I love you with my heart with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
So, your higher heart must be activated, your thymus gland, your higher heart, your doorway, gateway, stargate, so the higher dimensional frequency is flowing down from the stars and beyond. The cosmic energy that must flow through you into your cells into your DNA and down into the planetary grids must be free flowing and a part of that process is to activate your higher heart, that sacred blue flame. I’m going to take you through a very short transmission to activate that right now, and this is something that you can come back and do daily.
So, please just be in the space that you’re in right now. Close your eyes and take some nice long deep breaths. Sink into your body, sink down into your body, take real deep breaths in through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth as we go through this higher heart activation. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and as you’re breathing into your body, I want you to become aware of an electric blue light that starts to flow in through the walls, down through the ceiling, up through the floor. It flows towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your head, underneath your feet, around your chest, around your back, swirling in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger. You start to breathe this electric blue frequency in through your nose up into your minds.
It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your skull back through your head to your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest, and back it flows down through your spinal column, through your lungs, your hands, down through your vital organs, through your middle back, your lower back, into your buttocks, through your hips, your groin, your legs, knees, calves, past your shins, into your ankles, through your feet all the way to the tips of your toes. It flows through your heart getting brighter and brighter as the light starts to flow and pass through your shoulders, down your arms, through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, into your hands, fingers, and thumbs. Continue to breathe in this powerful light until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to the ground. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing deeper and longer and slower.
I want you to bring all your awareness down into the centre of your chest and I want you to feel your chest and as you breathe, be in the present moment in this space, in the emptiness, in the nothingness, in the richness and the beauty of the cosmic heart. I want you to feel your heart expanding. Keep all your awareness in the centre of your chest and feel your heart blooming and opening like a sacred blue rose, front and back. It blooms, opening and opening and opening. There’s a stream of platinum light flowing down through the top of your space, from the stars through the cosmos down through the top of your crown through your pineal gland, your throat down into your hearts, and boom, it explodes. Light codes start to flow through this stream of frequency, down into your hands. Light codes flow into your heart chakra, they flow into your thymus glands, they race around the inside of your chest expanding you, connecting and communicating with your cells with your DNA. Just be in this space, your heart expanding and expanding and expanding.

Breathe these frequencies into your body, absorb them into your soul. As these tones flow deep into your body on a subatomic level, healing you, clearing you, cleansing you, expanding you, and opening your hearts. These cosmic energies flow from the stars down into your body and you vibrate faster and faster and faster. We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, open your eyes, come back into this space, and just be. Five, four, three, two, one, zero. Whenever you’re ready open your eyes, come back into this space and just feel your body. Don’t be in a hurry to go and do anything else. Just sit for a moment, be in this space, bathe in the energy. Feel the frequency. You are amazing, beautiful soul. I recommend you come back and do this daily for at least 21 days, after that as often as you want. Every time will be a different experience. You go deeper and deeper unlocking your cosmic heart to greater depths of extraordinariness, beauty, magic, unconditional love, oneness, unity, divinity.
Wherever you are on this planet, hug tightly and never be the first to let go. Love fiercely and ferociously and know that you are the power, you are your own saviour. No one is coming to rescue you, it’s down to you, beautiful soul. Go ahead into this world, shine your light as bright as you possibly can and dampen it for no one, and I’ll see you again real soon.
