thoughts, change your emotions and again you break down the programming. Talk positively to yourself. When you talk negatively to yourself, and you run the programs you’re just exacerbating the program and you’re wiring and encoding the program deeper into your system, deep into your DNA which is computer code. Your DNA can store 35 million hours of high-definition video on it, 35,000 terabytes of data. That’s a lot of programming. Now you can make sure that all the programming that’s on your DNA is positive programming but you got to put the effort in to make the choice and make the decision to be present and still to bring the light and shine the light and amplify the levels of self-awareness so you can catch yourself in the moment.
Some people use affirmations. This is one thing we do in the Star Magic tribe every morning. When we wake, we chant this to yourself I am a child of diamond fire I am the Purity that Source requires”, and we say it with emotion and conviction, and we say 111 times. You see the new sixth dimensional grid structures around planet Earth, they are geometrical but fluid and in motion, made from fluid, bendy equilateral triangles, and there are three sets of these triangles. 3 * 111 is 333 which brings in the three code, the six code, and the nine code when you chant, “I am a child of diamond fire. I am the purity that Source requires”, and you feel this. There’s a small six-dimensional grid structure around your body which plugs in to the six-dimensional grid structures around the Earth. You start to see diamond flames, microscopic in every cell in your body and you start to supercharge and at the same time you activate the divine spark, the god spark which is a multi-dimensional Merkabah field which plugs you into Source through the Aramatina Gateway in the Cradle of Lyra up into the god worlds and you download that source code, the original frequency, the original codex, that created you and me, and planets and stars and galaxies, and universes and multiverses.
When you’re plugged into this God spark, into this diamond spark, into this Divine spark, your life will never be the same, and you can shred that worship code, shred those isolation codes, and you can become a brand new activated superhuman returning to your former glory. It’s a choice, beautiful soul. We, as humans have to break down the isolation. Some people tip into isolation because they feel safe in the isolation. It’s better the devil you know than the devil you don’t. When you move into unknown territory and it’s new it feels uncomfortable. When things break down in your life often it’s because something is better is on the other side, but people go into fear, and they cling. They stick their nails into the riverbank and the water’s running really fast but they cling, and they dig, and their nails get ripped out and it’s painful. Those that let go of the riverbank can flow with the river flow with the Stream flow with the tide and go off the waterfall into another lagoon or another piece of the river down below. They’re the ones that expand. They flow with trust, they flow with zero fear, they flow in love.
So, you got to make a choice. Where do you want to be in this reality? Do you want to stay isolated or do you want to unify with your sisters and brothers, become a superhuman when we as superhumans activate and then come together in groups and tribes of superhumans. There’s no stopping us. A lot of the programming comes through into our system, through our RNA. A lot of our ancestral trauma is stored in the DNA. The DNA is amazing. It’s like software. It’s also like a server. It transports information it uploads and downloads. It shares it at the same time it can store it and you get to choose what you want to encode your own DNA with. But first of all, you’ve got to go beyond the isolation. Go beyond the separation. Move into that state of wholeness merging dark and light in the zero point, activating that number 13 code, getting your multi-dimensional Merkabah field spinning, plugging into those God code frequencies into those 13 transmissions sensors that run through your central column plugging into the stargates, plugging into your DNA strands.
It’s a process of activation that plugs you into Mother Earth’s crystalline reservoir, into the grids and the stars, the god worlds, the Grand Central Sun, the magnetic energy flows up and the electrical masculine male energy flows down, and when they move through your central channel they merge into wholeness and that kundalini frequency, those two spirals become one. The feminine magnetic energy supports the electrical energy going up your body. There are not two spirals flowing up the two snakes that you often see in diagrams. It’s a false encodement. We’ve got to know the truth that false kundalini. Let’s activate the one, let’s be the one, let’s be whole. That’s when you step into wholeness and access your superhuman potential and access that supersonic firepower that lies in every cell in your body. You got planets and stars in your cells. You can tap that frequency, tap that energy, and bring it into this space right now. It’s a choice but unless you understand and inner stand the game, you’re never going to be able to make that choice.
So, start meditating, diving into the labyrinth of your cosmic heart. Go beyond deep into the stargate of your heart and journey out into the universe and explore and you’ll realize that this whole vast universe is inside of you. You are an extension of the universe, and the universe is an extension of you. You’re one of the same and we are all connected like a great big jigsaw puzzle, one organism, and we must work together, vibrate together, feel together, think together, be in harmony together building communities, healing those past life traumas, absorbing pieces of our soul back into this now space. When the Anunnaki came to planet Earth in the Garden of Eden when they changed our DNA code. They inserted control mechanisms and so many humans are still sharing those control mechanisms just like our seven chakras. Why do you think they’re like two ice cream cones, big at one end on the outside and small in the middle? The two small ends connect that’s where the emotional trauma gets stuck. We need to break down those BS chakra systems and bring online our multi-dimensional chakras, what we call transmission centres which control the flow of data from the stars to the Earth and from the Earth to the stars through your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
We must remember how to control our emotional state. It’s okay to feel things. It’s okay to get emotional but when you’re in that emotional state which isn’t conducive to your own vibrational harmonics and the evolvement of you through your human evolution, you got to stop it, crush it, dismantle it, and recondition it. Recalibrate it and make different choices in the moment working and living from that divine spark in the centre of your chest, in the centre of that stargate of the heart is the key. Breathing deeply is mission critical. When you breathe deeply you create space between you and your external environment. When you’re thinking all the time there’s a 0.25 second window between stimulus and response and that’s why we react and that’s why it’s easy to tip into the program. But when you breathe deeply you can override the program, so you’ve got to start making better choices. You’ve got to start living from a higher sense of self-awareness and you got to realize that judgment is fatal. Isolation is dangerous but acceptance and unification are the divine keys to a better more expanded higher consciousness humanity.
So, what are you going to do, beautiful soul? What choices are you going to make what road are you going to travel down because nobody can do it for you. It’s something that you have to embark on yourself and when you do, the program is going to try and strangle you. The program is going to kick in even harder. So, you’ve got to be ruthless in your approach. You’ve got to be in a space where you realize that you are the most important human being because other people are going to come into your reality and try and guilt trip you. They’re going to try and push those isolation buttons, push those fear and those guilt buttons, push those abandonment buttons, those rejection buttons, and you got to laugh. You got to smile, and you’ve got to choose freedom, sovereignty, divinity, unity, and set yourself free. It’s a choice, beautiful soul.
Wherever you are on this planet go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never ever be the first to let go. It’s the golden rule of hugging. Hugging is such a beautiful medicine but so many people neglect it. In our trainings and group healings we get people to hug, and they hug like that, like away from each other instead of bringing them in and embracing so many. People are taught that hugging is not what we should be doing. Hugging feels weird. No, hugging is magical. When you hug you increase those nitric oxide levels, the arteries open, the blood pumps into the heart, the level of oxytocin goes up. The heart swells and the love flows. Love is the most powerful measurable force in the universe of us. So be it. Accept it. Know it trusts it and love the f*** out of your sisters and brothers. Love them deeply, fiercely, ferociously, and I will see you again real soon with your sisters and brothers.

We made the booking for the long-distance healing session which I wasn’t so much sceptical, more curious. I felt like my energy was starting to solidify in particular places and take a very specific type of river flow through me. Tingles, tingles, and then a sense of peace. I have to say that at that point in my life I was definitely not peaceful. It was being designed by my family. I had been rejected by my entire social group.
I was very much screaming inside and hiding it quite well on the outside, and it was very celestial, and then I started feeling like I was floating on water, and then I started sinking into the water, and I felt that it had begun. The ball of light that was the sun was getting further and further away and the shimmering had become quantum. I felt like I was, the further down into the water, the more I felt I was moving towards a portal. It was a flag for me to understand that Jerry was real because I hadn’t thought about these things for seven months and this was one thing I hadn’t told anybody about and there was an entire shift energetically.
I started vibrating and the room cleared. It even looked different, and I think that is pretty much when the healing started because my doubt went out of the window. Arrow heads, shapes that I’ve never seen before spinning like vortexes, and they were jabbing me with them. At first, I thought they were doing them in my meridian points and places of wounds. But then I realized they were just literally penetrating me with divinity. Then a really traumatic section began. I started convulsing really violently. My body was being jerked from side to side. I was being thrown off the bed and caught in midair and coming back on the bed. My spine was retracting and expanding.
I was vomiting black stagnant energy, and I could see it. Three decades of abuse and torture and torment and self-hatred and ancestral energy. All these things that I had kept inside my body had become so solid that the only way for these beings to help me get it out was to literally rip it out of my body. There was no other way to get it out, and then I just felt the most incredible healing begin on my genitalia and my womb, and trauma held in those parts of my body from specifically a lot of sexual abuse.
I was so grateful for what was happening because that has been a huge block for me and stopping me from stepping into my power. So, this was a good 10 minutes, and I was just in bliss. Really, I could feel it. It was like a cascade of horrible black energy coming out of me.

So, we’re going to dive into a discussion today about timelines, past lives, parallel realities, and accessing your Jedi power, and the Return of the Jedi, because we are here on planet Earth right now as a species, as a collective, to return and access our full superhuman potential, to truly access our Jedi power. Jedi are real, and Jedi have been traveling through the galaxy, through the universe for eons. Just like in the film Star Wars there are Jedi and we as a humanity have the power and the intelligence, the capability, the crystalline keys inside our human avatars to access this Jedi power. It’s not easy and there is a process.
Now we as a species, as a humanity, as souls incarnated in these physical bodies, have experienced life on this planet so many times. We’ve experienced life on multiple other planets in other galaxies, other systems many times. Most of us on this planet are old souls that have been traveling the stars for eons. Here on planet Earth right now there are some very, very new souls and I’m talking about a consciousness stream that has never incarnated before and some of the new children that are coming onto the planet are some of these new consciousness streams and they’re here because their energy and their frequency is so pure they’ve never been manipulated, indoctrinated. They’ve never had any kind of experience on any other planet and so all they do is just exude love.
You get a lot of these consciousness streams in Down Syndrome children. We have a healing mission, business, whatever you want to call it, called Star Magic healing. When we’re at exhibitions you always get a few people that come up with Downs Syndrome children, “please can you help my child. Please can you make my child like all the other children.” Well actually your child’s in the perfect place. The consciousness, the soul, the energy that’s operating, the Avatar that’s your child is actually so beautiful. When you tune into these babies, these young children, you just have this well of emotion come up because you just feel the tears in the backs of your eyes because the love is so pure. There’s nothing else to do apart from feel that they are beautiful souls.

In the UK there’s a monastery called Gorton monastery. We’ve run lots of workshops there, built on a number of lay line crossover points and right in the centre of the main nave the angelic frequency is so pure. You sit there for a couple of minutes and you just well up and the and the tears flood. It’s the same as these children. You can’t go in and change that because this is the way that it’s supposed to be. It’s the way the universe designed it. There is no healing to take place. The children are perfect. They’re also teaching the parents lessons, but this is like a whole side note.
Coming back to accessing your Jedi power and collapsing timelines. How is it that you access your Jedi power. Well, as I was saying we’re souls that have had multiple experiences on many planets. Lots of those experiences have been amazing and some of them have not been so amazing. Pieces of our soul that have experience trauma in other realities, you could call them past lives, you could call them future lives. When we access these realities through our kind of linear time-based concept but actually once you get out of your body and into the field everything’s now. So, all of these realities become parallel because everything’s happening in the same space at the same time right now. It’s only this human mind that observes and perceives the construct in the way that we perceive or the way that we’ve been conditioned to perceive it because time is something that is used to control us. It’s used to put us into fear. There are many ways that time is used. I mean time can be quite handy, don’t get me wrong. If you want to come to one of my workshops on Saturday morning at 9: a.m. in Denver Colorado then you’re going to be able to get there because you can use your human mind to navigate this linear time map and turn up on time and receive the workshop, go through the training.
The left male brain is good for some things. The right brain, the female brain, which processes billions of bits of data plus per second, which sees patterns, frequency, codes, that feels and knows whereas the mind thinks and believes. Two totally different things, but if you’re in your right brain floating around just seeing patterns and codes it’s going to be difficult to get to the workshop at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. But then if you’re operating from this right hemisphere does it really matter? Not really. Once you’re outside of your body and your consciousness you’re just floating, feeling, traveling. You can still make choices. You can make choices to go to this location and go to that location. Time is different. It doesn’t exist. It’s just now I can be sat here in this chair, pull my light out of my body, and be sat in a coffee shop in Sydney Australia within a millisecond because you have access to everything. Now when we regain our Jedi powers, we’re going to be able to access everything through these physical avatars, and that is going to be beautiful, and that is my real message.
It’s a message that stems from curiosity. It’s a message that stems from me knowing deep within from experiences that I’ve had that we’re going to be able to bring these physical bodies through Stargates and travel to other planets it’s easy to bring your light out of your body, your consciousness out of your body. You could astral travel, you could bring your soul body, your light body out from your body and actually go to different places whilst leaving your physical architecture behind. This stuff isn’t hard to master but dematerializing your physical body and rematerializing it somewhere else is a whole different ball game. Taking your physical body through certain gateways and coming out the other side is a whole different ball game. As we switch on our DNA and remember and activate those soul fragments and step into our full true power and potential, we’re going to be able to do this 100% without question. There’s no doubt in my mind. I’ve seen it, I’ve experienced it. I’ve witnessed it.
Now how do we get to this stage? Well first of all, we, me, we need to become whole. We are souls in these human avatars as I’ve already mentioned and we are having multiple other experiences and some of these painful traumatic experiences are stopping the full integration of our soul code now, they’re stopping the full integration of our own divinity now, they’re stopping the remembrance and the reintegration of all these pieces of us coming home right now. Now through the work that we do with star magic we’re able to go into other experiences simply by just deciding to be in the frequency and the state of consciousness that enables us to access these other realities and connect to those pieces of our own soul or the pieces of souls, with clients, other humans that we’re working with and bring them home.
When you bring these pieces of the soul home, healing takes place, and people step more into their soul. So, what we have to do is to retrieve all of these pieces of our soul and bring them back home. How you can go out and do it piece by piece? We can go out and do multiple pieces at the same time. There are different tools and techniques for both. We train people in this. It’s not rocket science. You’ve done this on so many other planets, so many other stars, so we have to go out and bring these pieces of us back into this space. The other thing that’s happening there are so many off-planet light frequencies hitting planet Earth at the moment and these off-planet frequencies are shifting us in a major way and they’re catalysing this rebirth. This reinstatement of old streams of consciousness, different soul fragments being alchemized and brought back home at a rapid rate. For some people this is enlightening and beautiful and empowering. For others it can be traumatic on their road to it being enlightening and empowering and all the good stuff.
If a human being is just sat there and suddenly, they feel this major anxiety or suddenly feel this major grief or suddenly they feel this major fear and they’re like where the is this coming from, well now you know we as humans have experiences from coming out of our mother’s womb into this world up into our present day in whatever age. Where the ages are relevant but the moment in space-time that we’re at right now, we’ve had a multitude of experiences on the timeline. Some of those childhood experiences can fragment us. Some of those teenage years, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50-year-old experiences can fragment us but all of those are just clues and signposts because everything that happens in this physical reality is a complete mirror image of what you experience in what I would call the inverted field where you have all of your past lives, future lives, ancestral trauma, everything that isn’t here in this physical space with us exists in the inverted field.
When you’re at school and you paint half of well you paint one butterfly wing on a piece of paper and the paint’s wet and you fold it over and it produces the other half of the butterfly in the wet paint. That’s what reality is like the world that we’re in right now is the bit that you painted, you fold it over and then you’ve got a multitude of colours and the same pattern. So, if someone is experienced abandonment, abuse, whatever, it might be in this reality field. I guarantee when you go into the inverted field, they would have experienced in other lifetimes same kind of trauma so the real the experiences in this reality here right now give us clues and signposts about traveling backwards or inwards or upwards. It doesn’t really matter, upwards, inwards, backwards, forwards, they don’t really exist because this reality that we’re in right now, let’s say it’s in a sphere. All of the other past life and parallel life and future life and all these other experiences they’re embedded within that sphere within a different dimensional field so there’s nowhere to really travel.
But when we’re sharing star magic with people and teaching people how to remember how to do this work it sometimes makes it easier for people to travel down a timeline in the so-called past, 1900, 1811, 1422, 2000 AD. It makes it a little bit easier on the brain for some people. They can go into the sphere, and they can read through the different dimensional levels in the same space, and they can pluck out the information and recall reality, bring these soul fragments home. Boom, boom, boom, quick, quick rapid fire huge healing in short periods of time. Now when we bring these soul fragments home and we move back into a state of wholeness, we start to access our multi-dimensionality here in this now space and that’s when our Jedi abilities come back online.
This number 13 is so important. We came into our mother’s womb as a Merkabah field 49 days after conception. 4 and 9 is 13, eight little cells, a Merkabah field. We’re bouncing, bubbling balls of tetrahedrons with frequency, with geometry. Those tetrahedrons when they spin what do they create? A perfect sphere. When you see these ET crafts traveling through the sky, they don’t look like Merkabah Fields. They look like spheres. That’s because their Merkabah field is spinning through the spacecraft, around the spacecraft. They’re traveling in their Merkabah’s, but not just two tetrahedrons. 10 tetrahedrons, a multi-dimensional Merkabah field, a 12-pointed star. How do you think that the spacecraft can travel at such acute angles in such rapid pieces of time. It’s because the angular rotations are so finite. You can’t do that in your basic Merkabah field. In your basic Merkabah field you’re locked into 90° rotations. You’re only ever going to stay inside the construct inside your Merkabah field. You’re never going to be able to exit our time-based matrix unless you’re in a multi-dimensional Merkabah field, but this is a whole other story.
We come in on this number 13, we exit on a number 13, through the Tree of Life. Those 12 spheres that are encompassed in the 13th. Wherever there’s 12 there’s 13. 12 DNA strand is really 13, 12 points on your multi-dimensional Merkabah are really 13. When they spin the sphere becomes the 13th. Twelve Stargates are housed in the 13th gateway which is the lining of this construct like the tissue around our muscles. As within so without. We are an extension of the matrix. The matrix is an extension of us. We are an extension of the entire universe. The entire universe is an extension of us. There are 13 constellations in our Zone zodiac not 12. Now I know there are multiple more depending on the systems that you look at but when we utilize this 13th system or the system with 13 constellations, we can activate the king’s chamber in Giza, and it turns into a stargate and then we can travel. There are other gateways apart from Giza. China, Russia, Ireland, different places around the world, Romania.
Now these gateways through the number 13 give us access to the whole huge galactic Tree of Life which plugs into the tree of life in our internal workings. Again, as above so below. We are a complete mirror of the universe, and the universe is a complete mirror of us just like the half of the butterfly being folded over this physical reality that we’re in right now is a complete mirror image of everything we’ve experienced in the inverted field, past lives, future lives, ancestral conditioning, everything that I saw. Your souls’ experience is held in that inverted field. Everything is mirrored, everything is connected. I’m a mirror of you and you’re a mirror of me. Now this 13 is so important because we’re moving through a cycle of 13,000 years and when we move into this planetary alignment every 13,000 years, it gives humanity an opportunity to work hard to step up to access our full Jedi potential. When we align with the constellation of Orion, when Orion aligns with the pyramids in the system of Avion in the Cradle of Lyra, the three pyramids which are really octahedrons in the Cradle of Lyra, link to Orion’s Belt, the eighth stargate in our tree of life system. Again, this eight is very important.
Orion’s Belt links to the Giza Plateau. The Giza Plateau through Orion’s belt links to the emerald Lyran pyramids, octahedrons. All of them plug into the number eight. Three eights are 24. 2 + 4 = six, the number of the divine feminine. It’s also the number of sides on the cubed experience that we’re playing this reality field out in, and in the centre of that cubed experience are 13 spheres. Those 13 spheres are our doorway out from this time-based matrix in these physical avatars if we so choose. Or maybe we’re going to leave these physical bodies behind because that’s our choice. Exit this time-base matrix, merge back to the source frequency, and become a part of the whole again, and then choose when we’re going to enter another reality field at some point at time-space, somewhere.
We are Jedi bringing our soul fragments back home. This is one of the reasons we’re here on planet Earth. So, dive into your heart and realize that you are the master of your own destiny, the controller of your own experience. It’s all on you, beautiful soul. No one’s coming to save you. Not Buddha, Jesus, extraterrestrials, Quan Yin, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary. No way Jose. None of those guys are coming back to save you. It’s on you so make a choice. Hello, my name is Andy. I just completed Star Magic training. It’s been absolutely extraordinary actually. I do not know what to say. I have no words to put it in context. To be fair I come here with plenty of issues, very deep issues, and we’ve had them all cleared. It’s an amazing feeling. I never expected to really come out as such like this, my expectation.
Now my future has changed, everything’s changed within me. So, hopefully now the outside of my world will change with it. Once I got my voice back, I’ll be able to speak up for myself. I’ve got my voice back as such in a metaphysical way. I don’t know what else to say. I’m actually speechless ironically, but it’s been fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone that wants to get into healing.
Yesterday I had a massive experience. I’ve never witnessed, felt, or experienced anything like it in my life. We done a meditation. Jerry brought in his Star Team. When we started, I was okay. I didn’t think had too much emotion in me. Then I had emotion come up which was sort of sadness and not nice feelings and the tears come. But then my heart opens. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I had quite a few downloads which was completely out of this world.
It’s completely changed me from the inside out. I would say I’m not the same person as I came. I can’t even speak now from it. I don’t know what happened completely. But I know that my heart opened which I’ve never felt before in my life. It was amazing, absolutely amazing. Yeah, I’m still speechless. I’d recommend this experience to anybody that wants to get into healing, wants to heal themselves, wants to help the planet. Anybody, really anyone and everyone should learn this eventually, I think.
What your highlight of the week? The heart opening and the download from that meditation. Yeah, it completely took me, knocked me off my feet more or less, yeah. My body was shaking. The power I felt within that moment was just immense. I felt so powerful that I never felt anything like it in my life. It’s just you can’t put it into words really.

You have so much firepower inside of you, but you’ve got to take a deep dive into your heart, and you’ve got to know this. You got to feel this. You got to trust this right now. (light language)

“Hi, everyone I’m Dr Maher. I used to be a paediatric surgeon. This last week that I’ve spent in Deep in Space has been definitely without any doubt the most profound amazing transformational and the happiest week of my life. Things that take place in Star magic can never be found anywhere. The transformation that you undergo here is worth thousands of years of the evolution that you would have made all alone by yourself. The healing that took place in the transformation that I experienced was years’ worth of work and effort. I never imagined this would happen.
When I when I first came here, I knew this is the most powerful healing modality on the planet, but I never knew that this is the level I would be experiencing this. I felt bows of energy surge down my legs, my feet. I felt energy moving between my bones and adjusting their position in the process I felt freaking powerful. I felt like I’m Invincible. I was a paediatric surgeon, and I was a successful one. Like I solved many, many cases that were rare and vague. But as much as I loved being a doctor, I always felt Limited in medicine. There are a lot of things that have unknown causes, a lot of things that cannot be healed, a lot of chronic diseases, a lot of suffering during any sort of treatment action. There are always side effects. There are always pitfalls. I hate the part of being limited by what science has already discovered when we talk about energy and especially the Star Magic frequency. “Hi, I’m John. I was on the November Deep in Space in Holland. I’ve been drawn to an ayahuasca retreat for about 10 years, but I never could find the right person to do it with. I wanted someone that I could really trust, someone who I thought would bring a really good aspect in spirituality to the session, and when I did Star Magic training, I really connected with Jerry Sergeant. I felt that he had the right balance of masculine and feminine energy, and he was the person that I would do an ayahuasca retreat with, and I was absolutely correct. Breath work was critical. I don’t think that my experience would been nearly as good with our breath work and the breath work was very intense.

It manifested itself in kind of a difficulty standing up for myself both for and with women, but also, with men, and the issue disappeared into a fire during the ceremony, and I feel free. Amazing experience, amazing.
It’s an issue I’d worked on for 20 years and had thought and spent thousands of dollars attempting to heal, and it evaporated in a moment. I just have to say Star Magic healing, this Deep in Space, has honestly been the best experience of my life, like I’ve never experienced myself in ways that I have here. I’ve come to find myself in a whole new way. I feel clearer on my mission and purpose here. So much healing has actually happened throughout my whole body, and I just feel really happy and at peace. The facilitator training. Freedom, possibility, expansion, wonderment, magical. It’s like finding a secret garden that has always existed within you, within the world, within the universe, that we all get to connect to, and everyone is blessed to connect to.
Anyone can do this, and everyone should. It doesn’t matter who you are, what background you are. I worked 22 years in a bank as a process architect. I’m now a vibrational freedom coach. We need men to rise to be authentic, to be balanced, to be fierce, to be kind, and to stand and speak their truth.”
So, today we’re going to take a deep dive into love, light, manifestation, and this secret manipulative trickery that is corrupting the human race, and this new age BS philosophy that is corrupting so many men and women. If we don’t do something about it, we are going to become a docile subservient acquiescing species and we may not be able to climb out from the mess. This trickery, this manipulation, is going on into weaving behind the scenes. Look at men. Most men are like girls. Where is that warrior galactic badass that came from the stars to Earth to blaze a new trial for humanity to support the feminine, to lift their sisters and brothers up, and be warriors moving forwards with presence making this world a much better place?
Most women are taking on the role of the masculine. Men have been emasculated. The emasculation of man is rife. Men have lost their testosterone, the balls have shrunk, their backbone has gone. It’s dissolved. A lot of women are out there taking on the role of the masculine, bringing in the bread, doing the work, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. But it is when they do it with their electrical energy and they lose the connection to the sacred feminine and that is happening to a lot of women. There are women out there creating beautifully and they’re staying in that sacred womb energy. But many women are taking on the role of the masculine because the masculine is being dissolved and destroyed. It’s being diluted in the foods that we eat.
What’s happening is they are changing the masculine. The water has chemicals in that are changing the biology of the masculine and that’s why men are turning into girls. Where are all the lions? Men are lying back and becoming those who say this new age BS philosophy of love and light. What’s happening is people are kicking back and relaxing and are content and their goal is to be placid, caring, love and light, never wanting to kind of confront anyone or challenge anyone. They just want to be passive and easy going. This is the world. This is the humanity. This is the human community that’s being created. Maintain your soul expression, stay true to who you are, and avoid manipulation at all costs. The thing is we’re in a game.
We’re in a very specifically and carefully designed construct where there’s a spiritual war taking place and a lot of people in this spiritual war first of all they don’t even know what’s going on. So, they believe all of this new age bs, all of this love and light stuff, all of this rainbow hugging stuff. Now I’m not saying that hugging should not be done because I encourage hugging every single day. I encourage it on my videos, I encourage it on my workshops, in my trainings because hugging’s a beautiful medicine. But when you want to be some kind of loving peace, I don’t want to fight, I just want to lie back and be love and let the world just carry on around me as long as I’m being love, that’s all that matters. What happens when you’re in that space is all of your values are stripped. All of your human rights are stripped.
We unconsciously engage in our own slavery. We’re handcuffing ourselves. We’re sticking ourself in the prison cell and locking the door, locked inside that construct of Metatron’s cube. Now Metatron’s Cube was created as a failsafe mechanism to stop the falling consciousness and it did a wonderful job. But now it’s kept people trapped and they’re trapped in that cube technology, that tesseract technology, the straight edged flat sided technology, the angular technology. The only way out of this is through the Krystal spiral, the only way out of this is through a 45° rotation. You’re not going to be able to flip the switch at certain angular structures and escape the shadow side. You got to sit here you got to be still in your consciousness whilst you’re taking conscious radical action keeping yourself fit and strong and healthy, understanding the nature of reality, understanding the nature of this world, this universe that we’re living in it. Understand the human gain, understand the other side that are waging war against us left, right, and centre.
Now on one hand they’re waging a war. On the other hand, point number two is they’re giving us an opportunity to grow and become strong. to use discernment. to access our multi-dimensional faculties so that we can see beyond the veil because we’re getting squeezed and we can allow them to squeeze us or we can open our hearts, be strong in love and not acquiesce in love. Be strong and fierce in love because the feminine and the masculine in balance, when it’s immersed in love is powerful beyond measure. But not when the goal is love and just to be passive and docile and let yourself get trampled on like a slave. That’s not where it at. Where it’s at is we are powerful sovereign soldiers that came to Earth to truly expand consciousness and find our way back home, we came down into this human game knowing we would get a little bit lost.
We didn’t think it would be this tough, but we trained for a long time to come here. They didn’t just let you and me here. We had to go through heaps of training. They only let badass Jedi Knights down here. Supersonic superhumans enter this game on this playing field on this park and you’re one of them. You wouldn’t be watching this video otherwise. You wouldn’t be magnetized to this kind of information if you didn’t know deep down in your soul that you are a galactic badass and that you came here on a mission to expand consciousness, to raise the vibration and to help your sisters and brothers climb out to recode their DNA, their own mathematical template and to be able to navigate the stargates, inter and multi-dimensional travel.
So many human beings pray. They pray in the church, they pray to God, they pray to this religion and that religion, some kind of archetypal figure. It doesn’t matter if they pray to their husband or wife, you should not bow down to anyone or anything because you are the power. I am the power in my reality. We don’t need anyone to make us whole. We are whole and there is no force in this universe that is greater than you and I. When you hand your power over you lose yourself. In fact, you’ve probably lost yourself before you hand your power over because you need to lose yourself to hand your power over. This is because when you’re in your power you’re never going to hand your power over. It’s that simple. You’re never going to pray to a god or goddess or some deity or archetypal figure, some ascended master. When you know you’re you you’re your own ascended master. You’re your own God. You’re your own angel. There is more than meets the eyes. Transformers had it right. The all-spark, that diamond spark in the centre of your chest that is the connection to the truth the god worlds. That is where it’s at.
We need men to rise to be authentic, to be balanced, to be fierce, to be ferocious, to be kind, to be passionate, and to stand and speak their truth when they know something’s not right. You speak about it; you do not acquiesce. You do not bow down. You speak your truth, and you commit to speaking your truth. You don’t go in half hearted. You go in fully committed. This is where I’m at and this is my truth. Come heaven or high water I will stick by it and stand by it because these are my values and I will not sacrifice them for any man, or woman, any government agency, any extraterrestrial, any multi-dimensional force. I will bow down to nothing. That’s where it’s at un-fuck-with-able. Conscious action is mission critical. They are scared of fiercely empowered souls because our souls are a technology. When you understand your soul technology, you have a completely different mindset, a completely different heart set. You are balanced in the most precise fashion and you’re a force to be reckoned with because when you know who you are truly at the core of your being, that soul essence, that fractal of the whole when you know that diamond light.
My question to you is, “Are you ready to stand in your truth? Are you ready to express your own divine soul nature? Are you ready to step into your power and live fiercely and ferociously? Are you ready to say no to all of those things that are holding you down and crushing you? Say ‘yes’ to the most important human being on planet Earth. You the most important soul in the multiverse, you. Are you ready? I’m ready? Are you ready because this is teamwork man. I can’t do this alone. You can’t do this alone. Strength in numbers, divinely empowered souls unifying as one. You’ve got an army a powerful army balanced in their lights and their dark zero pointed. That’s a force to be reckoned with that’s an army to be scared of. and that’s why we came here.
We’ve travelled the stars for billions of years. We’ve travelled through multi-dimensional playing fields. We’ve risen through the dimensional spaces, and we’ve fallen through the dimensional spaces as one, and now we’re reconnecting on this Earth plane, and we really are a family. Do you feel that? Do you know that? Would you think I’m crazy? I don’t care, doesn’t bother me. I know my truth and I will always speak my truth. Will you or will you acquiesce and bow down? Will you be a man acting like a girl or will you be a woman chasing like a man unconsciously burning up that electrical energy, wasting that magnetic code? A goddess chases nothing. A goddess sits and magnetizes and empowers the electrical energy in the masculine and together they work in divine union and if you’re a single man or woman you just bring those frequencies together. You activate the electrical and the magnetic and you balance it, and if you’re a man, be fierce and ferocious, balanced, kind, and loving. If you’re a woman, exactly the same. It’s a beautiful ride it’s a beautiful ride.
You are an elite soul and there’s been an attack on the masculine and the feminine for far too long, but it will continue until you stand up. You may need to raise your levels of testosterone. Some men may need to raise their levels of oestrogen. Some women may need to tone down their levels of testosterone. Some women may need to raise their levels of testosterone. Same with oestrogen. It’s got to be balanced. The middle way is always the mission critical way. It’s always the way forwards, backwards, up, down, left, right, in, out. The middle road, you always take that balanced middle road. The question is are you going to listen to information like this, go back into your life and carry on being the same, or are you going to take some action because action is where it’s at. We’re in physical bodies in this world that seems solid, and we need to ground ourselves into this planetary environment and utilize this physicalness to our advantage, utilize our voice, utilize the power of our mind, the power of our heart.
You need to be eating clean, intermittent fasting, deep breathing, breath work, exercise, Qigong. These are a few basics that you can do to switch you on mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and balance yourself. Drink clean water, stop buying packaged foods. Listen to your body and give it what it wants and trust the process and know that you have the minerals and the juice to overcome, to navigate, to rewire, to move through, to move over, under, or around to crush, to dissolve, to transmute anything and everything that gets in your path because you’re a warrior god, a warrior goddess. Yes, we need to love but not when love destroys us. because when we love, and we just want to be Love we do get trampled on and there will be people saying but we shouldn’t fight. We shouldn’t do this. I’m not saying you should fight. I don’t want to fight but there are times when we’ve got to stand up and speak your truth and be prepared to hold the line.
If we stand together, strength in numbers as one unified force, it’s difficult to crumble a solid structure like that, but when you’re there on your own it’s a lot more difficult. You can still stand in your truth. You can still be empowered. You can still never back down but ultimately, we live in a world where physical things can happen. Combat sport is something that all men should be doing, not because you’re teaching men to go out and fight but you’re teaching men discipline and when you’re disciplined and you know how to fight, you very rarely get into a fight and if you do get into a fight, you can dismantle the situation in seconds. People that know how to fight less, it’s those that watched movies on TV and think that they understand this stuff. So, they go out there and get their head smashed in. It happens.
We should be taking men from an early age. We should be teaching them, sharing the knowledge with them so they can love the feminine and at the same time be the real true warrior gods that they came to Earth to be. Women want men that can look after them and nurture them in every which way mentally, physically, emotionally, sexually, energetically, spiritually, and men want women that love them, and nurture them, and support them, and care for them. Real men want real women. Real men want fierce women that will speak their truth and tell you how it is, that will keep you sharp, that will tell you when you f*** up. When you got a man and a woman standing in their power, you’ve got a tornado, a cyclone, a tsunami, all whirled and swirled and alchemized together. It’s a major force.
