I feel authenticity and vulnerability. It’s this thing that people are trying to look to accomplish instead of this thing to be, and I’m just curious. Like what your thoughts are for, you know, the person who’s like. I want to live in my heart like I want to be authentic. Like what do I do? It’s this now moment. You can’t try and be authentic. You just are authentic. You can’t try and be it. Then you’re trying to be something that you’re not because you’re not authentic.
So, you just have to be in that moment and just embrace exactly who you are. But then you can build from there and evolve from there and be different versions of authenticity as you grow and remember more of who you are. But ultimately, you just have to get still because it’s only in the stillness that you actually really truly get to know yourself. You know, when the echoes are just in the darkness around you.
I’m going into a darkness retreat and I’m sitting in the dark for 4 days. I can’t wait. No phones. Nothing apart from me in the silence. For me, that’s heaven. For some people, it’s challenging, but you know, getting into the silence, getting away from the noise, and just being extremely still is beautiful.
At the same time, you can’t see that as an escape. Because if you see it as an escape, it means that you’re not harnessing the present moment as you are. Like I’m going into this to get still, to try and go deeper and discover more things about myself and the universe and to travel and get out of my body and fly. But when I’m walking around in my daily life, I’m still in my head as I’m walking, looking, observing in the gym, writing a new book, whatever it might be. Like my mind is empty.
There are words coming through my mouth, but I’m just still and something’s talking through me. But that’s just from a place of presence, and whatever the universe wants anyone to hear is just going to come out of my mouth, and the same for you and that’s just the way that it is and stillness and presence is what activates that authenticity, that vulnerability and allows you to be calm in the face of the storm. Because the world is full of distractions and the world is full of things that will try and derail your train and take you off course. But when you learn to breathe properly, you have an empty mind and a calm body and a really still consciousness.
When things happen around you, normally there’s a 0.25 second window between stimulus and response if you’re bouncing around in your head. So, people react. But when you’re still, in your calm, and you’re operating from your heart, and you’re totally present, a bomb can go off and you’re like, “Huh, cool. I’m just here right now and it’s okay.” like whatever’s happening in the world, you can observe it. You can listen, you know. You might want to talk back sometimes, but ultimately you just have to be present in whatever’s happening and that’s how you become what I would say un-fuck-with-able, and we have to as humans be un-fuck-with-able.
Otherwise, we’re like a pinball in a pinball machine getting pulled and bashed all over the inside of the pinball machine. You go down the black hole at the end because you’ve just given up because you’re getting traumatized, beaten, and battered. But if you can be in the stillness inside the pinball machine – Bing, Bing, Bing, Bing, Bing! All these things are happening and you’re just there. Okay, that’s cool.
I’m just being present in the eye of the storm, cool as a cucumber. In that calmness, in that heart space, in that presence, in that love, in that compassion, but at the same time being there, gentle and soft, but also fierce and ferocious and ready to act with precision if it’s necessary. If you’re still in your own space and you just allow your mind to do things, you can see the programs that it wants to run and then you stop it. You can rewind the program. You can dissolve it. You can take it out of your head. I mean, our body and brain is a biological computer.
So, we can exit the programs and install new ones, which is what we do with Star Magic. That’s kind of one level of looking at yourself. I mean, a really, really quick, simple hack, like if you just look up into your own brain and look for your thoughts, they just disappear. It’s gone. You’ve created some silence and some presence and some space. It’s not going to last forever, but you might get 30 minutes to a minute rest bite, and you can feel what that peace is like, what that silence is like.
So, if you look up into your brain just for 3, 4, 5 seconds and then start breathing, stay in that space for 5 minutes. Feel what it’s like to put all of your consciousness and all of your attention on that breath with an empty mind. You’re going to come into that space of silence and peace and you’re going to get a glimpse of it and once you’ve got a glimpse of it, you’re not going to want to look back. It’s like a drug, a positive one, you know, one that it’s okay to be addicted to instead of being addicted to the thoughts in your head that want to take you here and there and bash you up from morning till the sun goes down. But yeah, that’s just a very, very simple way of just accessing the present moment really quick coming back to that presence.
Unless you’re present, you’re never going to hear that communication because it’s so subtle, and if you’re focused on where you need to go to, even if you’re walking down the road on the way to a meeting, if you’re focused on that meeting, you’re not being present. Well, people will say, “But yeah, I’m preparing for the meeting, so I’m present in the moment, getting ready for it.” No. If you were present, you’d be focused on the two feet underneath you and all the things that are around you in your vision right now. That’s presence.
When you’re in observation mode, your mind is still, and you can hear and feel everything. You can feel other people in the street. Even when you walk down the road, if you’re really, really, really quiet and present, you’ll hear other people’s thoughts. and thoughts that other people have sometimes can be a little bit of a trigger or a reminder or something that you need to remember.
It comes in so many ways. This journey that I’ve been on and the journey that I’ve seen so many of my sisters and brothers go on. They’re just walking through life and just bumping into a bunch of mirrors and reflections and triggers, and everything is just boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Go this way, go that way. But all of those ways and all of those roots and all of those paths are all in the same direction back into the heart, back into the soul because we have all of the answers to all of the questions inside of us.
So, you know, I came from a very different life and I’m living the life that I live now, and I realized that nobody ever taught me along the way. They just pointed things out to me, and it was like a light bulb here and a light bulb there and it’s like, man, I’ve just known this for eons. I’ve known this for billions of years. Like, this isn’t something new and you get this kind of frequency shift and this resonance from within rises and amplifies and it just starts cutting through the ****.
Resonance comes from the soul. It can’t come from anywhere else. Even though your identity does have a frequency, it’s not resonance for me. Resonance is like the core. It’s like right deep inside and that is your soul. That’s your light body. That’s your spirit. That’s your multi-dimensional elements and the identity is something that our ego creates. Now, it’s not that the ego is bad. Like for us to come out and stand on stage and not give a flying and you know what about what other people think, you need some ego for that. That’s beautiful and the ego can also communicate with source and develop a kind of a relationship there.
But when you’ve got the ego saying, you know, I’m Jerry, I’m 47 years old. I’ve got two children and I’m the owner and founder of Star Magic Healing and I’ve written all these books and blah blah blah. Like that’s an identity that I don’t really need to hold on to. You know, for me, many, many, years ago, my identity was what got me through life. You know, having all of these different elements of my life that were just dangerous and dark and for me, I was able to put on a Gucci suit, wear a Rolex watch, drive a Lamborghini, and thought I was the dog’s bollocks, and I thought, “This is all I really want. Fast cars, houses, all of this kind of stuff.” But I was broken inside. I didn’t realize it because I was just this identity that had come out into the world and thought that I had everything that I wanted.
Once that identity got stripped away from me and I went on this spiritual journey, it took a long time, you know, to kind of go from there to where I am now. It wasn’t easy, but I was always persistent, and I never gave up, and I succumbed sometimes to opportunities from my old life but then went back on the path. It’s like a pendulum. Like the pendulum in the zero point is where it needs to be, but it swings really fast sometimes and that’s quite good because it reminds you of where you don’t want to be. But I think at the start of this journey, the pendulum is like this, and it slowly comes back to the zero point and then you get there and you’re like, so this is what it feels like and then you’re there for a little while and then you’re like, let me just have a little explore. Nah, doesn’t feel very good.
But you still go there every now and again because you need to know what it’s like to remind you that it’s not cool, and then those like little expeditions out from the zero point get less and less and less and you realize that you’re all of this stuff all along and then no one can teach you anything. They can just help you remember and so I’ve always come out and said, you know, I’m here to help you remember. You know, everything I know. You know everything I know, and all we can do is just point the little bits and pieces out that we’ve forgotten. Raise our frequency and be better humans.
ONE LOVE. ONE HEART. ONE HUMAN FAMILY. PEACE OUT, BEAUTIFUL SOUL

Star Magic
We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. Please send us your feedbacks via the Contact form or send us an email on suppport@starmagichealing.org
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs. There may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements. For any assistance, please reach out to
