I love you with my heart, with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
So, today we’re going to dive into an interesting subject. We’re going to dive into cosmic law, why souls choose the journey they choose. We’re going to touch upon the subject of the story. Is the story predetermined? Do we actually really have choice? Is choice an illusion?
We’re going to dive deep into these subjects in a few more topics.
I just want to remind you how incredible you are, how phenomenal you are. You know, you came to this planet to find your way back home amongst all the chaos and all the distortion, all the trickery, all the manipulation. It’s not an easy journey, man. But you chose it. Why?
Because you trained for it for billions of years. You trained to come down to this planet. You knew it was going to be a tough ride, and you still chose it.
You know, once you get down here, you come out of your mother’s womb, you just forget how tough it actually is, and you even forget that you made the choice in the first place. Well, most people do.
But you’re here, and I just want to remind you, you’re crushing it, because it’s not easy. And we’re all in this together, beautiful soul.

Okay, let’s dive into this subject. So, first up, souls.
We choose these bodies that we come into. We choose these journeys. We have a look down the timelines. We know the soul groups that we’ve worked with.
We know the available opportunities.
We read the timeline and we think you know what, I’m going to come down into that body. I’m going to get the lessons. I’m going to be able
to teach certain people things and give them lessons. And so, we go on these journeys.
Some of us get stuck in this incarnation cycle.
And so, when we leave the body, we get railroaded and manipulated into coming back down again. And sometimes we don’t always end up in the body. that is going
to give us the lessons and the growth because we just get syntaxed and shoved back down into the next available womb. Boom.
Like clockwork, like being on the hamster wheel going round and round and round. We leave the body, make the choice, get manipulated, we’re
back down again in a heartbeat. But ultimately, we’re supposed to leave our body and go through a cleansing period before we choose the next
destination. But because of the reincarnation cycle, some of us get looped straight back down again.
But we’re becoming aware and we’re doing the work in these physical bodies. So, when we actually
transition, we become very conscious of that transition, very self-aware of what’s happening in the space. And so we
we make different choices. I know this is the last time I’m coming down to planet Earth. I don’t know about you, but yeah, I’ll be here for a for a
while though. Maybe another couple hundred years and then I’ll be off.
I’ll be making my choice to exit the way that it should be.
You know, we’re supposed to be eternal beings that live for a long time. We’re not supposed to die at 60, 70, 80, 90. We’re supposed to just live,
thrive, and then when we choose to exit, we go. You can take your physical body, or you can leave and choose a different physical
vessel or maybe a non-physical incarnation. But ultimately in the first place, we choose the body we’re going to come down
into because we know we’re going to get certain lessons.
Now, there are some souls that come down into this planetary environment, brave, wise, old souls, and they choose
to come down into certain bodies knowing they’re going to have a horrific experience. But that horrific experience, they take it on.
Why? Because they know that certain other beings, humans, extraterrestrials masquerading as humans,
different entities in human form, some physical, non-physical, they inflict the abuse, satanic ritual abuse,
MK Ultra programming, monarch programming, different types of military horrific, nasty, sadistic programming, abuse, electric shock treatment, just the nastiest of the nasty. test.
And these brave souls come into these bodies knowing that’s going to happen to them because
the beings that inflict this kind of torture, punishment, whatever you want to call it, they’re going to have to answer at a higher dimensional level for the crimes.
Now here in human form because of the corruption there’s so many government officials ,paedophiles
you know we don’t need to name any names created these scenarios and situations and embarked on the abuse of young children and human men and women and they get away with it.
I mean, Donald’s was in, you know, Jeffrey’s flight logs pictured together, all that kind of stuff.
But he gave himself a pass. So, they couldn’t do anything to him.
They couldn’t open that book on him because he’s in that position. and he gave himself a pass and he walks free.
What do you think’s going to happen when he leaves this planet?
I know some people think he’s a great president. Is he?
You got to read between the lines. There is some good stuff that he’s done and there’s some horrific stuff that
he’s done, too. Anyone that thinks any government official is out there to try and help humanity and
they’ve got our best interests at heart is is it’s just way off the mark.
What they tell us is what they want us to hear. People talk about disclosure. They’re not going to give us disclosure.
Not in the way that we deserve to have disclosure. They’re not going to give us the truth. They’re going to give us their version of it. Some watered-down version of it.
The real truth would just freak humanity out.
But ultimately, you’ve got these people that are causing harm to children and doing nasty things.
They’re going to have to face justice when they go up to the higher dimensional realm. Some of them are going to go to cosmic prison. Some of they’re going to go through cosmic courts.
And honestly, you know, there’s not the corruption as there is in the courts
down here. If you go to court in the UK, then you’ve got the prosecution, you’ve got the jury, you’ve got the
solicitor, all working for the same boss because they’re all in it together.
Cosmic law is different. these cosmic prisons, these cosmic detention centres, whole different ball game. Whole
different ball game. [snorts] If you get still enough and you tune in, you get present, you can connect,
go and see what’s really going on in these higher dimensional bands of energy.
You got to be present. You got to be still.
We’re all multi-dimensional beings. We all have the capability to be still enough to access all information everywhere.
Nothing is out of bounds. Nothing’s out of reach.
The only thing that’s out of reach at the moment is a different dimensional band, different dimensional fields of of frequency.
They’re out of bounds to to a lot of humans because a lot of humans are running distorted frequencies.
I spoke about this in a in a video not long ago. People smoking DMT and they’re shooting out of their body. Boom. Their
consciousness. It’s going to the other side, catapulted. And then they get faced with a brick wall or they get faced with some entities, some beings. Some people call them the machine elves. There’re a whole bunch of different beings at the gate, but they’re stopping humanity going into
these other realms because humanity is smoking DMT with no sacredness flying through to the other side and
they’re getting blocked and kicked back and rightly so. You know, some of these other dimensional spaces are carrying a very pure
frequency. They don’t want us humans contaminating it. You know, it’s like um
I don’t know, imagine someone’s going into surgery and it’s clinical.
Everything’s cleaned pure because they’re going to cut someone’s chest open and operate on their heart.
They can’t have anything dirty in that space.
They’re not going to let someone just walk in off the streets into that place.
They’re not even going to let another doctor come into that room, you know, sterilized or not. They shouldn’t be there. And it’s the same
with us humans, you know, trying to fly through to the other side.
Some of these lifetimes that human beings choose, they choose them not because they want to get punished.
It’s not about punishment. It’s about having that direct experience. as well as certain brave souls coming down because they know that they’re going to
go through some abuse, but they know that it’s going to help put some of these other entities,
beings through a cosmic court where they’re going to have to face justice at the highest level. They go for it. But then
there’re other beings that come down and they go through some of these experiences just because they have to go through these experiences.
Some souls, they choose to come down and go through some kind of horrific, harsh experience because they have to
learn lessons. Maybe they inflicted that kind of punishment on someone else in a previous lifetime and in this lifetime, they’re coming back to
experience it themselves and feel what it was like to be on the other end of the stick. You know,
this whole game is multifaceted, and you can’t be black and white with it. You’ve got to understand that there are so many different perspectives. None of them are
right. None of them are wrong. It’s just the multi-dimensional game that we’re playing.
Growth, it actually requires massive contrast.
You can’t experience the light unless you’ve experienced the absence of it.
People that want to play around in the light, people that want to play around in the dark, they’re half full, man. Half full.
To be whole, you’ve got to dive into the light and the dark and bring them both into an equilibrium right on that zero point. That’s when the magic happens.
This is a free will planet. A free will planet and deception and coercion and
manipulation and all of the crazy things that happen on this planet, they carry massive weight in the higher dimensional fields.
You know when you go and take an innocent child and you abuse them. You take an innocent child and cut
them up and eat them. You take an innocent child, you torture them.
You aren’t getting away with that.
It’s why a lot of human beings that inflict this kind of torture, they’re drinking
adrenal chrome like it’s going out of fashion because they do not want to leave this planet.
They want to stay young.
Why do you think they’re hellbent on finding technologies that can prolong life? Because they’re scared about what they’re going to face when they leave this physical body.
They have tortured children for many, many years.
You know, some of these men, women in the church of Satan, some of these men, women, if you can call them men or women, I some of them are soulless, and
that’s a whole other story. But some of these men, women, beings, whatever you want to call them, that look like they’re in human bodies, they’re 250 years old, 180, 130.
They look about 50 60 years old because they’ve got certain technologies. They’re smashing the Adreno chrome in.
But the adrenochrome is running out. That’s for sure.
You just got to look at some of the pop stars and movie stars. They’ve had to kill them off and they’ve brought in clones
because they’re looking haggard. They’re looking old. Some of them are out of control.
They’ve just offed them, replaced them. Some people have got multiple clones. But again, this is a whole other story. I don’t want to dive into this stuff right now.
When someone’s free will is overridden,
it’s not just a human crime. It’s a crime that takes place on a multi-dimensional level. And those that
inflict these crimes, follow through on these crimes because of greed, lust, power, sexual energy, whatever it is.
They’re going to have to face justice big time. Big time.
Earthly justice is inconsistent as we know, which I touched upon earlier. You know, the court systems, they all have the same boss.
It’s like being sat around a table with three foxes, the prosecution, the jury,
the judge.
You’re going to get eaten by one of the foxes. It’s just which one’s going to eat you? Which one’s going to serve you up on a plate? Maybe three. Maybe they’re going to cut you into three
portions and share you. That’s just the re reality of the situation. But this this justice system on earth is so inconsistent.
So inconsistent.
And the violations, the crimes, the power moves, the extreme abuse.
It doesn’t go unnoticed.
There is a complete form of accountability of ownership that is enforced in these higher dimensional spaces.
It could be incarceration. It could be rehabilitation.
I mean even demons, you know, they sometimes have to go back to demon school. They sometimes have to go to
different dimensional spaces to grow, to learn, to to face the charges against them.
There’s a crazy wild universe out there.
Nothing that violates free will goes unnoticed. And you as a human, as a soul, you’ve got to understand
this. You’ve got to understand this on this planet. Like sometimes you see atrocities, you see terrible things
happening. Governments, black ops teams funding wars,
creating crazy weapons, destroying communities and countries with the most horrific technologies, weaponry.
This stuff is not going unnoticed.
It looks like it is on planet Earth that there’s no justice because this planet is controlled. It’s a
harvested planet where energy is siphoned 24/7 365 and energy is the
number one commodity. Forget about money. Forget about oil. Forget about gas. Forget about electricity.
Forget about gold, precious metals, diamonds, crystals, stones, cryptocurrency.
Energy, man. Energy is where it’s at.
You control the stargates. You control the portal points. You control the planetary grids. You control everything.
Everything.
You have the power. And all the wars that have been fought on this planet for for a gazillion years have been over the crystalline grids, over the
Stargates, the pores, the grid points, the dragon lines.
Why do you think I’ve been building the new dragon’s grid for the last 2 years?
fly into so many countries all over this planet, sticking crystals in the ground and joining these grid points up because new architecture is being sown.
There are other teams around the planet building them too. You know who you are. Massive respect.
We often incarnate, as I said before, in soul groups. And these groups have interesting dynamics,
playing both sides of the coin because ultimately God’s infinite intelligence wants to experience every kind
of experience here on this planet.
And God is going to allow all these experiences to happen because God wants to know all of the
decisions that humans would make when put in different situations, when different events take place,
different relationship dynamics, all sorts of natural disasters. How do human beings show up in that situation?
That’s why we’re given the free will to make the choices we want to make.
And all of this information is getting fed back to the creator, stored in the records.
Okay? If we have a planet like this, what’s going to happen when we stick 9 billion people on it, let them do what
they want, stick a control matrix in place, put a
bunch of extraterrestrials down there in human bodies to manipulate and control and harvest the energy
to give them an educational system that is going to corrupt them and manipulate them to put into their food, their water, in the chemtrails in
the Yeah. How much will how long will they put up with that stuff for before they unite and fight back and make a
different a different decision to unite and create a different system on this planet to make create communities
and new information exchanges and new energetic exchanges and different ways of being in community so that the old
world falls apart and the new one is reborn, and we bring heaven back to earth. You know, it’s just a game, man.
It’s just a game, a cosmic joke.
And we as humanity are right in the middle of this game right now. Some people call it a spiritual war. On one hand, it is a
spiritual war. We’ve been in this spiritual war for eons. Eons.
And not just on planet Earth, but other planets, too.
The person who wronged you in one lifetime. and the person that helped you in another lifetime.
Those two people are the same soul playing different dynamics, all part of the same alchemical interwoven journey.
It’s what makes this earthly experience so interesting. It’s what makes this this cosmic experience so interesting. Multifaceted.
It’s very interesting when you kind of take as a a step back and you zoom out and then you look back down at it all.
Fascinating.
But most people are kind of lost in the everyday. And sometimes we’ve got to be there in the present moment in that every day. It’s very important.
But we got to zoom back out sometimes to get that contrast to really understand and really get that kind of blueprint of what’s really happening on a micro and a macro level.
Because without both polarities, without both perspectives, you’re never truly going to be able to master yourself.
You either get lost in the multi-dimensional or lost in the physical. Both is dangerous.
being down here on planet Earth and getting lost like an NPC, a non-playable character
in a in a game like a drone, like a robot, like a zombie. That’s no good.
And being lost in the multi-dimensional world, flying around in the ether, downloading all these codes, having beautiful meditative experiences, meeting other
beings, that’s great. But unless you ground that into your body, through your nervous system, into the planet, you’re no good to anybody. So, we have
to get that balance. We got to walk that middle road. It’s absolutely mission critical. A soul that comes to Earth and
doesn’t integrate a lesson. You can’t skip it. You know, you’re going to come back again or you’re going to go to a different planet and face what you
need to face. This whole multiverse is about growth. It’s about expansion.
Nobody wants to contract. Everybody wants to grow, flourish, and expand.
And so these challenges, these tests, these situations, people call it karma. I mean, karma is
just action. Energy in motion. You know, if you put an energy out into the universe, you’re not being punished.
It’s just that that energy is going to come back to you because everything’s connected. So ultimately, you’re going to have to face it again.
So, you harm someone in this lifetime. in another lifetime it’s going to happen to you, and you got to face that and deal with that and learn from
it and grow from it and integrate it and bring the shadow and the light once again. And you know we’ve had so many lifetimes there’s so many shadows to
integrate but you can work through it very quickly if you decide to buckle up and just dive into your heart. But most people are focused on the external
world. And that’s part of the trickery to keep us focused on the cars and the watches and the money and the girls and the men, the you know, sex
and striving to achieve this and striving to achieve that instead of being
present and enjoying being the human being that you’re becoming as you work towards whatever it is that you’re working towards.
We’re here to be in service to ourselves and other humans. We’re not here to try and find happiness in materialistic things. And that’s not to say
materialism is bad. Yeah, buy things, enjoy them, have fun with them, but don’t base your happiness on it. Going
into your heart, deep into your soul, and remembering that you’re a multi-dimensional being having a human experience. That’s where the
magic is. telepathy, telekinesis, bilocation, levitation, all of these multi-dimensional gifts that are
available to every single one of us once we activate our DNA.
We’re not supposed to come to this planet to play small. We came to this planet to play a level beyond phenomenal to activate our superhuman potential and
step up and blaze a trail. But most people are scared living in fear. Love is the key. Love is the medicine, man. love.
So simple. It is so simple. That’s the thing. But people get stuck because they buy into the programs and the belief systems.
Have you ever thought about this?
Maybe the reason you came to this planet was to experience what it’s like to choose.
Maybe the reason you came to this planet was to experience what it’s like to choose.
Just let that land. Feel it.
And in that choosing to realize that you never had a choice in the first place because the story was already written.
The story was already predetermined.
And all you’re doing is walking a path that was already laid down for you.
You come out your house; shall I turn left? Shall I turn right?
You know, you think about left and right for a few minutes and it’s like, ah, you know what? I’ll go left. And you think you made that choice, but you were always going to go left.
Should I take this job, or should I go for that job?
Think about it for a few days. You know what? I’m going to take this one.
Well, you were always going to take that one. Did you really have a choice? No.
That’s one way of looking at it.
Maybe there’s all these different choices because this room that I’m in right now, this Airbnb that I’m renting
for a week whilst I’m in the UK, the walls are like a creamy colon.
This fireplace is white behind me. This sofa is grey.
I guarantee you there’s a version of reality where the walls are pink, the fireplace is red, and the sofa is gold.
I guarantee you there’s a version of reality where this sofa is pink, the fireplace is blue, and the walls are
jade. Mad colours, I know. Probably don’t go together, but if you’re on magic mushrooms, it’ll look pretty cool. But
anyway, what I’m saying is whatever choice you make, whatever road you go down, whatever you decide to do
or not to do, life is just going to flow. It’s always going to flow.
And if it’s always going to flow, it means that if you took this choice, it means that you’re not going to meet
the person that you were supposed to meet. So, they meet somebody else and they get into a relationship. So that was already a predetermined path. It’s
kind of mindboggling. But whichever way you turn, whichever way you travel or don’t travel, whatever choice you make or don’t make, the universe is just
going to keep spinning, the universe is just going to keep flowing. that crystal spiral.

They’re both interesting perspectives. Is the earth flat or is the earth round?
Who gives a whether it’s flat or round? People argue over this, man. The earth is flat. I mean,
if I listen to a flat earther, I’m like, you know what? This is right.
It’s flat. If I listen to a round earther, I’m like, you know what? They’re right.
Listen, I reckon it’s flat and round.
Just like if you turn left, just like if you turn right, everything flows.
There is probably a flat version and a round version. There is probably a triangular version and a square version.
There’s probably a version that is like an octahedron.
All the versions must exist.
If you can think it in here, it definitely exists because our imagination is reality. the image of the nation,
source, God, infinite intelligence. It doesn’t label experience as good or bad.
It just sees it as experience. And it’s allowed to be so it can be witnessed.
Witnessed by source itself, witnessed by the very energy that created this whole multiverse, God, love, infinite
intelligence. Whatever label you decide to put on it, it doesn’t matter. They’re just labels. But everything must be
witnessed and fed back to to the records to be observed
to learn from so that we don’t do certain things again.
Or all the things that worked, maybe we’ll chuck those into a new multiverse.
Or maybe the things that didn’t go so well here, maybe we chuck all of those things that didn’t go so well into
another multiverse with another set of information from another planet where things didn’t go so well. Let’s chuck
those two things together. See if they counteract each other.
Or maybe you get all the best bits from six different planetary environments and chuck all that information into one multi-dimensional mould.
Because here’s the thing, how do you create a planet?
Imagine going to a galactic Amazon. You buy the mould of a planet. You tip a bunch of energy into it. Plasma. It fills up the mould
You change the coding. You create different structures. And then you drop the density. That’s what happened with the pyramids.
How do you think they built the pyramids? I mean, it’s not even a pyramid. It’s an octahedron. But how do you think they built those big structures?
South America, Cambodia, Russia.
How did they build these big structures? Pyramids in China, Antarctica.
These structures are all over Earth.
Nobody moved big rocks, not even with their minds, not even with tools.
They built in plasma and then they dropped the density and then it became physical. That’s the only way. I’ve seen it.
I’ve seen it. I’ve dropped into the field and I’ve seen it.
Humanity is being pushed to its absolute limits right now. And this is by orchestration specifically created
and designed this way to see what human beings will do when they’re forced into a corner, when they’re backed into a cage like a lion.
Do we come out fighting?
I’m not saying we need to come out fighting with weapons and guns, although that might be a necessity.
You know, I spoke in a video recently saying, you know, why don’t all the brave men on planet Earth get together,
rock up to the White House, 2 million strong, armed to the teeth, and take over.
Take back America. It’s the country with the weapons.
There are so many Americans with weapons. If all the brave men got together, I guarantee you doing it for
for the children, for the females to help humanity, the good men in the in the military, the good men in the
police, they’re going to step up and join. They’re not going to fight against that. Not when they know the
reason why. the reason why connecting with that limbic brain, the
emotion, whether you’re a mother or a father or not, we all care about children, apart from some of these sadistic paedophiles
on planet Earth, these human traffickers, but they’re just a whole different breed of human and
nonhuman. But real men and real women, they care.
Why don’t we stand up?
Take back America. Start with America, then roll it out through the world. Once America topples, the rest of the world will follow
because people in different countries will see what’s possible. Then they will stand up.
Might be a little bit of chaos for a while, but out of chaos comes order.
Humanity is being backed up into a corner. We’ve got to come out fighting as I said not necessarily with weapons
but for this particular thing with satanic ritual abuse and MK program and all of that dark stuff I feel it’s necessary
it’s a call to arms you know at the same time we’ve got to be intelligent we don’t want to create unnecessary destruction on this planet
we want to create new systems focus on something new wherever your focus goes your energy follows.
If I’m going to heal another human being or facilitate the healing of another human being and they come to me and they’ve got cancer in their belly, I can’t see that cancer. It doesn’t exist
in my reality. I bring up a different hologram, create a new reality, and make this new reality theirs. And the disease is gone.
This is star magic 101. That’s why we’re training thousands of facilitators all over planet Earth to be part of God’s army to come and work in these healing centres we’re building.
Wherever your attention goes, your energy is going to follow.
We have to move with love. We have to move with strength. We have to move with discernment, courage, confidence, certainty,
presence, acceptance. All of these values are so important. We’ve got to know who we are at the core of us
being. and then stop step up as the galactic lions and the galactic lionesses, the cosmic kings and queens, the warrior gods and goddesses.
We are on the front line of humanity’s greatest awakening.
What are you going to do? Stay asleep, close your eyes, roll over and pretend it’s not happening, or you going to jump off the bleachers and onto
the park and get involved with your teammates, your fellow sisters and brothers. It’s a choice, beautiful soul. What choice are you going to make?
Only you know this. I can’t make a decision for you. All I can do is just share and voice my opinion. And everybody can make their own decisions
off the back of it. But we got to stay in love. No judgment. Love is our greatest weapon. It is. And if
we raise and elevate consciousness fast and efficient, I guarantee
a lot of the dark stuff that’s happening on this planet is going to melt away.
But it’s not really happening fast enough. Sometimes radical action is necessary.
But whatever choices we make, as I said in this video, everything’s just going to flow anyway. So, whether we decide to kick back and let all this
madness continue or we decide to step up and do something about it, everything’s just going to flow.
But remember, if the story was already written, the choice is inevitable.
Somewhere in your soul where you know it’s time for a revolution
with weapons and the uniting of humans. Or maybe it’s
time for a love revolution where everybody gets present and opens their hearts
and unifies at a higher frequency level in a different dimension. But here in the physical body on planet Earth,
if every human being opened their heart at the same time in deep authenticity and deep gratitude,
I’m telling you, a tidal wave so flipping powerful would sweep through this planet and radically shift humanity
in a magical, powerful, positive way. We are so incredibly powerful.
every single one of us beautiful soul.
And when we pick up our sword and we pick up our shield, the sword and the shield
being love and commitment, joy and discipline,
passion and wisdom.
We can change internally and externally.
It’s a choice. It’s all a choice. And remember, like I said in this video, we came to planet Earth to choose.
And right now, we’re being forced to choose, not choose a side. The sides have already been created.
Choose truth. Choose [snorts] love. Love is the only truth.
When you decide and you commit, the universe has to bow down to you.
That happens when you create, you manifest, you build a business, everything gets out of out of your way.
When you make a a concrete decision, you catalyse a frequency and the universe backs you up. But when you’re tiptoeing
around the edges, scared to take action in fear, the universe beats the out of you.
Again, it’s a choice. Love or fear, man.
They’re both on the same spectrum at completely different ends.
Do you choose fear and contract, or you choose love and expand?
This is the invitation underneath all of it. Resignation

Wherever you are on planet Earth, I love you. As a sister or brother, we’re all in this together.
We sink together. We rise together. We contract together. We expand together.
All for one and one for all. Where we go, one we go all.
Or maybe we don’t.
Some people have already resigned to victimhood. And they may never change.
We can’t carry them. But what we can do is make choices for ourself and decide to connect with the real ones.
You know if you’re one and you know who the others are. Reach out.
Don’t be shy. Together we’re so powerful.
You know, you got to ask yourself this question. Why is it that they poison our waters, poison the air,
poison our food, hit us with frequencies that are cooking and frying us? Satellites, 5G, 6G, 7G, 10G’s on the table now.
Why are they frying us with this frequency? Because they’re so scared. An awakened soul is the
medicine. An awakened soul is a Jedi Knight. Male or female, it doesn’t matter.
An awakened soul is the most dangerous thing to the matrix, the most dangerous thing to the system. Because an awakened soul standing in their sovereignty, in
their full power, alchemical superhuman won’t bow down to the rules and regulations, won’t listen to the system.
Those police sirens mean nothing. Where are you at?
I love you so much.
Remember to go out into this world and love your sisters and brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never be the first to let go. That’s the golden rule of hugging.
And remember, an 8-minute hug, oh my god, is so transformational.
Try it. Find someone you love and give them a hug. Find a stranger in the street and hug them for eight minutes, man. Once you get to eight minutes, you’ll never want to let go.
That oxytocin is flowing. Pine your glands are connecting. Hearts are alchemizing. Spinal columns are
alchemizing. Boy, it’s like opening the Stargate.
You’re a dragon. You’re multi-dimensional.
You’re essential. You’re anything you want to be, man. Don’t limit yourself to this human body.
But at the same time, respect it. Love it. Meditate it. Alchemize it. Feed it. Good foods.
Breathe it. Chiong it. Cold. Share it. Clean. Eat it.
