So, we’re going to talk about how to brainwash yourself for success and how to eliminate those negative thoughts, and we’re going to do it using one crystalline key by living in the present moment. Just that one thing. I guarantee you your life will change. You become an unstoppable frequency machine. We take life too seriously it’s a cosmic joke.
So, we’re going to talk about how to brainwash yourself for success and how to eliminate those negative thoughts, and we’re going to do it using one crystalline key, and that key is called gratitude. You see gratitude is not just a command. It’s a technology that invites greatness into your life when you’re grateful for everything. It doesn’t matter what it is in your life. You could be given something. Be grateful for it. The sun could be shining. Be grateful for it. It could be pouring with rain. Be grateful for it. someone could beat the horn in the car, and you know normally it would disrupt you. Just be grateful. You might be walking through a shopping centre with bags of shopping. The handle breaks. You smash some bottles. Be grateful. Be grateful for every tiny little thing
When you wake up in the morning before you open your eyes feel gratitude in every cell in your body. Be grateful for the day ahead. Be grateful for every day previously. Be grateful for everything in your life. The people, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, your husband, your wife, your son, your daughter, your mom, your dad, your business. Whatever it is be grateful for absolutely everything that unfolds that day. Be grateful for it. When you go to bed at nighttime sit there for 5 10 minutes. Be grateful for everything that happened that day. Feel it in your heart. When you’re on the frequency of gratitude this technology just goes out. This powerful frequency, this vibration, it’s full of so much magnetism.
As you live on that frequency of magnetism combined with that electrical energy that flows through every single human being’s nervous system, you start to create. You don’t even have to try. The trying comes in the gratitude. The manifestation is a byproduct. But you’ve got to maintain that frequency of gratitude. You can’t drop from it. You can’t fall from the throne of grace. You’ve got to allow yourself to be impeccable, immeasurable, unquantifiable, relentless, resilient in your path, in your pursuit, by living in the present moment only focused on the step that you’re taking now and being grateful that you’re taking it.
It’s a technology, beautiful soul, and you are the only human being that can activate that technology, whatever process you’re going through in life, whether your business is going up or down, be grateful, still moving towards your goals. But be grateful if you’re going through a rocky patch with your partner. Be grateful if something’s happened with your health and fitness. Be grateful for the experience because there is no good and bad, there’s just experience, and you get to perceive that experience however you want. You can label it. You can judge it, or you can be at peace with it.
We take life too seriously. It’s a cosmic joke. You got to remember to be the joker, the jester, the fool. They’re the ones that have cracked the code. They’re the ones that don’t give a flying you know what and living with that attitude where you can’t buy into other people’s judgments, where you just do you. Loving, living, being grateful, happy, vibrant, passionate, enthusiastic. You become an unstoppable frequency machine, and the world bends to your will. The universe gives you everything that you need and that’s by design, and you get to choose that design. But I can’t choose it for you. No one can. Remember, beautiful soul, start your day with gratitude. Live all day with gratitude. finish it with gratitude. Just that one thing and I guarantee you your life will change.
