What level of physical fitness is required?
This tour includes:
• Walking at archaeological and sacred sites
• Slightly uneven terrain
• Early starts
• Warm weather conditions
That said, we have previously had participants attend using canes and mobility support.
You should be comfortable walking at a moderate pace during site visits, but extreme fitness is not required.

I’m claustrophobic, will we be going into small spaces?
There are only one or two smaller interior spaces on the tour, and they are pretty brief. Entering them is not required.
