When you follow these two pointers just for a very short period of time you are going to activate Jedi manifestation mode. You’re going to rise. You’re going to expand. You’re going to go deeper. You can manifest anything from the fabric of spacetime. You got to move. You got to be ready. You got to know you deserve it. You are God. Get over it and accept it.

When you follow these two pointers, and you take these two pieces of action every day just for a very short period of time, you are going to activate Jedi manifestation mode. You are going to start creating with such a powerful energy that your life is just going to grow new wings. You’re going to rise. You’re going to expand. You’re going to go deeper. Everything that you want to manifest, everything that you want to create is just going to happen.

This is number one. When you wake up in the morning and when you go to bed at night, morning and night visualization ritual time. I want you to do this one thing as soon as you wake up, when your brain waves are still slow, when you haven’t opened your eyes and experienced the light and started to activate that serotonin in your pineal gland, when you’re still in that sleepy dreamy state. You can lie in bed. You can sit on the side of your bed. Don’t open your eyes. Make sure your spine is straight. Breathe deeply and I want you to visualize the life that you want to create.

I want you to see it. I want you to feel it. I want you to live in it, and as you’re seeing it and feeling it and living it, I want you to communicate this life to yourself verbally out loud. ‘I am powerful. I am creating this reality now’ and speak about the reality. This is the life that I am creating, this is the life that I am living. See your relationships. Tell the universe how grateful you are that you’re supported by source intelligence, by the divine, and everything is unfolding and manifesting with ease and with grace. Talk to yourself with conviction, with positivity. Feel it and mean it as you visualize. You do this when you wake up and you do this just before you go to sleep.

Number two. Between 1pm and 3pm, just after midday, I want you to go for a walk and whilst you’re walking, I want you to visualize, I want you to feel, I want you to see in your mind’s eye the life that you want to create the life that you are creating, the life that you’re in right now, the life that exists in the quantum field that you as a human being are just aligning your frequency with so you can magnetize all of this into your reality field right now and when you’re walking I want you to talk to yourself. I do this every day and everything just flows, ‘I am Jerry Sergeant. I have built 13 healing centres around the Christ Consciousness grid of this planet. I have an incredible family. My relationship with my family is impeccable. The relationship with my team is incredible. We think as one organism. We breathe as one organism. The universe is supporting our mission. It’s flowing with ease and grace. We are expanding and growing and elevating’.

I visualize myself training thousands and thousands and thousands of people. I’ve been doing this for years and what’s happened, we’ve trained thousands and thousands of people, I’ve visualized these healing centres since 2016 and we’re in the process of building our first one. It’s taken a little while for everything to come into fruition on these healing centres. It’s a massive project. It requires huge funding, a huge team, a very specialized team to manifest. That took a little while to get everyone into the right groove and to bring everyone into alignment. Other things can manifest in minutes, seconds, hours. It just depends on, but you have to talk to yourself like you’re a genius because you are a genius. You’ve got to know that you’re unstoppable, powerful, strong, healthy, full of vitality.

You got to talk to yourself in the most incredible way whilst you’re walking, visualizing the energy in motion. you’re setting intentions and you’re catalysing frequency that’s like an arrow everything is moving towards the target because your intentions are setting these frequencies in motion. You do this in the morning. You do this in the evening. Nice and still around 1 to 3:00pm, somewhere between that time marker. You walk and you talk to yourself out loud walking down the street. People are going to look at you and think you’re crazy. Who gives a f***. Do this. Trust this process. I promise you you’re going to start manifesting like a Jedi. Boom, easy-peasy. Your relationships, your business, material things, that you want to manifest.

You can manifest anything. You can create whatever you want to create because it’s already created. It’s already created in the field. If you can imagine it in your mind, it already exists. No one on this planet ever invents anything. No new space rockets, no new cameras, no new Nike Air Max. These things have been downloaded from the fabric of spacetime. So, everything that you see and imagine and visualize is happening and your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between the reality you’re living in your mind and the reality that’s here right now.

So, as you visualize, as you create, your brain, your biological computer, your body and brain start to work in harmony with the fabric of the universal playing field and everything starts to move into your field through natural lines of transmission. Through people, situations, events, and all you’ve got to do is take action. You got to move. You got to be ready. You got to know you deserve it. This is where it’s at beautiful soul. Manifestation is easy. It’s all about the energy speaking into existence, electrical thinking into existence, magnetic feeling into existence. This is the Holy Trinity, the voice of God. You are God. get over it and accept it you’re a fractal of God anyway. Trust the process. Do this every day.

It’s not rocket science. It just takes a little bit of discipline. Discipline is self-love. Dedication, a little bit of commitment, a little bit of discipline, and I know some people don’t like that word but let’s reframe that.

Discipline, it really means self-love. When you’re focused and committed, and someone tries to derail your train, and you say no to them that’s because you love yourself enough to do that. Discipline is self- love. That’s all. So, enjoy being disciplined and achieve your goals, your dreams, dreams so wild and beautiful that they change planets, galaxies, and universes. Wherever you are on planet Earth, go out into the world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never ever, ever be the first to let go. It’s the golden rule of hugging. You know that beautiful soul.
