So, if you’re a beginner in spirituality and you’re exploring these realms, that to some are shared in a very complicated fashion and at the same time can be very simplistic, I wanted to dive into the world of consciousness and talk about consciousness. What is consciousness? What are higher states of being? What is energy? For me consciousness is this energy, this intelligence, that is inside me. It’s inside you. It’s inside everything.
You know we have our physical body and if you want to dive into this this world of energy beyond the physical body. you have something that’s known as the light body and the light body is these different geometrical components that are invisible to most people, and they sit within the same space as our physical body, and sometimes out beyond the physical body. What the light body does is it anchors the physical body. It holds space for the physical body It’s the light body that is the foundation of the physical structure
We have something called the quantum field. The quantum field is the whole field of energy throughout all existence, and within the architecture of the quantum field you have the light body. You have the physical body, and you have consciousness flowing through all of that. Consciousness is the intelligence that enables me to communicate and also have something called the soul The soul is inside me There is a soul inside you. The soul inside you and the soul inside me at some level is connected. If you imagine the quantum field like a great big ocean, as this ocean moves towards an island or a country the waves break out in the ocean, and then as they get closer and closer to the shore, the waves get smaller, and then as you get closer and closer to the beach, individual waves splash upon the beach.
Imagine the beach is your physical body, and the wave that hits it is your soul. Then beyond that you have your oversoul which is a collection of souls, a collection of waves, and then beyond that you have different levels of the game. You have the avatar and the rishi body and different levels, all the way up to this big, huge expanse of energy, which is the fabric of the universe, God, infinite intelligence. So, we are all fractals of God. We’re all connected on some level. Our individual souls work in soul groups, and those soul groups work in larger soul groups. They become larger soul groups all the way back up to source, the universe, whichever label you decide to put on it. Everything is energy inside you. You have a soul inside you. You have your light body which is also around you and outside of you. The light body not only supports the physical body. but it also supports the soul and then you also have your spirit.
The spirit is like this divine Intelligence. The spirit is everywhere. Your soul is only in you, but the spirit is everywhere, and this spirit is very divinely connected to consciousness because it’s the spirit that flows through consciousness that flows through the light body and into the soul and into the physical body within this whole big matrix that we play the game of life in. Spirit is everywhere. But your soul is only here right now in your physical body. Now if you go to a higher level where your soul is connected to other souls, you could say that your soul is in multiple bodies at the same time because we’re all fractals of this infinite intelligence and we could even break this down into much more complicated layers. But I don’t want to do that in today’s video.
I want to keep it very simple and as we get into these videos and we share more and more on this channel because for the last 8, 9, 10 years I’ve been sharing videos on a lot of complicated subjects and you beautiful souls out there in the community have been asking me to make simpler videos on more basic subjects to cater for people that are just coming into this world of spirituality, that are starting to dive into their own heart, that are starting to meditate, that are starting to realize there’s something more than just this physical reality.
So, I’m going to start to break this down for you as we get deeper and deeper into these videos and if there’s something very specific that you’d like me to share please put your comments underneath this video. Let’s help beautiful souls that are curious, that are wondering that know deep in their soul that there’s something more than meets the eyes that are willing to explore that are curious are willing to take that deep dive and adventure beyond the unknown. One of the best things that you can do is to be still. Breathe in through your nose down to your belly and out through your mouth. Long slow deep breaths and just enter that space of stillness. Bring all of your awareness into your breath. Follow the breath in and out of your body. Sit there for 5 to 10 minutes and just breathe. Observe yourself. Feel that state of calmness and presence. From that state of calmness and presence it’s much easier to connect to this world beyond the physical. So, take your time. Don’t rush into this. Be soft and gentle and present with yourself and just know you’ve got a lot of support.
