Okay beautiful soul. So today we are going to dive into the subject of oneness and we’re going to talk about how oneness has been weaponized and how it’s used for spiritual bypassing, avoidance of the real work.
Because it’s easy to say we’re all one.
It’s all love. We’re all one. And yeah, I say it sometimes too. We are all one.
Don’t get me wrong.
At one level, we are all one. One hundred percent.
But unless we dive into this subject and dissect it properly and pull it apart and look at it in the way that we have to look at it if we really want to understand it so that we don’t get tricked, it’s an absolute must.
Before I dive into this subject, I want to share a little story with you.
This story helps understand oneness from a different perspective.
Many years ago, we’re probably talking 2006, 2007, I can’t remember exactly, but I went to meet a friend of mine, an Indian guy that I was doing business with, and he worked for JP Morgan at the time.
The two of us had a little thing going where we were collecting a lot of money. Not in the best way.
Anyway, we were washing this money up and cleaning it up and I had to meet him one day.
I met him in a hotel just near Wembley, right next to the dual carriageway going into London. It was a really dusty area, and I’m saying that for a reason.
Anyway, I’m going to meet my friend and he says to me, “Jerry, I want to introduce you to someone.”
And I said, “Who do you want to introduce me to?”
He said, “I want to introduce you to my guru.”
I’m thinking, “What the fuck is a guru?”
Back then I was really green in spirituality. I’d only just started my journey a couple of years before and I’d never heard of a guru.
Anyway, he says, “I want to introduce you to my guru.”
So I go to this hotel, I meet him downstairs, and we go up in the elevator together. I can’t remember what floor it was now.
Anyway, we go down the corridor, we knock on the door, and this guy answers. My mate introduces me to him.
He’s really tall. He’s really skinny. He’s wearing a white suit that’s about ten times too big for him.
And he says to me, “Jerry, this is my guru.”
I said, “It’s nice to meet you.”
And he looked into my eyes and he said, “Go and get me two white flowers.”
I said, “Two white flowers?”
Anyway, I’m thinking to myself, we’re in a hotel next to a really busy dual carriageway. It’s dusty. There’s no green around. Where am I going to find two white flowers?
Anyway, that’s what I’m thinking.
I walk down the corridor, get in the elevator, go downstairs. I walk out into the car park.
I’m looking around and I turn this corner in the hotel, and I look down to my right-hand side and there’s these white flowers.
I’m thinking, “Fuck, there’s white flowers right in the corner.”
I don’t know how they were growing. There was no green around or nothing really. Maybe a few blades of grass.
So, I go over and I pick these tiny little flowers, and I’ve got them in my hand.
I go back into the hotel, up the elevator, down the corridor, back into the room.
I give them to this really tall Indian guy in this massive white suit.
He takes them in his hand, and he looks at me and he’s staring at me and he’s got the flowers and he’s rubbing them together in his palms and he said to me, “Cup your hands.”
So, I cup my hands and this milk starts pouring out from his hands.
I mean, I gave him two little white flowers.
Not that I would ever really know how much milk can come from two white flowers. Not that I ever thought that milk could come from two white flowers.
But he’s going like this and this milk is coming into my cupped hands.
He said, “Drink it.”
So, I drank it and it was the sweetest milk that I’ve ever tasted in my life.
It was lovely.
Anyway, at some point he stopped, and the flowers were just gone.
But somehow, he turned white flowers into milk.
And as I’ve gone on my journey and had more of these encounters and discovered stuff myself with healing and multidimensional travel, I understand that this physical body can be collapsed into light.
If this physical body can be collapsed into light, flowers can be turned into milk.
And what I feel is that because the flowers were white, the white in the flowers, he was able to connect it in the way that he connected and turn it into milk and change its structure, just like I would change the structure of someone’s tumorous liver into a non-tumorous liver.
So, I change the code.
He was changing the code of the flowers into milk.
And I’m sharing this because the white flowers were white and it was like he could turn that white into anything because it was white.
Maybe he could have turned red flowers into white milk. I don’t know.
But maybe because it was white, he needed it to be white to turn it into white milk.
And so, for me it’s like a demonstration that everything is just frequency.
And if everything is frequency, then on some level everything is connected.
And if everything is connected, then oneness is real, right?
I mean, you look at me and I look like Jerry and whatever you look like, we probably look different.
But if we look in each other’s eyes, we’re going to see ourselves.
So, this oneness, this recognition of self in others, is completely real.
We can open our hearts and we can feel each other.
You go like that with your hands. You can feel the frequency in between your hands.
You can pull it apart and you can grow the frequency.
You can amplify it in between your hands.
You can fire the frequency.
You can move things with the frequency.
We are connected.
But what’s happened in this community, not just in this spiritual community, but in this human community, we’ve used oneness, or it’s been used against us in the teachings, to have this kind of all love and light atmosphere, this all-encompassing “all love and light, we are all one.”
It’s an excuse to not enforce our boundaries.
It’s an excuse to not have those tough conversations.
It’s an excuse to spiritually bypass the inner work.
It’s an excuse for avoidance, to speak our truth sometimes and say what we really need to say.
We don’t say it because we’re all one.
“I don’t want to hurt this person.”
“I don’t want to harm that person.”
I’m talking about verbally.
But even so, physically there are times when a human being should really enforce their boundaries and defend themselves.
You know, I brought my children up to really speak their truth, but I also brought my children up to respect everybody else and also to understand that we are all connected and that there’s a great big universe out there with planets and stars.
And ultimately everything in this entire universe, multiverse, all the multiverses that have ever existed, do exist, and will exist in the so-called future, all came from a frequency that we call Source, Infinite Intelligence, whatever it is.
I remember years ago, this wasn’t that many years ago compared to the first story, probably 2018 or 2019, just before COVID actually, I was in Los Angeles, and I was at a music studio recording a rap song.
My phone goes.
It’s my daughter and she’s kind of a bit flustered and upset.
Anyway, what had happened is my son Josh had been out with his dog. His dog was a puppy at the time, Zeus, a little blue Staffordshire Terrier.
Josh must have been about 13.
He was out with Zeus at about 10 or 11 at night and he’d gone down an alleyway.
Some guys had surrounded him.
Well, they weren’t really kids. They were late teens, early twenties. There were three or four of them.
They pulled out a knife on him.
He had a big hoodie on and a big puffer jacket.
They wanted to take the dog.
Anyway, Josh saw it coming.
He’s taken the lead off Zeus and picked Zeus up under one arm.
They came up to him, much bigger than him, and slashed him from here down to his belly button.
Luckily, he had his puffer jacket and hoodie on, and it didn’t go through to his skin.
He smacked one of them around the face with the dog chain.
One of them grabbed the dog.
He got into a fight and a scuffle with them and managed to get out of it.
Some past-life ninja instincts must have kicked in, but he got away.
They chased him, but he escaped.
Anyway, he fell through the front door of our house, and my daughter dragged him inside and shut the door.
Obviously, he kept the dog, and everything was okay in the end, and he got away without being seriously injured.
Even though I’ve taught him about oneness and all this sort of stuff, in that situation what do you do?
“Oh, it’s all love and light. Let me just stay here and hope they don’t take my dog. Hope they don’t stab me. Hope they don’t kick the shit out of me.”
No.
He fought for his life, and he fought for his dog’s life, and he got out of there.
And I would always say to any human being, if anything ever happens, and if you can avoid something, avoid it.
The last thing you want to do is get into a fight and have an altercation like that.
But if anything, ever comes onto your front doorstep or into your space and you have to fight, you should fight.
It doesn’t matter if it’s another human being and you look into their eyes and ultimately, at the level of consciousness, they’re the same as you.
These guys in the alleyway were obviously on a different level of consciousness.
Even though ultimately, they’re connected at that deep source-code level, they still wanted to hurt my son and take his dog.
So, I would always say, learn to fight.
Know how to defend yourself.
Know how to fight properly.
And if you ever need it, you’ve got it.
But it’s the last thing you ever want to do.
Oneness is real.
Oneness is a breathtaking state of consciousness.
When you get into it and you connect, your body dissolves and you’re literally expanded through the whole multiverse.
I’ve had so many of these experiences.
I remember when I split up with my wife. It was the last time we split up before we got divorced.
I came back to the house one evening, had dinner with her and the kids. This was around 2014.
I’m sat on the sofa afterwards talking to my ex-wife and it was the first time I’d ever realized that I didn’t really love myself.
I’d never truly loved myself.
This wave of energy came through the front room, knocked me onto the sofa, and I just popped out of my body.
I was expanded in this state of bliss.
I was everywhere at the same time.
It was such an incredible experience.
I felt so much love for everything.
It’s not the first time it’s happened, but it’s one of the times when it happened really quickly and suddenly.
To come from inside your body to outside of your body so quickly, you really feel the expanse rapidly and that difference between being inside this vehicle and outside of it.
Anyway, at some point later on, I’m outside the front door of the house and I’m taking all my clothes off.
I’m trying to get back into my body and I’m so hot.
It’s like I’m constrained.
I’m stripping my clothes off in the street at midnight.
It was a wild experience.
But that was the feeling of oneness on a different level.
I’ve had experiences connecting with my extraterrestrial family and felt so much love and oneness.
I’ve had multiple experiences of this oneness.
So, I know how real it is.
And when I take someone or a group of people into a meditation journey, whether it’s 50 people or 1,000 people, I’m opening their hearts and collapsing them down into a state where they are not who they are in physical form.
So they get to experience beyond the physicality.
And going into that oneness is such an expansive, beautiful state to be in.
Once you experience it and then come back into the physical, it gives you a whole different perception of reality.
Where it’s gone a little bit pear-shaped is somewhere along the line the spiritual community, or people, entities, beings that have had a direct influence on the spiritual community, have encouraged people to take this oneness thing as a direct instruction.
And this is where it becomes dangerous.
And this is where it becomes weaponized.
Because it gives people an opportunity to escape from doing what is actually necessary in this human world.
Because we’re humans, right?
We’re souls in these human bodies.
Ultimately, we came here to return back to our centre, back to our heart, back to love.
But in amongst all that, there’s polarity.
There’s masculine and feminine.
Up and down.
In and out.
Hot and cold.
We came here to experience polarity.
And without polarity, the masculine-feminine balance breaks down within each individual human and in relationship, and it messes up this whole planetary environment.
The universe is built on polarity.
And it’s not built on polarity because polarity is a problem.
It’s built on polarity because polarity is a mechanism.
It’s a mechanism, magnetic and electrical, that allows two beings to be in relationship.
If you’ve got two people in a relationship, a man and a woman, electrical and magnetic, and the man becomes more magnetic and the woman becomes more electrical, the relationship breaks down.
It doesn’t work fundamentally.
It’s broken at its baseline level because the blueprint of a relationship is electromagnetism.
Now obviously you can have electrical and magnetic energy in both beings. We all carry masculine and feminine energy. But there has to be a dominant polarity.
When the dominant polarity becomes confused, people stop knowing who they are. They stop understanding their role in the relationship and in the world. They become disconnected from their natural blueprint.
This is one of the reasons why boundaries are so important.
If someone comes into your reality and continually disrespects you, continually takes from you, continually drains your energy, at some point you have to say no.
You have to enforce a boundary.
But what happens in spiritual circles is people say, “Well, we’re all one. I should just love them.”
No.
You can love someone and still say no.
You can love someone and still remove them from your life.
You can love someone and still choose not to engage with them.
Love doesn’t mean allowing somebody to walk all over you.
Love doesn’t mean allowing somebody to abuse you.
Love doesn’t mean allowing somebody to manipulate you.
Love means honouring yourself as much as you honour them.
And sometimes the most loving thing you can do is walk away.
Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is say, “No. That’s not okay.”
Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is let another human being experienced the consequences of their own actions.
Because if you continually rescue people from their lessons, they never learn.
And if they never learn, they never grow.
You are not helping them.
You’re enabling them.
This is where people get confused.
Compassion is not weakness.
Kindness is not weakness.
Love is not weakness.
Love is strength.
Love is truth.
Love is integrity.
Love is having the courage to say what needs to be said.
Love is having the courage to hold the line when the line needs holding.
Love is having the courage to stand up for yourself and for other people when something is wrong.
And this is why the warrior path is so important.
The warrior path is not violence.
The warrior path is responsibility.
It’s accountability.
It’s discipline.
It’s the willingness to do what is necessary when it is necessary.
A warrior doesn’t go looking for a fight.
A warrior avoids conflict wherever possible.
But when conflict arrives and there is no other option, the warrior is prepared.
Spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.
What we’ve got to stop doing is pretending that everything is love and light while ignoring the darkness.
Because if you ignore the darkness, it doesn’t disappear.
It grows.
It festers.
It operates in the shadows.
And then one day it erupts into your life and catches you off guard because you never wanted to acknowledge that it existed.
The real path is integration.
It’s bringing the darkness into the light.
It’s looking at your shadows.
It’s looking at your fears.
It’s looking at your wounds.
It’s looking at the parts of yourself that you’ve rejected.
And loving them.
Not pretending they don’t exist.
Not suppressing them.
Not bypassing them.
But integrating them.
That’s how you become whole.
The strongest people I know are not the people who only focus on love and light.
They’re the people who have gone into the darkness, faced it, understood it, healed it and come back stronger.
They’re the people who have walked through hell and brought wisdom back with them.
Those are the people who can hold space.
Those are the people who can lead.
Those are the people who can guide others.
Because they’ve been there.
They understand it.
You cannot guide somebody through terrain you’ve never travelled yourself.
And so, this idea that we’re all one has to be understood properly.
At the deepest level, yes, we’re all one.
At the level of Source, we’re all connected.
At the level of consciousness, we’re all connected.
At the level of the soul, we’re all connected.
But in this reality, we’re also individuals.
We’re sovereign beings.
We have free will.
We have choice.
We have responsibility.
And if somebody chooses to harm another human being, there are consequences.
If somebody chooses to lie, manipulate, steal or abuse, there are consequences.
Not because we don’t love them.
But because reality itself is built on cause and effect.
Action and consequence.
Learning and growth.
The universe is always seeking balance.
And balance requires accountability.
This is something that people don’t like hearing because it’s easier to say, “It’s all love. It’s all one.”
But real growth requires truth.
And truth is not always comfortable.
Sometimes truth hurts.
Sometimes truth challenges us.
Sometimes truth forces us to look at parts of ourselves that we’d rather avoid.
But that’s where the gold is.
That’s where the growth is.
That’s where the freedom is.
If somebody betrays you and you continually allow them back into your life without them changing, without them taking responsibility, without them doing the work, that’s not love.
That’s self-abandonment.
If somebody continually crosses your boundaries and you keep allowing it because you’re trying to be spiritual, that’s not spirituality.
That’s weakness disguised as spirituality.
And there is a huge difference.
The spiritual path is not about becoming weak.
It’s about becoming powerful.
Not power over others.
Power over yourself.
Mastery of yourself.
Mastery of your emotions.
Mastery of your thoughts.
Mastery of your reactions.
Mastery of your energy.
And from that place of mastery, you can truly serve.
You can truly love.
You can truly help.
Because you’re no longer operating from fear.
You’re no longer operating from avoidance.
You’re no longer operating from a need to be liked.
You’re operating from truth.
So yes, we are all one.
But don’t let that truth be used against you.
Don’t let it become an excuse to avoid the work.
Don’t let it become an excuse to abandon your boundaries.
Don’t let it become an excuse to ignore your intuition.
Don’t let it become an excuse to tolerate behaviour that should not be tolerated.
Love fiercely.
Love deeply.
Love courageously.
But love wisely.
Because wisdom without love becomes cold.
And love without wisdom becomes naïve.
The magic happens when the two come together.
Love and wisdom.
Heart and discernment.
Compassion and strength.
That’s the balance.
That’s the middle path.
That’s where true power lives.
And if you can learn to walk that path, your life changes.
Your relationships change.
Your business changes.
Your health changes.
Everything changes because you’re no longer living from illusion.
You’re living from truth.
Wherever you are on this beautiful planet, remember who you are.
Remember that you are powerful.
Remember that you are sovereign.
Remember that you are worthy.
And remember that loving yourself is not selfish.
It’s necessary.
Love your sisters and brothers.
Love yourself.
Honour your boundaries.
Speak your truth.
And never be afraid to stand in your power.

ONE LOVE. ONE HEART. ONE HUMAN FAMILY. PEACE OUT, BEAUTIFUL SOUL
